Episode 26: Royal Pain (Part 2)

The heroes were all walking down the halls of Opaline's Castle. All of them were on alert to see if anything was gonna come from them.

"Michael, do you smell Nyx?" Twilight asked.

"Yeah, I got her scent," MC answered. "She's close." Just then, they were all blocked by a wall of pink fire that cut them off from where they were going. They all turned around and saw that another wall of pink fire blocked them.

"She's mad," Misty said, getting scared. Just then, fiery binds surrounded the heroes who could fly.

"Oh mah starz!" Bunnie shouted.

"What's going on?!" Gallus asked. Just then, holes appeared from underneath all of the heroes.

"Oh, she's really mad!" Misty shouted. Just then, the heroes all started falling down and into the holes. But there were some who jumped out of the way. MC grabbed Twilight and Joshua, Sonic grabbed Mutt, Shadow grabbed Maria, Blaze kicked Silver out of the way of the hole, and Sunny was pushed from the hole entry by Hitch. Most of them fell down the holes. The ones who stated were Twilight, Sunny, Sonic, MC, Maria, Shadow, Silver, Joshua and Mutt.

"Oh, no!" Sunny said. "Our friends."

"Okay, that's it," MC said. "Opaline is pushing it too far."

"We have to find Nyx," Twilight said. "We need to get her out of here safely. Then we'll take on Opaline."

"MC," Mutt said, getting MC's attention. "You all go after Opaline. Joshua and I will find Nyx."

"There are probably villains guarding her," Shadow said.

"He's right," Silver said. "No doubt Opaline will have her heavily guarded."

"Oh, I think I can handle them," Mutt said, grabbing something under his neckerchief. "After we get her out, we'll jet right back to the Spirit of Freedom."

The rest of the heroes looked at Mutt. MC sighed and said, "Go. And be safe." Mutt nodded. He then grabbed Joshua, and he zoomed away from there with his Jet Shoes. "Time to take down Opaline." Then the seven heroes walked down the hall of the castle.

In the basement of Opaline's Castle, the heroes who fell were all shackled against the wall, their arms spread from side to side and their legs pulled down by chains and weights.

Applejack looked around and said, "What in tarnation?"

"Oh, good," came Opaline's voice. "You're awake." The heroes who awoken looked towards the voice. They saw Opaline coming out of the shadows. "You are all going to pay for your crimes against me. The true controller of all magic!" She then gave a glare towards Misty. "And you, Misty!" Misty squeaked in fear. "Your betrayal shall not go unpunished!"

"No!" Misty shouted. Opaline then fired a beam towards Misty, making her cry out in pain.

"Misty!" Izzy called out.

"Enough!" Truemen said.

"Ah agree, sugah," Bunnie said. She then aimed the repulsor in her left hand towards Opaline, and she fired a blast at the Alicorn, making her stop firing magic at Misty and falling over.

"Gah!" Opaline cried out. She then looked towards Bunnie and growled. "I don't know how you did that, but you're gonna pay for that."

"Not gonna happen," Bunnie said. Her legs then lifted the weight that was shackled to them and then she tried separating her legs, trying to make the chains snap.

"You really think I'll let you do that?" Opaline asked, raising an eyebrow. She then fired a beam towards Bunnie, making her cry out in pain.

"BUNNIE!!" Antoine called out.

"Stop it!" Sally cried out. "Stop it! Stop it, please!"

"Oh, I'll stop..." Opaline said, smirking. "I'll stop when she's dead."

"Not if Sonic and the others come for you," Amy said. That made Opaline stop.

"What?" Opaline asked. "What do you..." She then looked around. She saw nine empty spots. "What?! The four hedgehogs, Twilight Sparkle, Sunny Starscout and Michael Crayton...! They're not here?!" She then growled angrily. "Scourge, Ix, Allura, find them!"

In another part of the castle, Mutt and Joshua were sneaking around the halls, hiding in rooms just as some echidnas were coming by. Eventually, they were in one room to hide from the echidnas passing by.

"Whoa," Joshua said. Mutt looked towards where Joshua was looking. They were in a room full of burnt objects, slightly burnt drawings and ash. "This must've been Misty's room."

"Guess Opaline was really mad since Misty betrayed her," Mutt said.

"Well, it was thanks to us that she found real happiness," Joshua said, making Mutt nod. Mutt then kicked something. He looked down and saw it was a doll made of various objects.

Mutt picked it up and inspected it. He then said, "Is this a hand-made doll?"

"Guess Misty felt more alone than she thought," Joshua said. Mutt then took off his hat and put the doll into it. Then he put his hat back on his head. "We need to find Nyx."

"Then let's get going," Mutt said. Then the two of them headed out of there as soon as the coast was clear. They then came across a room being guarded by two echidnas."

"What are they guarding?" Joshua quietly asked.

"Only one way to find out," Mutt answered quietly. He then pulled something out of his belt pouch. It was a rock. He then threw it over the heads of the echidnas and it hit the ground. That caught the attention of the two echidnas. They then decided to check out what made the noise. Mutt and Joshua then ran into the room. There, they saw Nyx in a giant snow globe made of ice.

"Nyx!" Joshua said. Nyx saw the two and smiled. She then banged on the globe trying to break out. "Don't worry, Nyx. We'll get you out."

"Stand back," Mutt said, pulling out his Elemental Whip. He then started changing the settings. "Okay, let's see. Lightning, hydro, vine... Ah, here we go. Pyro." Mutt then cracked the whip and a fire whip came out. The fire whip cracked towards the icy snow globe and it melted a hole in it. As soon as the hole was big enough, Nyx jumped out.

"Thanks, guys," Nyx said. "Now, let's get..." Just then, something came down and blocked the door from getting out. It was Allura. "Oh, no!"

"You aren't going anywhere," Allura said. Just then, Scourge and Imperator Ix came up from behind them.

"Oh, great, the big bosses are here," Mutt said.

Elsewhere in the Castle, Twilight, Sunny, Sonic, Shadow, Silver, MC and Maria were heading down the halls. MC was in the lead, using his sense of smell to find Opaline. He then came across a set of double doors.

"She's in here," MC said, standing up.

"Let's do this," Sonic said. Shadow then stepped ahead and stood next to MC. Then they kicked the doors open. On the other side was the throne room.

"The throne room," Twilight said. "This must've been where she's been ordering her minions around."

"But she's not in here," Sunny said.

MC sniffed around and said, "She was in here recently." Silver looked up at a ramp that was going to a room above the throne room. "I can smell her."

"Hey, guys," Silver said, walking towards the ramp. "What's up here?" They all looked at each other confusedly. Then they all started going up the ramp. The group all entered the room above the throne room, seeing it was a room that had the strengths and weaknesses of all the Freedom Fighters and their allies.

"She's been studying us," Maria said. "Before Misty betrayed her."

"And she was using what research she had of us to defeat us," Shadow said. Shadow then saw images of MC and his greatest strengths and weaknesses. It involved MC's mother, Nyx, Twilight, and even the rest of the Freedom Fighters. "MC. This isn't just about the Freedom Fighters. It was always you."

"What?" MC asked. He then looked at the pictures. "She's... she's trying to make me vulnerable. By going after all my loved ones, she's trying to break me."

"Going after MC's heart," Sonic said. "That's low, even for her."

"But why would she want MC taken down the most?" Silver asked.

"She's afraid of him," Maria said. They all looked towards her. "MC is the greatest threat to her. She knows he can beat her, so she has to take him down so there wouldn't be anyone powerful enough as her. And as soon as he's gone, she'll take out the other most powerful creatures of this world. Shadow, Twilight, Sunny, Blaze, me, eventually, she'll end up going after Celestia and Luna, because she thinks that they betrayed her."

"But what does she need with Scourge, Ix and Allura?" Sonic asked.

"That's... actually something that's been bothering me," MC said. "Why would Opaline need the help of powerful villains if she wants to be the most powerful one of all. She could've recruited Tirek and Chrysalis for all I care. But we locked them up in a special prison that no one can escape from. Not even with outside help."

"So, why would she recruit them?" Sonic asked.

"Because they also have the knowledge and skills of how to defeat us," Shadow said. "And when she's done with them, she'll get rid of them."

"She would've sent the others after us to get us," Twilight said. "Why hasn't she...?" She then got a realization. "She thinks we're going straight for Nyx!"

MC put held up his right hand to his mouth and said, "Mutt, get Nyx and Joshua out of there now!"

In the room Nyx was locked up in, Mutt, Nyx and Joshua were all pushed back by the villains that were in there. They were trying to keep them from leaving the room.

"I'm... trying... MC," Mutt said. "Kinda need backup."

"Oh, you won't be around when they get here, kid," Scourge said. "Goodbye." He then went towards Mutt at high speed.

Scourge charged towards Mutt at high speed. Mutt closed his eyes before Scourge could make contact, but he didn't feel anything. Mutt then opened his eyes and saw that Scourge was stuck in place.

"What's going on?!" Scourge asked. "I can't move!"

"That would be me," came a voice through a vocoder. All of them, except for Scourge, looked towards the door, seeing the Iron Mask coming in.

"Grandma Sarah!" Nyx called out.

"Sorry I'm late," the Iron Mask said. The mask then opened up and the wig vanished, revealing Sarah Crayton's head. "Had to hire a pilot to drop me off up here."

"You think you are so smart, do you?" Allura asked. "You shouldn't have come here when it's an obvious trap."

"I know it's a trap," Sarah Crayton responded. "For us... and for you three as well."

"What?" Allura asked.

"What is she talking about?!" Scourge asked.

"When Opaline gets what she wants, she'll get rid of you," Sarah Crayton responded. "She'll do it even faster that she overheard you wanting to get rid of her."

"She knows that?" Imperator Ix asked.

"Yes," Sarah Crayton said. "To save your lives, I'll give you two choices. Either form an alliance with us to stop her, or... I can transport you all to safer locations. Locations so far, Opaline will never be able to get you."

"And why should we help you?" Allura asked.

"Because I know what you want, Allura," Sarah Crayton answered. "All you want is to reunite with your brother. Alterro." Allura went wide eyed at that.

"Alterro?" Allura asked. "You... you know where he is?"

"I do," Sarah Crayton said. "I can take you to him. It's obvious that Opaline isn't going to give you what you want."

"Not if we get to her first," Ix said. He then pulled a laser dagger out of his robe and tried stabbing Sarah, but she blocked it with her own sword.

"Did you honestly think I wouldn't be prepared for that?" Sarah Crayton asked. She then used her chronokinesis to freeze Imperator Ix.

"Hey!" Ix shouted. "I can't move!"

"Time's up," Sarah Crayton said. She then looked at Allura. "You going to try and stop me, or you want to reunite with your brother."

Allura looked down at her feet. She then said, "Let's take Opaline down first."

"Wow," Mutt said, getting up. "Alright, let's get Nyx and Joshua out first."

"Not gonna be easy," Sarah Crayton said. "The Dragons have caught the Babylon Rogues and they're surrounding the airships."

"Which means that if we're gonna get out of here, we need to defeat Opaline," Mutt said. "Let's go." Then they all left the room, leaving Scourge and Ix in the room.

As they were running down the hall, Allura said, "I can't promise once I'm reunited with my brother, I won't be able to stop my evil ways."

"Oh, I don't doubt that," Mutt said.

In the Throne Room, Twilight, Sunny, Sonic, Shadow, Silver, MC and Maria came back down from the room above there. MC then sniffed around. He then came across a door that was under the ramp.

MC smirked and said, "She's right through here." He then opened the door and there was a staircase heading downstairs. "Who's ready to party?"

Shadow then brought out a couple pistols. Twilight then brought out her crown and put it on her head. Sunny then unleashed her Alicorn form and put on the heart-shaped locket she got from the Breezie Nightmarket, her sparkly dress replacing her normal clothes. Then MC brought out his new crown and put it on his head. Then the seven of them headed down the stairs. As that was happening, Mutt, Nyx, Joshua and Sarah ran into the Throne Room seeing Sunny's tail as it was passing the doorway.

"That door leads to where Opaline is," Sarah Crayton said.

"What's gonna happen?" Joshua asked.

"They're gonna get ambushed," Sarah said. "But there is one way for them to stop Opaline."

"Well what is it?" Nyx asked.

"If I say what happens, it won't happen," Sarah said. Then Allura came in.

"That's where Opaline is going to unleash her final plan," Allura said.

"Then we gotta do something," Nyx said. She then looked up at Allura. "What is her final plan?"

"She's going to absorb the powers of the others and use them against MC," Allura answered.

"Oh, no," Mutt, Nyx and Joshua said in unison. Then the five of them headed down the stairs to follow the remaining heroes.

MC smashed through the door of the dungeon, Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Twilight, Sunny and Maria came in after him. They all looked around and saw the rest of the heroes, all wincing in pain and being surrounded in a pink aura while they were shackled.

"Oh, God!" Maria said. "They're... they're all hurt!" Maria then started to get angry, her eyes starting to go red.

"Well, well, well..." came Opaline's voice. The groups all looked up and saw Opaline coming down. She gave off an evil grin towards the seven heroes. "Looks like the last remaining heroes are here to feel my wrath."

"Opaline," Twilight said. "You are gonna pay for doing this."

"You sent your lackeys to attack us at my coronation, you kidnap my daughter, and now your torturing my friends?!" MC asked, angrily. "All just to make me vulnerable?"

"Oh, you think that's all I'm going to do?" Opaline asked. "Prepare... for your doom!" Just then, she unleashed her magic and multiple beams made contact with the other heroes, except for Misty. All of them were screaming in pain. Just then, colored orbs came out of them, being brought in by Opaline's magic. The orbs from Twilight and Sunny's friends had their Cutie Marks on them.

"What is she doing?" Sunny asked.

"She's absorbing their powers!" Silver said.

"All this... just to get rid of me?!" MC asked.

"You are the biggest threat of out of all I have faced!" Opaline said. "After I get rid of the seven of you, I'll move onto the ones I want revenge on. Celestia and Luna."

"Not on our watch," Sunny said. She then pulled out the Green Chaos Emerald from her dress pocket. Twilight pulled out the Purple Chaos Emerald from her skirt pocket. Maria pulled out the Light Blue Chaos Emerald from her dress pocket. Silver pulled out the Gray Chaos Emerald from his backside. Shadow pulled out the Red Chaos Emerald from his backside. Sonic pulled out the Blue Chaos Emerald from his backside. Then MC pulled the Yellow Chaos Emerald from his backside.

"The Chaos Emeralds, huh?" Opaline asked. "Very clever. But that won't be a problem." She then broke all the chains of her prisoners and they all fell. "Since I have all the powers of them, they should be enough combined to defeat you all. Especially... the Flames of Disaster."

"The Flames of Disaster?!" Sonic asked. "As in Iblis?!"

"Blaze absorbed Iblis in the future before Solaris emerged!" Silver said. "She must've had some of its residual power left in her."

"That's right," Opaline said, her wings and horns gaining fire. "It's time... I got rid of you all!" She then turned around and blew a fireball towards the wall. Then another fireball into the sky. It then broke a hole in the sky. A black hole with purple lightning coming out of it opened up. It then started sucking up stuff from Babylon Garden.

"Is that a Black Hole?!" Maria asked. Then Sarah, Mutt, Nyx, Joshua and Allura came into the room.

"Oh, no," Sarah Crayton said. "She did it."

"Mom, what is that?" MC asked.

"That's a trans-dimensional spacial rift," Sarah Crayton answered. The heroes all looked at Sarah with confusion.

"She... ripped open... a whole in space time," Midpoint answered. "That... black hole... will suck up everything... and destroy us all. And once we go in there... we'll cease to exist."

"She's gonna suck us all in!" Sarah Crayton said.

"Any last words, Crayton?" Opaline asked, giving a dark smirk.

MC smirked and said, "Yeah. I got some final words." Then he, Twilight, Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Maria and Sunny absorbed the power of the Chaos Emeralds and gained their super forms. And with that, Maximum MC said to Opaline, "Bring it on."

Opaline flew into the skies to get closer to the rip in space time so she could send the seven heroes through the rift. Super Sonic, Super Shadow, Super Silver, Twilight, Sunny, Maximum MC and Meteor Maria flew up and got a good distance from the rift so they wouldn't get caught in the suction of the rift.

"She's trying to lure us into the rift!" Twilight said.

"No sweat," Super Sonic said. "It's time we end this."

Opaline then fired multiple blasts towards the heroes, but they kept dodging. Maximum MC saw some debris going into the rift. He then extended his hands towards the rift and the debris going into the rift were coming out with a golden aura, heading right towards Opaline, along with multiple stuff that was on the end of it. Unbeknownst to it that one of the pieces of debris was the Egg Mobile, and it was being piloted.

"You think that throwing junk at me is going to stop me?!" Opaline asked. She then released a huge fireball from above her. As soon as it was as big as a house, she threw it at the heroes. All seven heroes got sent back into the dungeon, all of them on the ground. Just then, all of them were bounded by pink fiery binds, and the binds were attached to the ground.

"Okay, that hurt," Maximum MC said.

"Chaos...!" Super Shadow was about to say, but another fiery bind surrounded his mouth, so he couldn't say another word.

"Shadow!" Meteor Maria said.

"You think... that you could stop me like that?!" Opaline asked. What she didn't know when she was coming down is that Super Silver was using his enhanced psychokinesis to lift so much debris to throw it at Opaline. "I am an all powerful Fire Alicorn! I am..." Just then, she was crushed by the debris.

"Not bad, Silver," Super Sonic said.

"Thanks," Super Silver said. Just then, the debris surrounding Opaline got burnt to a crisp and got out.

"How dare you?!" Opaline asked. "I was still talking!"

"Chaos Control!" Meteor Maria said, teleporting herself and the rest of the Emerald powered heroes out of their binds. They eventually made it back to the sky.

"We need a big distraction," Sunny said.

"I got something big," Maximum MC answered. "It's time we go... Gigan." Just then, Maximum MC held out his arms and a bunch of earthy debris came from below and combined together, making a giant earth dragon with glowing golden eyes and wings.

"Whoa!" Twilight said. "That's big!"

"Usually, when I'm controlling this much matter without the Chaos Emeralds, I have to have direct or indirect contact with it," Maximum MC said. "Time to take her down." He then made the Gigan Dragon charge at Opaline as she was coming out of the hole that lead to the dungeon. Opaline then fired multiple beams at the Gigan Dragon, but it took no damage.

"WHAT?!" Opaline asked. She then growled and gave off the mother of all blasts towards it. It then got pushed back towards the rift and it got sucked in.

"She's more powerful than we thought," Super Silver said.

"She has the powers and magic of our friends!" Super Sonic said. "Along with the fire of Iblis and at least all the dragons of the Dragon Lands! We can't stop her!"

"We can't give up now!" Twilight said. "No way we're gonna let Opaline take all the magic in the world and use it against those who defy her."

Just then, all of them were surrounded by huge fireballs. Then they charged at the heroes, making them lose their concentration. Eventually, they were sent back down the the dungeon. Then a magical bubble surrounded them, and all of them reverted back to their normal forms. The Chaos Emeralds fell down to the ground.

Opaline laughed and said, "It's over! You all lost!" She then looked at Misty. "You see, Misty?! They are all weak, and not worthy of the power! You are a fool to have defected to their side!"

"I stayed with them because they treated me like a friend!" Misty said, standing up. "And I repaid their kindness with my own and helped them out! And because of that, I got my Cutie Mark, and...!"

"You WHAT?!" Opaline asked, enraged. She then fired a beam towards Misty. Misty tried using her magic to block the beam, but it was too late. Opaline took her magic and Cutie Mark and absorbed it. "I told you, Misty; if you want your Cutie Mark, you'll have to earn it by doing what I say."

"No..." Misty said, sitting on the ground, feeling weak.

"Misty!" Izzy said. She started crawling over towards her. She then hugged her.

"You can't stop me!" Opaline said. "You are all weak!"

Nyx then saw a stick that had Opaline's fire on it. She then quickly grabbed it. Twilight and MC saw Nyx coming towards them with the fire stick. She then used it to poke a hole in the bubble, making it pop.

"WHAT?!" Opaline asked. She then got angry. "You little foal!" Opaline then used her magic and picked up Nyx. "You should know that nothing will stop me! Not even them!"

Twilight and MC looked at the Chaos Emeralds. Then towards each other. Then they both gave smug looks. MC then said, "We might not be able to stop her..." He and Twilight then got up. "But she can."

Twilight then used her magic to lift up the Chaos Emeralds. She then sent them towards Nyx, absorbing into the Alicorn Filly. Then Nyx was surrounded by so much power. Her mane and tail turned back to the night sky mane as she had when she was Nightmare Moon. Then her outfit turned into armor. The chest plate of the armor was like her Cutie Mark, a blue navy blue skirt came from the bottom of the armor top, and she had boots that reached up to her knees. And she also had a helmet similar to Nightmare Moon's helmet, but it was silver and had her Cutie Mark right under the hole where her horn comes out.

"What?!" Opaline asked. She then got angry. "Who... are you?!"

Nyx looked at Opaline with an angry expression and said, "I... am Nyx of the Night!" She then charged at Opaline. She then transformed into blue smoke and made contact with Opaline. They both went out of the castle.

"C'mon, we gotta help her!" Sonic said. He then held up his left hand. "Nicole, send out our Extreme Gear." Just then, the Extreme Gear Boards that belong to Sonic, Shadow, Silver and MC came in through the hole. Sonic got on his, Shadow got on his with Maria behind him, Silver got on his and MC got on his. Then they started going up and out of the hole. Twilight and Sunny took to the sky with their wings.

Opaline was still fighting Nyx of the Night, but they were getting closer to the rift. Opaline got angry.

"That's it!" Opaline said. "You are done for!" She then fired a giant beam towards Nyx of the Night. But the filly was prepared for it.

"Chaos... Circle!" Nyx called out, spinning her arms around, creating a blue energy circle, absorbing the blast from Opaline's horn. Her voice echoed when she said "Circle". The pink blast was bouncing in the blue energy circle, accelerating in it, and getting bigger.

"Nyx, throw it back at her!" MC called out.

"Got it, Dad!" Nyx of the Night said. She then threw the Chaos Circle towards Opaline. Opaline smirked. She absorbed the attack, it becoming her own.

"Is that all you got?!" Opaline asked. "It's my power, remember?!"

"Oh, boy," MC said. "Let's go, all of you. We're done."

"What?!" Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Maria, Twilight, Sunny and Nyx of the Night all asked in unison.

"Why?" Sonic asked.

"The magic in the Chaos Circle will keep absorbing and enhancing energy attacks the more time it's in there," MC said. "And if it's absorbed, the Chaos Circle will continue to absorb and enhance the energy attack."

"So?" Sonic asked.

"If it keeps absorbing the same energy attack..." MC said before turning around to look at the rest of the heroes. "Tick tick boom."

"WHAT?!" Opaline asked. She then tried using her magic to get the Chaos Circle out of her, but she was bloating, and she was starting to crack apart. "NO! GET IT OUT OF ME!"

"We can't let her get it out!" Sunny said. Just then, the locket around her neck started vibrating. Then it opened up and a rainbow came out of it. It then surrounded Opaline like a serpent, binding her arms, legs and wings shut. She was then going towards the rift.

"Let me go!" Opaline shouted. Then the magic and power she stole from the heroes in her dungeon left her, leaving only the magic she had in her that was building up inside her. She also lost her Cutie Mark from that. "NO! My mark! My power! Come back!" Shen her body cracked up more, pink and blue energy coming out of the cracks. "NOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Opaline was heading towards the rift, and she exploded, the rift disappearing.

Then all the magic and powers returned to their rightful owners. As for the dragons, they were no longer under the control of Opaline. The heroes all stood up. Sonic, Shadow, Silver, Twilight, Sunny, MC, Maria and Nyx of the Night returned to the dungeon. Nyx of the Night then released the Chaos Emeralds and reverted back to her normal form.

"Nyx, are you okay?" Twilight asked.

"That... was amazing!" Nyx said. "I mean, I haven't felt power like that since I was bigger, but still... amazing!"

"More like awesome!" Rainbow Dash said, coming up to her. "You basically blew up Opaline!"

"Hey, look," Sarah said, pointing at a spot below the hole in the dungeon. There was Opaline, her wings, horn and dress were scorched. Her horn and wings were coming apart, becoming dust.

"You... ruined... everything..." Opaline said, weakly.

"It's over, Opaline," Twilight said. "That... was for everyone you hurt."

Opaline was getting angry, but she saw that her body was turning to dust. She then said, "I'll... be... back..." She then fully turned to dust and spread out on the ground.

"There's no coming back from that," Sonic said. "She died like Thanos."

"She's right, you know," Misty said. Then everyone looked at her. "She's a variant. Like me, Sunny, Hitch, Pipp, Zipp, Izzy, Sparky, Dad and Haven, we're all from an alternate future timeline. The Opaline of this timeline is about to escape from Tartarus.

"Then we got to stop that one," Sunny said.

"Relax," Olive said. "I'm calling some allies that can help with that."

Meanwhile, at the gates of Tartarus, the gate burst open. Then Opaline's laughter came from it. Opaline, the Opaline of this timeline, came out of the gate.

She laughed and said, "Finally! I'm free from that cursed prison! Now to..." Just then, she saw four figures standing in front of her. Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Tempest Shadow and Shade the Echidna. Opaline was furious when she saw Celestia and Luna. "YOU!"

"Hello, Opaline," Celestia said.

"And goodbye," Luna said. "Tempest."

"Gladly!" Tempest said. She then brought out an orb.

Tempest then tossed up the orb and then she kicked it towards Opaline.

Back at Freedom Fighters Mansion, the heroes had returned. GUN was there to pick up the Destructix. Sarah Crayton had sent the Nocturnus to another time and location where they couldn't attack Earth anymore. Allura was standing outside of the gates. Sarah Crayton then walked up to her.

"You ready?" Sarah Crayton asked.

"You know... after what Opaline almost did to me... I think I should retire from evil," Allura said. "Besides... all I want is my brother."

Sarah nodded. She then opened a rift to the location of where her brother was. Allura's brother, Alterro, saw the rift open up and saw Allura.

"Allura?" Alterro asked.

"Alterro," Allura said. Then she walked through the rift. Sarah then closed the rift and walked back towards the heroes.

"Well, that was a day," Sonic said. "You know what? How about we don't do any work tomorrow, go to an amusement park, and enjoy the whole day?"

"I could use a day off," Shadow said.

"Before that, I got one thing to say," MC said. "Twilight?"

Twilight walked towards MC with a raised eyebrow. She then asked, "Yes?"

"Twilight... ever since we met, you have been so much help to us," MC said. "And a lot of things have happened that I've... admired. And with that... I've realized that I would want to spend the rest of my life with you. And not just because Nyx is our daughter."

"Michael?" Twilight asked, starting to get wide eyed. "Is this going where I think this is going?"

MC then pulled out the box he received from the Oracle. He then opened it up and inside was a ring. MC then said, "Twilight Sparkle, High Princess of Equestria, will you be my queen by marrying me?"

The rest of the heroes, except for Pipp and Shadow, all gasped. Twilight was surprised at that. She then thought about it. She then looked over at Nyx and Joshua. She then smiled and looked back at MC.

"Yes," Twilight said. She then held out her left hand for MC to put the ring on her ring finger. Then the heroes all applauded. Pipp was live streaming the whole thing. She then brought back the phone to let everyone watching her live stream.

"That's right, my Pippsqueaks!" Pipp said. "It's a royal engagement! The newly made King, Michael Crayton, has just proposed to the High Princess of Equestria, Twilight Sparkle, and she accepted!"

Somewhere in Green Hills, Montana, Pipp's live stream was on a TV in a coffee shop, run by Agent Stone with Orbot and Cubot serving.

"I know for a fact that all of you will support their love," Pipp said on the screen. "I'll make sure to live stream the wedding when the big day comes. Ta-ta for now. Pipp-Pipp-Hooray!"

Just then, Agent Stone got a text message on his Smart Watch. He then checked the message. It read:

"PREPARE MY LATTE"

It also had a coffee emoji next to it. Agent Stone then said, "I, uh, I'm sorry, folks. Uh, I have to close early. Everybody out!" Then all the people that were in there were leaving the coffee shop. "Everybody out! Thank you for visiting the Mean Bean." He then reached for the door to close it. "Alright, goodnight! Goodnight." He then closed it. He then changed the sign from open to closed and pulled a sanitary inspection grade that was graded A, and underneath it was another one, but the grade was F-. He then went over to the coffee maker, and the temperature dial closed and opened up to a retinal scanner, which scanned his left eye. Then a red button came out from the drain rack of the coffee maker and he pushed it. He then turned around. "He's back. HE'S BAAAAAAACK!!" Then Orbot and Cubot laughed.

Well, that's the season 4 Finale, and this season is over. Don't worry, Eggman will be back for the next season. That's it for the Mobian Era for now.

Nah, just kidding. I have a surprise for all of you! This Season's not over yet! I'm gonna end this season with a Special. A Special that will lead to BronySonicFan's story, Sonic the Hedgehog x My Little Pony: The Final Act. See you all next time.
