A few more weeks went by and by this point Turquosie’s hair reached its optimal length and her breasts now reached the start of a C-Cup which made her happy since she was not expecting such results this soon. After getting dressed for school she decided to try something now that her hair was long enough. Her mom came in and noticed Turquoise at her vanity fiddling with her hair.

“I see you're trying to style your hair now, “Ruby said.

“Now that it’s long enough, there is a certain style I am trying to do,” Turquoise said.

“And which one would that be?” Ruby asked interested in helping.

“This,” Turquoise said while showing her a picture of Weiss Schnee in her volume seven outfit.

“Very regal,” Ruby said before showing Turquoise how to do the braiding part. Five minutes later turquoise now had the same hairstyle as Weiss but with a blue bow added to the end. “Now you look like a real heiress.

“You think so?” Turquoise asked.

“I do and I bet your friends will love it,” Ruby said before the two of them went downstairs. As soon as they did they saw Bullet waiting for them.

“So Turquoise, have you decided what you wanted for your birthday yet?” Bullet asked since her birthday was in fifteen days.

“To be honest I'm not sure, I'm still trying to decide what I want to do for it,” Turquoise said.

“No need to rush darling,” Ruby said. Turquoise went to her car and drove off to school which left Bullet and Ruby alone. “Did you book that band Turquoise likes yet?

“Working on it but you do realize we are talking about a band from Japan right?” Bullet asked.

“We can afford the long distance charges, this is for Turquoise after all,” Ruby said.

“I know but what if no one comes like the previous years?” Bullet said.

“Turquoise made some pretty good friends, plus Haruka is back so you know she will be coming,” Ruby said.

“And what about you? Did you get the stuff for the decorations?” Bullet asked.

“I did but you do know, we have fifteen days to set all of this up right?” Ruby asked.

“I know but it's best to prepare ahead of time,” Bullet said.

Meanwhile with Turquoise, she pulled in and noticed Toon’s car was in the parking lot which was an ominous sign for her since she thought Toon would be rotting in Prison after he and his three new friends were arrested weeks ago. As soon as she went inside, she saw Fleur.

“Hey Fleur, have you seen Toon? Because if his car is here, he must be as well,” Turquoise asked.

“Unfortunately, he is here, turns out Jimmy was not kidding about his dad being a lawyer and a pretty damn good one at that, “Fleur said still not believing how Jimmy’s dad was able to get Toon and his lackeys off the hook for attempted rape in public.

“Not good, Am I going to have to let this jerk rape me knowing that he will not be punished for it?” Turquoise asked, feeling quite scared.

“Calm down, I promise you we won’t let that happen,” Fleur said while trying to keep Turquoise calm. As they were talking about him, Toon arrived. “Leave us alone pervert, you already traumatized my friend enough.

“The only mistake I made was doing it out in the open, “Toon said.

“Well, you won’t be doing it again, not as long as we are here, “Fleur said.

“You mean you, right? because I don’t see this slut’s amazon girlfriend here right now,” Toon pointed out.

“You watch what you say about Haruka, she is my friend and the only person who I will permit to do that stuff with once we get married someday,” Turquoise said.

“Oh, please as if you two will ever get that far, once you go full woman, she is just going to dump you for a real man,” Toon said before Haruka walked up behind him.

“And just what exactly would you say a real man looks like?” Haruka said, which got Toon's attention.

“I don’t know, perhaps another gorilla like yourself,” Toon said which earned him a punch to the face.

“Say that again and I will have that disgusting thing between your legs chopped off and feed it to my dog, “Haruka said.

“As if you can do that,” Toon said, not realizing Haruka was not joking since she was not going to let this snake deflower her lover.

“Don’t tempt me,” Haruka said.

“Whatever,” Toon said before leaving. The day went on and Toon was beginning to wear on Turquoise’s nerves after what he tried to do to her.

“Listen, I'm sure Cadence will do something about Toon since her husband most likely told her about him,” Fleur said assumingly.

“One, I doubt a police officer would openly share information on a case with civilians and two if that was the case then why is Toon still here?” Turquoise asked. Suddenly Golden and Key arrived.

“Hey Turquoise, how are you feeling?” Golden asked.

“Right now, on edge since Toon is still here,” Turquoise said.

“I heard, Johnson Gladstone is one good attorney if he can convince a jury that a trans girl would consent to sex,” Golden said.

“Is that what they told the court?” Turquoise asked, feeling more afraid since she can’t even trust the US legal system anymore.

“You don’t keep up to date with trials, do you? “Golden asked.

“I assumed you had to be at least eighteen to even set foot in a courtroom,” Turquoise said.

“As a member of the jury, yes, but if you're a witness, defendant, or just sitting in the gallery, age does not matter,” Golden said.

“Ok but how am I able to convince them I did not consent to it? “Turquoise asked. Suddenly a boy approached them.

“Sorry for eavesdropping but if you need an attorney I can recommend you to my mom, she is among the best, “The Boy said.

“And you’re positive she will take my case?” Turquoise asked.

“Of course, she will, when it comes to women’s rights, she will fight tooth and nail,” The boy said before giving her one of her mom’s business cards. “I have these on hand since even teenagers need a legal expert when things get dicey. Turquoise pulled out her phone and dialed the number on the card. A few seconds later a woman picked up.

“Dysonstein Law Offices, how can I help you?” The woman asked.

“Are you Xandra Dysonstein?” Turquoise asked.

“I am,” Xandra said.

“I need your help, A boy and his friends raped me and somehow got away with it,” Turquosie said. Xandra was surprised to hear this.

“By any chance was this boy’s name Toon Kritic?” Xandra asked.

“How did you know?” Turquoise asked.

“I saw that case and noticed a lot of wrongdoings that day, when is a good time to meet?” Xandra asked.

“Let’s see, school lets out at around two and I'm at the doctor’s at around two thirty for my treatment, so let’s say three, sound good?” Turquoise asked.

“Three sounds good, let’s meet in my office to discuss the case in private, my firm is located on Tabitha st, above the Noir Cafe,” Xandra said.

“Got it,” Turquoise said. As soon as Xandra hung up Turquoise felt hopeful that this whole mess would be over soon. The day continued and while Toon was looking smug still feeling like he was invisible after walking out of a courtroom as a freeman. Unfortunately for him that invincibility would soon shatter once the truth comes to light and not even Jimmy’s dad can stop it. Once Turquoise finished her appointment, she drove to the address Xandra gave her which led her to a building with multiple businesses. Turquoise went to the second floor and found the door leading to the Dysonstein Law Offices. Turquoise went inside and waiting inside was a woman with long brown hair wearing a black blouse under lavender women's blazer with a matching pencil skirt and heels.

“You must be Turquoise, come sit,” the woman who was Xandra said before inviting her into her office. The two sat and Xandra’s assistant brought them some coffee. “Ok Turquoise let’s start from the beginning, when would you say the incident took place?

“I believe it was around 2:05 pm in the student parking lot,” Turquoise said. Turquoise filled Xandra in on everything that happened from her perspective which would be very important for the retrial.

“Now let’s discuss payment, “Xandra said.

“Name your price,” Turquoise said while checking her bank account.

“Normally I charge $2500 when we win, but for a case like this and for someone like you, I'm willing to shave 1000 off,” Xandra said.

“Perfect, thank you,” Turquoise said.

“Now the reason Toon and his friends were left off the hook was because Mr. Gladstone opted not to summon you to testify since you would have ruined his case,” Xandra said.

“So, If I do testify?” Turquoise asked.

“The judge will rule in your favor, as for the sentencing, don't expect anything major since you and the accused are still minors,” Xandra said.

“As long as Toon is out of my hair, I will accept anything,” Turquoise said. Luckily Xandra was able to convince a judge to reopen the case since she was able to get the victim to agree to testify.

A few days later Turquoise and Toon were now in a courtroom with their respective attorneys.

“I can’t believe I’m back here again; I thought you told me this case was dismissed, “Toon said to Mr. Gladstone.

“Well, I did not think this freak would know anything about this or even have an attorney of their own,” Mr. Gladstone said. Soon the judge came in and took his place behind the podium.

“All rise,” The judge said as everyone stood up and then sat down again. The retrial of Toon Kritic and his party will now begin. Is the defense ready?

“The defense is ready your honor,” Gladstone said.

“The prosecution is also ready your honor,” Xandra said.

“Good now that everyone is here, let's hope for a proper trial, Ms. Dysonstein the opening statement if you please,” The judge said.

“Certainly,” Xandra said before beginning. “On Friday November 8th my client was close to being raped against her will by the Mr. Kritic in the student parking lot of Crystal Prep Academy at around 2:05 pm,

“Yes, that lines up with what was said in the previous trial,” The judge pointed out.

“But the difference is this time I convinced my client, Ms. Dusk who is the victim of this whole mess to testify,” Xandra said.

“Objection,” Gladstone shouted.

“On what grounds?” The Judge asked.

“She should not be allowed to testify your honor,” Gladstone said.

“And why not?” The Judge asked.

“Because the fact these two know each other would make this girl’s words biased meaning anything she says cannot be trusted,” Gladstone said lying through his teeth clearly not wanting Turquoise to testify on account she will not only cost him the case but his ability to practice law too.

“Hey, you're only saying that because you care more about winning than the whole truth,” Xandra said.

“Oh, and how do we know this harlot won’t lie just to see my client get locked up again?” Gladstone asked.

“We already heard Mr. Kritic’s side, so we need to hear Ms. dusk’s side too, objection overruled,” The judge said while banging his gavel.

“If there are no more interruptions, the prosecution would like to call Turquoise Dusk to the stand,” Xandra said. Turquoise took the stand and after taking the oath was ready to testify.

“I was on my way to the parking lot to head somewhere important,” Turquoise said before Xandra stopped her.

“Where were you going?” Xandra asked.

“To the Red Heart Medical Clinic for my daily dose of estrogen, I was and still am in the middle of hormone therapy,” Turquoise said.

“The doctor at the clinic confirmed that what ms .Dusk said is true,” Xandra said before having Turquoise continue.

“Before I could get in my car Toon approached me in a fit of rage,” Turquoise said before Xandra asked the next question.

“You said Mr. Kritic looked angry, why would he be angry?” Xandra asked.

“Because he blamed me for Principal Cadence putting him in ISS and for the ass kicking my girlfriend gave him,” Turquoise said.

“The principal confirmed this as well and aside from the ass kicking as my client put it everything Ms. Dusk said so far lines up nicely,” Xandra said before Turquoise continued.

“I pointed out that his misfortune was his own fault and he tried to reach for my skirt. I tried to make a run for it but then three other students ambushed me and aided Toon in his attempt to rob me of my virtue,” Turquoise said before Xandra asked her next question.

“Can you identify the other three students for the court?” Xandra asked.

“Certainly, their names were Jack, Testiburger, Felix Marsh, and Jimmy Gladstone,” Turquoise said.

“Objection,” Gladstone shouted. “That last name should be stricken from the record.

“And why should it, maybe because that is your son and you refuse to take responsibility for his part in my client's traumatizing experience,” Xandra said.

“Objection overruled,” The judge said.

“Luckily my friends were able to save me and even had the foresight to call the police,” Turquoise said, which wrapped her testimony up.

“There you have it your honor, we now heard Ms. Dusk's side of the story,” Xandra said.

“Yes, everything she said lines up with everything from the previous trial and now let's move on to the evidence,” the judge said. Luckily for Turquoise Xandra was able to get the feed for the security camera that was trained on the student parking lot.

“Where did you get that? I thought I destroyed that?” Gladstone said not realizing everyone in the court heard him.

“Mr. Gladstone? Did you just confess to tampering with evidence?” The judge asked. Gladstone was now sweating bullets since he could not talk his way out of this one and once the footage played the noose around his neck became tighter.

“As you can see your honor, my client was indeed in danger because of Mr. Kritic and his friends and the defense knowingly withheld vital evidence,” Xandra said.

“I think we have everything we need for a proper verdict; I hereby find Toon Krictic guilty of attempted rape in a public area and herby sentence him to one year in Juvenile Hall,” The Judge said before moving on to Mr. Gladstone. “And as for you Mr. Gladstone, I'm placing you under arrest for the crime of obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence, I can promise you this, I will see to it you never practice law ever again. The bailiff slapped the cuffs on both Toon and Mr. Gladstone before dragging them out of the courtroom. “Court is adjourned. Once the judge banged his gavel everyone left. Turquoise paid Xandra as agreed and the nightmare that was Toon Kritic was over for now. As for the other three involved the police were dispatched to investigate them and their trials would be decided at a later date. Turquoise went home to rest since this trial took a lot out of her.

I'm not sure if this is how a courtroom scene would work or if I managed to nail the way our legal system works, but this was my best attempt.
