In the aftermath of the Equestrian war, the ponies have lost more to the gryphons than just their innocence. Gone are the never-failing flames of the princesses to light their way through the darkness, and the elements of harmony did not fare much better.
The two remaining bearers of the elements, along with their dragon companion, must learn to live in the new pony society while running and hiding from the law.
