Queen of Trauma
seeing them pony(like in person)
Previous ChapterNext Chapter"All right," said Raven, her voice sharp and decisive. "We'll divide into groups."
She glanced at the first pair.
"Ellwood and Star, you'll clean the library."
Turning to the siblings, she continued, "Rhyla and Reddan, your task is to clean the guest rooms."
Finally, she addressed the remaining two."Liora and Neon Black, you'll assist with cleaning the guest rooms as well," she said.
Liora stood out as the calm and collected one, a steady presence in contrast to Neon Black's lively demeanor, I thought.
Then Raven addressed Lava Rock and Obsidian Gem, two dragons whose very presence seemed to command attention.
"Your fire is needed for the old pony pottery class," Raven explained. "The kiln broke."
Lava Rock glanced at me briefly, his intense gaze making me feel as if I were some sort of prize to be won. Obsidian Gem, meanwhile, stood silently. I remembered he'd arrived late, his demeanor no less imposing.
Before Raven could continue, a new dragon interrupted. Crispin stumbled into the room, his wings ruffling awkwardly as he landed.
"I'm quite sorry," he said, his voice tinged with embarrassment. "I flew to the wrong castle."
Lava Rock and Obsidian Gem exchanged smug looks before laughing cruelly at his mistake.
"It’s quite all right, Sorren," Raven said gently, using his given name and offering him a kind smile.
Trying to ease the tension, I spoke up. "I got lost trying to get here too," I admitted.
"Same here," Ella added with a shrug.
"And she had a map," I teased, grinning at her.
Raven chuckled softly and nodded. "All right," she said. "I’ll let Celestia know to have the guards look out for you tomorrow, just in case anyone gets lost again."
Crispin shifted awkwardly, his wings twitching slightly. "What’s my job?" he asked. "And Sorren’s?"
"You’ll be posing for artists to draw," Raven replied, her tone laced with humor.
Crispin blinked, clearly unsure how to respond. "Uh... wing bump?" he said hesitantly, glancing toward Sorren for reassurance.
they bumped wings
"Let's disperse," said Raven, her tone firm and decisive.
"Ellwood and Star, you're in charge of cleaning the library," she instructed, floating the dust wands toward them. The wands were neatly packed in a box. Since they couldn't use hooves, Ellwood and Star easily opened the box and grabbed the wands with their mouths. The rubber-covered end of the sticks made it easier for them to hold without damaging the dusters.
"These wands have your names magically inscribed on them," Raven explained.
She then gave dust wands to the siblings and one to Liora. Raven floated one to Neon Black, but the wooden part had melted and warped.
"We'll get to work now," Raven added, and everyone headed off to their assigned tasks.
"Raven led me and Ella to the library," I said, following closely behind her. She guided us one at a time through the halls, moving gracefully as always.
With a flick of her magic, Raven carried our boxes and gently set them down on a large table in the center of the room.
"There are bowls in case you need a drink," Raven explained as she placed them on the table.
"Also, when you take a break, please put your dust wands in their cases, not on the table," she added.
"Yes, miss," I replied, and Ella nodded in agreement.
We grabbed our dust brushes with our mouths and got to work, the soft bristles brushing the bookshelves as we moved methodically from one end of the library to the other. It wasn't the most exciting task, but it felt good to be busy.
After a while, I spotted an interesting book across the room. I ran to put my dust wand back, eager to take a closer look. Ella, on the other hand, was on her break, playing a game of war with the librarian.
"Wanna play?" Ella asked, looking up from her cards.
"No thanks, I’ve got to read a book," I replied, my attention already on the shelf.
"Okay," she said, shrugging before returning to her game.
I walked toward the book, but then I remembered—I shouldn’t be running in the library, I thought. I slowed my pace, but the book was just out of reach. Great, how do I get it without slobbering all over it? I thought again, poking at it carefully with my hoof.
"Please come down, book," I muttered under my breath, still poking at it.
Just then, a soft voice interrupted me. "Here, let me help you."
The book suddenly floated down to the table in a soft purple glow. I turned to see Princess Twilight Sparkle standing there, smiling kindly. Spike and Owlowiscious were by her side.
"Elements of Harmony," Twilight Sparkle said, clearly pleased with the moment.
I gasped in awe as I admired the book she had brought down. "The art is so good!" I exclaimed, gently blowing on the pages to flip them without touching them too much.
"Here you are, Twilight Sparkle," came Luna’s voice from behind us. Luna had entered the room and noticed me standing there, and she smiled. "I’m sorry for interrupting."
I waved a hoof dismissively. "It’s all right," I said. "Go talk to Princess Twilight."
Twilight Sparkle nodded, giving me a friendly smile as she spread her wings. "All right, bye, girl!" she said before turning to Luna. Spike and Owlowiscious followed closely behind her.
Once they were out of earshot, I whispered to myself, "You're so lucky, girly." I couldn't believe I had just spoken with.
Three more hours passed as Ella and I worked diligently in the library. The soft hum of our brushes against the shelves became a familiar sound, and the hours slipped by unnoticed. I was starting to feel a little tired, but the excitement from the earlier encounter with Princess Twilight Sparkle kept me energized.
Finally, Raven came back to check on us. She glanced around the library, taking in the now-dust-free bookshelves and the neatly organized tables. She gave us a small nod of approval.
"Great work, both of you," Raven said, her voice warm with approval. "It looks like we're done for today."
Ella let out a sigh of relief. "About time!" she said, her hooves stretching in a big yawn. I chuckled and nodded, feeling the same way.
"Raven, what’s next?" I asked, curious if we had anything else to do.
Raven smiled faintly, then looked at the clock on the wall. "You’re free for the rest of the day. Go relax, enjoy yourselves."
We both grinned and immediately set off for the exit. As we walked through the hallways, I felt a sense of accomplishment. The task had been a long one, but we had done our part, and now we could finally unwind.
"I think I’ll head to the garden and get some fresh air," I said, stretching my legs.
"Good idea," Ella agreed. "I’m going to go find a snack. All this work has made me hungry!"
I somehow made my way to the garden, my hooves guiding me along the worn path without much thought. The tranquility of the space was quickly interrupted when I spotted Lava Rock sitting on a large boulder, his gaze distant and troubled.
“Star,” Lava Rock said, his voice low and hesitant. “Would you be my girlfriend?”
The question caught me completely off guard. My ears twitched as I tried to find the right response. “Um… sorry, no,” I said, my tone gentle but firm. His shoulders sagged slightly, but then he spoke again.
“Listen, Star,” he began, glancing around to make sure we were alone. “Obsidian Gem… he’s burned me on purpose multiple times because I’m gay. Can you cover for me?”
I stepped closer, concerned by the raw emotion in his voice. That’s when I noticed the burn marks scattered across his body, their jagged shapes resembling Obsidian Gem’s distinctive rock-like scales. My chest tightened.
“I’m so sorry,” I said softly. “You didn’t deserve that. But…” I hesitated, trying to find the courage to admit something I hadn’t shared with anyone yet. “I might be a lesbian,” I confessed.
Lava Rock looked at me, his eyes widening in surprise before softening. “I’m sorry,” he said, embarrassed.
“It’s okay,” I assured him. “Do you like someone in our group?”
His face turned bright red as he nodded. “Yeah.”
“Reddan?” I guessed.
His blush deepened. “Yes,” he admitted shyly.
I grinned. “Okay, get ready. The siblings are coming,” I said, quickly ducking into a nearby bush.
“Star, wait!” Lava Rock called after me, but I didn’t respond.
When Rhyla walked closer, I reached out and gently grabbed her tail, pulling her into the bush with me.
“What is it, Star?” she whispered, completely unfazed by my sudden ambush.
“You push your brother toward Lava Rock, and I’ll push Lava Rock,” I whispered conspiratorially.
“What will that do?” Rhyla asked, raising an eyebrow.
“That’ll make them kiss!” I said with a mischievous grin.
Rhyla’s eyes lit up, and she squealed softly. “Let’s do it!” she agreed, a giggle escaping her lips.
We both jumped out of the bush at the same time. Rhyla reached her brother first and gave him a firm shove just as I nudged Lava Rock forward. The two stumbled into each other, and before they could react, their muzzles pressed together in an unplanned kiss.
“Rhyla! Why did you do that?” Reddan exclaimed, his cheeks flushing bright red.
“You’re blushing!” Rhyla teased, smirking at her brother.
“Because I’m surprised!” Reddan shot back, his voice defensive.
“Then… you’re not gay?” I asked, tilting my head.
“Actually, I am,” Reddan admitted after a pause, his voice quieter this time.
A slow smile spread across Lava Rock’s face as he looked at Reddan. Without another word, the two leaned in and started to make out, their earlier awkwardness melting away.
“What did I miss?” Ella’s voice broke through the moment as she walked into the garden. She stopped abruptly when she saw Reddan and Lava Rock locked in a passionate embrace.
“Well, I missed everything,” Ella said, her voice dripping with mock disappointment.
Rhyla and I burst out laughing, and even Ella couldn’t hold back a grin as she joined in on the fun.
Obsain Jem watched the two lovers from a distance.
"What a bunch of losers," scoffed Obsain Rock, glaring at them.
"Listen, Rock," snapped Rhyla, stepping forward. "If you make fun of my brother or his boyfriend again, I will personally deal with you."
"I'll help too," Ella chimed in, stepping beside Rhyla.
"Count me in," I added. "All in the name of love."
Obsain Rock sneered. "Oh, really? And what exactly are you all going to do about it?"
Before anyone could respond, there was a commanding voice.
"Enough!" Princess Celestia’s regal figure emerged, her presence commanding silence.
"Guards," Celestia called.
"Yes, Your Highness?" A guard stepped forward.
"Please remove this troublemaker from the gathering," Celestia ordered, nodding toward Obsain Rock.
"As you wish," the guard replied, leading a protesting Obsain Rock away.
"Thank you, Celestia," Reddan said, his voice full of gratitude.
Celestia turned to the gathered ponies. "Now, please join the others. I have an important message for everypony."
Suddenly, Raven appeared out of nowhere, her dark feathers shimmering as she gestured for us to follow. "Come with me."
We followed Raven to where the rest of the ponies were gathered, the air thick with anticipation.
Princess Luna stood beside Celestia, her serene yet commanding presence complementing her sister's.
"Hello, my many subjects," Celestia began, her voice calm but carrying a note of urgency. "I come before you with grave news."
The crowd murmured softly, tension rippling through them.
"A magical being—somepony or some creature—is at work among us," Celestia announced, her eyes scanning the gathered ponies.
I froze, my mind racing. A cold shiver ran down my spine as dread gripped me. Be calm,I told myself. Stay calm.
Here’s a polished version of your story with added flow and clarity:
Luna stepped forward, her voice steady yet grave. "This magical being has granted personal gifts to the bearers of the Elements of Harmony," she declared, her gaze sweeping across the gathered ponies.
As Luna began listing the gifts given to the Element bearers, I felt a sudden, overwhelming sensation.
Someone was dying.
Their voice echoed in my mind, calling out to me, desperate and pleading. My heart pounded as the sensation grew unbearable. Then, without warning, I transformed into my unicorn self.
Gasps rippled through the crowd. Celestia’s eyes locked onto me, her expression shifting from surprise to alarm.
"Guards, seize her!" Celestia commanded sharply, her voice cutting through the chaos.
But before the guards could reach me, the air shimmered around me, and I vanished into nothingness.
