Inside the castle of Canterlot we see a pink humanoid ailcorn getting all ready for her wedding. She is Cadence and trying on her wedding dress. She looked absolutely gorgeous in that. But suddenly she heard some noises coming from the hall. The door bursts open and in came two black bugnoid pony guards. They grabbed Cadence and one puts his hand on her mouth so she won’t scream. They carried her out of the castle and into the unknown.

3 hours went by and they arrived at a hive kingdom. They went inside and in the throne room was another bugnoid pony but in clothing of a prince. This is Pharynx. Along with the other bugnoid ponies known as Changelings. She was scared to be in the hive but also angry.

“Princess Cadence. I’m so glad you could drop by. Leave us boys.” Pharynx said ordering the guards as they took their leave.

“Why did you bring me here?! If you’re going to kill me, do it now!!” Cadence said angry.

But Pharynx cleared his throat and remained calm.

“No. I brought you here for a different reason. We are in need of a new queen.” Pharynx said.

“What are you talking about?” Cadence said.

“Let him explain. He’ll tell you what you want to know.” A changeling said.

“Thank you.” Pharynx said as he and the changelings moved showing Cadence a sickly woman changeling in bed.

“Who is this?” Cadence said.

“That is our mother and former queen: Chrysalis. She has a very deadly disease in her body and she has no hope of survival. She had to give up the throne because of her condition. I’m next in line for the throne but I need a queen for that to make sure the Hive stays alive. If not then all of us will perish.” Pharynx said.

“And by Changeling law which states: If a pony marries a Changeling then you must become the breeder to the Changeling your marrying aka becoming the soul mate to that Changeling and having kids for the Hive to survive. That will be after the ceremony ends.” A changeling said.

“So we ask you this question only to you. Will you take the throne and be our new Changeling queen?” Pharynx said.

Cadence didn’t know what to say. She knew that she is marrying Shining but they need a queen real bad.

“What happens if I accept your marriage?” Cadence said.

“Then you will be the Hive’s new queen and we’ll be peaceful. No killing and no destruction of Equestria at any kind. You will have our word.” Pharynx said.

“Ok. But what if I don’t?” Cadence said.

“Then we will have no choice but to go to Ponyville and Canterlot and feed off on all the love of the ponies and destroy them.” Pharynx said.

Cadence couldn’t believe this. If she agrees then she’ll be the queen and everyone will be safe. But if she doesn’t then everyone will get hurt real bad and die. She needed to make a choice.

“Can you give me some time to think about this? I’ll let you know as soon as I have an answer.” Cadence said.

Pharynx thought about it til he gave an answer.

“Very well. If you wish to think about it then please by all means. But until you have an answer for us you will remain in the Hive until further notice. And don’t think about trying to run away. Come on boys.” Pharynx said as he and the other Changelings left her to think.

Cadence can’t believe that she needed to make a big decision. What will she choose? Will she choose to accept the marriage or will she refuse? Only time will tell in the future.
