After a bad breakup a unicorn named Sharp Tongue decides to make a career change and work for Princess Luna as an "Envoy".

What he doesn't know is that this position is a little more involved than politics, and soon he's embroiled in writing reports of his romantic conquests to help fuel "The Color Dance", an old ritual to help keep the Princesses luster and fully harness the power of love, friendship, romance, and more.

Soon Celestia becomes involved, and the two make a bet. Can Sharp Tongue convince the uptight Princess Luna with saucy romance letters, or will Celestia take second seat at the throne for 100 years? And how many mares can one man handle before he dries up and floats away like the last tissue in the box?
