C31 Awakening

Anubis’s POV

I shot up and my beak hit something soft and fluffy, opening my eyes I was met with a wall of white fur.

“Oh good morning sleepy head, how are you feeling?”

“(Yawn) pretty good but still sleepy Celestia….” Wait why is Celestia in my bed with me? What happened, I remember using magic for the first time to break out of her spell. Did I pass out? Fuck i don’t remember. “Why are you in my bed?!?”

I jumped up and tumbled off the bed, falling to the floor with a thud.

“Oh my are you alright down there heheheh, and it’s my bed silly.”

“And why am I in your bed? Celestia what happened yesterday?”

“You collapsed from something called magical exhaustion.” I gave her a surprise look. “Yeah that was my reaction, it’s never been recorded of a griffon using magic but you used almost all of it to break out of my bubble spell.”

“I guess I’m the first one then, sooo what’s magical exhaustion and more Importantly what’s for breakfast?”

Celestia then got up and out of her bed and trotted over to her dresser and brushed her mane, she then took her regalia off the creepy ponyquin next to the dresser.

“Sooo what is magical exhaustion Celestia?”

“I’ll tell you at lunch, right now I’m tidying myself up because somegriff slept in. It’s nearly noon and I’ve got paperwork to do.”

“Wait it’s noon!”

“Nearly noon Anubis,” she looked out her window and at the sun. “About 11:20am to be precise. I’ve already dealt with day court, so I thought you’d like to have some company here when you woke up.”

“Hey I’m not complaining but I’m kinda upset about missing breakfast, especially here in the castle.”

“Well maybe I should have woke you up but you’re adorable when you sleep.”

“Yeah that’s not creepy at all.”

“It isn’t! I was just making an observation nothing more, nothing less.”

“That doesn’t make it any less creepy.”

“Oh shush Anubis or you’ll be eating in the cafeteria.”

I kept my beak shut, Celestia turned to look at me and grinned.

“So you can listen, that’s good to know.”

This was bad, she new that she had me backed into a corner and it wasn’t a good feeling.

“Come on, let’s go Anubis.” She opened her doors and walked out and I silently followed behind. I turned to see two guards staring at me in complete shock and I had an idea of why.

“Um Celestia where’s my room? I’d like to grab something from it.”

“(Gasp) you spoke, now you’re eating in the cafeteria.” She announced in a joking tone.

“Heheh oh Noooooooo!!! What ever will I do!!! I still need to know where my room is?”

“Heheheh it’s the one on the left right here, the door has your name on it so you can’t miss it.”

“Thank you.”

I approach the large wooden door with my name on the front in larger gold letters. I proceeded to open it and walked in, looking around I was impressed. It was somehow bigger than the last one I stayed in and even more marble, I found all my stuff that I got the previous day placed at different tables. The alchemy equipment was all set up and my boxes of airships and sailboats were neatly stacked on a deck at the far side of the room.

I even had a dresser and closet filled with my clothes and my eyes eventually fell upon the bed. It was oddly normal, a single bed with a wooden backboard and I climbed on. It was incredibly comfortable and I contemplated going back to sleep.

“So what do you think about your new room?”

“It’s great and I’ve got no complaints but why not give me a king sized bed?”

“Why do you want a king sized bed?”

“Because…. I roll around in my sleep.”

“Nice try but I know you don’t, so what’s the real reason?”

“Well um…. Okay I’ve got nothing but it’ll be nice to have it.”

“I’m sure it would be nice but I think we both know why I didn’t give you one.”

“Aaaah geez do we tho, I mean you think i know but I don’t have a clue.”

“Ha ha ha very funny but playing dumb isn’t going to get you a king sized bed Anubis, now let’s get going.”

“Okay okay I’m moving but first I need this.” I grabbed a model ship kit that was rated for beginners and followed Celestia to her private dining room.

We had lunch and nothing eventful happened but Celestia had her royal duties to do but I suggested that she just bring the paperwork outside like the last time. She agreed and I was now running doing the same workout that Graceful had demanded that I stick to.

As I was running laps around the training ground, I heard a familiar voice call out to me.

“Hey!!!! Anubis!!!!”

Yep that was Silverfeather, no mistaken that. She came flying towards me and i ducked, the hen flew over me and crashed into the dusty ground behind me. I spun around and made my way towards her, offering a claw she grabbed it and I pulled her up to her claws.

“Thank you Anubis, so where were you yesterday?”

“I had an early night because I had an eventful day out in Canterlot.”

“Oh yeah I heard about your little incident with some guards but you’re alright, right?”

“Of course I’m fine, just bruised, why? Were you worried Silver?”

“Well yeah of course I was worried, what if they attacked you with their swords?”

“They did.”

“WHAT!?!?!?”

“Yeah but I was fine.”

“How? They have swords Anubis.”

“And? Look Silver I’ll give you a bit of advice, avoid the sharp dangerous sword and you won’t get cut.”

She looked at me with genuine curiosity before I said that and her features shifted into annoyance.

“ANUBIS!!!!!!!!!! I thought you were going to say something actually useful.” She lunged toward me and I took off running.

She managed to keep up with me which impressed me but I didn’t know why she didn’t just fly. That’s when I saw Celestia and bolted behind her, trying to take cover from the angry hen.

“Celestia save me please, she’s beyond help.”

“Heheheheh and why would I help you with Silverfeather after all, you clearly did something to provoke her.”

“Wait wha, no please I’ll defend myself if I have to.”

“Okay but don’t hurt her Anubis, play nice.”

“Wha….” I wasn’t expecting Celestia to just say that but I guess it’s fine just as long as I don’t get too rough. Then I was taken clean off my claws by a gray and blue blur, that sent me into the dirt.”

“OOF*” she hit me in the stomach which knocked the wind out of me.

“If you’re going to give me advice, make sure it’s not not dumb advice feather brain Huff*.”

I was struggling to breathe and when I looked down I saw Silver was sitting on my chest.

“C-Can you g-get off m-me S-Silver?” Her eyes went wide and a blush appeared on her cheeks before she hopped off me.

“Oh sorry.”

“It’s fine, you don’t weigh that much.”

She perked up and smiled. “Really? Thanks Anubis.”

“Um you’re welcome, I’m pretty much done with my training so do you want to watch me build a model ship?”

“Yes I’d love too, I have the day to myself.”

“Nice but don’t touch anything.”

“Ok but only if you tell me how you get your chest fluff to be soooo freaking soft?”

“Wha…. I don’t know what you mean?” She glared at me and I subconsciously backed up. “Silver I’m being serious, I don’t do anything with my fluff.”

“Then let me show you, touch my chest.” She puffed out her chest and I slowly placed my claws on her fluff, I saw what she meant now but she’s still soft. To confirm this I gave a light squeeze and instantly realised my mistake when she yelped and jumped away covering herself with her wings.

Now sporting a furious blush she stared at me. “I-I didn’t say to grope me! But if you want to I don’t.”

Celestia cut her off before she could finish. “Anubis, Silver what happened? Are you two alright?”

“Y-Yes!”

“I don’t know.”

“What do you mean you don’t know Anubis?”

“Silver’s being weird.”

“Weird?! You squeezed my chest!”

“Because you said so idiot!”

“No I didn’t, I said you could touch it!”

“Enough!!!” We both stiffened up and stopped arguing.

“Anubis you shouldn’t squeeze a hen’s chest and Silver you shouldn’t tell griff’s to touch your chest. Now stop acting like foals…. I mean cubs.”

“We’re Sorry Celestia, we won’t let it happen again.”

“Good, now I’ve got to get back to my duties.” And with that Celestia went back to her neat pile of papers.

We went over to the large blanket that Celestia had brought with her and I started to organise all the parts for my ship in size order. Silver just watched in silence as I began to zone out into my own little world but I noticed that I had a lot of extra parts. So I separated the extras and got to work but as I constructed the ship I began to get an itch in the back of my mind.

I wanted to try and make a wooden plane out of the extra materials I had but I would have to open up all the other boxes. But first I should probably draw a rough sketch.

“Could you get me a paper and pencil please?”

“Oh sure, I’ll be right back.”

She got up and flew off to retrieve the items I requested. Then I felt a little tap on my back, I turned to see what Celestia wanted.

“Yes.”

“Anubis how’s your ship coming along?”

“I haven’t got that far, only built the frame of it.”

“Oh so why’d you ask Silver to get you a paper and pencil?”

“Because I want to try and make something out of these spare parts.”

“Mhmmm okay, so what are you going to make.”

“It’s a surprise Celestia, so you’ll just have to wait.”

“Oh is it now? You know I could just look over at any time.”

“Well I’m going to ask you not to please.”

“Okay I’ll restrain from looking.”

“Mhmmm well just in case, I’ve got my eye on you Swan neck.”

“Whatever makes you comfortable cutie.”

“Argh I’m not cute!”

“Sorry i meant terrifyingly adorable.”

“That’s still not much better.”

“Heheheheheh, okay okay how about handsome griff?”

“That’s better.”

“So wheres my compliment ?”

“You don’t deserve one.”

“What?!?”

“Did I stutter Celestia?”

“No but are you not going to compliment me.”

“Okay fine, I like your spaghetti legs.”

“Anubis?! What sort of compliment is that?”

“I’m messing with you but if I’m being honest I think you’re pretty.”

“W-What about me do you think is pretty?”

This conversation was starting to go into unfamiliar territory now and I didn’t know how to respond. So I’ll just be brutally honest.

“I like your eyes, they give me an odd sense of ease but I think your neck is too long. I really like how soft your wings are, I only really noticed when you were tickling me. Oh and your mane looks silly, like it’s cool but is it naturally like that? And you have a curvy figure, very pleasing to the eyes.”

She had a soft pink blush on her cheeks, she then shook her head. “W-Wow Anubis, thanks but how did you manage to not only compliment me but also insult me at the same time, heheheheh.”

“Just being honest.” I gave a shrug of my shoulders.

“Well that’s a good thing but as for my mane, that how i discharge excess magic safely. So it is and isn’t natural in a way.”

“Oh that’s pretty cool but can you turn it off?”

“Yes I can, would you like to see my natural mane colour.”

“Yeah if you don’t mind.”

Her mane began to glow for a moment before my eyes adjusted and I saw Celestia with a beautiful soft pink mane. My beak must have been hanging wide open because she giggled and I felt my cheeks started to heat up.

“Y-You’re beautiful…. Like beautiful, beautiful.” I covered my beak and tried to hide myself from the world with my wings.

“Oh thank you Anubis, I think you’re a very attractive griff to….” Now it was her turn to blush and I peeked my head out and stared at her, my face was practically burning and Celestia’s went a dark shade of crimson. We said nothing, just gaze into each other’s eyes. I move a little closer and she leaned down to my level.

THUD!*

“I have found pencils and paper Anubis!”

Celestia shot up straight and shook her head, I jumped into the air and came crashing back down into the dirt.

“Don’t scare me like that…. And thank you very much Silver.”

A wide grin spread across her beak. “Oh sorry did I interrupt you two?”

“What no, you just caught me off guard.”

“Mhmmm so Celestia, you wouldn’t mind if I kissed Anubis, would you?”

Celestia jaw dropped and I turned back to Silver. “Wha….”

My beak was assaulted with another, my mind was in shock. Silver was kissing me and it felt…. Good…. No better than good, it felt great. She tasted like…. Like raspberry? Did she have raspberry’s for lunch. Her tongue was so soft and it surprised me when she started to explore my mouth, she ran it across my fangs and it sent a shiver down my spine.

I felt myself being pulled away and when I opened my eyes I found myself covered in a golden aura, my mind was slowly returning to normal. Why are all the females here so forward, I still don’t get it. Celestia said that with griffons the males are normally the forward one, but I’m beginning to doubt that now.

I was silent as Celestia spoke to Silver, even though I had kissed Silver my mind was still processing the fact that I wanted to kiss Celestia. Did I see her like that? I mean maybe, no she’s attractive, funny, caring but I’m a good for nothing lying murderer but there was no denying it now, I liked Celestia.

I personally didn’t see anything wrong with myself but I know she would, I could help advance Equestria’s medical knowledge with my skills.

As I came out of my thoughts I realised that Silver was sitting smugly in front of Celestia, who had an annoyed expression on her face.

“So ladies what did I miss?”

“SHUT UP ANUBIS.” That took me by surprise, I wasn’t expecting Celestia to be so angry about a kiss. I took a few steps back and decided to not get involved, that’s when Captain Sky landed next to me.

“Afternoon Anubis, so what’s going on over there?”

“Nothing good, I can tell you that for sure.”

“So what did the griffon princess do to make princess Celestia that angry? Don't you know?”

“Of course I do but I don’t think I should tell you, it’s a bit private.”

“Oh if that’s the case then it’s probably for the best, anyway are you ready for your flying lessons today?”

“Are you going to shout at me?”

“Definitely a maybe, can’t promise anything.”

“Sigh* I guess so, let’s get to it.”

“Before we go, is princess Celestia mad at Silver because she did something actually bad or just something that has annoyed her highness?”

“A bit of both but if you want to know just go ask her.”

“Nah I really like being the Captain of the Wonderbolts.”

“Probably a good choice.”

“Wait I’ve got an idea.”

“And that is?”

“ANUBIS WANTS TO KNOW WHY YOU ARE UPSET PRINCESS!!!”

Both Princesses turned toward us and I look towards Sky, she had a large grin on her muzzle.

“Um yeah I’d like to know Celestia!!”

“Princess Silverfeather here stole my kiss!!”

I knew what she meant but Sky wouldn’t and that was so funny to me, I’m already thinking about the rumours. Then again those guards from Celestia’s bedroom doors probably had already spread the news of me spending the night there.

“You two kissed!!!! Eeeeeeeeee oh my goodness!” The girlish excitement was shocking to see from Captain Sky herself.

“No no no Captain, Silver here stole Anubis’s kiss that was meant for me.”

“Wha????” She turned to me and stared in disbelief.

“Just accept it Captain Sky, I know it’s a lot to wrap your head around.”

She pulled me close with her wing and whispered.“Y-You have two royals fighting for your attention and you’re so calm, how?”

I shrugged my shoulders. “No clue but Silver’s a good kisser, tasted like raspberry.”

“What are you? because no living creature would be as calm as you are right now about this.”

Then a royal guard came galloping up to Celestia and gave a sharp salute, she didn’t even wait for her to respond.

“Princess a strange green slab has been brought to the castle by a group of archaeologists, it has some strange markings on it and they were hoping that you might be able to identify it.”

“Can it not wait?”

“Sorry your highness but I believe that you will want to see it, it’s very unsettling.”

A green slab that has odd markings on it, surely not. But then i heard Zodiac speak to me.

“Mortal it’s the green Necrovine artefact, now’s the perfect time to take it. Don’t mess this up.”

It was very unsettling to hear zodiac in my head whilst I’m awake but it’s good to know that I don’t have to travel so far for it now.

Turning to sky. “Shouldn’t you go with Celestia? I’ll just be in my room, get me when you’re done.”

“Yeah I think that’s a good idea, the description has got me curious. Make sure you go back to your room!”

“I will.” But that doesn’t mean I’ll be staying there.

I went to my room but Silver decided to invite herself in but no matter because I had a solution.

“Silver I’m going to need your help, can I count on you?”

“Of course Anubis but I want something in return.”

“Do you now, sigh* okay what do you want?”

“You are going to take me on a date.”

“Okay done but I need you to stay here and if anycreature asks you, I never left this room.”

“No problem but it better be a romantic date because I’ve never been on one before, so don’t ruin it for me.”

“You have my word Silver, see you in a bit.”

I jumped out of the window and morphed into a smaller, more feminine version of myself that was a dark green and gave my sense of smell a massive upgrade. I quickly caught Celestia’s scent and darted off in her direction.

I came to a balcony and landed behind a small plant pot, pecking round I saw my target. The Green Necrovine artefact but Celestia was holding it in her magic, inspecting it with a frown.

“I can’t say where it originated from but it’s older then even I Dr Dig Site, the only thing I do know is that it has a dormant magical power inside.”

“That is a shame princess, I was hoping that you would be able to shed some light on it but where we found it was a tomb that had no body. But the paintings on the walls of that tomb stood out to us, it had images of strange large griffons that I believe made this slab.”

“Is that so Dr Dig Site, can you describe these strange griffons?”

“I can do better princess, here this is a drawing I had done by an artist we brought to the excavation site.”

He then pulled peace of paper from his bags and placed it on the table. Celestia grabbed it with her magic and inspected the drawing.

Her eyes widened and she immediately folded the paper, I didn’t get a view of what was on it but it couldn’t have been good. I slowly creeped my way into the room and hid behind a sofa, looking for a way to get that artefact.

“So your highness what do you think about the findings we’ve made?”

“Sigh* I personally believe that some things are better left untouched touched Dr but what’s done is done, so for that reason I believe that It might be better to leave it. Although it could be fruitful to continue you excavation.”

“Thank you princess, I believe that this is only the surface.”

“Yes well please report any further findings, I’ll be keeping this green slab for safety reasons. We don’t know what it’s capable of and I could be dangerous.”

“Very well your highness.”

Then the artefact started glowing a sickly green and everypony backed up, the light got to blinding levels of brightness. So I decided to make my move, I shot by Celestia and directly to the now blinding artefact. I miss judged how far I was from it and flew straight into it but I didn’t feel a thing, when I regained my senses I saw Celestia staring at me. She approached and unfolded the paper she had, holding it up, her eyes darting back and forth between the paper and I.

I decided to get out of there, with the artefact, I couldn’t see it anymore but I felt that I had it. I took off and flew out off the window, praying that I wasn’t followed.

“PRINCESS IT’S GETTING AWAY!!!!”

“let it, I believe that we shouldn’t have taken that slab now. So there are more of those griffons, interesting.”

“But your highness, it just stole from us!!”

“No Dr Dig Site, I believe that it was us who stole from it and if so, that means we have disturbed a tomb that was not meant to be disturbed.”

“But.”

“No! I want your team to be extra careful and respectful if you are going to continue to dig, I’ll have some guards go with you for protection. I want to know more about these griffons.”

“Of course princess.”

“Good. Captain Sky please go and check on Anubis, I want to make sure he is fine especially if we have an intruder on the castle grounds.”

“Of course you’re highness but if you don’t mind me asking, why are you not more concerned about the fact that we have an intruder?”

“Because it didn’t attack anypony, it just wanted that slab Captain.”

“Oh Okay I see, anyway I’ll check on Anubis right now.”

I flew through my window and crashed into the floor, Silver panicked and hit me.

Thwack!*

“Ouch!! What the fuck silver, it’s me Anubis.”

“What!!! But you look different, more hen-like.”

“Yeah it’s called a disguise.” I then morphed back into myself but I had gotten taller. Silver’s wings shot up and her cheeks burned red.

“Wow…. Y-You got bigger and definitely hotter.”

“Okay keep it under control now, I believe that a guard is going to come through those doors any second…. And I don’t want to deal with your father.”

“Oh don’t worry about him, mum managed to convince him to except that i have needs and I am going to look for ways to satisfy them.”

She began to trace a claw down the red line of fur that acted as a border on my chest. She then tried to slip under me.

SLAM!!*

The door flew open and Captain Sky ran in. “ANUBIS!!! Are you oooookay…. Well I’ll be out side, have fun you two.”

“Wait no it’s not what it looks like!!”

“No no I understand, just remember to use your wings, get a workout out of it or should I say her.”

“We weren’t doing anything, Captain Sky I promise.”

I went up to her and she spun around, bumping into me. She backed up and looked up at me.

“How have you gotten taller…. And more muscular? I-I mean you look good but how?”

“I thought you only had eyes for lieutenant Blazing.”

“I do but it doesn’t mean we don’t like to make offers to trust worthy friends. Remember herds are a thing, so why only have Silver or Celestia when you can have both or more if you want.”

“Sounds good but I’d rather not let my greed get the better of me thank you.”

“You’re loss, anyway I’ll be down at the usual training ground in 5 minutes.”

“Yes ma’am.” I gave a salute and she gave one back before leaving.

I turned to silver and frowned. “You need self control.”

“Maybe you can put some self control in.”

“Shut up! Anyway, when are we doing this date?”

“I’m free tomorrow.” She wagged her tail and I felt an odd feeling In my gut.

“C-Consider it a date, I’ll tell Celestia because she might not let me leave the castle.”

“Oh yeah I forgot about that but if we have guards with us, she should be fine with it.”

“Yay guards.”

“I know it sucks but better safe then sorry.”

“I guess so.”

“….so what was this green slab about?”

“Nothing that important but I took it anyway.”

“What!” She when to the window and looked around before closing it.

“Are you crazy? What if you got caught?”

“But I didn’t.”

“But what if.”

“Silver look at me, there’s no way they could find out it was me.”

“Are you sure, like really sure?”

“I am. So stop worrying.” I saw tears begin to form and something odd happened, I felt bad…. For making her worry? Shit, must be a product of this under developed brain.

She threw her head back and arched her back, as I parted her walls with my tongue she began to kick the air with one of her legs. grabbing it and flipping her over so I could start to stimulate her clit will my claws. She raised her tail in the air and began to moan louder.

I continued to rub her and I noticed her hind legs twitching. then leaning down to her, I whisper.

I then wrapped her up in the sheets and went into the bathroom, I hadn’t even noticed that I was at full salute down below.

“I need a cold shower.”
