The Traveling Horseman

''Traveler, I am really happy, that you accepted my friendship.'' Said Celestia, happily.

''The feeling is mutual.'' Said Traveler, somewhat more cheerful than ever.

''Will you accept my sister's friendship as well?'' She asked and looked at Luna, who blushed a bit.

''We... do not have to do that big sister.''

''And why is that my little sister?'' Celestia tilted her head.

''We arth already friends.'' She answered quickly.

''Really? Since when?'' Celestia kept going, while Luna tried to hide her embarrassment.

''Red is not your color, Night Princess...'' Stated Traveler.

''He's right Luna.'' Agreed Celestia.

''Traveler?!'' Gaped Luna, face red as a baboon's ass.

''You're cute, when you act like this.'' Giggled Celestia.

Traveler suddenly stopped. He stood still, his eyes fixed on the walls of the castle.

The two Princess stopped and looked back at him, a few stairs lower. ''Something's wrong?'' Raised an eyebrow Celestia.

Luna stopped blushing...

''I just realized, how right are you...'' He answered.

And here comes, another blushing Luna. Celestia giggled a bit louder and Traveler started walking down, again. Celestia soon followed and Luna just kept looking at him, mouth agape and face, fully red.

The three immortal exited the ancient castle. The guards immediately surrounded the three. spears and spells ready.

''What a lovely greeting...'' The Spirit commented.

''There's no need to worry my little ponies! Drop your weapons, this battle is over!'' Spoke up Celestia.

The guards glanced at each other, but dropped their weapons.

''They sure dropped their weapons...'' Another comment from the Spirit.

The guards picked up their weapons and went back to their duty. What was their duty? Walking around aimlessly, looking at the ruins, keep an eye on the bipedal creature and secure the area. Pretty good job if you ask me...

The immortals approached Twilight and Shining Armor. They were sharing a brother-sister moment. Shining lying on a medical cart, while Twilight hugged him.

''What a mess...'' Commented Luna.

''Such destruction...'' Followed her example Celestia.

''Shining Armor did a great job.''

''Yes he did.'' Agreed with her sister Celestia.

They approached them. Shining noticed them and let go of Twilight. She had some tears in her eyes, but smiled at her mentor.

''Feel better?'' Asked Celestia.

''Yes Princess. The doctors did a good job, but I have to rest for a few days.'' Explained the captain.

''Diagnosis?'' Asked Twilight, wiping away the tears.

Shining glared at the Spirit. ''Deep cuts and bites all over my body. I have a broken hoof and the bruises on my head makes casting spells harder.'' He gritted his teeth and hissed. ''All because of-''

''You.'' Interrupted Traveler. ''I know what you think... Captain Shining Armor, from the Royal Guards.''

Shining relaxed his muscles on his face, but he kept glaring at him.

Traveler continued. ''I give you an advice. Make a collar for your sister. She could be hurt, if the Night Princess and I wouldn't protect them.''

He turned around and started walking away. Then he looked back, one last time.

''She saved your life. Feel honored and proud for her!''

''Keep an eye out Hunter!''

Traveler and his wildcat, Hunter, were walking back to Ponyville. The blue cat stayed low to the ground and looked to the left and right. His paws silently moving forward, while Traveler's boots made some hearable 'thum' sounds.

Suddenly, the cat turned around and hissed.

''Easy Hunter! They're not gonna hurt me.'' Traveler turned around and walked next to Hunter. He pet his cat's head to calm him down.

''Hey Traveler!'' Called out Rainbow Dash, as she flew in front of him.

''Hello!'' He greeted her calmly.

''Why did you leave so soon? You should seen Shining's face. Jeez, he was angry.'' Snickered Dash.

''I have no things to do there. And about the captain... let's leave him alone for a while...'' He turned around and continued walking.

Dash came face-to-face with the wildcat, who watched her every movement.

''Uh... Traveler? You're tiger is kinda scare me.''

''He's a wildcat and his name is Hunter.'' Called back Traveler.

''I don't want to know why you call him like this.'' Shook her head Dash and she flew around Hunter, to catch up with the Spirit.

''The girls arrive soon. I wanted to meet you sooner.'' Explained Dash.

''And why is that?'' Traveler kept facing forward.

''Because, that was sooo awesome!'' Exclaimed Rainbow Dash. ''They were like piff-puff-RAwwr! And than you pulled those awesome flips and swings and then they were like: 'DED'!'' And there, she acted like a dead animal for a second, then continued doing punches in the air.

Hunter's cat senses tingled...

''And Princess Luna looked so Bad-flank in that armor. I never seen her in to-''

Traveler interrupted her, by pushing her away and catching Hunter in the air. His paws relaxed and his talons retreated back, seeing his master in front of him, not the cyan, eye hurting colorful pegasi.

''I think it's time you take a break, Hunter.'' Informed the cat, Traveler.

His gauntlets glowed in blue and the flames from the wildcat got sucked into that mark. Then his entire body started fading away. When the process ended, two eyes shined on the gauntlets, then it died out. After that, a wildcat's face appeared on the gauntlets.

Traveler looked at the wide eyed Rainbow Dash. ''He's just trying to protect me. Don't worry about it!''

Rainbow just nodded and the girls caught up with them. Fluttershy hovering above a bouncing Pinkie Pie, while Rarity and Applejack trotted behind Twilight.

Twilight looked at Traveler carefully. ''What's going on now?''

''A Hunter is going on Twi, don't worry about it...'' Answered Rainbow Dash, grinning at Traveler.

Raising an eyebrow, Twilight and her friends, and of course, the Spirit continued walking back to town.

They were out of the Everfree Forest and they kept walking down the road.

''Ah don't think we met yet pardner. Ah'm Applejack! Mah family has the best apples at Sweet Apple Acres, in all of Equestria.'' Applejack trotted next to Traveler.

''Good morning Apllejack, Element of Honesty!'' Greeted her Traveler. But he did not looked down at her.

''Mornin'?'' Asked Applejack, confused.

As an answer, Traveler pointed his finger at the rising sun. A chorus of 'ooh's and 'ahhh's came from the six friends.
Without a word, Traveler raised his hand. ''Map!'' And the purple eagle appeared in it's usual way.

Traveler looked at his map. ''The Everfree Forest... I still need to check out some parts of it. Thanks to this bypass, I have to go back there later. Great, more time to waist...'' He muttered to himself.

He turned back the map into Map. Fluttershy looked the eagle, with curiosity. She slowly flew next to the Spirit.

''Uhm... Excuse me sir. I-I just wanted to ask, i-if it's okay if I-I groom your eagle's feathers. B-because you, know... they look a bit dirty and-''

''Map is not a pet. He never grooms himself.'' Traveler looked at his eagle on his arm. Map extended his wings. ''Hmm... I want to prepare, so...'' He moved Map to Fluttershy's direction. ''I'll be thankful, if you prepare him too. Those feather's of his are really needs some grooming.''

''Eep!'' Yelped Fluttershy, as the huge eagle landed on her back. Map was bigger than an usual eagle. He could even lift her up, or cover her like a blanket, if he use his wings.

''Map! Don't forget to do what she says. She's here to help you. Permission to attack, denied. Only protect her! You hear me?'' Informed the flaming eagle, Traveler. ''Thank you Fluttershy... Element of Kindness!''

''Oh, i-it's nothing really. I love animals. I look after all kind of them.'' Blushed Fluttershy.

''All kind of animals, you say? Can you help out my other two companion?''

Fluttershy beamed. ''Yes, of course!''

''Very well...'' And with that, he summoned Sprint and Hunter. The green, flaming horse emerging from the ground. The wildcat jumping out of his gauntlets. Sprint neighed one and Hunter yawned.
''Listen my friends! Permission to attack: DENIED! Hunter! Sprint! Your new objective, to follow the Element of Kindness! She will help you two to prepare. To repay the favor, you all have to protect her!
Hunter! You're not going to hunt for a while. Stay with her, don't hurt her animals!
Sprint! I grant permission to you, to carry her. Wherever she want to go, you bring her there. No world and dimensional traveling! And do not use your sprinting ability!
Map! If she needs something, you find it and give it to her. No portal opening!
Now, do what you have to do!''

The three animals went to their own business. Which meant, Map flying above Fluttershy, Hunter walking next to her, staying low to the ground. And Sprint on the other side, trotting with her.

''Oh... my...''

''Hy Traveler!''

''I am a Spirit. Not a heartless humanoid. Please, don't do that next time!'' Traveler informed Pinkie Pie, who popped up next to him.

As Traveler tried to slow down his heart rate, Pinkie raised an eyebrow. ''But you're the main character in this story! Adam will revive you somehow...''

Traveler looked at her, face confused, head tilting backwards. ''What in the endless worlds are you talking about?''

''And there are your cool animals too. They can revive you as well. I still think it's kinda OP, but the readers haven't complained about it.''

Traveler helplessly looked at Twilight.

''She's Pinkie Pie. She has this... things like that. Don't worry about it!''

''That line is so overused! The author must be ran out of ideas... or of those burning paper things, that smells awful. *Sigh* he just can't stop smoking...'' Pinkie closed her eyes and shook her head.

''I'm still worried about her brain condition...'' Hung his head Traveler.

''Hya Traveler! Before you start saying your line, I want to get over with mine. And that's a rhyme. Ahh Adam you should use your mind, because I can tell you good rhymes, for a good Zecora time! Yeah that's right! I owned you Dhuradhan!''

''But enough of this. This paper says, I have to ask you something, that Pinkie Pie would ask.'' She put away the paper. ''Weeeel thankfully, I AM Pinkie Pie, so this will be easy!'' She started bouncing up and down, Traveler's eyeballs following her every movement. ''Sooooooooooooooooo'' The girls started lowering their heads, waiting for Pinkie Pie, to finally stop saying 'so. HAH! That sentence was funneh!

''oooooooooo do you like cupcakes?'' She finally said and the girls moved around their necks, to stretch a bit, after this 'dramatic-head-lowering'.

''Cupcakes?'' Asked flatly, Traveler. He expected something more... important.

''Nonononono! Don't say that! The readers might misunderstand you. They will fill the comment section with pictures about me, being a murder! I would never bake Dashie...''

''Pinkie! What the hay!'' Exclaimed Rainbow Dash, really confused. That goes to the other four friends and the mindbucked Spirit too.

''Why is everypony uses 'hay' for swearing? Author, go have a smoke instead and think about something original!''

And while they were getting even more mindbucked...

... I went to have a cigarette...

''Hey! We're here! Let's have a party, because every human-in-equestria story needs a: 'Welcome-To-Equestria-Party!''

''Element of Magic! I have two questions for you...'' Announced Traveler.

''You can call me by my name, you know?'' Deadpanned Twilight.

''Twilight Sparkle, Element of Magic! I have two questions for you...'' He repeated.

''*Sigh* The Traveling Horseman, or Traveling Spirit, Traveler... you shall ask your question!'' Twilight said, defeated.

''Are there any physical laws in this world?''

''Of course. Why wouldn't be?'' Now Twilight was confused.

''Just look at THAT!'' Exclaimed Traveler, pointing a finger at Pinkie Pie.

''Wheeee! I'm like that 'Dishonored' guy! *Whoos**Whoos*'' Pinkie cried out cheerfully, as she kept popping out from random directions.

''I don't see what is the problem...'' Blinked Twilight a few times.

''How interesting. I didn't know, that brains can melt...'' Commented sarcastically, Traveler.

''Everything is possible if I'm around, they said.''

''And now, she's on my shoulders. Popped out of nowhere, not caring about the basic physical laws, or gravity...'' Facepalmed Traveler.

''Author! You should use more swearing...'' Looked up Pinkie Pie at the sky.

''What is your second question, Traveler?'' Asked Twilight, like nothing strange happened.

''Is she possessed?'' Asked, really simply the Spirit.

''FINALLY? You asked it. Now we can move on. Ahem... I'm gonna throw you a party!'' Spoke up Pinkie Pie.

''I don't need a party...'' Deadpanned Traveler.

''But we must have a big party! I throw the best parties for everypony. And you're new in town, so I have to throw a welcome to Ponyville party. And this will be a MUCH, MUCH bigger party, because you're new in Equestria too! So this makes it even more FUN. And I love FUN. Why do I keep saying FUN in capslock?'' She said it, without taking a break.

''My answer is still no.'' Traveler tried to refuse her.

''Come ooon. Dhuradhan had a party too in the author's other story. You two should meet. The grammar still needs some work, but it's the author's first and biggest work. It has only a few views and it's sad to see him like this. And when somepony sad, auntie Pinkie Pie has to make them smile...'' The realization hit her like a brick.

''Wait... what is she gonna do?'' Traveler backed away from her. ''I faced down huge monsters, survived the human world, fought with armies of Followers. But she's seriously creeping me out...'' He thought.

''You haven't smiled in this story. And I just happened to LOVE making ponies smile...'' She started grinning. Grinning even more... holy shiet, her face's gonna split in half!

''I... am not a pony...'' Traveler kept backing away from her.

But it was too late...

The music already started playing in the background...

Well... that escalated quickly...
Next chapter will be takes more time. And school keeps forcing me back from writing. Seriously, they have the most unnecessary events, that I ever seen! Bucked up teachers...
