In an apartment somewhere in the city of New metro City, a certain teen can be seen sleeping in her bed. This teen was none other than sunset shimmer. The alarm clock rang, signaling it was time to wake up. However, instead of waking up sunset, just slam a fist on it. After she did that, she went back to sleeping. However unfortunate for her, her alarm clock rang again, causing the former unicorn to hit one more time. After she hit it, she sat up her bed and groan for a few moments before eventually getting off the bed.

After getting off the bed, Sunset headed to her bathroom to freshen up, and after she was done freshening up, she made herself some breakfast and was now sitting down at the dining table eating her food. After she was done, she left her apartment to begin her day.

Sunset, after leaving her apartment, was now at the mall. She walked through the mall until she stopped when she spotted the arcade. She smiled as she walked towards the arcade but suddenly stopped when she heard a large explosion and the sound of people screaming. Sunset quickly ran in the direction of the explosion to see a large hole was now at the entrance of the mall, and not far from the entrance was a large demonic bat-like creature.

"Well, it looks like it is hero time." Sunset said to herself before running towards the woman's bathroom that was located not too far from her current location. She ran into the bathroom and quickly headed to the closet stall. After entering it, she closed the stall. Sunset stood still and closed her eyes, and shortly after she did that, a bright light covered her, and once the light subsided, it revealed that Sunset has now greatly aged up into an adult woman. In addition to being older, she now has a bit of a muscular build, and her clothing now consists of a red shirt with a symbol of a sun on the chest area, long red pants, and yellow boots. Suddenly another flash of light covered sunset and once it subsided, it revealed that she was now gone.

The bat-like creature continued to rampage throughout the mall until it eventually came upon the food court. The people that were in the food court ran for their lives as soon as they saw the creature approaching them. As the creature continues its rampage, a voice suddenly calls out to it, causing it to stop.

"All right, buddy, that's enough." A voice said, causing the creature to stop. It turned to the source of the voice and saw that it was coming from Sunset, who was floating in the air not too far away from it. The bat creature let out a roar before spreading its wings that were on its back. It then flew towards sunset, who quickly responded to the flying demon by pointing a palm towards the demon, and immediately after she did that, she fired a large magical blast at the demon. The blast hit the demon, blowing it away. The demon landed on the ground, and while it was still on the ground, Sunset trapped it in a magical aura and lifted it into the air. After she did that, she slammed it onto the ground over and over again before eventually stopping. After she stopped slamming the demon, she then pointed a hand towards the demon and fired a large lightning attack that hit the demon. When the attack subsided, the demon body was now burned, and shortly afterwards the demon's entire body turned black before melting into a black liquid-like puddle that now stains the floor.

"Well, thats that." Sunset said before disappearing in a flash of light.

Sunset, now back to her regular form, was walking down the street of the city. As she continued to walk through the streets, she suddenly stopped when she noticed that a window of a shop was displaying a bunch of TVs for sale. The TVs were displaying the news, which was covering what happened earlier at the mall.

“Early this afternoon, a bat-like monster attacked the mall.” The news anchor said. ”Luckily, besides a few damages to the mall, no one was hurt, and the monster was stopped by the city hero Solaries.”

Sunset let out a small smile when she heard the news anchor call her a hero. Once sunset was done listening to the news, she then continued with her walk. She continued to walk until she took a turn at a dark alleyway. She continued to walk down the alleyway until she reached a dead end. Sunset then placed a hand on the wall, and immediately a giant sun symbol suddenly appeared on the wall. Shortly afterwards, the sun symbol expanded and turned into a large portal. Without a second thought, Sunset entered the portal, and after she did that, the portal closed up.

After sunset exited the portal, she found herself in a passageway of a cave. She then walked down the passageway until she reached the end of the passage. After exiting the passageway, Sunset found herself in a large cave chamber. The chamber is full with what looks like ancient artifacts of all shapes and sizes, all of which are placed on pedestals. There were also multiple stone statues that depicted what looked like heroic warriors from knights, swordsmen, and many more such warriors. However, what stood out the most was the throne that was located at the end of the chamber. Sitting down on said throne was a bearded man wearing wizard clothing who had his full attention on sunset as soon as he saw her walk in.

"Ah, sunset, you have arrived." The old man said greeting sunset as she walked towards him.

"Hey star swirl." Sunset said as she stood in front of the man now known as Star Swirl. ”I take it that I don’t even have to tell you why I am here since, knowing you, you probably already know what was going on this afternoon.”

“You are correct in that regard.” Star swirl said. ”The demon you face this afternoon no doubt has a connection with the disturbance I felt earlier this afternoon.”

“ Disturbance.” Sunset said. ”Can you please elaborate?”

“Early today I feel a disturbance in the universe.” Star swirl said. ”While it wasn’t anything big, it still caused ripples in the veil of reality.”

“And what’s that supposed to mean?” Sunset asked.

“It means something or someone is trying to open a portal between this reality and the dark dimension.” Star swirl said. ”And they are doing it from the dark dimension itself.”

“That doesn’t sound good,” Sunset said in a worried voice.

“No, it isn’t.” Star swirl said.

“Does this mean we should expect a full-on invasion?” Sunset asked.

“No, I don’t think so yet, but I need to inform the order to get ready just in case.” Star swirl said. ”We can’t be too careful.”

“So what I should do now.” Sunset asked.

“For now, I advise you to be on high alert, as at any moment our enemy could strike.” Star Swirl said in a serious voice.

“Right,” Sunset said.

In another realm where only darkness exists and the land is mostly barren and dead, a large, dark castle can be seen. In the throne room of the castle, a figure can be seen sitting on a large black throne. The figure wore black armor that covered its entire body, and on its back was a blood-red cape. The only part of the figure that is exposed is its head, which resembles a demonic skull with long, sharp horns on top of its head, and in addition to that, the skull has glowing red eyes and is covered in green flame. Standing in front of the figure is a large army of monsters of different shapes and sizes.

“General Casca, step forward.” The figure said with a voice full of malice. Immediately after he said that, a single figure stepped forward. The figure that stepped forward was a humanoid-like creature. The creature was a large muscular creature with yellow skin. It has brown Harry long hair that reaches his neck and a long brown beard. He has red eyes, and for clothing he wore blue armor. As soon as the creature stepped forward, it kneeled down towards the figure on the throne.

“What is the progress on breaking the wall between this world and the earth realm?” The figure on the throne said.

“So far we were able to tear open a small hole that allowed weaker demons to travel, as evident by one of the weaker demons that accidentally went through the portal,“ the creature Casca said. ”And as we speak now, the portal continues to expand.”

“ Excellent.” The figure on the throne said. ”As soon as the portal is big enough, I want you to personally go through it and ensure the portal continues to expand so it is big enough for my army to go through.”

“And what of the guardian?” Casca asked.

“If the guardian tries to interfere, destroy her.” The figure on the throne said.

“It shall be done, Lord Phobos.” Casca said to the figure now known as Phobos.

Later that evening, Sunset was back in her apartment, sitting down on one of the sofas in the living room. She had a look of deep thought on her face as her mind was going through the information she had received.

“According to Star Swirl, they might be a chance for an all-out invasion.” Sunset said to herself. ”And if that happens, the world is doomed, and as powerful as I am now, there is no way I can fight off an entire invasion army.” Sunset let out a groan after that thought passed her mind.

“Man, it’s days like this that make me wonder if I should have moved to Trottingham instead.” Sunset said to herself. ”Seriously, I thought after moving from Canterlot City I didn’t have to worry about things like this anymore, but I guess I was wrong; as it so happens, I have to move to a city where theirs so happens to be an ancient wizard who is able to grant incredible powers to people.” As Sunset said that she can’t help but see the irony in what she just said.

“Ha, I can’t help but see the irony in this situation.” Sunset said as she let out a small chuckle. ”In the past all I always wanted was nothing more than power, and now I basically have it only this time, I don’t want more power; I just wanted to live a regular teen life away from magic.” She let out a sight as she got up from her chair. ”The universe really has a cruel taste in irony, as this situation is nothing but ironic.”

After sunset said that she heard knocking at her door and quickly went to open her door. She saw standing on the other side of the door was a teenage girl who seemed to be around her age. She has long red hair with purple streaks and bangs that were held up with a beaded tie, and her head was shaved on the sides. She was wearing a dark gray thick wooly turtleneck sweater with two pink buttons and a long pink skirt that reached her ankles. Her shoes were dark gray loafers, and her purple eyes were behind thin-rimmed round glasses. The girl smiled as soon as she saw sunset.

“Hey sunset.” The girl said.

“Oh, hey moondancer.” Sunset said, greeting the girl now known as Moondancer. ”So I take it star swirl has already informed the order of what happened at the mall.”

“Yeah, he did.” Moondancer said. ”Can I come in?”

“ Sure.” Sunset said before stepping aside, and immediately after she did that, Moondancer walked into the apartment, and after walking in, Sunset closed the door before locking it.

"Anyhow, Star Swirl has already informed the order, and everyone is now on high alert.” Moondancer said as she turned to look at sunset.”Currently, right now, everyone is on standby and preparing for the worst.”

“That’s good,” Sunset said with relief. ”And what about the portal? Have anyone managed to track it yet?”

“Well, unfortunately not yet.” Moondancer said much to sunset disappointment. ”But according to Starlight, it won’t be long before we do.”

“That’s good,” Sunset said with a relief voice. However, even though she said that she still has a worried look on her face. This was something Moondancer immediately noticed.

“Something wrong.” Moondancer asked. Sunset opened her mouth to say something, but before she could, she was interrupted.

"Sunset, it’s an emergency.” A transparent image of star swirl said as he suddenly appeared in the room, shocking the two girls.

“Star swirl.” Sunset said in a shock voice. ” A little warning next time.”

“ Apologies.” Star swirl said. ”But it’s an emergency, as I have detected a large rift opening between this world and the dark dimension, and if it isn’t stopped, there is a chance earth will be invaded by the army or the dark dimension.” Both sunset and moondancer have a serious look on their faces as soon as they heard that.

“Where is it?” Sunset said in a serious voice.

“In a forest somewhere not too far from here.” Star swirl said.

“Got it.” Sunset said before she closed her eyes, and immediately she underwent her transformation once more, and once she was done, she was now in her alter ego form. ”Alright, I am ready to go.”

“Just be careful, sunset.” Star Swirl said in a serious voice.

“Don’t worry, I will be careful.” Sunset said before she disappeared in a flash of light.

In the sky above the air, a flash of flight suddenly appeared, and shortly after it subsided, it revealed sunset, or in this case, solaries, was now floating in the air. She saw that in front of her was a large forest, and without even a second thought, she flew across the forest sky. As she flew through the sky, she looked down at the forest, looking for anything unusual. As she continued to fly across the sky, she suddenly sensed something. This caused her to stop as she quickly looked around for the source until eventually she spotted a large light coming from somewhere deep in the forest. Without a moment's hesitation, she quickly flew towards the light.

When she eventually reached the source, she stopped and floated in the air to look down at the source of the light. She saw the source was coming from a large portal, which, from what she can tell, was slowly expanding, and standing in front of the portal was a figure who was firing energy beams towards the portal. This figure was none other than General Casca, who was expanding the portal. Seeing all of this sunset without a second thought, landed on the ground, and as soon as she landed, General Casca turned to look at her.

“So we finally meet champion,” Casca said.

“And may I ask who you are?” Sunset demanded.

“Ah yes, how rude of me.” Casca said. ”I am general Casca. General of the army dark dimension and soon the destroyer of the champion of light and order.”

“Sorry to disappoint you, pal, but you are not the first one to say that.” Sunset said in a dismissive tone. ”And you are definitely not going to be the last.”

“Then you haven’t encountered anyone like me before.” Casca said as he clutched his fist.

“That’s another thing their always said.” Sunset said. ”Seriously, if I have a dollar for every time someone says those cliche lines, I will probably be the richest person on this planet.”

“Don’t mock me, woman.” Casca said before firing two magical beams at sunset, who reacted quickly by flying into the air. As soon as she was in the air, sunset, then fire two large magical beams towards Casca. Unfortunately, however, Casca manages to react quickly by forming a large magical barrier in front of him. After making the barrier disappear after the attack subsided, Casca then fired a large magical blast towards Sunset, who was able to dodge it on time. After dodging the attack, she pointed a hand towards Casca, and immediately after she did that, a large lightning attack was then fired towards Casca. Seeing the incoming attack, Casca quickly formed a large barrel around himself. This protected him from the attack, as the lightning attack just flowed harmlessly around the barrier. After the attack subsided, he made the barrier disappear, and after he did that, a dark aura suddenly covered him, and in a blink of an eye, he was suddenly launched into the air and towards sunset.

Sunset was fortunately able to react in time by forming a shield in front of her. However, when Casca hit the shield, the force of his rammed was still strong enough to break the shield and send her flying across the air. Fortunately, however, sunset was able to stop herself and was now floating in the air. She then turned her full attention to Casca, who was floating in front of her. Both stared at each other in silence for a few moments before eventually the stare off was broken by sunset, who fired a large fireball at Casca, who managed to fly out of the way. After dodging the attack, Casca slapped both of his hands together, creating a large shockwave that was heading towards sunset. Seeing the incoming attack sunset disappear in a flash of light, and seeing that sunset have disappeared, Casca quickly looked around in an attempt to find the former unicorn.

However, as he did that, a magical blast suddenly hit him from behind, causing him to fall from the air and into the forest. After he landed on the forest, he quickly stood back up and turned behind to see sunset standing behind him. Immediately after he saw her, he acted quickly and blasted a large fire attack at sunset. Fortunately, however, Sunset managed to act quickly by holding her hands out towards the approaching attack, and as soon as the attack hit her palms, it was instantly absorbed. After the attack was fully absorbed, Sunset put her hands down to glare at Casca, who glared back at her. Suddenly a bright, glowed cover sunset body and immediately multiple copies of herself began to split from her. Seeing that, Casca let out a battle scream before charging at the group of sunset that was in front of him. Sunset and her copy did that same and charged towards him.

One of the sunsets clutches her fist, and immediately after she did that, a bright aura covered it. She punched Casca as soon as she was near. The punch contained enough force to send him off his feet and through the air, where he went through a few trees, breaking them in the process. Eventually he landed on the ground, and shortly after he got up, he was suddenly punched on the side of the face by one of the copies, causing him to stagger back a bit. After recovering from the attack, he quickly turned his attention towards the sunset that hit her. He saw she was pointing a palm towards him and was about to fire an attack on him. However, unfortunately, before she could fire her attack at Casca, said person was able to react first by firing a magical blast at her, causing her to disappear in an explosion of light. However, immediately after he did that, a magical aura suddenly covered him, and not long afterward, he was lifted into the air and was immediately repeatedly slammed onto the ground over and over again. After he was slammed onto the ground one last time, he got back and looked behind him to see two sunsets standing behind him. Seeing the two sunsets, Casca let out a scream before firing two large magical blasts at them. The two sunsets didn’t have time to react before the blast hit them, causing them to disappear in an explosion of light.

He then heard a shout and quickly turned to his side to see sunset charging towards him. She opens one hand, and a sword that seems to be made out of light appears in it. Casca reacted quickly and fired a magical beam at her, causing her to disappear in an explosion of light.

“Next time when doing a surprise attack, don’t scream like a banshee," Casca said.

“Not unless it was a distraction.” A voice from behind said, and before Casca could act, something went through his chest. He looked down and saw it looked like a light sword similar to the one that the sunset copy used earlier.

“Here’s a lesson for you.” Sunset said. ”Never leave you back unguarded.”

“ Y..ou.” Casca said weakly before closing his eyes. Sunset pulled the sword out of Casca chest, and immediately after she did that, he fell to the ground. After making her sword disappear, she pointed a hand towards Casca and fired a large beam at casca dead body, and once the beam subsided, it revealed Casca body had disintegrated. After she was done with that sunset flew into the air and quickly flew back toward the portal. As soon as she reached the portal, she landed in front of it, and immediately after she landed, she extended a palm towards it, and immediately after that, she fired a large magical blast at the portal, and shortly after she did that, the portal began to shrink down until eventually it disappeared completely.

“Glad that is over.” Sunset said before she disappeared in a flash of light.

In Sunset apartments, Sunset was now sitting on her sofa, and in front of her was the transparent image of star swirl.

“Good work, sunset; you have once again been successful in preventing another invasion of earth.” Star Swirl said happily.

“Ah yeah.” Sunset said in a not so enthusiastic voice. This was something that immediately caught star swirl.

“Something wrong, sunset.” Star Swirl asked, and immediately sunset stayed silent for a bit before talking.

“It’s just that.” Sunset said before sighing. ”This is just too much pressure. That’s why. I mean, almost everyday, it’s always some world-ending threats, and I am afraid that if I somehow mess up once, then...”

“Then the world will be doomed." Star Swirl said in an understanding tone. ”I understand that the role of champion is a heavy burden, but it’s a burden that one must carry in order to protect the world and ensure order is maintained, and if not that, everything and everyone is doomed.”

“I know.” Sunset said in an understanding tone.

“Look, sunset. I know it is a heavy burden.” Star swirl said. ”But know this sunset, you are not alone. You have people around you—people who can help you and support you. Remember this sunset that while this burden is heavy, you don’t have to do this alone.” Hearing all that sunset let out a small smile.

“Thanks, Star swirl, that makes it feel a bit better.” Sunset said.

“You welcome sunset.” Star Swirl said, smiling. ”Now rest up; you have school tomorrow.” After he said that the transparent image of Star Swirl disappeared. Sunset then got up and went to her apartment balcony. She stood there and looked up at the sky. While she acknowledged she now has a heavy burden to carry, she will acknowledge she has friends such as Moondancer, Star Swirl, and the rest of her friends at the order who can help her. She knows that as long as they are together, they can take on anything.

In the throne room of the castle located in the dark dimension, Lord Phobos can be seen sitting down on his throne.

“So lord Casca has failed me,” Phobos said to himself. ”Well, it doesn’t matter as this battle is far from over,”As he said that, his eyes glowed red with malice.

Story bio: After losing her friends due to Anon-A-Miss Sunset,moved to the city of New metro City, Sunset found herself chosen by the gods of order and light to become their champion who will protect the earth from any threats that might endanger the earth.

Training her as well as helping her in this task is the ancient wizard star swirl, a loyal servant and disciple of the gods of light and order, and assisting them in the task of protecting the world is the order of light and order, an ancient order of magic users that was founded to help the champion in the task of protecting the world from harm.

Now sunset, after being chosen as the champion of light and order, now fight alongside Star Swirl and her new friends from the order of light and order to defend the earth from any threat that might endanger it.
