The Mobian Era Special:
Michael Crayton vs. the Secret Society of the Multiverse

In a void, there were lines of white lines spread out, and giant purple crystal chunks all over the place. This is the space between universes.

"The Multiverse... What is it? Well, it's basically a series of endless possibilities of what could happen if a different choice is made. Whether it's someone making an alternate choice in their path, or someone who wasn't born in one timeline was born in another. Maybe even a colossal event happening when it wasn't supposed to. The Multiverse is unpredictable. And if you ever get lost in the Multiverse, just be careful on where you end up. It's hard to find your way around here. I should know. I got kidnapped in my universe by a psychotic variant of my friends, Sonic the Hedgehog. Who am I you ask? I am King Michael Crayton. And right now... I'm in trouble."

From one lines of the multiverse, something came out through a portal. It was MC. He had on a special watch on his right wrist that could help him travel the Multiverse. He had swiped it from someone from a place he had escaped from. MC jumped from crystal to crystal at high speed. Eventually, he stopped and hid behind one of the crystals just as a bunch of portals opened up from the same line he came out of. Coming out of those portals were variants of some friends he knew. Zipp Storm, Twilight Sparkle, Tails, and even a Sonic. But this Sonic wasn't like the one we knew. He wore a brown overcoat, white boots, an eye patch over one of his eyes, a scar over that one covered eye, and he had gold bracelets on his white gloves.

"Don't let him get away!" the Sonic variant announced. The others nodded and looked around for MC. "You can't escape from us, Michael Crayton! You're an anomaly! You must be contained until your canon event happens!"

"I'm not an anomaly, FS!" MC called out. He then jumped away from the crystal chunk he was hiding behind. The chunk was heading right towards FS. But FS was ready for it. His bracelets turned into swords and he used it to slice the Crystal chunk in half. He then saw MC heading off somewhere.

"Wherever you go, you're an anomaly!" FS called out. "You will be stopped!" He then saw MC entering a universe. "Gotcha."

Universe: 010921 (Alicorn Sunset's Universe)
Location: Bridlewood

MC broke into the universe with a Hexagon shaped portal in the sky. He landed on the ground, scaring a bunch of ponies that were there. One of them was, of course, Alphabittle. And none of them were Mobians.

"Shoot, wrong universe," MC said. "Let's see where I am." He then checked the watch he had snatched from a member of the secret society and saw he was in the Alicorn Sunset's Universe. "Shoot. Not even close." Just then, he was surrounded by a bunch of Hexagon shaped portals. A lot of bipedal creatures in armor came out of the portals with weapons that might be able to stop MC. The ponies in Bridlewood all ran in terror from what was about to happen.

"Michael Crayton!" one of the armored creatures said, his weapon pointed towards MC. "By the authority of the Secret Society, you are to be imprisoned until your canon happens."

"You don't tell me what to do!" MC said, angrily. He then smirked. "By any chance, are any of you by chance from this Universe?" That made all the armored creatures look at each other in confusion.

"No," the leader of the armored creatures answered.

"Then it won't matter if I do this," MC said, digging his claws into the ground, and threw a chunk of earth at the leader. The leader fell over and the rest of the society members got closer to MC. "This is gonna be fun." He then started fighting the armored creatures.

The armored creatures were trying to hit MC with there weapons, but the royal fox was too fast for them. MC grabbed the weapons from their hands and used them against the armored creatures. Hitting them in multiple places. More armored creatures were coming out of the Hexagon shaped portals to go after MC.

A lot of armored creatures were trying to get him. A couple of them were holding an Anti-Matter net. But MC dodged the net and he tripped the armored creatures with a sweep kick. Then they got trapped in the Anti-Matter net. MC then charged at more armored creatures coming towards him.

A bunch of armored creatures were surrounding MC with Anti-Matter shields and night sticks. MC then used his claws to dig into the ground. The armored creatures then got closer to the hole, but then in a 15 yard radius sinkhole came in and swallowed up all those armored creatures. Then another hole came out from beyond the sinkhole. MC then came out of it and looked down the sinkhole, seeing a lot of the armored creatures were down for the count.

A bunch of armored creatures came out of the Hexagon shaped portals to try and get MC. But he was too fast for them. He used his martial arts to take them down. MC then used his strength to throw the armored creatures into the sinkhole.

One more time again...

Then more armored creatures came out of the Hexagon Shaped Portals and went after MC. But MC was ready for them. MC grabbed one of the armored creatures by the back of the head and used that one's head to headbutt the others coming towards them. All of them were getting knocked out on impact.

That something wasn't right here?
Oh, pretty baby, I shouldn't have let you go...

Then more armored creatures came in and surrounded him. MC then used his Elemental Mimicry to copy the elements around him. Then he increased in size to intimidate the armored creatures.

And I must confess, that my loneliness is killing me now...

MC in his Gigan form used his tail to sweep all the guards into the sinkhole, trapping them all. As as soon as all of them were in there, MC shrunk down to his normal size. Then he used his materiokinesis to cover up the sink hole, leaving a bunch of air holes to the ones trapped could still breathe. Then the cover of the sinkhole turned into a large metal grate.

MC then started walking away from the grate, but then the image stopped.

"So, you're all probably wondering why I'm being chased by these guys are chasing me? Well, it's a long story. To make it simpler, we'll go back to where it all began."

Universe 160521...
Location: Crayton Castle...
Date: MC's 7th Birthday...

It showed a castle standing tall over a kingdom. The town was setting up for a celebration.

"Whoops. Looks like I went back too far. Oh, wait. I remember this day. It was my seventh birthday. Which... was also the day I lost everything."

The people of the Crayton Kingdom were getting ready for the celebration. Within the Castle Grounds, young Michael Crayton was in the courtyard, playing with some local children. A male badger, a male raccoon and a female squirrel. The male badger was brown and black, he had dark blue eyes, and was wearing two sports bands on his wrists and blue running shoes. His name was Adrian. The male raccoon was gray and black. He had brown eyes, and was wearing red fingerless gloves and brown sandals. His name was Rudy. And the female squirrel was brown with a light brown underbelly. She was wearing a pink tank top, blue jeans, pink and white sneakers, and she had blonde hair done up in pigtails. Her name was Emma.

The four of them were playing with a hacky sack, kicking it around.

"C'mon," Adrian said. "Haven't any of you given up yet?"

"You know we can't give up yet, Adrian," Rudy said.

"I can do this all day," Emma said. "Can you keep up, Michael?"

"Oh, I can," Young MC said. "The real question is... can you keep up with me." He then sent the hacky sack up high. And this was before his powers awoken, so it wasn't too high.

Adrian stepped back and said, "I got it. I got it." The hacky sack came back down. Adrian tried kicking it back up, but he missed and it landed on the ground. "Aw, man."

"Gotcha, Adrian," Young MC said.

"Your highness," came a guard's voice. Young MC turned around and saw a guard behind him. The guard was a wolf. He was gray, had red eyes, and he was wearing red and blue armor. "Your parents are wanting to see you."

"Right now?" Young MC asked. "But I'm playing with my friends."

"Don't worry, Michael," the wolf said. "You will be back with your friends in no time."

"It's okay, Michael," Emma said. "We'll be back tonight for your birthday party. See ya." Then the three kids left the Castle Grounds.

"Captain Stryker, where are my parents?" Young MC asked, looking up at the wolf.

"They're expecting you in the Throne Room," the wolf, known as Captain Stryker, said. Young MC then started walking into the castle. As soon as Young MC was out of earshot, Stryker looked away. He walked towards a castle wall. He then brought out a communicator and said, "Doctor Robotnik, the Royal Family is occupied and all the guards are off duty. Prepare for the invasion."

Inside the castle, Young MC met up with his parents. His parents, King Paul Crayton and Queen Sarah Crayton, were expecting him.

"Hello, there, Michael," Sarah Crayton said to her son. "Happy birthday."

"Another year closer to being King," Paul Crayton said. "And I'm sure you will make a great leader."

"I just hope I'll be just as good as you," Young MC said.

"You might not be as good as I am, Michael," Paul Crayton responded. "You just might be the greatest one of them all."

"I can see it happen," Sarah Crayton said. Just then, Captain Stryker came in with a panic look. "Captain Stryker, what brings you in so abruptly?"

"Your majesties, we are being invaded!" Captain Stryker said.

"What?!" Paul Crayton said. Then he, Sarah and Young MC ran out of the throne room. They went up to a balcony to look out at the kingdom. There, coming above the forest, was a flying battleship. It then fired upon the villages. The people were running in panic. "Impossible! All of the guards are supposed to be on duty! They should be firing back!"

"Oh, I gave them the day off," Captain Stryker said.

"WHAT?!" Paul Crayton said, seeing Captain Stryker coming up to him. "You know that this day has to be the most important day where the guards should be on duty!"

"Oh, I know that," Captain Stryker said. "Oh, and one more thing. I was the one who let in the invader."

"WHAT?!" Paul Crayton shouted. He then grabbed his sword from his scabbard and said, "You... you... you TRAITOR!!" Stryker blocked the King's sword swing with his own swords. "You betray your kingdom! Why?!"

"Doctor Robotnik has promised me that if I let him into the Kingdom and destroy the royal line, I will be his general," Stryker said. "You are unworthy of being a ruler. And your son will never live to see another day!"

"Sarah, get Michael out of here!" Paul Crayton said. Sarah then grabbed Michael and she carried him. Stryker saw them leaving and got angry.

"No!" Stryker shouted. He then threw a dagger at Sarah, but Sarah quickly turned around and grabbed the dagger before it could make contact, then threw it at a wall and it got wedged in. "Craytons!"

Sarah carried Young MC into the Throne Room. Young MC then said, "Mom? Where are we going?"

"We're getting you out of here," Sarah said. Just then, the castle was being under attacked. "Oh, no! Come on!" Sarah then went to the throne. She then went over to the right side of the throne and activated the switch that opens up the escape route. The escape route opened up.

"What about my friends?" Young MC asked. "We can still save them."

"There's no time," Sarah said. "And... I don't think they made it, either."

"Sarah, look out!" came Paul's voice. The two looked towards the door and they saw Stryker throwing another dagger towards them. Sarah jumped towards Young MC and they got out of the way of the throne dagger. "Stryker!" Then Paul charged at Stryker as he was preparing to get another throwing dagger. Paul swung his sword and hit the dagger right out of Stryker's hand. Paul then threw the dagger and hit the switch to close the escape route after Sarah carried Young MC through the passageway. "You are gonna pay for your betrayal."

"We shall see about that," Stryker said. Then a bunch of robots came into the Throne Room. All of them were Robotnik's Swat Bots. Then Doctor Robotnik came in.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't the failing king of this kingdom," Doctor Robotnik said. "And his former captain of the guard."

"I cleared the way for you, doctor," Stryker said.

"Excellent," Doctor Robotnik said. "Swat Bots, kill them both."

"WHAT?!" Stryker asked. "We had a deal!"

"Did you honestly believe I would let a Mobian like you be my general?" Doctor Robotnik asked. He then laughed. "Oh, primitive naive simpleton. You honestly believe that me, the smartest person in the world, will need someone like you to be my general. You are so... wrong. Which means our partnership is... DOOKIE." Then the Swat Bots started firing upon the two. Paul Crayton blocked the laser fire as best as he could, but he eventually got shot and killed by them.

"Now, time to destroy this place once and for all," Doctor Robotnik said. "According to my calculations, the explosion shall take out all the remaining survivors. Not even the prince shall survive this." He then left the Throne Room.

In the secret passage, the castle was crumbling down on top of the secret passageway. Sarah was carrying Michael as they were going through the passageway. Just then, Sarah stopped and put Young MC down.

"Michael, listen to me," Sarah said. "You are destined to be the greatest of the whole Crayton family. Even if it means that we're not with you. You have to go."

"I don't wanna go without you!" Young MC said.

"You must," Sarah Crayton said. She then grabbed a couple rings and put them on Young MC's wrists. "Your power will awaken when I'm gone. You will need to go on without me." Just then, she saw the roof collapsing in over Young MC. She then ran in pushed him out of the way. "Look out!" She then pushed Young MC out and took the blow. She got crushed. Young MC looked towards where he was standing earlier, and he saw his Mom crushed. "Be brave... my son." She then closed her eyes.

"No..." Young MC said. Just then, golden energy started coming out of his hands. His eyes started shedding some tears. "No..."

Outside, Doctor Robotnik got into his flying vehicle and started taking off into the sky. As soon as he was in a clear distance, he then said, "Goodbye, Craytons." He then pushed a red button. Then the Swat Bots started beeping. They were set to self destruct.

Back in the escape route, Young MC fell onto his knees, and a huge burst of golden energy came from him as he shouted out, "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" The golden energy blasted through the tunnel and back towards the Throne Room. The energy went around the throne and collided with the Swat Bots, making them self destruct early. All the Swat Bots in the Kingdom exploded, destroying a lot of landscape.

Young MC stayed on his knees, crying out over his mother's assumed death. Just then, a green flash came in behind him. Young MC turned his head to see the Oracle of Delphius.

"Hello, Prince Michael Crayton," the Oracle said. "I am the Oracle of Delphius. I have sensed your power. You unleashed a huge burst of power without control over it. Imagine what you could do with control of it."

"How... How could I do that?" Young MC asked. "I lost my family... my friends... my home."

"Oh, I'm sure you will gain new friends and a new home, Michael," the Oracle said. "But first, how about we train you how to control the power you have?"

Young MC sighed and said, "Okay." He then got up. He then took one last look at his mother. The Oracle then put his arm around Young MC's shoulders. Then in a green flash, they disappeared.

Universe: 160521
Location: Castle of Friendship
Present Time

MC had awoken from remembering that fateful day. He breathed heavily at remembering his seventh birthday. He then looked down seeing who was in bed with him. It was Twilight Sparkle, High Princess of Equestria and his fiancé. She still wore the engagement ring on her left ring finger. MC then smiled at that.

MC then sighed and said, "Put the past behind you, MC. It's time to move on." He then laid back down and wrapped his left arm around Twilight. In her sleep, she also wrapped her right wing around MC's body.

Universe: 250954
Location: Secret Society Headquarters

In the main office where FS watches over the Multiverse, he observes MC and Twilight sleeping together in their universe. He noticed that Twilight was wearing an engagement ring. He then got angry.

"They're engaged?!" Future Sonic asked, angrily. "No! He's not supposed to get married!" Just then, Sunset Shimmer, from Universe 010921, came into the room.

"FS, why are you upset?" Sunset asked.

"Nothing that concerns you, Sunset," Future Sonic replied. "I'm gonna need to apprehend an anomaly. I'll have to do it myself."

"Are you sure that Michael Crayton is an anomaly?" Sunset asked. "Sure, he's powerful, but he seems like he could be an ally against Opaline from Universe 220822. After all, he did stand a chance against his Universe's alternate Opaline."

"But it won't be the same," Future Sonic said. "His power will continue to grow. He must be apprehended." He then pushed a button. "Tails, is it ready?!"

"It's ready, FS," came Tails's voice from a speaker. It was the Tails from Universe 060403.

"Good," Future Sonic said. He then walked towards the door.

"But FS, Michael Crayton is surrounded by his friends," Sunset said. "And there's also the fact that his mother will watch over him."

"Oh, I'm prepared for that," Future Sonic said. "That's why... I'm gonna take her down first." He then left the room. "See you later, Sunset." The doors closed behind him. Sunset then looked at the screen in worry.

"I just hope that he knows what he's up to," Sunset said.

Universe: Space In Between Universes
Location: Just Outside of Universe 160521

Sarah Crayton was sitting on a crystal, watching both the alternate future timeline and the new main timeline, making sure everything ran right.

But then, she heard something coming from behind her and frowned. "Hmm... Took you long enough to show up... Sonic..."

As she turns around, she sees that Sonic comes out of some strange Heptagon-shaped portal, but this Sonic had messed up quills, a scar on his left eye, an eyepatch covering said eye, a large brown coat, and white with golden boats, gloves and bracelets. This Sonic looked at Sarah with a frown, clearly stating he's not friendly.

"I've got a lot to deal with having another Opaline causing mayhem in the entire multiverse, so I'm afraid I've gotta keep this visit short," the alternate Sonic spoke, the portal behind him closing.

"Right, as if I didn't know why you're here, FS..." Sarah said with a frown. FS is short for "Future Sonic", but he's not this Sonic's universe future. He's just called like that 'cause he comes from Year 2154 in his universe.

"Guess that's what happens when you've got Precognition," Future Sonic said, still frowning as well. "But don't bother trying to warn that scum you call your son with those visions. I'll be getting him one way or another."

"You want to get to him? You'll have to get past me!" Sarah stated, duplicating herself and sending her clones towards FS.

However, FS made two big golden blades come out of his bracelets, then slashed all of Sarah's clones with them at super speed, and then he headed towards Sarah herself. She tried to stop Future Sonic with her Chronokinesis, but even if she managed to hold FS on his place, he somehow broke her time manipulation powers and slashed one of his blades with a twirl on her shoulder, sending her backwards. This made Sarah grab her shoulder and see it left a mark, one that immediately healed, but she still looked back at Sonic and growled.

"What? You really thought I'll just come here without being ready to kick your butt?" Future Sonic asked with a mocking smirk, one that grew as he noticed Sarah's frustration, confusion and fear on her eyes.

"H-How did you brake free from my Chronokinesis?!" Sarah asked in disbelief.

"I've got a bunch of Tailses, Twilights, Zipps, and even Dr. Eggmans working for me!" Future Sonic replied happily, but it was a messed up happiness. "If you thought I wouldn't be ready for your silly time manipulation powers, maybe you're not as qualified to look after your sector of the multiverse as I thought..."

Of course, FS is just messing with her. He's telling her all of this to make her low her guard and attack without thinking, blind her in anger as he calculates his moves while she just desires to make him shut up. And the worse part of all? Sarah knows this, and it's still falling for the trick.

"What's the matter, Crayton?" Future Sonic mocked up with a chuckle. "Are you chickening right now?"

That's all Sarah needed to hear to shout in rage and then throw herself with her super speed towards FS, summoning a pair of swords from her coat sleeves and then swing them against the future hedgehog, but he either used his own blades to block the attacks or to attack back at her. He was calculating when to attack properly while Sarah just tried to make one scratch on him, just one. And yet, FS found the perfect moment to attack when she swing her left sword and he dodged it, then cut her coat's sleeve and grabbed the sword, slashing her chest and sending her backwards.

She groaned in pain as she slid back, her chest now bleeding with a mark, but as soon as it healed, Sarah looked at FS in anger and launched against him again, now with only one sword. FS, despite enjoying Sarah's desperation to stop him, still choose to play fair and retracted one of his blades, then threw the sword he ripped from Sarah's coat and blocked her next attack with just one of his blades. Now this was a 1-on-1 battle with swords, with Sarah desperately swinging hers as she tried to hit FS and stop him from reaching her son, while FS kept enjoying her despair as he blocked her attacks.

She could be sending a vision for her son to warn him about FS right now as she fights with him, but she's not thinking straight. Her anger is blurring her senses and way of thinking, which is what FS is using against her. She swings her sword to the left and tries to hit FS' rib, then swings backwards and tried to hit his shoulder, but the future hedgehog blocked both attacks and then brought back his other blade to grab Sarah's, then hold it into place and cut the other sleeve, before using both swords to hit her chest and sent her backwards again.

Sarah groaned in pain as she saw her chest with a giant, bleeding X mark, but then when it healed, she frowned at FS and launched at him with her super speed again. She tried to strike a punch into his face, but he blocked her attack with his blade, so she tried on his stomach, and he blocked the attack again. She then tried with his left shoulder, but he caught the attack and returned it, making Sarah hit herself with her own fist.

"Your Precognition seems a bit rusty, Sarah," Future Sonic mocked up, as Sarah groaned in pain from her own punch. "Here, let me help you fix it!"

After stating this, he hit Sarah's face and stunned her, even making her nose bleed. It started to heal, of course, but then Future Sonic started to punch Sarah Crayton's body with his super speed, having absolutely no mercy as he made sure to hit her face, her stomach, her limbs, and even her back, making it crack a bit. Sarah cried out in pain, and then FS grabbed her to make a suplex on her, before kicking her back quickly, and then throw her in the air, just to punch her meters away by making one of his bracelets turn his glove into a big metallic one.

Sarah rolled in the ground painfully, and yet even as her body started to quickly heal all the punches, she still felt immense pain. But just when she thought this could not get worse, FS rushed pass her and placed a silver collar on her neck. It had two lights, and it switched from green to red, meaning the collar was activated. Her body suddenly started to hurt like heck, making her groan painfully as she touched some of the ares FS hit and realized the healing process has suddenly stopped. She even felt some blood forming in her mouth, so she spit it and looked in horror as the red stain remained there in the ground.

She then saw in horror as Future Sonic approached her, smirking and walking as if he wasn't in a hurry. She tried to crawl back, but her pain was so intense that even the smallest movement hurt like heck. Future Sonic grinned at this, and Sarah gulped nervously.

"W-What have you done to me?!" Sarah managed to ask.

"Oh, not much..." Future Sonic spoke with fake innocence. "I just deactivated your powers for the next 10 minutes. You can thank Dr. Hooves and his brilliant mind that came up with the concept."

"B-But that... that shouldn't be possible..." Sarah said, then groaned in pain again.

"Oh, Sarah... You're brilliant, and yet so naive at the same time," Future Sonic chuckled. "If you thought I'll come to stop you without being prepared, the joke's on you. I know what you can do and how can you do it, hence why I had to be very careful with my words and moves. Now that you're out of my way, all I've gotta do is... Go find your son, and make sure his powers are under control. My control."

After stating this, FS walked away from her, but not without first kicking her face to increase her pain and stop her from trying to stop him. Sarah groaned in pain again, barely standing on her knees in the ground, while FS used his watch to open another heptagon-shaped portal. Sarah turned to him, and he also turned to her.

"You might think I'm a villain, but I just take the hard decisions other Sonics can't," Future Sonic told her. "Then again, I'm not like the other Sonics."

With that being said, he crossed the portal as it closed behind, leaving Sarah painfully in the ground as she teared up, begging that FS will fail and that MC will be able to stop him.

Sarah tried crawling towards the Universe where her son is, but she was in so much pain. She couldn't even get there until it was too late. She then said, "Michael... I'm... coming..."

Universe: 160521
Location: Freedom Fighters Mansion
Time: 8:30 AM

MC and Twilight had come out of the portal that leads to Twilight's Castle. When they got out of the room, they saw it was pouring.

"Oh, great," MC said. "The storm hit earlier than I thought." He then checked his wrist communicator. "Weather apps are always wrong until it the weather hits."

"Goin' down!" came Dulcy's voice. The two of them looked up in the sky and they saw Dulcy coming down. She was losing control of her flying and she crashed into the pool.

"Ooh!" MC and Twilight said in unison.

"That's gotta hurt," Twilight said. The two of them walked towards the pool. Dulcy came out of the pool. "Dulcy, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, Ma..." Dulcy said, her eyes spinning around. "I just need to lie down."

"Alright, Dulcy, that's it," MC said. "You need to learn how to fly without crashing. And I'm gonna supervise."

"Hopefully, you won't keep her out in that storm," Twilight said.

"Oh, don't worry, Sparkles," MC said. "I've got a place in mind. I'll be back in an hour." MC then pulled Dulcy out of the water and he pulled her towards the main house. "First, you gotta shower. We'll leave after that."

"Okay," Dulcy said. Then they headed in. Twilight then went into the main part of the house. Inside, there was Midpoint and Sunny. Midpoint was working on his laptop.

"Hey, guys," Twilight said.

"Twilight!" Sunny said. "What brings you here?"

"Oh, Michael and I are getting used to sleep with each other," Twilight said. "Today, we're just seeing how all of you are doing." She then looked around. "Where's everyone else?"

"They're all working," Midpoint said. "The only ones who aren't working are Zipp and Truemen. Now that Opaline is gone, we can kick back and relax."

"Although, this storm came out of nowhere," Sunny said. "This day was supposed to be sunny. Tomorrow is supposed to be a beach day, but this storm is gonna last all week."

"That's sad," Twilight said. "Why not have the weather team..." She then remembered that only Equestria have weather teams. "Oh, that's right. Weather works on its own here." She then noticed Midpoint typing on his laptop. "Busy day at the office?"

"Very," Midpoint said. "Ever since I moved my business here from San Francisco, things at work have been quite busy. I can barely make it back from the office so Cozy Glow and I can eat dinner together. And she's been having trouble with her homework at school."

"Well, why not have her go straight to your business after school so you could help her with her homework?" Twilight asked.

"Not a bad idea, Twi," Midpoint said. "I'll have a driver to pick her up when she gets out of school."

"Hopefully, nothing will come after us during a much needed break from all that trouble with Opaline," Twilight said. "We wouldn't want our necks snapped or our skin pierced by sharp blades."

"That second thing won't happen to me," Midpoint said. "My skin's unbreakable."

"Oh, right," Twilight said. "Although, you did have to wear a cast after a giant truck ran over your foot."

"My skin is unbreakable, not my insides," Midpoint said. "I better get back to work."

It then went outside of Freedom Fighters Mansion. It was pouring outside. Then everything outside of the mansion's doors start to float around while the environment's colors change. Then, a big portal with an heptagon shape opens up. Out of it steps a mysterious figure, who's shadow reflects on the mansion's door as thunder strikes behind him. The figure's green eye is focused, as it looks around the mansion in front of him. Soon, on his shoulder, an holographic figure appears. This is a anthropomorphic beige lynx with green eyes, black hair and ear tops, black gloves with white palms, a pink dress with a somewhat white cape, black pants and black with white shoes. It was Future Sonic and an alternate version of Nicole.

"Nicole..." Future Sonic said, his tone filled with both annoyance and anger. "You sense that too?"

Nicole looked at the mansion ahead and scanned it, then glitched to show a bunch of screens around her, and then she looked at her boss. "Yes, chief. A magic barrier protects this place from invaders. I detect several hidden Sonic Cannons around the front porch, and myself. At least, the one from this universe."

Future Sonic snorted after hearing this. "Of course. That darn Alicorn thinks of everything... Fortunately for us, we've got the same chick on our tails."

"That... sounded creepy, chief..." Nicole told him with a cringed expression.

"I know, that's the idea," Future Sonic chuckled, then got serious again. "Bring all the security measures down. I want them out of my way."

"Aye aye, captain!" Nicole stated with a salute, then she disappeared from sight.

Inside, Truemen and Zipp were checking the security cameras of the entire mansion in Zipp and Pipp's room. Suddenly, however, they all started to shut down, taking both of them off guard.

"The heck?!" Zipp asked.

"That... Should not be happening..." Truemen pointed out. "Nicole? What's happening?"

"Something's messing up with the security system!" Nicole replied, but then she suddenly gasped. "W-What is this?! W-Who are you?! W-What's going––"

But before she could finish her sentence, she suddenly went offline. "Nicole?" Truemen called out, but when he got no response, he started to grow concerned. "Nicole, where are you?! If this is a joke, is not funny!"

And yet no response came still, so both Truemen and Zipp looked at each other concerned before leaving the latter's room and rush outside. They ran through around the pool to get inside and into the living room where they found Twilight, Midpoint and Sunny. The three of them noticed the other two's concerned looks and heavy pants from their race.

"What's going on?" Twilight asked them, knowing pretty well they come with anything but good news.

"The security cameras aren't working!" Zipp said concerned.

"And I lost contact with Nicole! She's not answering!" Truemen added.

"Nicole and the cameras aren't working? At the same time?" Midpoint questioned with a concerned frown. "That's not possible. I designed Nicole with a special program that keeps her from being hacked. The only one who can hack into her is herself and me."

Twilight then focused on feeling her magic, but then she gasped. "...The shield around the mansion... I-I can't feel it!"

"What?!" The others said with concern.

"Are you kidding?! Twilight, this is not the time to make jokes!" Sunny pointed out.

"I'm not kidding! I can't feel the shield––" But just as Twilight was saying this, the Mansion's front doors exploded and turned into thousands of sharp wooden pieces, which made both Twilight and Sunny, who turned into an Alicorn, activate shields with their magic, until they felt safe and decided to deactivate them.

"Everyone okay?!" Sunny asked with concern.

"Yeah..." Truemen said.

"Unbreakable skin," Midpoint added.

"I can't believe we're not dead!" Zipp chuckled awkwardly.

"Consider yourself lucky." A sixth voice spoke, and then the other five turned to the entrance of the mansion in defensive positions. "If not for your friends's shields, you'll be all goners by now." The group looked towards the sixth voice. coming in through the hole, soaking wet, was Future Sonic. "I'm honestly impressed to see you all live still. Those things would've been pretty hurtful otherwise."

The Freedom Fighters in the house turned behind them, seeing that sharp pieces of wood had tuck into the walls and stairs, right where they were standing, meaning that if not for Sunny and Twilight's shield, they'll be dead by now.

"The heck?!" Zipp asked in anger, as she and everyone else turned back to this new Sonic in the entrance.

"Who are you?!" Twilight asked with an angry expression. "How did you got in here?!"

The answer came, though, when Nicole appeared in front of the other Sonic... facing him instead of the rest.

"The path is open up, boss!" Nicole told him with a smile and a salute, making the present Freedom Fighters feel in shock.

"Excellent work, Nicole." Future Sonic told her with a nod, but his only eye still looked at the Freedom Fighters. "Go back to the HQ. I'll take it from here."

"You sure?" Nicole asked, then she looked at the others for a second before approaching Future Sonic to whisper. "These guys are quite a match, Future Sonic. Not to mention, you're outnumbered..."

"I appreciate your concern, Nicole..." Future Sonic replied, and then finally turned to see her. "But this is not my first battle outnumbered. And is not me who you should feel worried over."

"Yeah, I know..." Nicole said. "Just... Don't brake any of their bones, okay? And if you need help, just say the magic word!"

After that, Nicole went away, while Future Sonic smirked. "I don't promise anything."

The Freedom Fighters had no idea on what to say, except for Zipp. "That darn lynx! I thought we could trust her!"

"Oh, you think she's your Nicole? Nah," Future Sonic stated. "She's just in sleep mode. She'll be back online once I leave. And I'll leave once I see the man of the house eye to eye."

"What do you mean the Nicole you were talking to is nor the Nicole we know?" Truemen asked confused, still frowning.

"Simple word: Multiverse," Future Sonic replied. "Big, vast, full of endless possibilities. The Nicole you saw was built by the Tails from my universe. She's everything I have left of him."

"What?" Sunny asked concerned.

"You're so confusing and frustrating!" Twilight said with anger. "What does 'FS' is supposed to stand for?! That's how this 'other' Nicole called you!"

"FS is short for 'Future Sonic', Sparkles," Future Sonic said with a mocking grin and chuckle, saying the last word in such a way that made Twilight blush in embarrassment and anger alike. "But don't wrap your head on a mental journey that'll make you count the stars in the sky. I'm not your Sonic's future. In fact, I'm no Sonic's Future. I'm just a guy that has to do what has to be done. Now, why am I here? I'm looking for the fox in charge. And I'm not leaving until he arrives."

"Then you're getting disappointed, buddy, because Michael is not here," Twilight stated, as she illuminated her horn with a frown.

"Oh, you don't wanna do that, Twilight," Future Sonic stated, looking at her with a bored expression "I don't wanna fight with any of you, but if I have to to get to MC, then I'll crush your skulls against the walls if necessary."

Midpoint then pulled out his collapsible archery bow, extended it, prepared a trick arrow, and aimed it at Future Sonic. He then declared, "Well... Then crush your skull into this!" He then released the arrow.

Future Sonic just moved aside and let the arrow exit the mansion. Midpoint then whistled and the arrow he released turned around and went back towards the hedgehog. Yet Future Sonic seemed to know this, because as the arrow was coming back, his right bracelet shifted and created a hand cannon, then Future Sonic turned around and shoot the arrow, making it explode out of the mansion, while Future Sonic grinned at he did, leaving the Freedom Fighters with their jaws dropped. Midpoint was shocked that his arrow never hit its target.

"Im-impossible..." Midpoint said.

"They say you never miss, Midpoint..." Future Sonic said, as the arm cannon retracted while he turned to the Freedom Fighters. "But there's always a first for everything."

"H-How did you..." Midpoint tried to ask in utter shock.

"Please. You really think I'll come to capture an anomaly without being prepared?" Future Sonic snorted, then he got so serious that the few present Freedom Fighters could not believe this guy is really Sonic from another universe. "I've been studying every single one of you for months. Your dreams, your hopes, your strengths, your weaknesses... I'm not a man that likes what he does most of the time, but I know I have to be the one to do it. Other Sonics fear to become like me, while I fear they won't even live to see their futures."

"Anomaly?" Sunny questioned confused. "What is this guy talking about?!"

"No clue, but I'm running out of patience," Twilight said with a growl.

"You running out of patience?" Future Sonic chuckled again. "Pathetic. I hope you're happy now, 'Misspoint', because your little trick has ended along with my good mood. So, let me ask this one last time..."

Before making his question, he showed a pair of blades coming from his bracelets, both of them glowing in neon blue while electricity sparked from them. This startled the others, but now Sunny joined Twilight into igniting her horn, while Zipp stood ready to fight, Truemen pointed his robotic arm and charged his cannon, and Midpoint prepared to launch a different type of arrow.

"Where. Is. Michael Crayton?" Future Sonic asked, thunder striking behind him as he made the question. "We can do this the easy way... Or my way."

"You want to get to him? You'll have to get past us!" Twilight declared.

"Funny you say that... His mother told me the same before I came here," Future Sonic said with a wicked grin and chuckle. The Freedom Fighters there all gasped.

That's all Twilight had to hear to then launch herself against Future Sonic, who grinned and launched back, and as they approached each other, Future Sonic raised one of his blades and tried to hit Twilight's head, but she used a small barrier to protect herself and then make her hands glow, creating a spear with her magic as she tried to use it on Future Sonic, managing to hit his chest and push him back. Future Sonic growled in pain, then looked at Twilight in anger and stick his blades on the ground, then he rushed towards her and swing his left sword to pretend he's hitting her there, but when she was blocking that area, Future Sonic literally turned around fast enough to cut a slight zone in her waist, making her groan in pain, then Future Sonic kicked her back, as the spear disappear.

Seeing Twilight down, Sunny growled and then launched herself against Future Sonic, and as he saw her approaching, he changed his right blade for an arm cannon and shoot blasts against her, but Sunny shielded herself with her magic and then head to Future Sonic, almost kicking him if he had not used the blade on his left bracelet to shield himself. He then pushed Sunny back, but just as she was sent backwards, Future Sonic rushed and grabbed her from her tail, then throw her against a wall and made her fall painfully into the ground, before Future Sonic rushed and kicked her face, making her fall unconscious, her Alicorn form disappearing and earning gasps from all the others.

"One down. Four to go!" Future Sonic declared, retracting the arm cannon and then taking out a blade once more, before launching himself against Midpoint.

He frowned and then started to shoot explosive arrows towards Future Sonic, but he dodged them all and then grabbed one to launch it against Midpoint himself, making him throw himself to the side, while the arrow that Future Sonic launched hit the stairs and made them explode, shocking Midpoint, as he quickly stood up and tried to keep doing this, but then Future Sonic punched him backwards while also snatching his bow, crushing it with his bare hand.

"You'll need more than some arrows to put me down, Midpoint," Future Sonic warned with a frown.

Midpoint, however, grinned and then he pointed his hand outside, as some of the water drops from the rain froze in time and then head towards Midpoint, as he made the water bodies move around himself before he made them adopt a sharp form and then suddenly freeze.

Future Sonic raised an eyebrow at this. "Yeah... That won't stop me, either, but thanks for the circus show!"

Midpoint growled and then launched the sharp ice against Future Sonic, who made a flip to the side and then rushed towards Midpoint. He grabbed a couch nearby and launched it against Future Sonic, who slashed the furniture in half with his blades, but this was Midpoint just distracting him enough to bring over more water drops and turn them into sharp weapons that he kept throwing against Future Sonic like a storm. However, Future Sonic only used his blades and reflexes to cut and dodge said attacks, even grabbing one of the ice shards and throwing it to him, but Midpoint only dodged it, and then, he spin his finger with a cocky grin, making all the frozen water bodies that Future Sonic dodged immediately return back to him.

Future Sonic, noticing this, stopped moving and retracted his blades, then made his two bracelets change to arm cannons and shoot at the attacks, destroying them in the air. He then saw how Midpoint launched an explosive arrow with his bare hand, and it could've hit him if he did not activated his Super Speed, dodging the arrow and then staying on his super speed mode to stand behind Midpoint, retracting the arm cannons and then pulling out an orange blade from his left hand.

Meanwhile, the arrow exploded right were Future Sonic used to be, making Midpoint believe he had got rid of him, but then said grin disappeared and he gasped in pain when his chest was traversed by Future Sonic's blade. His eyes slowly drifted down, seeing the blade that passed through his body in shock, concern and pain.

"They say you never miss a shot..." Future Sonic muttered in his ear. "You have disappointed me, Midpoint. I expected better from you."

He then pulled the blade out, making Midpoint fall painfully into his knees while he kept gasping, grabbing his chest and, even if it was not bleeding, the pain was very real.

"W-What.... D-Did you... d-do to me...?" Midpoint asked confused, still in pain.

"I blocked your powers, for a limited time," Future Sonic replied. "I know you've got enhanced durability, so fabricating a blade that can brake the unbreakable skin was a big challenge. Fortunately, I've got a bunch of Tailses working together into making it a reality, and here you have it!"

Future Sonic showed the blade he used to Midpoint, who's eyes widened in horror before such a thing. Future Sonic then retracted it and grabbed Midpoint's head, as he closed his fist while the bracelet built a metallic glove around it, making Midpoint panic.

"You'll be down for a while, and even if you do recover your powers, you'll be too asleep to do anything." Future Sonic declared, then punched Midpoint's face three times, and in the fourth one, he launched him against a wall, making him traverse it and then fall unconscious on the ground, while Future Sonic retracted the glove. "That's two down."

He then heard how Zipp launched to him, and crossed her legs around his neck, then started to hit his face with all the strength she could gather in an attempt to knock him out as well, but even if Future Sonic was grunting, he grabbed Zipp's legs and then throw her to a table, breaking it in an instant, then grabbed her again and throw her against a wall upstairs, making her traverse it and end up in the library. Zipp groaned in pain and tried to stand up, but then Future Sonic rushed and kicked her face with his feet. Zipp groaned again, but then she noticed several books near her, so she smirked and pick them up, then threw one at Future Sonic, hitting him on his nose.

Zipp cheered at this, but Future Sonic growled and glared at her in anger, then made his blades come out and rushed to her. Zipp panicked and tried to launch more and more books, but Future Sonic cut them all off with ease by swinging his blades, and then he reached Zipp, grabbing her from her neck and keeping a strong grip around it, while Zipp herself started to gag in pain and grabbed Future Sonic's arm, then tried to hit it but could not even breath.

"Killing you off could brake the Canon of this universe, so I won't do it," Future Sonic stated. "But I can't have you interfering in my plans. And, since we're on the second floor, we're high enough for me to throw you away. But you'll be fine, don't worry, just as long as you don't mess with my business!"

After stating this, Future Sonic smashed Zipp into the ground and pressed his foot on her chest, making Zipp groan in pain. He then hit her face three times with his normal hand clenched into a fist, and then he grabbed her again before throwing her out of the window of the library, as he heard her scream and then nothing. He approached to the broken window and looked down, seeing Zipp's unconscious body in the ground, also soaking wet because of the rain pouring over her.

"Three down. Just two more to get to the man himself," Future Sonic stated, thunder striking as he did so.

But then he made a flip to the left, just in time to dodge Magical Photon Blasts coming out of Truemen's robotic arm. Future Sonic then switched his blades for arm cannons and then started to shoot them against Truemen, who launched himself behind a table and then overturned it to use it as cover. He then quickly rushed to a bookshelf and picked it up with everything and the books thanks to his arm's super strength and then throw it at Future Sonic. However, he switched the cannon arms for blades and charged a Spin Dash with the blades, then launched himself against the bookshelf and destroyed it, then he slid in the ground and used his feet to make Truemen trip, and then when the bear stood up, Future Sonic dashed behind him and grabbed him from his chest before doing a suplex on him.

Truemen growled at this, then quickly stood up before Future Sonic had the chance to and shoot him, hitting his shoulder and ripping off part of his coat, also leaving a scratch with blood on his shoulder. Seeing this made Future Sonic growl in anger and look at Truemen as if he had found the devil himself. However, Truemen did not felt intimidated, then picked up a table and throw it at Future Sonic, but then the future hedgehog retracted the blades of his bracelets and joined them together to form one single arm: A long sword with white handle that had golden decorations and a neon pink blade, then cut the table in a half, and when the table fell to the ground, the cut zones began to melt.

Now Truemen's eyes widened, but he wasn't going to let fear get the best of him, so he launched himself against Future Sonic and began to shoot again, and yet Future Sonic twirled the sword around to make it work as a shield, before he then hit Truemen's chest with the sword's handle, then launched the sword in the air, slid under Truemen and then hit his back to make him fall on his knees, and then jumped to grab the sword in the air and slashed Truemen's robotic arm off him, both the part still connected to him and the part that fell to the ground melting, while Truemen screamed in pain.

However, Future Sonic did not give him any time to process what happened, because he then grabbed his head and slammed it against his, making Truemen fall unconscious into the ground as well, while Future Sonic nodded satisfied with this result, then he put his hands together to grab the sword's handle, and then it retracted back to be his two bracelets.

"That's four down... And just one to go," Future Sonic said, then he turned around to the hole in the library's wall and frowned.

In the living room, Twilight stood up and coughed, then looked around and gasped in horror when she noticed that Sunny and Midpoint where both unconscious. She then turned to see that Future Sonic had arrived back, and then she frowned, standing up while holding her chest before glaring daggers at Future Sonic, who simply looked at her with indifference.

"...What... do you want from Michael?" Twilight asked.

"I want to make sure his power is under control..." Future Sonic replied. "My control. He gets more powerful each passing day, and the more powerful he gets, the less control he'll have. I'm trying to do something good for this universe, but I know that he's not a guy I can just approach and tell 'Oh, hey! Guess what? If you stay any longer in this universe you could go crazy! Come with me and that won't happen!' without my face ending on the floor, or at least without me losing my only working eye. As I said earlier, I just have to do what I have to do."

"Breaking into private property without warning is really necessary for you?!" Twilight asked in anger and disbelief.

"I have to do what's necessary. And now, only you stand in my way to reach that scumbag..." Future Sonic replied, then grinned. "I can't wait when he arrives and sees you all beaten up, Sparkles!"

Him using the nickname MC gave her felt off earlier because he was mocking her, but after seeing what he has done to the mansion, she frowned and launched herself to him, her arms fully glowing in the same color as her purple magic. Future Sonic, however, did not brought out any weapons. He simply ducked down and ducked her attempt at punching him. However, Twilight then growled and tried to punch him in the ground, making Future Sonic do a back flip and kick Twilight's face at the same time, making her spit some saliva out. She did hit the ground, though, leaving a mark.

But she then growled again and rushed to him, trying desperately to punch him, even launching laser beams from her horn, and even levitating everything around to try and hit him, but Future Sonic dodged it all without even trying, like if he wasn't taking her serious at all. And, in all honesty, he isn't. Twilight then sent literal daggers made of magic against him, but he lifted up enough objects around so the blades would hit those instead of him. He even stepped over one like it was nothing, making Twilight's anger and frustration grow by every second. She then levitated Future Sonic, and he was brought before her, but Future Sonic's expression didn't even seemed like he minded her doing this.

You are not going to get to Michael, you hear me?! You are not!" Twilight stated, charging up her horn and preparing to shoot.

"You don't have the guts to kill me, Sparkles." Future Sonic said, his tone and sight as cold as ever. "You never had them, you'll never will."

That was the final straw that made Twilight snap, so she held Future Sonic on the air with her magic and then shoot her laser, traversing Future Sonic's head and the wall behind him in the process. When the beam dissipated and the job was done, Twilight was panting heavily, and her horn died out, along all the magic she summoned. It took her staring at Future Sonic's dead body in the ground around 10 seconds for realization to hit her like a train, the realization that she has killed someone. Yes, this guy invaded and all, but he never once tried to attack her back. He just dodged her attacks and then let himself get killed. She let out a whimper, falling into her knees as tears formed in her eyes.

"W-What... W-What have I done?" Twilight said, looking at her trembling hands in fear.

But just when she thought that she really had killed someone, the dead corpse of Future Sonic suddenly disappeared, confusing her a lot.

"Hmph... I suspected that taking a life away with your own hands, or horn, would affect you..." Future Sonic's voice spoke, making Twilight's pupils shrink as she slowly turned around, and then Future Sonic appeared from the shadows, meaning that what Twilight killed was just an hologram... A very realistic one, at that. "I didn't think it'd be this bad, though."

"Y-You... H-How did you...?" Twilight asked in disbelief, looking back and forth between the place where Future Sonic was "dead" a few seconds ago and the real one behind her.

"You never fought with me, Sparkle," Future Sonic explained with a shrug. "But like I said, I know everyone's weaknesses too well. And I know you fear to kill someone that's not even trying to fight back. I had to use that to my advantage."

Hearing this made Twilight realize how wicked and insane this guy is. He may be called Sonic, but he's not a good one. Nor sane one, either. He made something so horrid like make her think she actually killed him and then came out to reveal he's perfectly fine. She wanted to kill him for real now, but just as she stood up and prepared to launch at him, Future Sonic brought out his orange blade and then stabbed Twilight, making her pupils tremble as she looked down at the blade stabbed on her belly. He did all of this in just a second, and Twilight didn't even had time to react.

"This isn't gonna kill you, but it will leave you powerless until I get your boyfriend out of here," Future Sonic declared. "And let me tell you this, Twilight: One day, in the distant future, when your universe lives happily thanks to my work and my methods, you'll look pass my actions and thank me. Just you wait and see."

After stating this, Future Sonic pulled the blade out of Twilight, making her fall into her knees and moan in pain. No blood came out of her, but the pain she felt was real, very real. Future Sonic then switched the blade for a metallic pipe and hit Twilight's head, making her fall in the ground, then he retracted the pipe and kicked her face, making her nose bleed and finally making her fall unconscious. He then noticed that Twilight dropped her communicator, so Future Sonic picked it up and grinned, because now he finally has a way to bring MC over to him.

So, Future Sonic just pressed the button to call all the Freedom Fighters and spoke. "Michael? I hope you're there, you big mistake, because I'm not going to repeat myself. Your mansion is a disaster, and the five idiots you had here 'guarding' it are not going to feel their butts in a while. Now, let's get down to business, shall we? I want you to come up here in 2 minutes and listen to my words, straight into my face. Come over alone, pal. I had mercy on the five dummies in this mansion, but if anyone that's not yourself shows up... Their heads will be rolling out of this place, and will end right into your feet. Their blood will be in your hands, Michael, for not listening to me."

"I'm sorry, but do I know you?" MC's voice came from the communicator. "Who is this? And what have you..." Before another word could be said, Future Sonic crushed the communicator with his hand. He then looked around at the destruction he caused. He did knew that a big battle would unleash considering neither MC nor his friends were going to listen, but this... This definitely is not what he had in mind.

"Oh well... Is not like I'm going to repair all this damage, anyways," Future Sonic shrugged.

"At the time, I had not known what I was up against, nor did I know what else was gonna happen. But when I got there, it was a total disaster."

It only took MC around 30 seconds to arrive after receiving the message. As MC entered the place, he gasped, and his eyes widened at the sight of his mansion this destroyed. Seeing Sunny and Midpoint laying unconscious in the ground only added more to his shock, but then seeing Future Sonic arrive... That made him felt terrified.

"What the... Sonic?!" MC asked confused.

"Yes... And no," Future Sonic replied, as he slowly approached MC. "I am Sonic, yes. Many call me Future Sonic, true, but I'm not your Sonic's future. I'm just a guy that came from a different universe where it is what you'll consider the future."

"I... I don't get it..." MC said with disbelief. "W-What is going on? Why did you destroyed the..." But then MC looked behind Future Sonic and noticed Twilight's unconscious body laying in the ground. Of course, he does not know that she's unconscious, and then he looked at Future Sonic with anger rising deep within himself. And in an angry tone, MC said, "What have you done?"

"She's alive, Michael," Future Sonic replied. "I just put her powers to sleep so she won't bother us. I've got things to discuss with you, anyways."

MC sniffed him, then his eyes widened upon realizing that he's not lying. "...This cannot be... The multiverse is a concept you shouldn't be messing with... In fact, you shouldn't be here!"

"Oh, so you know about the multiverse?" Future Sonic chuckled. "Then riddle me this, boy genius: If I should not mess with the multiverse, then why has it been more stable than ever thanks to my intervention? Hmm?"

MC sniffed again, and once more, Future Sonic was not lying. "What the heck is wrong with you, then? Why did you attack my home, and my friends? Why did you attack my fiancé?!"

"Your friends were in my way to reach you, so I did what had to be done," Future Sonic replied. "This is just business, Michael. Nothing personal."

"Well, you attacked my fiancé, and that's very personal to me!" MC shouted, then tried to punch Future Sonic, but the hedgehog grabbed his fist with no effort and then push it back, making MC's wrist crack and then his eyes widen.

"Really? You've got pretty sick powers that just evolve each passing day, and you choose to use your fists?" Future Sonic asked, sounding disappointed. "Pitiful."

"I-Impossible!" MC exclaimed. "I-I've got super strength! You should not be able to..."

"Resist a punch from you?" Future Sonic asked and then snorted. "Please. I've faced Knuckleses stronger than you."

Future Sonic then turned his free had into a big metallic fist, before punching MC backwards and make him create another hole in the wall. MC groaned in pain, but then he shook his head and growled in anger, while Future Sonic stared at him and shrugged.

"So what now, Michael? Are you standing there, or are you growing up some guts to..." Future Sonic said before being interrupted as MC suddenly zoomed into his face and increased his density to gain even more strength, then hit Future Sonic's face and made him spit some blood, then started to use him as his punching bag by hitting his face more, then his chest, his ribs, then made him trip, and then involved his fist in fire thanks to his Elemental Mimicry abilities and punched Future Sonic backwards, making him slide on the ground. When his hands were set ablaze, large words came in from behind him. Words that say "Flames of Disaster".

Future Sonic looked at MC, then licked some of the remaining blood in his lips and started to laugh, slowly standing up and then rubbing his nose with a finger. Finally, after 6 failures of warriors, someone has arrived to give quite the punch.

"The Flames of Disaster. Yeah... now we're talking..." Future Sonic said and chuckled. "This is what I've craved for... an amazing battle"

After stating this, Future Sonic turned his two bracelets into two swords with white handle that had golden details and long blue blades, then twirled one of them around to hold it in the opposite direction, while MC growled and brought out his materiokinetic photon blasts and launched towards his enemy, with Future Sonic doing the same. He has waited long enough to beat the poop out of MC, but today, the wait has finally come to an end.

MC bared his claws and they made contact against Future Sonic's swords, as he held them together to shield himself. MC tried to cut into the swords, but even though his claws were slightly cutting them, it was so slow and small that Future Sonic started to chuckle.

"What's the matter, Michael? Your powers are not working?" Future Sonic mocked up, then he pushed MC backwards and swing the left sword on the ground, but MC made a back flip to dodge this and then rushed to cut Future Sonic's cheek.

The future hedgehog ducked down and slid into the ground, as everything went into slow motion so we can see how Future Sonic dodges MC's attack for barely one or two centimeters. When everything ran back to normal, Future Sonic used one of his swords to stop sliding and then boosted against MC once more. MC did the same, but he retracted his claws and then literally turned his whole arms into living fire, as he hit Future Sonic's swords while the future hedgehog kept swinging them in an attempt to hit MC.

And his chance finally arrived when MC grabbed Future Sonic's swords with his hands and a smirk, but then Future Sonic smirked back and pulled the swords back, his arms went back to normal and he saw his hands, both had big and deep cuts. He was used to physical pain so much, it didn't bother him. His healing factor restored them immediately, as if the cuts were never there, but he still growled in anger at Future Sonic and launched against him once more.

"CHAOS CLAW!" MC shouted, a pair of silver claws showing up as he slashed both of Future Sonic's swords, the blades shattering into pieces and falling into the ground, making MC grin.

Future Sonic, however, did not seemed impressed. He then said, "Huh... That's a neat trick..."

"That's Chaos Claw for you, pal!" MC said with a chuckle. "Nothing can resist an attack from that, not even your fancy tech!"

"Yeah, yeah, I know..." Future Sonic rolled his eyes, then twirled the swords's handles around and hold them normally before extending new blades with a wicked smile. "Fortunately, I studied your every move for months before arriving! I'm prepared for all you've got in store for me, Michael!"

MC's eyes widened in panic, and then jumped into a wall and crawled over it as he tried to reach height to attack Future Sonic, but he seemed to notice this, so he retracted both swords back into his bracelets, then rushed upstairs, charged a Spin Dash and then traversed the exact zone of the wall MC was crawling over before pushing him through the window and then end outside of the mansion, the rain soaking them both wet in the process. The two of them then stood up and looked at each other with frowns. Future Sonic was starting to loose his patience, and MC probably did it already.

"I don't care why you came here, old man!" MC declared. "You messed with my people, now, you're gonna pay!"

"Ugh, please. Your friends could not even stand a straight minute against me!" Future Sonic pointed out. "Your fiancé thought she killed me and let her guard down, so I put her to sleep! And don't make me talk about your Mom! Gosh, that was the lamest fight I'd had in a while!"

However, MC's eyes widened after hearing this. "You... You fought my Mother?"

"Eh, it wasn't a battle. More so me kicking her butt big time." Future Sonic grinned. "Don't worry, she's alive. She's got a collar that turned her powers off, though, and I may had broken a few of her bones that didn't fully healed before I put the collar... But she's alive."

MC started to breath heavily, and then he frowned, thunder stroke behind him. "You... You broke my mother's bones... and put a collar that deactivated her powers..." He then let out some golden energy from his fists and his eyes became nothing but a golden aura. "...BEFORE SHE FULLY HEALED?!"

"You should thank me, Michael." Future Sonic frowned. "I spared her life because killing her could threaten the multiverse. Her job and mine are the same, but I take the decisions she wouldn't dare to because she's so busy making sure her beloved son is having fun with his little friends. Well, get the memo, Michael! Your power will grow to the point you'll be able to wipe this planet out in a snap. Yes, a future version of you learned to control that power and embrace it, but I have no guarantee that you'll do the same because you're not him! If I can avoid a disaster by holding your power my way, then I'll do it."

"Removing me from my own universe could bring down terrible consequences!" MC pointed out. "I have no idea how you refer to it, but you are not pulling me out of here just because some random data told you that I can go wild or something!"

"You staying here and becoming powerful enough to wipe planets with a blink is a risk I won't take!" Future Sonic stated. "So let's decide what happens once and for all..." He then brought out a blade on his left and turned his right bracelet into a sword again. "If I win, you come with me."

"And if I do, you'll leave my universe alone!" MC declared, thunder striking behind him once more.

"Ooh, Michael! You're getting wild now!" Future Sonic laughed. "I love it!"

And then, both MC and Future Sonic head against each other again, both of them jumping in the air, as Future Sonic raised his blade and MC his materiokinetic photon blasts right claw. They both shouted warrior cries, and as they head their attack to the other in slow motion, more thunder stroke behind them both. Then, their weapons collided, and Future Sonic held MC's claw on the blade, then used the sword to cut MC's left arm entirely, and then kicked his face to push him away. However, MC slid in the ground, growled, stopped thanks to his remaining arm's claws, then his right arm grew back in less than three seconds, and then he launched back towards Future Sonic.

Future Sonic made a back flip and stuck the sword on the ground, then changed the blade on the left arm for a cannon blast and started to shoot against MC, who jumped over the attacks, slid under them, and even grabbed one of them to surround his whole arm by said power and then tried to hit Future Sonic, who grabbed the sword again and then changed the cannon blast for a shield he used to protect himself from the hits. He then retracted the sword and switched it to make a cannon blast again, then started to shoot against MC with no mercy, but MC dodged the blasts and then grabbed Future Sonic's cannon, then tried to crush it with his strength.

However, Future Sonic grinned and then made the shield that MC was grabbing with his right arm to change into a claw, which he used to rip off MC's whole arm, making him groan in pain. And as the arms started to grow back, Future Sonic twirled to the right and hit MC on his face with his ripped off arm. He sent him rolling backwards, and as his right arm had come back to normal, he growled at Future Sonic and head back to him, now controlling several of the water drops falling around to create ice stacks and then launch them against Future Sonic. The future hedgehog managed to dodge almost all of them with back flips, but one of them did managed to rose his right arm, making him groan in pain and then glare daggers at him.

However, MC was beyond being over, because he then used the water in the ground to make ice stacks grow and try to stab Future Sonic, so he started to run away across the back of the mansion from the stacks, but then saw more coming up to him, so he jumped in the air and then turned his two bracelets into cannon blasts, then started to shoot at every single one of the stacks to destroy them. He then landed in the ground on his knees as the explosions of his shots died down, just for MC to come out and then try to dig his claws into him, but Future Sonic rolled in the ground and changed the cannon blasts for swords again, as he and MC started to fight once more.

"I don't get it!" MC Shouted. "You're supposed to be a Sonic! So why don't you act like one!"

Hearing this made Future Sonic's blood boil in rage, so he growled and then pushed MC backwards, before he started to swing his swords faster than before, managing to cut and mutilate MC several times. Even if his healing factor was answering fast, he started to grow worried now because his attacks seemed more lethal, as if telling him that he's not acting like Sonic would enraged him. MC then tried to make more stacks of ice with the water around because it kept raining, but then Future Sonic's boots pulled some blades out of the tips, and soon, Future Sonic was making twirls and swinging his sword around to cut all the ice stacks, before land in the ground to cut the last pair and then look at MC with rage.

"Get the memo, Michael. I'm not like the other Sonics!" Future Sonic stated, then he started to literally slash MC's arms and legs without showing any mercy, and even if MC was growing his cut extremities back, he was trying to stay away from Future Sonic. "I use weapons when the others never ever think of it! I kill people when the others hesitate or straight up don't do it! And I do anything that's necessary to keep the multiverse alive! So if you want that to happen as well, come with me now, or I'll make you!"

"Over my dead body!" MC declared. "And that's not gonna happen since I can't be killed!"

He then made one more ice stack grow, and this one stabbed Future Sonic's right shoulder, traversing it entirely and making his eye's pupil shrink. He then used his sword to cut the stack, but his expression clearly said that something has changed deep inside of him, so he slowly turned to MC, and his only working eye twitched. MC himself seemed to regret what he did, but he still stood ready to fight just in case, although he's got a very bad feeling about this.

"Oh, big mistake, fox..." Future Sonic stated, as he removed his coat and his eye patch, showing off a massive scar over his dead eye that was grey instead green. "You'll regret the day you crossed paths with me, pretty boy."

With that being stated, Future Sonic's eyes started to glow, the one that's dead fully glowing in blue along the scar, while the working eye only had the pupil glowing in blue, and yet MC could tell what is coming would hurt a lot. And so, Future Sonic grabbed MC from his neck and then started to smash him against his own mansion, because he has activated his beast mode and can now move at the literal speed of light with no effort. MC tried to fight back, but Future Sonic just grabbed him and smashed him to the floor in the library, then threw him outside towards the guest house and smashed throw into Pipp and Zipp's room, where he grabbed two of the TVs where Zipp looks the security cameras and then smashed them on MC's head, before throwing him into the next room.

They ended up now in Hitch and Sparky's room, where Future Sonic smashed MC's face against the table and then suplex him against a near by invention and destroyed it. He was having no mercy on him. Then, he threw MC against the next room, once again braking the wall. MC landed on a room that contains a portal that leads to Twilight's Castle. Future Sonic literally ripped off one side of the portal and hit MC against the wall. MC managed to grab the piece with his hands, though, but then when he took it away from Future Sonic, he rushed into him and punched his face hard enough to brake one of his teeth, as MC fell to his knees and spit out a tooth.

"I love facing off guys like you, pops!" Future Sonic stated, kicking MC's face to ensure he'll stay in the ground. "Guys that believe they're invincible, unstoppable, practically Gods! But then, I come in, and show them the harsh truth. That they're nothing. That they're just pathetic, little sad people that blindly believe they're their world's best protectors. But here's the thing, Michael..."

"I never said... I was a god," MC said. "I don't even know if my Mom is a goddess. But I do know... I will never give up on what I believe in."

"Well then, it'll be a first time for something," Future Sonic said. Future Sonic then grabbed MC and throw him through Sunny, Silver, Blaze, Gallus, Smolder, Yona and Misty's room, leaving two holes in their rooms before he ended up in a bathroom. Future Sonic then arrived and grabbed him from his neck, pulling him upwards with a frown.

"If this planet where to get destroyed tomorrow, making all it's inhabitants leave to space..." Future Sonic started, then hit MC's head against the bathroom's toilet, braking it, and then throwing MC against another wall, making him roll and then fall from the second to first floor, landing on his face with a thud and a very painful groan, while Future Sonic landed behind him and slowly approached him. "You'll lose all your powers, and then you'll realize what you are: Nothing, but a shadow of the warrior and prince you used to be once, long before I arrived!"

MC, however, chuckled and slowly stood up to look at Future Sonic with a mocking grin. "...And you? Your fancy tech makes you formidable, but what are you without it?"

This made Future Sonic growl in anger, then he grabbed MC from his neck. "Let me show you!"

After stating this, Future Sonic clenched his free hand into a fist and then punched MC to the sky, high enough for him to traverse the ceiling. Future Sonic then took a jump into the air and reached high enough to start to use MC as his punching bag. He was using no tech, not even his metallic gloves: He used his bare hands, his own strength, to make sure he'll harm MC. He hit his face, a scar forming, then hit his ribs and chest to take the air out of him, and then grabbed MC's face to keep it in place before hitting it over and over, as more and more scars along with bruises appearing on MC.

Finally, once they were high enough, Future Sonic extended his arms, and then a bolt of lightning hit him, then he used said power to charge his hands in electricity and then hit MC hard enough, making him traverse the ceiling of his mansion again and then land on the ground on his back. And, for the finisher move, Future Sonic charged up the biggest Spin Dash he has ever given with electricity included, then head towards MC in the ground and hit him, sending a massive wave of electrical power across the entire world, even surpassing space and shutting down a satellite.

Future Sonic started to pant heavily as he stood up, then his powers died down, and then he looked down at MC unconscious, then he grinned with glee. He then pressed a button on his right bracelet and, in a matter of seconds, his coat was back over him, while he catch his eye patch that came out of nowhere and put it back where it belongs, then smirked at MC, who started to slowly wake up from the punch and looked around, until his gaze stopped in Future Sonic, who ducked down and put over him a silver collar on his neck, which is the same one he used with his mother to deactivate her powers, and now, this one switched the green light to red, indicating it is activated and making Future Sonic's pain remain.

"Well... Looks like I won!" Future Sonic said with glee, then pressed a button on his watch and activated an heptagon-shaped portal that made some stuff around float for some reason. "Now, as we stated... You are coming with me."

He then shot a net around MC that immobilized him, then picked up the captured fox from the net and throw him through the portal. However, before leaving this universe already, he heard someone groaning, so he turned around and saw that Twilight was approaching, as she held her belly with one arm and then leaned into the wall with the other to not fall. Yet her eyes widened and she gasped when she saw that Future Sonic has already thrown MC into the portal, and Future Sonic grinned. But before he threw the royal fox into the portal, he failed to realize that MC gave a small smirk. MC faked being unconscious to see what else he was getting into, and to see what he could do against Future Sonic.

"You messed with the wolf, and he bit you." Future Sonic stated. "Now deal with the pain, Sparkles. One day, you'll thank me for doing this. I just saved your universe."

And with that being stated, Future Sonic left through the portal as it closed behind, the rubble falling into the ground and Twilight falling into her knees. The pain she was feeling a few seconds ago has left already, but the one on her heart just increased, and she started to tear up. Meanwhile, Sarah Crayton, who also recently arrived since the collar's effect was gone, looked around in horror at the destroyed mansion, at the beaten up Freedom Fighters, and then at the absence of her son. She knew it then... She knew that it was too late, and that Future Sonic had taken him away...

Location: Secret Society Headquarters

Future Sonic had returned from MC's universe, with the fox in a net. A lot of members of the Secret Society were all cheering that their boss had caught another anomaly. One of the members of that society, Shadow, was not there because he did not want him to know about MC's capture because that Shadow was also from MC's universe.

"Alright, everyone," Future Sonic said. "Yes, I have caught another anomaly. The second biggest anomaly has been dealt with. Now, there's only one more left. The one who broke the Paradox Prism and was able to travel the Multiverse by using his speed. Sonic the Hedgehog from Universe 220822."

MC, who was still faking his unconscious state, was listening to Future Sonic's speech. He then thought, "Sonic? That same Sonic that came to my universe during the mission in Soleanna? He's considered an anomaly, too?"

Future Sonic then threw MC onto the ground where a variant of Zipp and a variant of Rainbow Dash came over to pick him up. They removed the net that was around MC and then they removed the collar that was around his neck. His powers then reactivated. The variants of Rainbow Dash and Zipp carried MC towards a cage that was open.

"Huh," Rainbow Dash said. "For someone who can manipulate his self density, he seems very light."

Future Sonic then looked towards the three and asked, "Light?!" He then got a realization. "Oh, no. I didn't capture him. I walked him..."

MC opened his eyes and sweep kicked the variants of Rainbow Dash and Zipp Storm. MC then grabbed the device on Rainbow Dash's foreleg and put it on his right wrist.

"Very clever, Crayton," Future Sonic said. "But that won't stop me from taking you down!"

"If you think I would be taken down by a paradox, you're sadly mistaken," MC said.

"Paradox?!" Future Sonic asked.

"That's right, patch," MC said. "You're a paradox. A destroyer of universes. I will not let an idiot lock me up for existing." MC then let some golden energy come out of his fist and he punched the ground, causing a shockwave, making everyone grounded fall on the ground. MC then rushed out of there. He then headed for a window and jumped through the glass, breaking it. He then saw that he was at least 200 stories from the ground. "I did not think this through!" MC then looked at the device he snatched from the Rainbow Dash Variant. He then started pushing some buttons. "C'mon. One of these buttons has to open a portal." Just then, a portal opened up below him. "Perfect!" He then went through the portal.

"Eventually, I made it out of that Universe. And then I ended up in that one universe where I was attacked by more of those Society Members."

Location: Bridlewood

MC walked away from where he trapped the armored figures from the Secret Society in a sinkhole. MC then headed for that Universe's version of the Crystal Tea Room. All the ponies that were in there were surprised at MC's entry. The fox headed for the counter where Alphabittle was being very nervous about MC coming in for something.

"I just need a drink before I can head on out of this Universe," MC said.

"Uh, I'm... not sure..." Alphabittle said.

"You know what, I'll just leave," MC said. He then opened a portal to another Universe behind him.

Universe: 060313 (Toby Mason Universe)
Location: Everfree Forest Entry

A hexagonal portal opened up just at the entry of the Everfree Forest. He then rushed towards the cottage of that Universe's Fluttershy, making sure no one saw him.

"Okay, I just need to lay low and..." MC said before he noticed something. He saw that Universe's Fluttershy, along with a young human boy. He had short brown hair, green eyes, black square glasses, a red hoodie, blue jeans, and red and white sneakers. Both of them were feeding the animals. "Fluttershy? And a human boy?"

"That's it, Toby," Fluttershy said to the boy. "You're such a good boy."

"Thanks, Momma," Toby said.

"Momma? Toby?" MC asked, quietly. He then got a realization. "Oh, this must be Toby Mason. That kid that Joshua met when Nyx accidentally..." He then realized what universe he was in. "Okay, this must be it. My way back to my universe." He then sighed. "Just take it easy." He then started walking towards the two.

Fluttershy's ear twitched when she heard MC coming. She turned around to look at MC and she gasped. She then screamed and shouted, "Monster!" Toby turned and saw MC.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" MC said. "Easy. I'm not here to..." Just then, that Universe's Harry the Bear came in and tried to attack MC. MC was too fast for the bear. He then jumped onto the roof of the cottage and looked down at Fluttershy and Toby. "Listen, Fluttershy. I did not come here to hurt you or the kid."

"How... how do you know my name?!" Fluttershy asked.

"I came from another Universe," MC answered. "One universe that has some friends you two probably haven't seen in a long time."

"Oh, yeah?" Toby asked. "Who?"

"Nyx and Joshua," MC answered. Fluttershy and Toby widened their eyes. Then they looked at each other. Then they looked back up at MC.

"You know Nyx and Joshua?" Toby asked.

"I do," MC said before jumping down to the ground. "Let's just say things have changed a lot since the last time you two seen 'em."

Location: Secret Society Headquarters, Future Sonic's Office

Future Sonic was looking everywhere for which Universe MC could be hiding in. He was getting more and more frustrated when he couldn't find him.

"That stupid fox!" Future Sonic said. "He should've been found by now! Where... IS HE?!"

Then, that Universe's version of Nicole had reappeared. She said, "FS, we have located Michael Crayton through the device he stole from Rainbow Dash. Michael Crayton is in Universe 060313."

"Excellent," Future Sonic said. He then got up and opened a portal to that Universe. "Time to bring him back here. And this time... I'm taking the proper precaution." He then pulled out his blade that cancels the powers of those it stabs.

"Are... you sure that's necessary?" Nicole asked.

"I'm sure of it," Future Sonic said. He then walked through the portal.

Universe: 060313
Location: Fluttershy's Cottage

It was at least 30 minutes of MC explaining to Fluttershy and Toby of what happened to Nyx and Joshua. Both of them were surprised at all of that. They were all having tea.

"Joshua's turned back into a pony?" Toby asked.

"Yeah," MC said. "The magic he had in him after what Sombra did to him evolved within him. Since that magic was supposed to be for a unicorn, he's been turned back into one. He's permanently stuck as a pony for the rest of his life."

"Isn't there anything you can do to change him back?" Fluttershy asked.

"Not without him surviving," MC answered. "The only way that Joshua would be human again is to have his magic removed. But he's gotten so used to having magic, it's become a part of his life force."

"Oh, my," Fluttershy said.

"And that device on your wrist, what is that?" Toby asked.

"It's a Universal Portal Generator," MC answered. "I had to swipe it from a member of the Secret Society who is trying to arrest me for existing."

"They want you imprisoned just for existing?!" Fluttershy asked. "That's... that's horrible!" She then got angry. "Those big... dumb... MEANIES!"

"You got that right," MC said, not phased by Fluttershy's angry tone. "Okay. I should probably get back to..." He then noticed something outside. He could see a glimpse of a Universal Portal opening up outside. "Shoot, they found me!" He then looked at the device. "They must be tracking me through this device."

"Go," Fluttershy said. "I'll show those meanies who they're messing with."

"They probably know who they're messing with since they have data on everyone in the Multiverse," MC said. He then activated the device and opened a portal behind him. He stepped back and went into the portal. The portal closed just before Future Sonic broke through the door.

"Where are you..." Future Sonic then saw that a portal had recently opened inside the cottage. He growled and shouted, "NO!!" Then Fluttershy got in his face.

"How dare you try and arrest him for existing?!" Fluttershy asked, angrily towards Future Sonic. "He didn't seem all that bad! He's just trying to go home! Legally, what you're doing... IS KIDNAPPING!!"

"You don't know what you're getting yourself into, Fluttershy," Future Sonic said.

"MC is a friend of some friends of ours from another Universe!" Toby said. "He wouldn't hurt them because he cares about them!"

"You don't get to...!" Future Sonic said before getting a realization. "Oh... So that's it. He's trying to go home." He then chuckled. "Thanks for the help, kid. But now, I think it's time for me to get him back to where he belongs!" He then opened a portal behind him.

"No!" Toby and Fluttershy said in unison. Future Sonic had already stepped through the portal and it closed behind him.

Location: Freedom Fighters Mansion, Entry

After going through so many Universes, MC had finally found his way home. He came out of a portal and saw he was in front of Freedom Fighters Mansion.

"Could it be?" MC asked. He then ran over towards the living room window. Inside, he saw the Freedom Fighters who were recovering from their battle against Future Sonic. Along with his mom, Nyx and Joshua. "I'm home. I'm finally home!" He then pulled the device off his right wrist, threw it to the ground, and stomped on it with his right foot. "I don't need this thing anymore." He then headed for the broken door. When he was about to enter, he got stabbed. "GAAAAH!!" That caught the attention of the heroes inside. They all ran out of the living room and towards the front door where they saw MC getting stabbed by Future Sonic.

"Michael!" Twilight cried out.

MC winced through the pain of his powers not working with the blade in his back put in there by Future Sonic. He looked at his fiancé and weakly said, "Spar...kles..." He then went unconscious, for real this time.

Future Sonic then picked MC up and said, "Someday, you'll thank me." He then opened a portal back to his Universe. It then closed right before Midpoint was about to throw another arrow at Future Sonic, but it was too late. He was already gone.

"Dang it!" Midpoint said.

"Michael," Twilight said.

"Daddy," Nyx said. Then she hugged Twilight, crying her eyes out. Twilight hugged her back. Joshua and Sarah joined in the hugging.

Universe: ??????
Location: Also Unknown

MC was waking up from his forced slumber. He looked around and saw that he was in his family's castle, fully restored. Like the attack on it never happened.

"What?" MC asked. "What is this?" Just then, a fanfare came in. He saw in front of him the people of his kingdom, alive and older. He then saw right in front of him to his left was one of his childhood friends. Adrian the Badger, dressed up in Royal Guard armor.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Crayton Kingdom!" Older Adrian said. "Our King has returned!" All the people of the kingdom celebrated.

"What?" MC asked, quietly. He then looked around and saw that a lot of people he knew from before the kingdom got destroyed were alive. He then looked at Older Adrian. "Adrian?"

"Yes, your majesty?" Older Adrian asked.

"What happened here?" MC asked. "How is everyone here...?"

"Don't you remember, your majesty?" Older Adrian asked. "Captain Stryker was arrested and executed for betraying the kingdom and was educated for his crimes."

"Not... really..." MC said. But then he saw something. There were some people in the background glitching. MC then got angry and looked at the fake older Adrian. "This isn't real. You're showing me a what if." He then put his hands around his head. He felt something around his eyes. It was a helmet. He then tried getting it off. "Get off. Get off! GET OFF!"

Universe: 250954
Location: Secret Society Headquarters, Sector 6: Prison of the (Future Sonic's ideas of) Anomalies

MC had ripped off the helmet he had on and threw it to his left, but it bounced off the electrified cage that he was trapped in. The helmet also let out some gas that would make other people cough, but he was unaffected by it.

"Simulation Over," a voice came from the helmet.

"What is this place?" MC asked. He saw many variants of different people he knew. A Sonic variant that was giving his back towards the opening part of the cage. A Twilight variant that was grooming her wings sadly. A Ninja Turtle with a blue mask and swords. A Zipp variant that was sitting sad. A Humanized Sunset who was crying into her hands. A Derpy variant with normal eyes instead of having a lazy eye. And an Eggman variant wearing a pink t-shirt, green overalls and was playing a ukulele. "Okay, this place is full of people and ponies who don't belong here."

That laugh came from the Sonic variant that had his back faced towards the entrance of the cage. MC gave off a confused look towards that one.

"Okay, that's creepy," MC said. He then saw something on his gloves. Special devices to keep his claws from being bared and his Stabilizer Rings from getting off his wrists. "Oh, great." MC then tried removing the devices, but they gave off a shock. "GAAAH!" He then noticed the parts of the devices had something on them. "Anti-Matter Tasers. It had to be Anti-Matter."

"That's right," came Future Sonic's voice. Then all the creatures that were there, except for the one Sonic Variant, looked towards where the voice came from and saw Future Sonic coming in. MC then bared his teeth in anger as Future Sonic came in. "King Michael Crayton, founding member of the Freedom Fighters, and ultra powerful being. Able to manipulate the entire planet by having contact."

"Let... me... out...!" MC said, angrily.

"No can do, you royal pain," Future Sonic said. "You're gonna stay in here until your universes canon happens."

"My canon?" MC asked. "What is my canon?"

"Your power keeps growing and growing because of how happy you are," Future Sonic said. "You are not supposed to marry someone, especially your Universe's Twilight Sparkle."

"Wait, what?" asked the Twilight variant that was in there.

"Like you haven't fallen in love with a creature that wasn't the same species as you," MC said, looking at the Twilight variant.

"It's true," Future Sonic said. "We know you had the hots for a human Flash Sentry."

"Well played," the Twilight variant said.

"Anyway, your canon is the death of Princess Twilight Sparkle in your universe," Future Sonic said. "As soon as it happens, you will go home. Your power will diminish to a safe level, and your planet will survive."

"I have control of my power!" MC said, angrily.

"For how much longer?" Future Sonic asked. "If that canon doesn't happen, your universe will collapse. I'm making sure that that doesn't happen."

"My Mom protects the Multiverse, too," MC said. "If she sees what happens, she would tell me if it'll destroy the universe before it happens. But because of you, that won't happen. I'm pretty sure you're not really saving universes, but ruining them." He then looked over at the Sunset variant. "Check her for example. Yo, Sunset. What are you in for?"

"I was on my way to Fluttershy one day because I needed to talk to her," the Sunset variant said. "But when I was a block away from her house, this guy came in and kidnapped me! He said that she was supposed to die in a car crash a week after that happened. That was 4 months ago." MC sniffed and got angry.

"The event happened, and you still keep her prisoner?" MC asked. "Don't you see? You're ruining lives! When I get out of here, I'm gonna..." Future Sonic was ignoring him. He then pushed a button on a remote he had and the tasers on the device around MC's gloves went off and sent a lethal dose of anti-matter energy into MC. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" MC then fell down to the ground, going unconscious, and letting out a little drool.

"And that's... how I ended up here..."

MC was telling the entire story of what happened to him to his new cell neighbor. Sonic the Hedgehog from Universe 220822. The Sonic variant that came to his Universe during Soleanna.

"...sitting here in this cage that will keep me from breaking my canon," MC said. He then looked towards Sonic-220822.

"So, everyone here has been here for months after the certain event that was supposed to happen happened, and he still keeps us all prisoner?" Sonic-220822 asked. "That's unfair."

"I thought so, too," MC said. "But then I remembered Lynol's theory of the Multiverse. Whether you jump onto a timeline in a certain part of it, there's no telling what point in time you'll be in. These guys might be looking for a point in time to send us back in our universes, but it's taking too long with how many people from different universes there are here. Whether they're FS's versions of mistakes, or villains moved into other universes thanks to your Universe's Opaline."

"FS is such an idiot if he thinks I should let my bro die like that," Sonic-220822 said. "At least I'm not the only one in here that thinks like me."

"We need to find a way out of here," MC said. "Otherwise, it'll be the end of the worlds as we know them."

"You're telling me," Sonic-220822 said. "We need to find a way out of here."

"You think I haven't tried that?" MC asked. He then laid on his back. "Right now, I'm waiting for someone to let us all out. My Mom says that a member of the Society, who was fired by your psychotic future counterpart, will be coming here to get everyone out of here."

"How did you receive a message from your Mom?" Sonic-220822 asked.

"She sends me visions in my dreams about things that are about to happen," MC answered. "This time, she showed me herself and just straight up told me what will happen."

"When will that happen?" Sonic-220822 asked.

"That's the thing about my Mom's visions," MC said. "I don't know when it will happen." He then got down and started laying on his back. "For now, I think I should just lay down here and relax until it happens. This will be a good time for you to practice patience. Try meditation. It might pass the time."

"Yeah, right," Sonic said. "Like meditation will help."

3 Hours Later...

MC and Sonic-220822 were waiting for something to happen. But then, Nicole-250954's voice came in over the speakers in the room.

"All stations: We have a Code 325! I repeat: We have a Code 325!"

"Code 325?" Sonic-220822 asked. "What is that?"

"I don't know," MC answered.

"Four anomalies have escaped from their cages! Forget anything you're doing and put them back on their rooms!" Nicole-250954's voice announced over the speakers.

"All stations: You heard Nicole! Stop what you're doing and go capture those anomalies!" Future Sonic's voice came over the speakers.

"Someone released anomalies?" Sonic-220822 asked confusedly. "But we've been all here for the past 15 minutes!"

""I don't think they're talking about us, Sonic..." MC pointed out. "I think Nicole is talking about the anomalies they capture before sending them back to their respective universes."

And then, two blue blurs passed by the cages and released some small balls in the ground, that rolled and then stopped, as they attached to all the cages where the non-villain anomalies were trapped into.

"What the--?!" Both MC and Sonic-220822 said, but they couldn't question anything further, because the cages suddenly stopped working and freed them all.

All the other anomalies looked around confused, and nobody knew if it was a trick or not... But then MC decided to be the first one to test it out... He got down of the platform he was over, and when he touched the ground and nothing happened, he knew that this was legit: He was free.

"Guys... It's not a trap!" MC said happily. "We're actually free!"

This made all the other anomalies around feel happy and exit their places as well... Except for the Sonic variant that kept giving his back and let out another strange laugh.

"That guy still sounds like a weirdo..." Sonic commented, and MC once again nodded in agreement.

But then, everyone heard someone whistling, and they turned their heads to see a Sonic variant, Sonic-200113, also known as Blue Buffoon, standing right in the entrance of the Sector. "If you guys stopped wondering around, is time to go!"

"Buffoon!" Sonic exclaimed with a smile, as he immediately boosted towards her and gave him his right hand in a 'bro' salute way. "My man, I'm so glad to see you again!" He said happily, before suddenly gasping with sparkling eyes. "Did you free'd us all?!"

"Kinda. This wasn't my plan. It was Bacon-head's and Humble Sonic's," Buffoon replied, turning around and running away to an exit, while Sonic, MC and the other anomalies decided to follow... Except for the other Sonic, he stood on his place.

Bacon-head and Humble––" Sonic tried to question confused, but then his eyes widened when he realized who he was talking about. "Wait a second... Sunset and Boom planned this out?!"

"However, before he got a reply, his shoes started to act on their own again, and that's because the Prismatic Energy of his arm and feet was out of control again... The cage has been containing it this whole time.

He still managed to regain control of it, though, just before Buffoon stopped over a door and opened it, indicating with his head to everyone that they had to enter, and enter they did. Then, Buffoon used his guitar to sent a sound wave that blocked the path so they wouldn't be followed.

Buffoon himself entered into the place right before the exit got blocked, and then he found Boom Sonic, Sonic-081114, opening a portal for every anomaly to go home.

"I apologize for everything the Society made you all go through. Now you're free to go!" Boom stated.

All the other anomalies thanked him, as each one of them crossed the respective portal that Boom was opening so each one of them could go back home.

The last one remaining was MC, but before crossing the portal, he turned to see Sonic and smiled. "Well, these two last days were very interesting... I'm kind of going to miss being encaged and have someone to talk to."

"Dude, if that's your way to say you're gonna miss me, you've got a lot of work to do," Sonic said with his arms crossed and a mocking smirk.

MC rolled his eyes with a smile, then made a salute, and then crossed the portal back home.

Universe: Space Between Universes

MC and the other anomalies who had just escaped landed on a boat that was just floating over nothing. MC then looked around.

"That's odd," MC said. "This boat is just floating over nothing. How is it...?"

"Princess Celestia?" the Human Sunset asked. MC looked towards where the Human Sunset was looking and he saw something that no mortal was able to see. What he saw was what it looked like a rainbow supernova.

"OH MY GOD!!!" MC shouted.

"What, what is it?!" Human Sunset asked. "It's just Princess Celestia."

"That is not Celestia!" MC said. "That is a small supernova!"

Human Sunset looked at the supposed supernova in confusion. Then her eyes widened and asked, "Wait, he actually sees your true form?"

"That thing is talking to you?" MC asked the Human Sunset.

"I guess this thing is reading our minds and taking the form of a very familiar face that you know," Human Sunset said. "But how are you able to see its true form?"

"Telepathic immunity," MC answered. "Telepaths won't be able to get into my head. Unless they also have empathic abilities and are making physical contact with me."

"That makes sense," the Human Sunset said.

"MICHAEL!!" came a voice through a vocoder. Everyone on the boat looked towards the voice and they saw the Iron Mask coming towards them. The mask then opened up, revealing Sarah's head. "You're okay." She then hugged MC.

"Mom, how much time do I have left to save Sparkles from death and from what?" MC asked.

"Just enough time to save her from Neo Metal Sonic," Sarah Crayton said.

"Neo Metal Sonic?!" MC asked. "He's back! Oh, it's on!"

Universe: 160521
Location: Freedom Fighters Mansion, Living Room

In the living room of Freedom Fighters Mansion, Twilight, Spike, Nyx and Joshua were all sitting on the couch, waiting for any news from Sarah about MC's progress. Midpoint was repairing Truemen's robot arm as best as he could. He then threw his tools down in defeat.

"It's useless," Midpoint said. "Ever since that creep came here and kicked our butts, my confidence has dropped. I can't do it."

"Well you better get it working," Truemen said. "MC's gone, and Sunny and Zipp are in the hospital."

"I'm trying my best, Truemen," Midpoint said. "This tech is unfamiliar to me." He then pulled off his rings that cancel his precognition. "Even with help from my precognition, I can't..." Midpoint then went wide-eyed. He then looked towards Twilight and shouted, "Twilight, look out!"

"Huh?" Twilight asked. Just then, something came in through the window and grabbed Twilight by the back of the head and rocketed through the wall, taking Twilight with it. Eventually, they ended up outside. It was still soaking wet. Twilight looked towards what grabbed her and gasped.

"Neo..." Twilight said.

"Target found!" Neo Metal Sonic said. "Eggman's mission near completion. Mission: Find and eliminate Princess Twilight Sparkle."

Twilight gasped at that. Neo Metal Sonic's right arm turned into a spear and he held it up, ready to stab Twilight. He then moved it quickly towards Twilight, her not being able to cast a spell in time. But the pain never came. Twilight opened her left eye to see what was going on. She then noticed something and she opened up her other eye.

Preventing Neo Metal Sonic from killing Twilight was MC, who replied, "Honey, I'm home!" The devices on his gloves were no longer there.

"Michael!" Twilight said, excitedly.

Then Midpoint, Truemen, Spike, Nyx and Joshua ran out the back door to see MC has returned.

"Did... not see that coming," Midpoint said.

"MC, you're back!" Truemen said.

"That's right!" MC said. "And I got my family to save!" MC then spun around, still holding Neo Metal Sonic, and the threw the robot up into the air. MC then jumped up, his left fist releasing some gold energy. "Feel the wrath of my Chaos Dragon Fist!" The energy around MC's fist turned into a golden dragon's head. It then collided with Neo Metal Sonic, and it sent it flying into the air, far away from there.

"Mission failuuuuuur..." Neo Metal Sonic said before shutting down and exploding in mid-air.

Back in the pool area of Freedom Fighters Mansion, Twilight hugged MC tightly.

"I can't believe you came back!" Twilight said. "Are you okay?!"

"I'm fine, Sparkles," MC said. "And you are, too. That's what really matters." Just then, a hexagonal portal opened up behind Twilight. MC saw who came out of the portal and got angry. "You." Twilight turned around to see who MC was talking to.

"NO!" came Future Sonic's voice. "That's not supposed to be the outcome! She was supposed to die so this universe could live!" He then pulled out a device and said, "Now I gotta stop this canon event from..." He then checked the device he was holding and got confused. "What? Impossible! This universe is supposed to tear apart if the event doesn't happen! How is this possible!"

"My universe, FS," MC said. "The Universe cannot be torn apart if heroes of that universe save attempted victims of that universe in the universe they are from. Your logic on saving the multiverse is wrong."

"Wrong?!" Future Sonic asked, angrily. "Everything I did was to save the Multiverse. And each universe saved has been saved because heroes from each of those universes had experienced what I had."

"Not true," MC said. "Fates can be changed by the choices we make." Then he charged at Future Sonic. The futuristic hedgehog tried countering him.

First things first...
I'ma say all the words inside my head...
I'm fired up and tired of the way that things have been, oh ooh...

Future Sonic tried stabbing MC with the same blade that could cancel powers, but MC was too quick for it and kicked it out of Future Sonic's hand.

Second things second...
Don't you tell me what you think that I could be...
I'm the one at the sail, I'm the master of my sea, oh ooh...
The master of my sea, oh ooh...

Future Sonic then bared his claws towards MC, but the fox ducked and did a sweep kick, sending the futuristic hedgehog down on his back.

"But I beat you before!" Future Sonic said.

"I never said the battle was over!" MC said. "It's still on!"

I was broken from a young age...
Taking my sulking to the masses...
Writing my poems for the few...
That look at me, took to me, shook to me, feeling me...
Singing from heartache from the pain...
Taking my message from the veins...
Speaking my lesson from the brain...

Future Sonic then got up and did a Spin Dash towards MC, but the fox used his hands surrounded in golden energy and caught Future Sonic, who was still spinning. Future Sonic was still trying to get out, but MC was too strong for him.

"That don't work on me!" MC said. He then slammed Future Sonic down with his left fist just as the chorus started.

Truemen tried running over to help him, but Midpoint stopped him. Midpoint then said, "Wait until he gives the signal." Truemen nodded.

"Sounds like your confidence is back," Truemen said.

"Guess I was waiting for MC to come back," Midpoint said.

Send a prayer to the ones up above...
All the hate that you've heard has turned your spirit to a dove, oh ooh...

Future Sonic then got up and slashed MC's chest. MC stepped back, but the claw marks on his chest stayed, only to heal and fade instantly.

"You're not worthy of having this kind of power!" Future Sonic said. "You're not strong enough to control it!"

"At least I have something that you don't," MC said, smirking. "Real friends!"

Midpoint then brought out a new archery bow and a trick arrow, and fired an arrow towards Future Sonic. But he caught it.

I was choking in the crowd...
Building my rain up in the cloud...
Falling like ashes to the ground...
Hoping my feelings, they would drown...
But they never did, ever lived, ebbing and flowing...

"Did you honestly think that was going to work again?" Future Sonic asked. "Your greatest strengths are your smarts and your confidence. And I took those away from you. You still think you can beat me?"

"I don't need to beat you," Midpoint said. "I just need to outsmart you."

"And how are you gonna..." Future Sonic said before being blinded by a flash coming from the arrow tip as the second chorus started. "Gah! My one good eye!" Truemen then charged at Future Sonic and kicked him down.

Twilight then used her magic to make magical chains appear around Future Sonic and he was trying to get out of them. MC then grabbed Future Sonic by the chains with his left hand and held him up.

"It's over, FS," MC said.

"No!" Future Sonic said. "You should not be here! I'm the only one who can save your universe!"

"No," MC said. "You just want great heroes in every universe to feel the pain you felt when you lost your Tails. What happened in your universe doesn't mean it should happen in every universe."

Last things last...
By the grace of the fire and the flames...

Midpoint then went over towards the device on Future Sonic's left hand and activated it, opening another portal back to Universe 250954. Future Sonic was still struggling to get out of the chains.

"You can't do this to me!" Future Sonic said. "Michael, you're an anomaly!"

"And you're a paradox... Maurice," MC said, smirking. Future Sonic got ticked after that. He then tried using his strength to get out of the chains, but his powers were wearing off. "Looks like your serum given powers are wearing off."

"He's not a natural Sonic?!" Truemen asked. "What is wrong with his universe?!"

"His universe is so messed up, he doesn't even see it," MC said. He then slammed Future Sonic into the ground as the final chorus started.

Future Sonic got knocked out from the impact. Midpoint then took the device off of Future Sonic and MC went towards the portal, and threw Future Sonic into the portal. Midpoint then pushed a button on the device and the portal closed just as the song ended.

Midpoint then looked at the device and said, "This device is incredible. If I can reverse engineer this thing, I think we could..." MC then grabbed the device from Midpoint's hand with his left hand.

"No," MC said. He then crushed it in front of the group. He then opened up his left hand and the pieces fell to the ground. "Let's leave the multiversal travel to my Mom." He then sighed. "Ah, it's good to be home."

"Dad!" Nyx said, running up to MC. She jumped up into MC's arms and the two hugged.

"I missed you, too, Nyx," MC said. He then looked at Joshua. "Hey, Josh. I met an old friend of yours."

"Really?" Joshua asked. "Who?"

"Toby Mason," MC answered.

"You met Toby?!" Nyx and Joshua asked.

"I was on the run from that Nick Fury wannabe," MC said. He then yawned. "But for right now... I could use a rest."

"Yeah, I gotta get home, too," Midpoint said. "See you tomorrow." He then headed off towards the garage.

MC looked towards Twilight and asked, "Care to sleep here tonight?"

"I think we could all use a good night's sleep," Twilight said. Then they all headed towards the house.

Universe: 250954
Location: Secret Society Headquarters

Future Sonic slammed his fists on the control console in fury after he was defeated by MC and his Freedom Fighters.

"So close!" Future Sonic said. "I almost had him! How could he have beaten me?!" Just then, Nicole-250954 appeared right behind him.

"Chief!" Nicole-250954 said. "We have located the original anomaly!"

"Sonic..." Future Sonic said. "Get me another Universal Portal Device! I want him taken care of immediately!"

"Yes, sir," Nicole-250954 replied. She then vanished.

Future Sonic looked at the console with his one good eye and said, "It's time we finish this!"
