Chapters Chapter 2: "This is not real"
"It's okay director. I know this is purgatory. I know what it's about and that it can't be real. I know you just want to feed on my fear, that wouldn't be possible."
So Principal Celestia tried to keep Sunset silent. "This is a place for souls to rest, having the life they always wanted to have when they were alive. What could be wrong? Why are you so suspicious?"
"I'm not dead, how do I know? This is a portal tear and I know it, none of this is real!" Suddenly a student knocks on the door and comes in apologizing.
"Principal Celestia, a girl brought a dog to school, along with a rabbit, a mouse, a kitten and three birds." Said the student, bragging about having said such a mistake to the principal.
"Okay, let her. She needs to make the best of her 50s."
"Grr... okay." - He left.
"I'm sorry, but that happens sometimes."
"Anything else, Sunset Shimmer?"
"No. How did you find out my name?"
"There are many things I know as an administrator in this sector."
"Ah, okay then. I'll go to class anyway."
"Wait, I forgot to tell you something. Take this jar of nettles with you. They hate nettles."
"They..." – Sunset took the bottle and moved on.
Pony World;
"Did you get anything?" – Rainbow Dash asked the princesses impatiently.
"I don't know." – Said Luna. – "It turns out that Sunset only entered the parallel world because her intention was evil. At least that would be my theory."
"When you combine the black aura with your feelings, you get the source for black magic."
"That's confusing..." – Pinkie said with dizzy eyes.
Sunset's Pov;
"Sunset, Sunset!" – Said Rainbow Dash approaching Sunset
"Hm?" – She looked back.
"Did you bring the jar of nettles?"
"Yes, it's here."
"The class is in a group today, do you want to stay with us?" – Rainbow extended her hand.
"Yes yes." – Sunset said somewhat discouraged as she didn’t want to stay in that place anymore. She had to get out of that hole.
"Awesome, let's go!" – Rainbow held Sunset's hand and went to the table and the girls continued doing their work as a team.
"Then just glue it on and... that's it!" – Said Twiligth, who was a girl with dark hair and pink highlights, with purple eyes and black, gray skin. She had no visible scars. All the girls finished their work happy, no one said anything about the buzzing that Sunset heard so much.
"Do you guys hear this?" – Sunset said, shivering.
"That what?" – Rainbow Dash looks at her ink-colored hands and wipes them on the paper as a way to clean her hands.
"This buzzing. It's already making me furious..." – Sunset covered her ears.
"Talk to Principal Celestia about it." – Said Rarity, a pale white girl with black hair and blue eyes.
"But you all have to talk to her, right?" – Sunset complained. – "I swear, if 30 weeks pass and I don't get out of here I'll go crazy."
"I didn't understand." – Said Twilight. – "You didn't like us?"
"Well, it's hard to like a bunch of pale, gray people who are physically cold."
"Ah. Alright then." – Twiligth said. – "You'd just be a visitor then, right?"
"Look, not necessarily." – Sunset replied. - "I came here by accident, okay?"
"Then be careful. There are people here who don't like the living very much." – Said Fluttershy. – "They like to be mysterious to feed on fear. But don't worry, if you're not afraid they can't do anything."
"What happened to me yesterday was weaker than the most generic horror movie in the world."
"What happened?" – Pinkie asked. She was the more interested in this, for sure.
"There's nothing that interests you."
"Ow..." – Pinkie lowered her eyes and shoulders.
"Ah know you came here by accident but that's no justification for treating people like that ." – AJ said, angrily.
"Ah, you're not the one who's going to stay here for three years away from home, are you?" – Sunset knocked on the table. – "Uhg, the only thing I wanted was to gain powers and get revenge from Celestia of my world!"
"The fact is that we have nothing to do with your anger, it's not good to show it like that!" – Said Aj
"Yeah, they might come visit you again tonight!" – Said Pinkie Pie.
"No, this time she has nettles." – Aj replied.
"You know, sometimes I'm afraid of what might happen to Sunset." – Said the shy Fluttershy, twirling her red hair.
Sunset didn't care at first. It was all so monotonous. How did they manage to stay in that place for years and years and more years?
"That will not remain like this! This isn't real, I'm going to get out of here when I can! Whatever the ponies think, I just want to go home now. "
These were the angry girl's thoughts. Her thoughts were stopped when she heard the girls talk about an orb with a source of magic.
"What did you say?" – Sunset asked more eagerly than ever.
"About how you could get out of here, it would be a bit dangerous but it's the easiest way to get out." – Twiligth said, writing something down in her notepad. – "We noticed you're upset, it's normal. Those who have a good life always want to go home."
"Pff, good life?! Girl, you don't even know why I'm here." – She crossed her arms – "Do you think that if I had a good life I would come to a TOTALLY DIFFERENT world just to get revenge for nothing?!"
"Forgive me, then." – Twiligth Sparkle replied, still with a smile on her face. Wow, that smile was so beautiful, so light... – "Well, my life wasn't like those things... But revenge will only bring you a feeling of momentary pleasure."
"B-but... I wanted to feel this pleasure at least once." – She sighed. – "I want to prove that I am capable of being brilliant, the best pony ever."
"Whatever fate has in store for you will be done. One day you will be as happy as a child at Christmas." – She smiled and looked into Sunset's eyes. At first the red-haired girl blushed, but soon recovered.
"It looks like you still have a lot to learn. Come on, it'll be cool! Go to school with us." – Rainbow said breaking the mood , clapping her arms on the girls' shoulders, while laughing. – "We can have fun and learn, what do you think?"
"Heh?" – Sunset giggled – "You know, in my world you are sooo different..."
"Am I an athlete in your world? Say yes!" – Rainbow Dash said, holding on to her excitement until Applejack grabbed her shoulder and she held back.
"I think so, but in my world you don't like me that much. Let's say I'm like a villain to them. Or at least that's always how I saw myself..." – Sunset was thoughtful for a moment before they responded to your statement.
"Aww... Don't be sad, I'll make you lots of goodies!" – Pinkie said, passing VERY FAST in front of Sunset. Pinkie Pie never sat still, she always seemed hyprrative.
"I'm not a big fan of candy."
"Ohh?!" – Pinkie sighed in surprise – "Don't ponies eat sweets? By the way, how do ponies walk? Do they jump? Oh! Do they walk upright or crouched? Do they have a lot of hair? Are they smaller than a dog?" – Pinkie Pie took another breath to catch her breath. Her friends looked at her in amazement, but nothing new. – "Do they like kittens? How many years do they live? What are they like when they are born? How do they drink water? How do they mate-"
"Alright, no more questions!" Sunset felt like she was on a news report; an interview, I don't know, maybe. She just stopped for a moment and laughed again.
"You know I could answer all these questions, don't you?" - Fluttershy said in the corner of the table, almost shrinking.
"No, silly! Sunset's world is full of magical ponies! Not normal ponies." – She He continued laughing and asking more questions.
"I would like to go there, I love all kinds of animals and insects... I want to discover them all!"
"You always have to say that to the newbies, huh?" – Applejack joked.
Then the girls went home again. Sunset wasn't as suspicious the night before, but she watched, followed the rules, and entered her room.
Sunset threw the nettles she got from Celestia under the door, as she had ordered earlier. Today she could sleep with the windows open, but she was a little suspicious about it. Suddenly, Sunset fell asleep. Your dreams were like a VHS tape. They showed some deaths of people in purgatory. She woke up in the middle of the night, horrified and rubbing her eyes. What had just happened? As she lay down again, she saw a large hairy creature with a bone mask. It was the skull of a goat. The creature was on top of his bed, he seemed to be tearing off pieces of his skin while showing him his exposed brain, as if they were a place of stored memory. Sunset couldn't react, it was too much. The pain of having his skin ripped off was great, it was burning. The location was her human belly button...it was an easy spot to get a little. The creature stopped ripping out and showing its brain, and stuck its tongue out at the girl. His tongue looked like a pinkish-red cave. With rotten, sharp, yellow teeth. There were also pieces of Sunset's skin, she didn't seem to mind that. What intrigued him was the strangely rough tongue running across his face. With each lick there was a different shiver. The tongue grazed her skin as she just wanted it all to end. She called out to Celestia, softly. (in fact, as if that would help anything). His flesh felt like it was burning... it's as if that tongue had some kind of acid on it. Soon, his vision gave a glitch similar to those in the games and only then did the creature disappear and his skin was back in place.
"God..." – She breathed heavily, looking at the door and what was left of the nettles. they were soaked in a liquid, it looked like a sponge... it seems that the nettle had sucked all the negative energy into itself. Poor plant, which sacrificed itself for living and lost souls.
"I really want to go home..."

Real nightmares
Sunset woke up in the middle of the night again, she preferred to remain still in bed. His ears were still burning from all the ringing, and the worst part was that the silence of the night only helped. Only this time, instead of hearing that buzzing alone, she heard screams of pain. Her eyes slightly closed, and she saw her vision.
First girl of the main 6; Flora.
Flora was an American. She was born in difficult times, she was the result of a form of payment, she was badly wanted by her father. At least it was useful to serve in jobs that her father couldn't do when he was drunk... Her childhood was cool, she spent most of her time at school, so she didn't suffer much. It all started when she was 9 years old and had no more money to continue her studies.
"Please ma'am! I want to keep going. I'll be better, I promise." – said the tall, freckled, red-haired little girl.
"Rules are rules, no exceptions!" – Said the director. – "In fact, you missed many days, that would be irrecoverable."
"I can do anything, I can even work for you in return. I didn't want to finish studying like this."
"Oh... fine then." – The girl put her foot on the road, holding a stick while a stray dog followed her. She gave him half of her lunch.
"Heh, you really don't deserve to go through this." – She caressed the puppy while he continued following. Arriving home, she left the dog in the yard, along with other animals she cared for.
"Flora!" – His father shouted from the back of the house. – "Come here and buy me beer."
"Okay..." – She walked away wanting to hide something. But her father soon found out.
"Another animal? What do you think this is, huh?"
"Mommy said I can put them in the backyard... as long as they don't make the house smaller." – She said shyly, shrinking and lowering her voice as she spoke.
"That bitch! Don't you know that I'm in charge here now? You'll send them out quickly!" - He began to attack her violently, putting his belt in and scratching her back and arms
"Please! Stop! Dad! No, no!" – She cried while her leather burned with the buckle hitting hard, some parts started to bleed. – "No... it's bleeding! Stop! Stop!" – He didn't care, he kept putting the belt even harder until he threw her on the ground.
"Now I'm going to throw those things outside, tie them in a bag and throw them in the river... what a disgusting girl!" She can't do anything. She was weak and her skin was burning. She could only close her eyes after everything was over. After so much, Sunset woke up from this dream, crying. And then she went back to sleep, a short time later she managed to see what brought her here.
Final moments of flora; 1908
Flora was cleaning the bush in her own way, she was being careful not to hurt the animals that lived there. She petted a mouse that was gnawing on some fabric.
"How cute!" – She left him in his little house and then went to put food for her stray dogs that she had rescued. They barked with happiness, there weren't many, but they left the quintak full of joy. This was the only place where Flora could be herself; where she could be happy and play with all her friends. From the small to the large, from the insect to the mammal, from the sick to the healthiest, she gave her all to help and care for them. She felt the wind passing through her hair once again, closing her eyes she realized... what a pleasant situation, it was like feeling at her peak, in paradise.
"Flora." – A voice from inside was shrill enough for her to step back and follow.
"Yes father?" – She said, as she walked through the door. I could see that his feet were covered in burrs and weeds; "I want you to change the program! This radio is falling apart!" – He opened his bottle and took a sip of beer – "And hurry up, I'm going to lose my program."
"It's okay dad, there's no need to get mad." – She said, trying to move that weird thing. Until he managed to change. – "Okay, now you can watch your programs whenever you want."
Before going, a malicious wish of a drunken old man crossed Flora's father's mind.
"Lil girl, come here again." – He called her, and she came without hesitation. "You're already 18 years, right?" "Yes, I... I completed it last month." "You know, you're still a virgin. No, it can't go on like this."
"What are you talking about?" – His breathing increased as he moved away from his father.
"You know very well, you can't live taking care of useless animals. I'm going to make you the biggest whore in the region!"
"Dad, you're drunk... you're out of your mind!" – She breathed quickly and her legs shook, moving further and further away.

She was a little weak from the attack, which led to her father having forced oral sex on her. It remained like that for about 15 minutes until he reached the limit and poured spurts of seed inside her; the same spurts that one day made her. When he made her swallow it all, she cried and vomited.

The girl cried in pain as she felt what her father had put inside her. He didn't stop, the movements were too violent for her to understand. With a punch he silenced her for a moment. After a world of time going in and out, she didn't have her orgasm, obviously. This was the climax for his father, who grabbed a knife from the kitchen.
"No!! Please spare my life!" – she continued crying – "My animals can't live alone! Please, I'll pretend this never happened!"
"And who said I was going to kill you now, you son of a bitch?" – He went towards the backyard and started stabbing all the animals there, one by one. One he killed severely and in the most cruel way was the little rabbit.
"No! Leave them alone! This is their sanctuary!" – Flora could no longer bear so much sadness in her life. "Sanctuary!?" – He laughed - "This is MY fucking backyard!"
Flora vomited and cried bitterly seeing her little animals being tortured like this. Seeing this, the girl's father went to her and continued poking her with all his might. Seeing that it didn't do anything, he took his knife and slowly cut her intestine. Its red insides jumped out, and the last look at the world was the sight of its little animals, especially dead ones.
His eyes lost their shine, his breathing stopped. She was dead now, her eyes open.
"No, wait a minute!" - Said the father of the brutally murdered girl - "Damn, she wasn't supposed to die. I have her corpse, I NEED to hide her corpse... No! No! I don't want! I don't want to be a murderer!! "
The case soon spread after the police were called by some neighbors when they smelled blood and hearing the desperate screams. He explained himself, saying that he had already done some bad things to her, but nothing more than a violent beating. He was arrested and sentenced to life in prison, and the girl had a dignified burial in a forest. Her body was buried, and everyone remembered her as lovely, her kindness was so great it could reach the heavens. Not everyone who was there liked her, some went to eavesdrop.
Her teacher, who watched her grow up and really liked her as a daughter, cried for days. Then the girl appeared in purgatory seconds after her death.
Soon she was covered with a handkerchief and a creature of light wiped her tears.
"Don't cry, my wee ... they're all here." – The creature hugged and surrounded her as if she were the kindest person in the world. – "I'm Celestia, owner of this sector and director of the largest and only school in Canderlot. I'm going to stay in human form so you can see better..."
Soon she transformed and showed her appearance. That beautiful woman filled Flora's teary eyes.
"Come on, my daughter. Here you will have all the good things you didn't have." – She pointed to the animal paradise that was now her new home; it was like a clearing in the forest, where she sheltered all the animals that came to her. "Your name will now be Fluttershy." – Celestia stroked the girl's hair. – "You will still exist in another world, you will have everything you ever wanted; loving parents, animals, friends... Now, you are here to take a rest."
Through it all, the girl didn't say a word. She was so...refreshed, relieved. All that pain of virginity and stabbings disappeared... And then she smiled when she saw her little white bunny walking into her arms, cried with joy and quickly accepted living in that place.
Sunset woke up from the vision. It was morning now, it was still a little dark to get ready for another day of school. "It would be a pleasure if justice was done..." – Said the red-haired girl, getting ready. Celestia knocked on her bedroom door.
"Well, today you and the girls are free to have an outdoor adventure, in nature and observe the garden full of paradise creatures, enjoy!"
"O-okay..." – Was this part of some plan?... – "what an incomprehensible case... terrifying... how cruel...
She did not yet know the visions she was yet to see.
"It's been three days since Sunset entered that portal and hasn't come back. She could have the chance to get out, she's quite a talented pony..." – Twiligth said, walking back and forth. She stopped in the corner and nervously began to bite the feathers on her wings.
"The worst part of all is that she took the crown... it's going to be very difficult to rescue Sunset." Fluttershy said.
"Whatever is going on, I'm starting to get worried about Sunset Shimmer. I know the crown is one of the elements, but there's a pony's life in danger."
The six ponies sighed, this time Pinkie didn't even break the mood. A light came to the window, it was Celestia, who came down with a letter.
"This came to me. I decided to show it in person." – She said handing it to Twilight.
"I'm sorry about the portal falling, I'm protecting that pony with my aura, but it's going to be running out soon... maybe it won't be a week later, I can't hold it anymore. They still want meat. Sincerely, Principal Celestia."
"This letter was sent by a version of me from the broken portal..." – Celestia thought.
"What do they mean by 'they still want meat'? – Fluttershy trembled from paws to snout.
"Well, anyway that's not good... pass it on, sugarcube. " – Aj said, taking the letter and sliding his hooves over the paper.
"Shut up girl! You don't even know how to read, give it here!" – Rainbow was impatient, almost neighing.
"Ow, calm down!" – Aj continued observing – "Grandma told me that there is a specific type of paint in purgatory."
"So what?" – Rainbow replied rudely.
“What I mean... is that we don't know if it would be possible to send something in response. The material could easily disintegrate there."
In this random dialogue, Luna arrived shortly after a few minutes carrying the crystal and the 5 elements. (There was also the temporary crown there).
"Good news, in 3 days Sunset can be rescued. " – Said the majestic alicorn of the nights.
"But we only have a short period of time left to rescue her!" – Said Twiligth, stepping faster on the ground with her hooves.
"The problem is that if I adjust it to teleport in advance, it would be much less time in the portal until you're stuck there forever."
"The only thing I can do for now is send signals. I'll send some small gaps that I can make..."
Human World (eqg);
Soon after a slight awakening, the seven girls left to go to the forest for a walk. It was the most beautiful place in the world, it seemed like a second heaven. The grass it was bluish green, with a tone that didn't hurt the eyes, the clouds in the sky were made of beautiful swirls that flew and created that heavenly landscape.
"Well, according to my hypotheses, this day promises to be sunny!" – Twilight said , holding Spike.
"Let's take the opportunity to grab something and hit the trail!" – Rainbow said, warming up. – "Hey Applejack, did you go for a run to the lake?"
"You asked the right person!" – She said positioned and the two ran away. Fluttershy was talking to Rarity and Pinkie was laughing with so much happiness. Only Sunset was a little down, her eyes had already lost their shine.
"Hm, Sunset?" – Twiligth asked, touching her shoulder. – "Are you okay? Are you missing home?"
She looked into those eyes once again, that girl seemed so special and charismatic...
"Oh, not much, it's okay." – She kicked a pebble. "You look like sleep. Come on, let's go under that tree."
They both went side by side to the biggest tree in the field, near the lake where Rainbow Dash and Applejack were resting after a race. Apparently it was a draw. No conversation began as the two They walked to the tree, sitting on that soft grass without any ants or thorns. It was like a big natural carpet.
"I had nightmares last night" – Sunset said, without looking at the black girl. Just looking at that crystal clear lake watching the girls play
"Nightmares are those dreams that you don't like...?" – asked Twilight, turning her head a little to the side.
"Yes, but it's as if they were other people's memories. It seems like I can see what happened to the others."
"Hm..." – Twilight sighed – "I don't remember having nightmares since I got here. Even because my memories are a little blurry. What was your nightmare like?"
"I had several. I had several nightmares... the one that stood out the most was a very painful life... I saw all the pain and agony that caused that soul before she died."
"What was she like?"
"She was very similar to Fluttershy."
The conversation ended with the talking dog calling the girls. "Do you want to throw the disc so I can catch it?" – Spike wagged his tail, and Twiligth laughed.
"Okay Spike." – She throws the disc and plays with her doggy friend. The atmosphere was still a little heavy for Sunset Shimmer. She staring at the ground wondering how long his sanity would last. She saw a gap in the portal for a few seconds, she even touched it. But he disappeared quickly. She sighed and covered her face, disappointed.
"Hey Sunset! The water is soooo good!" – Pinkie shouted from afar
"Ah, it's okay!" – She went to the girls and played, continuing her happy day with her new friends. In the background, there was another gap in the portal, which opened again in the blink of an eye.
It was just another night. Nothing new, except for the noises that stopped in your ears. And not to mention that weight that was there before, now it was gone. Now Sunset was practically slowly becoming part of that world. Little by little he was losing the essence of what life and death was, becoming neutral. Like neither that world... nor hell, nor heaven... neutral. The girl was lying on the bed taking some notes for class. She honestly missed using her blanket. She needed this, it seemed like there was an energy pulling her towards it. She resisted for a moment, as she stepped onto the ground she felt weightless, as if her body were floating.
Every scene she could see turned into a kind of dawn, bright lights with a strong melody in her ears. His spine, however, had goosebumps. As if he were suffering from another nightmare. A creature with a face brighter than the sun landed near the girl, holding her arm, and caressing her face. His hands were uncomfortable. Sure, they were soft, but they were uncomfortable. Something didn't feel right, and she wasn't sure what it was. The creature began to sing in his ear in a tritone, low and slow sound. The lyrics were unrecognizable, it was impossible to compare any language to it. Soon two more creatures arrived, smaller than the one that was humming in his eardrums. The two creatures reached out and began to rip strips and strips of Sunset's leather, starting at her neck. Every splash that hit the ground was a tritone note, worse still, distorted. His ears couldn't take it anymore, they felt like they were going to explode. She writhed, screamed, and scratched in pain. But it seemed like his body wouldn't react to it. It's like it's neutral. His neck had already been 30% destroyed, his hide was now showing raw flesh and it didn't look like it was a lie this time. Luckily, a blue light filled that scene, she saw an alicorn. It wasn't just any alicorn, it was Luna.
Why would she be here? Soon Luna destroyed them by blasting those creatures with her horn. – "Sunset Shimmer!" – She shouted – "There is little time left, please use the manual spell of..." – ... ... Soon silence took over and now Sunset was in a vacuum, floating while her blood no longer spattered; and yes, it soaked in its own flesh, as if it were coming back. With a shock she woke up in the middle of the night, falling back into bed and seeing her blanket covered in strips of her own leather. She vomited. She vomited so much that her stomach just hurt, nothing was coming out. Sunset touched his wound, it burned, it felt like it was on fire. She was still there. It wasn't an ordinary dream, that thing would chew her up and take her poor soul. With a little research on the rules, Sunset lit that old candle again, to read each page better. She went very deep into the research, spent many pages and paragraphs, until in a shred of hope she found something.
"?????"
"Known for their height and grandeur, known for so much luminosity on their face, the ????? are beings that love living flesh, relishing 'invaders' of their world. This is the only permission they have been given to protect his universe, and guard against any kind of evil. Obviously, having the being, evil in his heart. The desire for power and greed could be a target for the ????? to attack the invading beings."
His head was hurting, it was spinning. She would never be able to understand so many things. Well, she knew that she only went to that world to cause chaos, reign and increase her powers. Well, that explained a lot. She then tore off a piece of her clothing and applied an emergency bandage to her wound, which had almost dried up the blood. She rested on her bed, and cried. She cried like she had never cried before in her entire life. She cried until dawn, watching the day break through the window, she calmed down and went to school.
"Time to pretend I'm not going crazy!"
It was the story of Equestria Girls as we've ever seen it. Sunset Shimmer, after stealing Twiligth Sparkle's crown, was running through the halls of the crystal palace. The beat of its hooves echoed through the rooms, Twiligth was chasing, which only gave more adrenaline to the young unicorn with a vibrant red mane. Before the princess of friendship could act in any way, Sunset entered the portal and came out, a strange aura covered the air of the dusty room where the mirror was, it was a type of heavy air or negative energy.
"No... I... I didn't want..." – Twiligth sits in front of the mirror, sniffing out any trace of the crown thief. – "I lost... the heavens, the elements, they-"
"Twiligth Sparkle." – A calm but worried voice surrounded the room, it was Princess Celestia.
"I'm very sorry!" – Twilight bent down in a form of submission – "I didn't mean to, it was so quick and..."
Celestia took a deep breath before answering her former student. "Twiligth, not only is Equestria in danger, Sunset is as well."
"As?" – At that time the main six and Spike appeared in the room wondering what happened.
