The Traveling Horseman
Dream World : Part Two - The Traveler, The Beast and the Past (Part One)
Previous ChapterNext Chapter''Pinkie Pie...'' Groaned Rainbow Dash, separating herself from the still upset farm mare.
''Hy there! Welcome to Pinkie pie's reception!'' The pink (and evil) pony greeted her friend, acting the innocent. ''What can I do for you?''
''Why did you have to bring this up?'' Asked the tired pegasus, dragging herself. She got tired of the whole argument and her ears were ringing from Applejack's shouting.
''You mean this?'' Pinkie presented a small box, which contained some cupcakes. ''I though we can have some, since we DID missed breakfast and lunch... at least I missed it. My minions needed the energy and they consume a lot of sweets. At least it's nature friendly and they don't go around and leave harmful chemicals...'' She explained, not getting what her friend actually meant by 'bringing it up'. But they were walking up on a mountain! How was she supposed to know what Rainbow actually meant?
''Not... that...'' Groaned the pegasus again, allowing herself a facehoof. ''I mean... why did you have to talk about Sprint?''
''Oh, you mean that!'' Pinkie put the box inside her mane and pulled out a small, portable board and glasses. ''Let them lesson began!'' She declared, talking strangely.
Under seconds, a picture about a horse and two ponies were on the board. Pinkie started explaining. ''You see, if I wouldn't mention Sprint before, then the whole plot twist would be too...'' She quickly draw down the plot twist... Rainbow blushed at the picture. ''... unpredictable. So you two would start actually FIGHTING over Sprint and he would leave you two FOREVER!''
Rainbow was about to question her explanation, but Teacher Pinkie Pie quickly continued. ''ALSO, the plot twist...'' She pointed at the disturbing picture again. ''... would be too unpredictable for the readers too! You see, the author...'' Then Pinkie Pie started drawing a humanoid. The humanoid had really slim body, a really big head and a goat beard. She didn't draw any cloths for the humanoid, so its body was exposed... Pinkie decided to draw a really small... ahem... something between its legs. ''There, here's the author... hmm... nah, he's not like that...''
Pinkie deleted the 'something' from between the legs...
''There, perfect description! He looks exactly like this! Now, let's start the other part of my explanation, since that dumb man here...'' She pointed at her drawing... again, making sure that Rainbow will remember how that man looked like... ''... he decided to write a lot of chapters, which only has explanations! So why can't I do the same thing?!''
She started grinning, when a good idea popped into her head. She draw a cigarette into the figure's mouth and labeled it as: ''Cancer stick''
She also created a bubble above her drawing and wrote something inside it: ''Look, I'm a pathetic teenager, who thinks his writing is good and has a big ego, for being better at english than most of his generation in Hungary! Like my story, or I will start crying, getting depressed and commit suicide!''
I hate you Pinkie...
''By the way...'' Pinkie slowly turned towards... YOU. ''Get ready for the OP Balance and all that jizz! This explanation part will be the author's favorite part, but you will get bored pretty soon. Bye!''
After Pinkie Pie said these mean things and ABSOLUTELY lying about everything, she started her own explanation...

Princess Luna watched, as Traveler floated on the water surface. His eyes were closed and he spread around his limbs, letting the water to keep him afloat. His long hair went to every direction, as it got wet too.
It looked like the water itself let him be, since the ocean stopped sending the waves and left the troubled Spirit to float in one place. Even if the waves were sooting, Traveler prefered the stillness right now. The water keeping him afloat did wonders with his physical state... or was that his real, unconscious body in the 'real world'? Whichever it was, it felt great for him...
The sound of the Princesses' wings, flapping in the air around him, stopped too and Luna descended down onto the water. Due to the Dream Wolrd's unique possibilities, she STOOD on the water, patiently waiting for Traveler, to let it all out.
Not long ago, he was cursing and shouting, while his tears flowed freely from his eyes. The new revelation about what he did was worse than before. He killed his first and only love! He was able to get used to the pain and the feeling of quilt, since he just chose the wrong thing. He was able to deal with that.
But as he realized, who he actually killed... he was done. When he saw a Follower, he was angry and annoyed... but from now... every Follower will be a suffering to kill. He knew that those Followers are those, who died at Floya' 's world. But from now on, he won't look at them as monsters, who wants to kill him for entertainment... no. He will look at them as a punishment and souls, who only wants to take their revenge...
Traveler opened his eyes, only to half way. He stared at the moon above him, then with a calmed and slow sight, looked at Luna. The Princess realized his movement and smiled at him. ''Are you well?''
Traveler slowly blinked and moved his body around, fully turning towards her. ''Yes... I'm well now... I needed this...'' His whole movement was slow and not just because of the water. It looked like he just woke up from sleep and a sweet dream remained in his mind.
''Good...'' Luna nodded and looked like she wanted to say something. A small amount of air left her mouth, but no words came out.
Still wearing the same entranced expression, Traveler noticed her failed attempt to say something and he spoke up instead of her. ''You still have questions?'' It came out like a statement.
Luna was taken aback for a moment, but regained her posture. ''Yes, but it can wait. I see you had a good rest and I would never forgive myself, if I ruin your mood again.'' She told him honestly, smiling at him.
Traveler couldn't help, but smile too. ''Ask away, but... you know... not about her...''
Luna stared at him for a second, then nodded, thankful for him. ''I appreciate that.'' She started thinking about what to ask first. Then she decided to ask the same thing like before, since it worked and he was able to tell her everything.
''Tell me... why were you helping The Avatar?''
Traveler chuckled. ''I expected this question.'' Sighing, he leaned back in the water and letting his body to just stay afloat again. He raised his finger at the sky, where the stars weren't covering the night. ''So, instead of telling you, let me show you...''

''... my *censored* ... what the buck did I just say and why?'' Pyromancer looked confused. He was pretty sure he just finished somepony's sentence, but he couldn't see anypony else! Shrugging once, he continued glaring at the sky...

Luna forced back to bounce in place, like a filly. She simply LOVED watching his memories. She could see what kind of world Traveler was in and his fighting moves were great entertainment for her. She liked these, because she missed the adventures.
When she was young, Celestia always had to find her, because little Luna always found a way to get into trouble. But in the end, it worth her efforts. Seeing her little sister happy and determined was really amazing and amusing...
Traveler also noticed her slight twitch and chuckled. ''I see you're exited...''
The Night Princess blushed and looked up at the sky. Traveler closed his eyes and recalled his memories. Soon, the starless area on the sky, started to glow in red and purple, surprising Luna. She thought he had only purple color for his energy. She didn't think about it for too long and putting this topic aside, she continued watching.
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
''Hm?!'' Pyromancer noticed some glowing from his left and looked up at the sky. He saw Traveler, doing his business. ''Buck yes, a TV!''
He started flying around in circles and quickly created a small sand tornado. He had no idea how he was going to make it, but he cared less about logic anyways...
After the cloud of sand disappeared from around him, he was met by a sand couch. It was- ''Sandy!'' ... yes... sandy...
Hopping onto the couch, he found it comfortable enough and leaned back. Letting his head fall backwards, he watched his 'movie' and the frog hopped up next to him. The pegasus did not care about the blue animal and he wasn't afraid to show it. So putting his hooves behind his head and completely ignoring the poor frog, he watched...

Sentences, words, letters, texts and dialogues, that are happening in the memory will be underlined! Everything else, which are not in the memory, will be normal. Even without telling you this, you will be able to figure out what is happening.
There will be Hungarian texts, which will be translated in brackets like this ---> ''Használj fordítót, hogy megtudd mit írtam ide!'' [I wrote something fun into the previous sentence!]
Don't worry, it will be easy to follow everything!

Traveler walked down the streets of the city he was in. He received strange stares from others, as he watched every single thing in wonder. His cloths already made him stick out from the crowd, but as he looked at the cars, the buildings and just simply everything, the people around him found him strange.
''What is this place?'' Asked Luna, watching in awe, as the new world she was seeing brought up more questions inside her head.
''This is Earth, the planet of humans. This is where the war between Light and Hell broke out, while the people had no idea about it.'' Answered Traveler, his eyes still closed.
''Are they humanoids? Or the term 'human' is something else?'' Frowned Luna, finding no difference between the humans and humanoids.
''They ARE different!'' Pointed out Traveler. ''You see, they have the same appearance like the humanoids, but humanoids have a few different appendages and abilities. While a human is a mortal and can't use any kind of magic, nor they know about the existence of magic, humanoids are better than them. Humanoids can have wings, tails and sharper teeth and of course, special abilities. I'm a humanoid too, since I have the homo-sapiens-sapiens skeletal structure, but I'm not a mortal.
A human has the homo-sapiens-sapiens skeletal structure, but wields no magic. They can't grow wings, tails and their teeth can be only stronger, but not sharper. They're omnivorous, but they don't eat each other, because their law against cannibalism doesn't let them... and they don't find human meet tasty...''
''Then why are they looking at you like that? Can they sense magical energy? Or you have something more than a human?''
''No, none of that.'' Chuckled Traveler. ''Take a look at their clothes and mine! See the difference?''
Focusing, Luna took a good look at the citizens around him. Fashion was definitely different! ''Oh, I see!'' Cried out Luna and continued watching the somewhat awkward moment from the memory.
A hooded man could be spotted on the top of the roofs, but the people below him couldn't spot him... just like Traveler. But the Spirit sensed his follower and turned to his right, walking into a dark alley. The man watched Traveler from the roofs, but every time the Spirit turned back or looked up, he couldn't spot his stalker.
''Guess who is he.'' Spoke up Traveler, making Luna to pay closer attention to the happenings. But she already had a good guess about who that man was.
Traveler was about to step out from the alley, but looked behind him one last time. Luna could see the hooded man in the alley, as he stepped close to the wall and disappeared from view. Traveler resumed walking away and the hooded man stepped away from the wall, movement slow and silent.
''How did he...?'' Luna blurted out, making Traveler chuckle.
''Master assassin and yes, he fooled me with this trick.'' Traveler admitted, chuckling again.
''It's easy to that, when he has Dark energy.'' Rolled her eyes Luna.
''Actually, he used the light from outside the alley and his clothes did the remaining job, to hide him in the shadows. Even if he could have became less visible in the shadows, he saved his powers... and I would have sensed it, so I was merely blind in this situation.'' Grinned Traveler, while explaining.
Traveler was walking amongst the crowd again and the hooded man stepped out from the alley. He remained close, but still far away from the Spirit, making his work harder to sense him properly. When Traveler turned around, the hooded man was lighting up a cigarette, hood covering his eyes and half of his face. The Spirit found nothing to be afraid of and continued walking, but stayed on alert.
The hooded man caught up with Traveler, but did not attack him. Traveler paid no attention to him and tried to spot his possible attacker. The man next to him pulled out some small device and raised to his ears.
''What is he doing?'' Luna asked him, never seeing such a thing before.
''That device allows the humans to talk to someone, who can be at the other side of the planet. Their technology is really high, but they used it in the wrong way...'' The Spirit answered, frowning a bit.
''Why is that?'' Luna shifted around, feeling uncomfortable in her standing position.
''You will see...'' At his reply, Luna descended down to her belly, tucking her legs under herself.
''Pozíció... Battyhány út. Zoli Csemege mellett haladunk el.''
[Position... Battyhány road. We're passing by the Zoli Deli.] Said the man and Traveler looked at him, not understanding a single word. And he thought the man was insane, since the man was talking to himself...
''Mérd be és tartsd rajta a szemed! Mellettem van és kitűnik a tömegből.''
[Locate him and keep an eye on him! He's right next to me and he sticks out from the crowd.'' Again, he spoke to himself, but Traveler payed no attention. He knew his follower was close, but couldn't see him...
A pair of human, wearing uniforms with the letters of 'Police' , approached Traveler from the front. The man in hood stopped in his track and turned to his right, stepping behind a street lamp.
''Jönnek a jardok, vedd át!''
[The yards are coming, take it from me!] Was the only thing Traveler heard from the man, before the two human in uniform approached him.
''Személyit legyen szíves!''
[Your ID, please!] Said one of them and Traveler raised an eyebrow. The other one repeated his words and Traveler was about to try and tell them somehow, that he can't understand anything. The one on his right reached for a black rod and the one on the left presented a pair of handcuffs. That's when another hooded, man ran past the 'guards' and took away the handcuffs and the black rod, which was visibly a weapon in Traveler's eyes.
''Hé!'' [Hey!]
''Utána, ő az igazi!'' [After him, he's the real one!]
The two in uniform ran after the hooded man and Traveler looked absolutely confused. And he did not notice the hooded man from before, walking past him and far away from him. Then he turned into another alley, where Traveler suddenly sensed the presence of another strong being. The Spirit walked to that alley and only found a poor human, lying next to the trash cans. A dirty blanket covering his head and upper body, hiding his face.
Traveler was sure, he sensed his follower from before, but that sign just disappeared. ''Food...'' Said dryly the poor human, shaking all the time. But Traveler had no food and couldn't do anything for the hobo.
''I'm sorry, but I have nothing.'' Told the to the hobo Traveler and the poor man let his arms fall down.
The Spirit left the poor man and walked deeper into the alley. Behind him, the hobo stood up and let the dirty blanket fall to the ground. This, of course, revealed who he was...
''WHAT!'' Cried out Luna, making Traveler to laugh. ''Okay, that's just not fair!'' Frowning, she gritted her teeth.
''In a fight, everything is allowed. He uses his environment and waits for the right time to strike... something that I really want to learn from him. He can make others believe a lot of things...'' Grinned Traveler, finding his memory amusing.
''And what do you mean by that? Don't tell me he can control your mind!'' Luna snapped, finding the man's act absolutely unfair.
''No... he has plans.'' Said Traveler. ''Even if he gets out of control, he has plans for the future. I reach my Breaking Point, I don't have any plans. He gets out of control, he somehow solves something. Like, when he got killed by a girl, but it was actually him, who stabbed himself! When everyone else believed he was dead, he stroke! I wouldn't be surprised, if he planned forward his future and whole life!''
''Hm... reminds me of a certain unicorn, who goes crazy if something is not right...'' Giggled the Princess and thankfully, she didn't see Traveler's frown at the mentioning of Twilight Sparkle.
Approaching Traveler, quietly and somewhat slowly, the man positioned behind Traveler. The man let his energy out, but only for a short moment, to make Traveler turn around. The Spirit sensed the presence of his follower and turned around.
Just as he turned around, he received two fists. One hit the base of his torso, sending wrong messages up to the brain. The other one damaged his chest, which made his breathing stuck for a second. The sudden hit on a weak spot and the short moment of lacking oxygen, created a small panic in Traveler's brain. It was a natural reaction from the body...
Spinning around onece, the man kicked Traveler on the right side of his head, with the heels of his boots. The force sent Traveler into the wall from his left and snapped him out of his shock. He pushed himself away, just in time, before the man boots can crash his skull.
Traveler tried to deliver a strong punch to the man's ribcage, but his opponent parried it with his left elbow. Though, Traveler's quick recovery surprised the man...
The position was a good opportunity for the man, to hit the left side of Traveler's head, by using the back of his right hand.
He was about to backhand Traveler from the right, when the Spirit leaned away. The man's hand hit the wall and Traveler quickly pulled out a knife and wanted to stab the attacker's wrist into the wall. It missed his wrist, but caught the cloths on his sleeves.
While his right arm was attached to the walls, the Spirit span around once and wanted to slam his attacker into the wall, by his left leg. But the hooded man wasn't about to let Traveler win, even if his right arm was useless now. Doing a half side-flip, the man immediately changed position, by doing his flip over the knife. His right wrists were still attached to the wall, but now from his left and his right arm went across in front of him.
He grabbed the knife with his left hand and pulled it out. Using the momentum from pulling out the knife, he swiped at Traveler, who rolled forward, away from the man and avoiding from the swipe. The man's hands moved to his right and again, using the momentum, he tried to cut Traveler. The knife in his left hand missed, as Traveler jumped back. But there was the right hand of the man's and he tried to grab Traveler with the climbing blades.
''Yes, it's him...'' Mumbled Luna, watching the fight.
''Yes, he's Balance. Funny story...'' Traveler said, shaking his head.
After the failed attempt of grabbing Traveler, Balance leaned to his left and picked up a trash can's lid. He tried to hit Traveler's head, but the Spirit stepped to his right, letting the lid to fly away next to his head.
There was a short moment, when both of them did nothing, but getting ready for the next round. Balance didn't hesitate to keep both of them moving, when he threw Traveler's knife back at his owner.
Luna found it strange, when she saw the knife just flipping around in the air. ''He didn't even sent the sharp side of the knife at Traveler.'' She thought.
The knife wasn't pointing at Traveler, as it slowly reached him. But it did distracted him and the Spirit followed it with his eyes, waiting for the moment to block it. But it was a trap and Balance used this opportunity to jump up and double kick him in the chest. The kick sent the Spirit through the window of an abandoned house and the sound of window breaking definitely alerted the citizens.

''Hey, yo! Yes, yo! Yo are a sneaky cheater!'' Shouted Pyromancer, eating popcorn. Apparently, the blue frog had some, so both of them eat popcorn... because that's so normal.
Eating popcorn, on a sand couch, next to a blue frog Princess and watching a movie in the sky...
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
''That is just not fair!'' Luna whined, finding Balance's fighting style really dirty... and not just because of that trash can's lid or the dust they made...
''As I said... everything is allowed!'' Told her Traveler, smiling at the memory, even if it wasn't that pleasant. ''I learned that from him and I keep forgetting to use this tactic.''
''I don't like this tactic...'' Commented Luna, shaking her head. She knew that everything is allowed in a death fight, but she was used to being respectful towards her opponents. No matter how much she hates the enemy, fighting dirty is not respectful. And she rather be respectful and fail, than being low, disrespectful opponent and fight in dishonor.
''But solves many problems...'' Added Traveler and the two continued watching the fight.
Balance jumped on top of the window frame and threw the knife at Traveler. The Spirit caught it and threw it back at the crouching assassin. Balance jumped to the nearest table and Traveler kicked it. Balance ran in one place for a few seconds, as the surface below moved out from under him. When he reached the end of the table, Traveler wanted to send a strong punch to his knee.
Balance jumped and used all four limbs, to send the offending Spirit back. The kicks hit the under side of Traveler's chest and the fists damaged his eyes. He landed on the ground and Traveler was right in front of him, kicking upwards, to break the jaw. But Balance had enough time to react and parried the kick. Even if the force was enough to send his arms to his side, Balance used his momentum from this. He held his right arm close to himself and bashed against the Spirit's left shoulder.
''Are the Spirits that flexible?'' Asked Luna, finding the quadro hit from Balance impossible.
''Not all of them. Some of them can't even reach their knees and some of them can twist themselves in every direction.'' Traveler answered, shaking his head at bad encounters from the past. Flexible women is hot, but too dangerous for an enemy...
Traveler backed into a narrow corridor, shelves and wardrobes from both sides. Balance ran up to him and wanted to punch Traveler, but the Spirit pulled open a shelf and it blocked Balance's hit. The offending hand went through the wooden fabric and stuck in it. Traveler used this opportunity, to kick Balance on his knees. He collapsed and quickly pulled the whole shelf out from its place, blocking Traveler's kick to the face.
Balance got the blood eyes and sent the shelf at Traveler. The Spirit broke it to pieces, as he used his fist to break it. From behind the broken shelf's dust, came Balance, doing a side-flip again. His legs missed Traveler, but he reached down to pull another shelf out from it's place. Spinning back to face Traveler, he threw the shelf at him in anger.
Traveler pushed the incoming shelf away and grabbed Balance's fist, next to his head as the hit missed him. Before the Spirit could do anything, Balance reached for the handle of a shelf and pulled it out. The wood slammed against Traveler's head and since Balance's hand was next to his opponent's head, he showed it towards the shelf, dealing more damage.
Balance pulled Traveler close to himself and delivered a painful punch to his stomach, knocking the wind out from him. Quickly, Traveler grabbed Balance's head from the right and slammed it into the shelves. The hooded figure got stunned for a second and Traveler broke free from his grasp. The Spirit was about to kick out his knee, but Balance delivered an uppercut to his nose. The bone in Traveler's nose backed up into his skull and he felt the pain in his brain.
Traveler's vision got worse and Balance slipped past him, between the shelves and the Spirit's body. With a harsh pull and grunt, Balance flipped the big wardrobe at Traveler. It was only useful for a moment, as Traveler reacted quickly and pushed the wardrobe at Balance. The man rolled backwards, avoiding from the crushing weight of the furniture.
The Spirit regained himself from the blow to his nose and charged at Balance, stomping down on the wooden furniture. He broke another shelf, when Balance dodged his powerful attack, by stepping under Traveler, between the Spirit's legs. As the flexible man stood back up, he pulled Traveler's legs out from under him. The Spirit fell onto his face and rolled onto his back, looking at the assassin. Balance slid out his hidden blade on his right wrist and pounced at Traveler. The strong being on the floor reacted quickly and kicked Balance back in the air, hitting him on the nose. The assassin failed his assassination and he felt the bone up in his skull too, making his vision blurry too.
Traveler was above Balance, but he kicked out his knees. The Spirit fell right into Balance's awaiting legs and he was trapped. The flexible man hooked his legs around Traveler's upper body and behind his neck, pulling him closer, by using his free hands. The tight position started to choke Traveler and he hardly pulled himself up, Balance still locking himself to his torso. Balance knew what Traveler was about to do and quickly unfolded his legs and re-hooked them around his waist, clinging on Traveler like a monkey.
Traveler realized what position he was in and concentrated his energy. Balance held himself up by pure back muscles and used his fists to repeatedly punch Traveler's face, while grunting like a beast. A small burst of blue energy sent Balance back out from the corridor and out from the window, tearing down parts from the window frame, as he slammed against it slightly. Traveler stumbled his way out of the mess he was in, breaking the broken furniture to smithereens.
''You two made quiet the mess...'' Commented Luna, shaking her head, an amused grin formed on her lips.
''Hehhee, we surely did. Imagine the owners of that flat!'' Laughed Traveler and Luna joined too.
Balance threw himself back at the window frame, panting and holding his head. Traveler was still fighting his way through the debris, when the assassin pulled up his sleeves, revealing the deadly machines on his wrists. After a click and pulling up two, short stick, Balance let the blessing spray out from his weapons. Thankfully, his head was still hanging and he was just letting out his anger, as he blindly tried to shoot at everything. At first, Traveler was surprised, then shocked, then quickly started dodging the flying bullets. The side guns on those machines had twenty bullets and one bullet came out from the holes in every single second, making escape impossible.
But Traveler thought quickly and opened the door of that wardrobe, which was on the floor. He hid inside it, before one of the bullets gets him. The assassin ran out of bullets for that magazine and Balance jumped onto the window frame, just to get shot by a blue energy beam, sent by Traveler. He slammed against the wall outside, breaking down the plaster from the building.
''Remind me to ask you about these small cannons! I know you have one too and I'm highly intrigued about how they work.'' Said Luna, thoughtfully.
Traveler, instead of saying no, he decided to explain her later, why is it a bad idea. ''I'll tell you later...''
Traveler grabbed Balance by his collar and pulled down his mask. The assassin's eyes snapped open, piercing glare met by a surprised Traveler's face. Both Luna and Traveler was shocked, by what Balance did next.
''EWWWWW!'' Looked away Luna. ''That is just really disgusting!''
''As I said... beast...'' Chuckled Traveler, slightly shivering as he recalled the feeling from that moment.
Balance was biting Traveler's hand, painting their clothes to crimson. Traveler could feel that his teeth nearly went through his hand and only a few centimeters remained intact. The Spirit released his collar and Balance stopped biting, licking all over his mouth. Traveler attached his claws and they started to burn in blue flames, ready to start the next round.
But there wasn't a next round, as Balance straightened up to his full height, frowning sightly and pulling down his hood. He was looking at Traveler, deep in thoughts, while savoring the blood in his mouth. Traveler got angry at that, finding his sadistic gesture taunting and he got into fighting position.
''The Traveling Horseman...'' Started Balance, closing his eyes. ''Blood type unknown, lukewarm temperature...'' He licked his lips one last time, humming thoughtfully. ''... plastic kind... your diet must be shit...''
That was all Traveler needed, getting upset about his opponent's words. With a swift motion, Traveler was right in front of Balance, striking at his face with the right claw. Balance let the attack go through his hands, blocking the strike. Traveler stared in shock, when the wound started glowing in light blue, already healing the damaged hand.
Balance's right arm morphed into his scythe's blade, the skull from his weapon revealing itself on his shoulder blade. Traveler's eyes widened, recognizing the deadly weapon and its purpose. ''You...'' He started and Balance pushed him away, a hole in his left hand. While Traveler looked at him in shock, Balance growled from the pain in his hand, but stopped, when the wound healed itself.
He sighed in relief, feeling the aching in his hand die out. ''You saw it right...'' Balance started, opening his eyes to look at the dumbfounded Spirit. ''... the Grim Reaper's scythe.'' He finished, turning the blade back to his arms and straightening up his back, hearing several pops under the process.
''The Avatar.'' Said out loud Traveler, speaking his mind.
''Finally you realize!'' Snapped Balance, voice louder than usual.
''But... you died!'' Blurted out the Spirit, still finding hard to believe in his eyes.
Balance chuckled at that. ''I just merely took a break from saving this fucking world.''
After a minute of silence, Balance spoke up again. Traveler put away his claws and let the new revelation sink in. ''I have a plan and I'm sure you'll like it.''
''How can you be alive?!'' Demanded Traveler, stepping back, when the newly revealed Avatar started walking closer to him.
''I wasn't dead. Everything went by as I planned it, to get enough time to prepare.'' Told him Balance, calmly.
''And what were you preparing for?''
''Revenge...''
And so, the two supernatural being, discussed their plan on finding The Gatekeeper. One of the source of the problem was that soul, who took part in making Lucifer's army bigger. They needed to eliminate that soul, to prevent Hell's army, to increase its numbers.
''Were you really that surprised?'' Asked Luna, rising and eyebrow.
''He disappeared for a long time and I was the first one, to get to know about his return.'' Said Traveler, eyes still closed. ''It was kinda a honor, to meet with the Avatar and help him... but I'm still not sure if I should feel happy for helping him. Yes, the Light and Hell works perfect now, but how I had to help him was disturbing and I still feel guilty for the things I had to do...''
Luna just looked back at the memory, deciding to not question him, since she will find it out anyways. The Princess watched, as Balance pulled Traveler close to himself and grabbed his hand. Traveler tried to break away, but the hooded man had a hard grip on the Spirits hand. Traveler started laughing at that, actually amused by the awkward memory.
''What are you doing?'' Asked Traveler, not understanding Balance's action.
''The cops won't interrupt a homosexual couple, so stop shifting and pretend like you're enjoying the day.'' Told him Balance, pulling out his phone and started talking again. ''Megfigyelés vége, megyünk a találkozási pontra. Kell Striker, Archer és Mr. Muscle. Koordináták: Pest és Buda találkozása, Margit Híd alatt és intézzetek egy csónakot. Messze megyünk...''
[Observation over and we're heading to the meeting point. I need Striker, Archer and Mr. Muscle. Coordinates: The meeting of Pest and Buda, under the Margit Bridge and fetch a boat for us. We're going far away...]
With that, he put away his phone and told Traveler what he just did. Traveler get to know about the technology on Earth and who are they going to meet. There was an important thing, that he needed to keep in mind...
''My team knows nothing about what I am and what are you. Do not use your powers in front of them, got it?'' Balance told him and Traveler understood him.
They continued walking towards their destination, hand in hand and acting the couple...
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
''HA! GAAAYYYY!'' Shouted Pyromancer, watching the homosexual event...
The frog was still there, looking lovingly at the pegasus...
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
Luna was forcing back her laughter, while Traveler laughed through the whole trip. Balance wasn't afraid, to do REALLY suggestive things with Traveler. Hooking an arm around the Spirit's waist or shoulders, leaning against him or changing his voice to a more friendly one, pointing at something, to make them look like a more believable couple. Traveler prayed for the Elders, Gods and Spirits above him, to stop the Avatar, before he decides to kiss him.
But the acting did its work, as every cop that happened to pass by them, quickly looked away and went to someone else, asking for they ID cards. This brought up a question in Traveler.
''Why do they keep asking people for these cards? Are they that important? Because back there, they wanted to capture me for not giving them one.''
''They ask for the ID cards, so they can catch me, or the other assassins. If they ask for mine in the future, they will arrest me... so be ready for running away, if that happens...'' Balance said, leaning his head on Traveler's shoulder.
''And what if someone leaves that card at home?'' Traveler pulled his head away from Balance.
''Then they're fucked...'' With that answer, they continued their awkward way to the meeting point. Traveler really wanted to end this, finding Balance's distracting tricks too much.
Author's Note
Part one is over and the second part will be up soon! Just have to check the grammar and put some useful detail into it. At the end of this part, I will share my thoughts about this whole part of the story. (The Dream World : Part Two)
For now, here's some explanation and awkward moment. More of this will be in the second part! HAHAA!
More information will be found later. (Why so many delays, what happens next, why didn't I die already and stop this crap story and etc...)
Later!
~Adam
