It was in the middle of the great ocean. There is nothing but water as far as the eye can see, nothing but a big ship. It was long and wide and the front had a dragon-like head and jet engines at the stern (Back of the ship). The front of the ship's deck hade a few Bey stadiums and the ship had several cabins.

Outside one of the rooms Robin stood baking on a door. "Sunset, Wake up. We're going to be late," he called, continuing to knock. Inside the cabin, Sunset Shimmer was lying in bed, fast asleep.

Robin continued to knock and Sunset began to open her eyes a little. She leaned over and looked at the clock and saw that the opening was starting in three minutes. When she saw that, she widened her eyes and let out a curse.

She threw off the covers and shouted "I'm up, I'm up" and started dressing quickly. "About time. I know you're not a morning person but this is ridiculous" Robin said and after a few more seconds the door opened and Sunset was now dressed but her hair was messy.

"Done" she said but when Robin saw her hair he laughed. "What" she said and Robin replied "Wow, I've heard of bed hair but this one takes the cake"

Sunset looked at her hair and straightened it and said "Hey, there's a reason my name is 'Sunset' and not 'Sunrise'" Robin stopped laughing and said "Come on. It's starting soon" and so the two made their way to the deck.

"Rise and Shine Beyfans. And to all bladers around the world, hope you keep your eyes open because you don't want to miss this" the announcer said loudly and then he said "We're out on the high seas aboard this brand new ship, The Sky Cruiser"

"But that's not all, this ship is also going to hold a big Tag Team tournament so you better get ready for that. And now we're going to get some words from Wakiya Murasaki, the commissioner of this event" said the announcer and the camera turned to a podium where Wakiya stood.

"Hello everyone. Nice of you for tuning in. This ship will take us high and low all over the world. Both on board and at several stops, six Tag Teams will battle to reach the top. This is the beginning of The Sky Cruiser Tag Tournament" Wakiya said and on the screen behind him a picture came up with a red and a blue Bey.

With that the announcer said "Oh Yeah. Now let's welcome the Tag Teams that will be participating in this tournament" With that the camera adjusted so it showed the different teams.

"First up is The Champion and The Runner up of The Sword Flame Cup. The Mythical Red Duo, Sunset Shimmer and Robin Kings" the announcer said and both of them smiled and held out their Beys and the announcer said "They are competing with their Beys Flare Phoenix and Crash Drago"

"Next up are two girls who can both put wind in their sails and remember all the stats. Give a welcome to Amelia Kings and Twilight Sparkle. They'll be giving it their all with Wise Athena and Feather Griffin" said the announcer and they both had their Beys out .

"This is a duo that gives it their all in battle and has a good laugh. This is the duo of Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. Rainbow Pegasus and Party Joker are really going to make it wild here" he said and they both had their Beys out while Pinkie happily jumped in place.

"Next are two bladers who seem like complete opposites but always stick together. Give in for Farming and Beauty with Applejack and Rarity along with Farm Bull and Gem Unicorn" he said and they both brought out their Beys.

"Next up are the semi-finalists of The Sword Flame Cup. They are the singing sisters Adagio Dazzle and Aria Blaze. There will be double trouble with Melody and Bass Siren in the stadium" he said and they both had their Beys out while the others looked at them a little angrily.

"Thought that was all, Think again. There's another Tag Team in store for you" Wakiya said and the screen behind him rose and a light shone from it. "There we have it. The final Bladers for this exciting tournament" said the announcer.

"Wonder who it is?" Sunset said and with that two figures came out of the light but you couldn't see the faces. The two figures emerged from the opening and the light was turned off. But when it happened it turned out to be Bell and Ranzo and all of them except the Dazzlings were stunned.

"Bell? Ranzo?" Sunset said surprised and Robin said "You two are the sixth team?" Bell gave them a cocky grin and said "Whose could it be" With that Ranzo said "When we were invited and we couldn't say no"

With that the announcer said "These two have traveled the world and challenged some of the strongest bladers around. They train and live deep in the dark abyss. It's Bel Daizora and Ranzo Kiyama. They will surely show us the power of Devastate Belfyre and Cyclone Roktavor" With that both of them held out their Beys and Ranzo showed his stamina type Beyblade: Cyclone Roktavor.

The two walked off the stage and took their positions Wakiya said "And there you have it. The Sky Cruiser Tag Tournament will be held between these six Tag Teams. And the biggest thing of all is that both of the winners will get the chance to face the world champion, Valt Aoi for his title"

Everyone got excited and then the announcer said "And now without further ado. Let me welcome the one you all know" With that a door opened next to the tendon with light and smoke and a figure stood there.

"Let's make some noise for The Legend of Legends. The World Champion Valt Aoi" said the announcer and Valt stood by the door with a smile. "The World Champion is here, for real?" Sunset said surprised.

Everyone looked surprised and interested at Valt and Wakiya then said "And now Valt Aoi will really put the wind in the sails and start this tournament" But just then Valt froze and he walked silently towards the stage but tripped and landed on his face.

They all gave mixed reactions between laughter and confusion. Wakiya smacked himself in the face and Valt stood up, blushing, and walked over to Wakiya. "Sorry Wakiya" Valt said but Wakiya just pressed a button and a ripcord came up.

Valt turned to all the Tag Teams and said "Alright all you bladers. Fight hard and battle and fair and square" With that he grabbed the ripcord and said "Now, Sky Cruiser Tag Tournament. Let it, Rip!" and then he pulled the ripcord with all his might.

At that moment something happened to the ship. Hatches opened on the sides and two wings stuck out from either side. The jet engines on the stern were pointed down, ignited and the ship began to lift from the water and began to fly.

(Author's note: If you want to compare it to something, think something like The Destiny's Bounty from Lego Ninjago)

"Alright everyone. It's time to get to the Battle hall" Wakiya said and everyone started heading below deck. It was a large round hall with several screens on the ceiling and underneath there was a sealed hatch. There were two large doors that led to a platform and along the walls there were seats for spectators. Everyone was impressed and stood on the edge of the platform and Wakiya stood in the middle.

"Okay everyone. Time to explain the rules so listen carefully" he said and then up came a gold coin with a Bey engraved on the screen. "These Beytokens will count as your battle points aboard the Sky Cruiser. At each challenge you will have the opportunity to win tokens so win and collect as many as you can. But each challenge will not be like another. In addition, under the floor we have a wide selection of stadiums that will always be randomly selected at each challenge, so all challenges will be unique in their own way"

Everyone was intrigued and then Wakiya said "And to start with. It's time for three tag battles" With that he went towards the exit and the announcer said "Okay all you Beyfans. Let's start with a shuffling to pick the teams that will meet first"

With that the screen started to shuffle and four faces were shown but a line in the middle of the screen and the letters VS. "So the first match is Applejack and Rarity against Adagio and Aria" said the announcer and the two teams looked at each other intently.

Then the shuffle for the second match began and four more faces were shown. "Next up is Amelia and Twilight versus Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie" said the announcer and the four looked at each other and Pinkie waved at them.

And then the screen shuffled a third time. "And that means the third match is Bell and Ranzo vs Sunset and Robin" the announcer said. Bell smiled and pointed at both of them. "Hope you're ready. Because we're going to make you two flee in fear"

Sunset and Robin smiled smugly and Sunset said "I wouldn't count on that" With that most of them took seats on the bench and the first ones to go up took their seats.

"It's time for the first tag battle to begin. On one side we have the fashion and farm duo, Applejack and Rarity. And on the other side are the music sisters, Adagio Dazzle and Aria Blaze." said the announcer as they stared intently at each other .

The others cheered Applejack and Rarity and then the announcer said "Now the computer will randomly generate the stadium for these hyped matches" With that the hatch opened and a stadium came up. It had a regular stadium shape but there was also an upper deck on the edge and a large slope that went quite far up and finally there was a small crater in the slope.

"Have you seen this? The stadium that has been chosen happens to be the Hyper Warp Stadium. Who knows how they will accelerate in this stadium" said the announcer and everyone was interested in the stadium.

"Wow, What can it do? What can it do?" Pinkie said, jumping up and down. "I guess we'll have to wait and see" Sunset said and up with Wakiya Valt stared out the glass almost as excited as Pinkie. "So Cool. I can't wait" said Valt, overjoyed.

"Start battle" said the screen above and everyone readied themselves. "Ready Rarity" Applejack said and Rarity smiled and said "Always darling" Adagio looked at them both thinking "They don't know what they're in for" and then she put her Bey in attack mode.

"Ready, Set" the screen said and began a countdown. "3... 2... 1... Let it, Rip!" shouted all four of them and both Applejack's and Rarity's Beys headed towards the center as the two Sirens circled and readied themselves for an attack.

"And they're off. Both sirens charge up an attack while Bull and Unicorn take the center" the announcer said and Bull and Unicorn came to the center and circled.

"Get Them" Adagio shouted and Aria shouted "Send them flying" With that they both ducked towards Bull and Unicorn. "How about showing what they're in for darling?" Rarity said and Applejack smiled and replied "I'm all for it Girl"

They stood side by side and Applejack swept her left arm diagonally up while Rarity swept her right arm and they both shouted "Double Defense"

With that, both beys gave off an orange and purple light respectively, creating an orange and purple circle. Both Sirens came closer for an attack but both were knocked away.

"Unbelievable. The defenses between Bull and Unicorn are like a fortress. It seems nothing can get through" the announcer said and the others cheered.

"Way to go AJ" Rainbow shouted and Amelia shouted "Nice there Rarity" They all cheered but then Sunset saw that Adagio and Aria didn't seem worried. "Why are they so calm?" she thought.

Aria looked towards Adagio and she nodded slightly. "Now Siren" Aria called and then she resonated with his Bey and Siren's avatar came forward. Bass Siren ascended the upper deck and accelerated rapidly as it descended.

"Bass Strike" Aria yelled and Siren both taunted the bey so it flew off center. "Take that" Aria said but then Applejack said "No. You take this"

"Go Bull" Applejack shouted and at the same time Rarity shouted "Arise Unicorn" and so they both resonated with their Beys so their avatars emerged. Siren came in for its second hit but Unicorn and Bull came from both sides. "Bull Counter" Applejack called out and Rarity called out "Gem Horn" With that they pinched Bass Siren.

"But did you see that? Siren has been caught in a strong assault from the two defense types" said the announcer. Everyone cheered but then Adagio gave a sly grin.

With that she shouted "Finish this Siren" and its avatar appeared. With that Siren went up the deck and into the crate. Inside, the deen began to accelerate to enormous speed and went head-to-head against the three other Beys.

"Melody Whip" she called and then she hit all three beys and they all bursted. Applejack and Rarity gasped but Aria just closed her eyes. "Melody Siren with a Burst Finish. Team Adagio and Aria are the winners" the screen said.

"Unbelievable. Adagio obliterated not only the opponents but her teammate Beys as well" said the announcer. Adagio and Aria picked up their Beys and Aria said "I hated that plan"

"Don't worry. Now they are so scared we don't need that plan again" Adagio said and the two left. Applejack and Rarity glared at them and the others did the same.

Wakiya showed them all around the ship and then they entered the dining hall. "And this is where you will enjoy all your meals during the tournament" he said showing them all the dining hall.

After that, someone came up and went to the counter. They saw that it was an adult woman with short brown hair, blue eyes and she was wearing cooking clothes.

Wakiya turned to her and said "Let me introduce Ange Lopez. She has been so kind to assist with meals during our trip" Ange gave everyone a warm smile and she said "It's nice to meet you all. I will take care you so you can see me as a second mom here"

Adagio was unimpressed and said "No I don't think so" and Aria said "Yeah that sounds ridiculous" The others gave the two an annoyed look but then a voice said "Come on Ari, have some fun with it"

They were all confused until Sonata jumped out of the kitchen in cooking clothes. "Sonata, What are you doing here. And what are you wearing?" Adagio asked in confusion.

"Um… I'm here too" said a shy voice and they saw Fluttershy coming from the kitchen. "Fluttershy. You are here too?" Rainbow said in surprise. Fluttershy gave a weak wave and then Wakiya said "Looks like you've like my little surprise. I have allowed your friends here to come along for the ride if they help Ange in the kitchen"

Pinkie huddled and cheered at that. Bell who has been mostly quiet just got a rumble in his stomach and said "Okay now I'm getting hungry. Can we eat now?"

Everyone started to feel the hunger rising and then another figure came from the kitchen and it was Jiji. "Don't worry Bell. There's food so it'll be enough"

"Wait. Jiji is here too" Rainbow said in surprise. "Yeah. I wanted him on board so BELL won't make a mess of the place" Wakiya said glaring at Bell.

Bell was taken back by that and said "Hey, What's that supposed to mean?" Wakiya glared angrily and said "Because I won't stand for your pranks on board" and everyone gave a weak laugh but then they heard someone chewing. They turned and saw Valt with a plate full of food and already in the process of eating. "Valt. what are you doing?" Wakiya asked.

Valt turned to him and swallowed the food in his mouth. "Oh I was hungry and then I smelled the food and couldn't stay away" he said and gave a smile and continued to eat.

"Is this really The World Champion?" Sunset asked weakly. "Seriously Valt. Do you ever think with anything but your stomach?" Wakiya said. "Did you say something Wakiya?" Valt asked with food in his mouth. Wakiya smacked himself in the face while the others laughed.

"And we're back folks. And it's time for the second match. And it's the team of Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie against Amelia Kings and Twilight Sparkle" the announcer said and they were all charged.

"Start battle" said the screen above and everyone read themselves. Rainbow looked at Pinkie and said "Are you ready Pinks" and Pinkie smiled big and said "YES" Amelia and Twilight looked at each other and nodded and the screen said "Ready, Set" and began a countdown.

"3... 2... 1... Let it, Rip!" shouted all four of them and Athena and Joker made their way to the center, Griffin circled the stadium and Pegasus accelerated into the crater.

Athena managed to get to the center and Twilight called out "Wise Guard" and its defenses were up. "And Athena takes command of the center. Looks like Joker is too late" the announcer said and Joker circled Athena.

"Sorry Pinkie. But you can't take the center" Twilight said but Pinkie smiled big and said "It's ok" Twilight was confused but then faster Joker up and Pegasus walked away from the crater and with that both beys went towards Griffin.

"NOW Rainbow Flash" Rainbow called and Pinkie called "GO Party Dash" With that they both caught up to Griffin and pushed from both sides.

"You guys have ways. Pegasus and Joker line up and hit Griffin hard" the announcer said and the others were impressed. "Way to go guys" Applejack shouted and Rarity shouted "Hold on Amelia"

"Keep going" Rainbow shouted and Pinkie shouted "Keep Pushing" It went on for a while but then Twilight shouted "NOW" Amelia smiled and shouted "Finally. Time for full storm"

With that she shouted "Feather Storm" and her Bey created a cyclone and it sent Pegasus flying towards the wall while Joker was heading towards Athena.

Joker managed to push Athena from the middle but then it was swung back. "Go Wise Crash" Twilight called and Athena hit Joker and it burst.

"And Joker is out of here" the announcer said and Pinkie gasped. Rainbow looked determined and said "Leave this to me" With that she called out "Pegasus" and it's avatar appeared.

But just then Amelia shouted "Not if I have something to say" Then Griffin went towards the crate and used it to jump in the air. "Griffin" she called and resonated with her Bey so its avatar appeared.

With that, Griffin created a cyclone and Griffin and Pegasus were heading towards each other. "Rainbow Strike" Rainbow shouted and Amelia shouted "Storm Strike"

They collided and after a while Pegasus burst and Rainbow gasped. "Feather Griffin with a Burst Finish. Team Twilight and Amelia are the winners" the screen said. "Amazing. Twilight and Amelia managed to combine their powers and have won." said the announcer. Rainbow was a bit annoyed but Pinkie hugged her making her feel better.

The four went to the seats while Sunset and Robin walked towards the stadium. "And now it's time for the final battle for today so get ready now" the announcer said.

With that the two teams came through the drivers and the announcer said "On one side we have The Mythical Red Duo, Sunset and Robin" It went towards the stadium and then the announcer said "And on the other side we have the Phantom's Gate Warriors, Bell and Ranzo "

The two guys clenched their fists and walked towards the stadium. "Start battle" said the screen and everyone got ready. "Hope you're ready amigos because we're gonna send you flying" Ranzo said and Bell said "Hope you're ready to give us some screams of fear"

"That'll never happen" Sunset said and Robin said "That's right. We're going to win this" The two gave each other a quick glance before the screen said "Ready, Set" and began a countdown.

"3... 2... 1... Let it, Rip!" shouted all four and Roktavor went straight for the center while the other moved to the edge with Drago and Phoenix moving in sync. "And they're off. Drago and Phoenix are in perfect sync while Roktavor takes center stage," the Announcer said. "Exactly as you thought" Sunset said looking towards Robin and he smiled.

(Flashback)

It was during lunch and Robin was sitting with a tablet in front of him and food on his plate. Sunset was sitting with the other but then she saw him and went over to him.

"Hey, what are you doing?" she asked and Robin turned to her and replied "I'm just trying to come up with a strategy" He turned to the screen again and said "In a Tag battle a perfect strategy is the key. You have to think about how the opponents will work but also how you yourself have to work together"

Sunset was impressed that Robin was putting energy into plans while he ate. She sat down next to him and asked "Well, what have you come up with?" Robin smiled and showed her the plate.

"Well Devastate Belfyre is an attack type while Cyclone Roktavor is a stamina type. So I'm sure Roktavor will take the center while Belfyre tries to wear us down" he said and Sunset nodded.

"And by the time we manage to take down Belfyre, we won't have enough power to take care of Roktavor" Sunset said and Robin nodded. "So I think we should focus on taking care of Roktavor first. Once that's done we'll combine our attacks and take out Belfyre quickly. What do you think?" he said, turning to Sunset.

"I think," she began, then held out her fist. "that we will own the battle" she continued and Robin smiled and did a fist bump.

(End of Flashback)

Belfyre moved straight after the two and Bell shouted "Now, send them packing" Belfyre approached but they both headed towards Roktavor. "Hey, where are you going?" Bell said and they shouted "Flare Launch" and "Crash Launch" and began to attack the Roktavor again and again.

"What now. Phoenix and Drago have left Belfyre and are attacking Roktavor" the announcer said. The others cheered but then Bell said "Hey we can't get humiliated like this" Then Ranzo said "don't worry Bell. I got this"

With that he slammed his foot into the ground and roared. "Now Roktavor" he called out and gave off an orange energy. With that he resonated with his Bey and its avatar came forward.

With that, a large orange and gold armored humanoid figure emerged. It had two gray curved horns and two large golden metal-like wings. It also had a low silver tail with a red fire at the tip and finally it had a blue blade that was bright red in its chest.

With that Ranzo got orange fire in his hands and he red them like a circle in front of him and shouted "Double Winged Cyclone" With that Roktavor created an orange cyclone and it caused Phoenix and Drago to be knocked away.

"What a storm. Roktavor sure knows how to put wind in the sails" said the announcer. "What power" Robin said in surprise but then Sunset said "Come on. Get in there Phoenix"

Phoenix went for another attack but Bell yelled "No, You're mine" With that Belfyre came from the side and knocked Phoenix away. With that, Belfyre pushed Phoenix around the stadium.

"Oh my. Looks like Belfyre has got its claws into the Phoenix" the announcer said and Robin started to panic a little. Bell and Ranzo smiled cockily but then Robin began to think.

"Alright now. I have to stop Roktavor. If Roktavor stays put, the two of them will end this with a Survivor Finish. But how?" he thought, watching Roktavor's attack.

"Wait now" he thought, recognizing the attacks. "It's just like Griffin's 'Feather Storm'. But I know how it works. So I can counter it" he ignited and with that Drago entered the crater.

"What now. Drago is in the crater and moving hyper fast" said the announcer and then Drago ducked towards Roktavor and the announcer continued with "And now it's going straight for Roktavor"

With that Drago approached Roktavor and Robin shouted "Drago Breaker" and then Drago slammed into Roktavor. Ranzo gasped and Amelia thought 'That was' thinking back to the time it had when it was reunited.

The attack was so strong that the cyclone disappeared and Roktavor burst. Ranzo gasped and the announcer said "And Roktavor failed to tough out Drago's attack"

Ranzo looked at the ground and Robin smiled. "Not yet" Bell called and Robin snapped back. Just then, Belfyre let Phoenix go and went for Drago. Belfyre attacked Drago again and again. "Oh My. Looks like the Dark Prince won't be capitulating anytime soon" the announcer said and Belfyre continued to attack. "We're not done yet" Robin shouted and began to resonate with his Bey.

Robin roared and called "Drago" and then its avatar appeared. With that, Drago leaned over and came from Belfyre. "Oh No you don't" Bell said and he called out "Belfyre" and then the Belfyre avatar came out and it came after Drago. But just then Sunset said "Hey don't forget me" and Phoenix came after both of them and she started to resonate with Phoenix and shouted "Phoenix" so its avatar came out.

It went up for the upper deck but Drago took a turn through the crater and went past the center. After a while, all the Beys dove down from the slope and Belfyre went against Drago, while Drago and Phoenix came at Belfyre from both the front and back.

"Crash Breaker" shouted Robin, "Flare Whip" shouted Sunset as Bell shouted "Devastate Wrecker" and with that all three Beys collided. Sparks flew everywhere and all three roared and resonated with their Beys.

It flowed for a while but then Drago pushed Belfyre down so Phoenix got at Belfyre from below and after a couple of seconds Belfyre burst. Drago and Phoenix were circling the stadium and Sunset and Robin were breathing heavily.

"Flare Phoenix and Crash Drago with a Burst Finish. Team Sunset and Robin are the winners" the screen said and all their friends cheered. "And there you have it. Sunset Shimmer and the Robin Kings have managed to combine all their powers and took down the Dark Prince" said the announcer.

Robin and Sunset looked up and then cheered. "We did it. We won our first battle" Robin said happily and Sunset said "Yes we did." It made a fist bump but Bell just looked down.

"Bell?" Ranzo said but Bell turned on him and angrily said "I refuse to lose again. We're going to train now" Ranzo was caught off guard by Bell's anger. He usually says that he was preparing for a win but Ranzo said "Okay Amigo. We'll hurry then" With that the two left and started training while Robin and Sunset celebrated with the other.

Valt and Wakiya watched and were impressed that they could beat Bell knowing how strong he is. "Who would have thought they were that good?" Wakiya said and Valt smiled and said "Shu and Xander were right. They really are strong" and they both looked at Sunset and Robin.

The ship was near the water and Valt was on deck with a helicopter ready to fly. "I will wait for the winners in El Astro. So I hope you do your best until then" he said and got on board and the helicopter flew away. Everyone had already set their sights on winning and facing Valt.

Hello everyone. I have finally managed to come up with a new schedule for this fanfiction. From now on I will post new chapters every Saturday as much as I can. They might be late at some point, but then I'll tell you about it.
