Area: Castle Keep
Year: 1798
After Scootaloo defeated Applejack.

Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom were still watching the screen, Sweetie Belle more annoyed than worried and Apple Bloom was certainly pissed off. "Apple Bloom... I expected better of the monsters you selected and of your hybridized ponies," Sweetie Belle said taking a sip from her wine glass without looking towards Apple Bloom, "You better hope the next threat and whatever hybridized pony you put next can stop Scootaloo and Twilight before they get to us," Sweetie Belle added. Apple Bloom just stared at the screen in anger... she better hope that Rarity can keep Scootaloo at bay.

Area: Library of Souls
Year: 1798

Scootaloo and Twilight spent a little time in the Library of Souls before going anywhere else, regardless of how much faster it'd be to just move forward. Scootaloo killed a monster which dropped... something that Scootaloo and Twilight had no idea how to use since it was a plant they didn't know about, "Must be a plant that only grows in the castle," Twilight suggested.

Through looking around the castle(Scootaloo kinda just remembered where they had and hadn't been), Scootaloo found a room in the Library that was different in style, looking more like a witch's hut, "Greetings there little filly," was an out of nowhere line and when Scootaloo looked to where the voice came from, she saw a grey unicorn with a purple mane and some star-covered dark blue witch attire. "you're a witch, aren't you? I know what that attire represents and I'm not afraid to draw my weapon," Scootaloo announced before the witch stopped her, "Worry not little filly, I have no plans to attack you, my name is Estella Moon but you can call me Estella if you so wish," Estella said.

"But if you aren't going to fight me... then why are you here? Being a pony I don't think it's just because you wanted to be here,"

"Because another filly promised me that I'd get plenty of new potion materials but not one has even shown up,"

Scootaloo thought about that... she was promised new potion materials by Apple Bloom or Sweetie Belle and hasn't seen even one... what if... Scootaloo got out the plant she got from earlier and handed it to Estella who gasped and immediately grabbed it in her magic, "My my, this is a Heart's Desire plant, where in Equestria did you get this?" Estella asked. "A monster dropped it, wasn't even a hard monster either," Scootaloo replied and when Estella looked at her with the biggest smile on her face, Scootaloo knew... this was going to be a sidequest that'd take the entire adventure... wasn't it? "Oh, little filly, I have an idea, if you can find me these materials, I can make potions for you and once I make them once, for some bits which shouldn't be hard to get, I can make them more with ease since I have been given tools to duplicate materials like this," she said, proving Scootaloo right. Welp... she'll need to grind for future ingredients. "Do you have a list of all the materials you know of?" Scootaloo asked before being shoved with a list right in her face, "I didn't need the list shoved in my face but thank you anyways," Scootaloo added before taking the list and leaving the room.

Twilight was experimenting with her magic and managed... to use a fire ball spell she was used to using but it did take some new tricks to do. So... at least Twilight won't be completely useless in battle. "Ah, Scootaloo, what was in there?" She asked Scootaloo, who refused to give her an answer. The two continued back to the Ominous Garden.

Area: Ominous Garden
Year: 1798

Scootaloo and Twilight arrived and immediately noticed the much more plentiful paths to go. One of the paths opened the group's first warp room of the castle, "Finally, this will be useful later," Scootaloo said before she and Twilight left the warp room.

"I'm surprised we didn't attempt to go to the warp room of the library area," Twilight said before Scootaloo just nodded, "I could go back and find it but I partly knew you had found the warp room in the Library of Souls," she added to her nod with a full knowledge.

When Scootaloo and Twilight went to an upper path... they found a boss door already? Before finding the door to the hybridized pony? Scootaloo entered the boss room.

Scootaloo stepped into the boss room and as the familiar feeling of the door shutting behind her, she looked forward and noticed a lack of platforms. Soon the reason became clear as gravity seemed to flip on it's own with a whole new monster revealing itself. A monster called Gravitor.

Gravitor shot bunches of projectiles that Scootaloo found out the hard way inflicted the curse status which made her unable to attack with her weapon... luckily she has a multitude of spells to use while she's cursed. She used one and found out that Gravitor was one of the few enemies that resisted her normal spells, even being immune to Soul Steal... somehow... "Of course, because it isn't a challenge without me having to find a new trick, I hate you Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle..." She said as she summoned her familiar, specifically the cloud one, to attack while she figures out something to solve her problem.

Gravitor kept firing projectiles which caused Scootaloo to realize... Gravitor only has the one attack so maybe if she... with a bit of focus she used a new spell which reflected the projectiles back at Gravitor, damaging it greatly, "It's weak to it's own projectiles, good to know, and now I have a mirror spell," she said as she gave the mirror spell a simple name, Reflect. She used the Reflect everytime she saw the projectile and when her curse ended, she went right up and started bombaring Gravitor with attacks.

Gravitor teleported and returned gravity to normal, leaving a key with a little diamond shape on it. "Well, guess I know who the next pony to save is," she said. She and Twilight went farther as a new pathway actually opened up at the other end.

Area: Crystal Mines
Year: 1798

Scootaloo and Twilight got accustomed to the crystal mines as the familiar hooded head of Fabricator was in the area, "So, you two have made it farther, good job, I suppose," the demon spoke with notable strain. "Oh, hello again, what are you doing here?" Twilight asked but Fabricator didn't answer her, "Scootaloo, you have great potiental. Potiental that anyone would love to have on their side, so I ask kindly if you would be accepting of the help I would give you, it isn't much but I feel you'll make more use of it than I will," Fabricator said as they got out a necklace, Scootaloo nodded and put it on, feeling very powerful all of a sudden, "It's a necklace that the stupid scythe wielding filly gave me as a way to increase my power based on my kill count. I was too cocky to use it as you saw," Fabricator added giving Scootaloo an explanation as to her enhanced power.

"Enhancing one's strenght through their kill count... that creates some scary images..." Twilight said as Scootaloo nodded in response. "Thank you Fabricator, may we see each other in the future," Scootaloo said as Fabricator snapped and teleported.

The actual mines had a lot of extra paths most just lead to more food and other collectables. By following the correct path (which Twilight just knew somehow) they reached the door to Rarity's room... next to both a warp and save room.

Scootaloo used the key, opening the door and both her and Twilight entered.

Area: Rarity's room
Year: 1798

Both Scootaloo and Twilight can't say they didn't except a crystal cave for Rarity's room, nor can they say Apple Bloom floating in the center was a surprise, "Ah'm so fuckin' tired of ya survivin'. Ah've been much too generous with ya'll. That ends here. Ya only have Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow fuckin' Dash left, ah bet that's lovely fer ya. Say good night ya stupid chicken," She said before vanishing, revealing what happened to Rarity, one of her hooves is now a ball and chain, her whole body made entirely of white rocks with bright shimmering diamonds thrown about.

"Oh my Celestia, what the buck did she do with Rarity?! Now I'm worried about the others, especially Pinkie Pie since she's an unknown varible in this case," Twilight grimaced at that, Pinkie fused with any monster would be scary. Rarity shot 4 gems out in random directions, the gems didn't bounce but rather stuck to the surfaces they hit before exploding after a few moments, "We don't have time to think about this, we need to weaken her!" Scootaloo exclaimed loudly while wishing she checked candles for Holy Water.

Scootaloo jumped out of the way of more gems as Twilight used her magic to try and help Scootaloo even if it did next to nothing. Rarity then started targetting Twilight directly, making it clear that Rarity here can't focus on multiple targets. So the two go back and forth attacking Rarity, eventually wittling her down enough to get to her weakened state.

In this state she attacked much more generously and she even did like 10 attacks in a row before giving reprise, repeat this pattern for 5 cycles and... it's over. Rarity has been saved.

Area: Crystal Mines
Year: 1798

The two went and saved after defeating Rarity.

... so... I got lazy. To those rereading the chapters and realizing that the area headers have changed, that's because I realized after releasing this chapter that I'm a dumbass who got the timeline of Castlevania wrong and needed to change everytime the year was mentioned because all of them were wrong. 1797 is when SotN took place, not 1796 and a year after 1797 is 1798.
