Inside the floating palace ship form of Nemi ship Prima, Sunset is doing an interview with reporters who tagged along with her. They’re all seated with their notepads and ready to write it all down, sending it over the radios to be published in the newspapers around the world. What Sunset had done to the ones who murdered her family, still fresh in their minds.

“You all going to ask the same question so let’s just get it over with. Yes, I offered the ones who murdered my family, to either impale their families and not be impaled themselves. Which they did, showing exactly who they are, dirty cowards who when offered a choice not to die, none of them even hesitated in choosing to impale their love ones. Which is why they deserve the fate of the Tubs. I gave them a choice and they choose to kill their own families to save themselves. They’re the ones who were fathers decided that impaling their own children is better than them, for the faint hope that they would live. A false hope,” Sunset explains.

Sunset waited for the reporters to finish writing on their notepads.

“You were going to kill them regardless,” one reporter said.

“That was a lie,” Sunset said.

Causing many to look at her.

“I was planning on just banishing the families, after making my family’s killers think I had them killed. But they proved they’re the worst kind of monsters, who rather have anyone else die in their places. They disgusted me,” Sunset said making sure that the Bolsheviks could never use those men as propaganda.

In true she was just planning on forcing the men to poison their families before having them impaled. But the plan changed when she had off handedly suggested to have their families impaled instead of them in exchange. To her surprise, they had all agreed. But instead she had them do the deed to seal their names and faces as monsters.

“But make no mistake, the laws of Russia still have the family members sharing the same fate of the one who committed the crime. Just that it’s hasn’t been used for a long time now. And I don’t see why people are so upset about those children’s deaths. Some of them were around my brother’s age after all. Besides I did spare the ones who won’t remember any of this because of them being so young. They’re all been sent to orphanages, where they won’t even know who their birth parents are,” Sunset said.

She waited for the reporters to finish writing.

“And don’t think any of my extended families are any different. They have given orders where children are killed because of their decisions. I just did it in a public manner and watch what my decision cause to happen,” Sunset said.

“But you still let children be killed to happen,” an American reporter said.

“I don’t need you an American to tell me about letting children be killed. The only real difference is that the people who died weren’t some dark skin people who aren’t someplace far away, out of sight and out of mind. The natives of your country and those of different color skin children, are regularly killed in those schools they’re sent to. I talk with the negro soldiers and learned a lot about what you whites allow to happen. So don’t act high and mighty. If they were dark skin children, you wouldn’t care,” Sunset said. (1)

The American reporter just held his tongue after being called out.

“But thank you for bringing that up,” Sunset said waving her hand causing the windows to open in the air. Revealing that she’s been broadcasting the interview all along. “When I finish in taking back my country. I will welcome people who are looking for a better life. I will treat everyone equally. A white man will face the same kind of punishment a negro will face. My laws will be harsh but, I will be fair to all of my subjects. Man, woman, different skin colors, will all be treated the same. Some opportunities and punishments. That, I give you my word.”

Author's Note

1 - I’m not whitewashing history just because people don’t want to be told how things really were like in the past. Schools and other places that should have taken care of children ended up killing them instead.
