Celestia has ruled by herself for a thousand years, and many more before her sister’s banishment. In all that time, she's had to work constantly and present herself as the perfect pony in the eyes of her subjects. And she's absolutely sick of it!

She wants to have a much needed vacation. One where she's free to do whatever she wants and to hell with the consequences. In order to do that, she'll need a plan, and a scapegoat of sorts. As she contemplates her next move, something comes along to sabotage her plans. Permanently.
