Lunar madness

Luna shuddered, while Celestia glared even more at the wall in front of the Throne room. For the past four hours, Discord had been making an almost intolerable ruckus, and whenever they told him to keep it down, he would tell them he's renovating his space.

"Are you sure we can't put up a sound dimming spell on his door?" Asked Luna now rubbing her head from the migrain she was sporting.

"No, we cannot. As much as we both would like to, we can't let our guard down for a second."

"What’s he really going to do? Make it rain pie and ants?"

Before either of them could reply, a storm cloud formed over them, it was a sickly green from the usual pink. And down came one pie, landing gracefully with a light shining down with a quire in the background.

Luna received a moon-pie and two fortune cookies.

"I don't trust this." Celestia said putting a shield around the pie.

"I think it's delicious!" Said Luna with the whole moon-pie stuffed in her gut already. "And look, he gave us fortune cookies."

"If snakes, ants or anything pops out I'm sending him to the moon." Celestia said eying the treats.

"Oh relax I know not to pull any jokes. I’m not stupid, I’m crazy! And there is a difference." Discord nearly yelled, standing on the ceiling.

"You had better be telling the truth."

Discord gave a standard shoulder slouch and sigh. "Here, if you don't believe me I’ll cut it. And by the way it's blackberry."

He jumped down and picked up the pie while pulling out a pie slicer from thin air.

Celestia with a shield around her and Luna watched as it broke the crust. Only to not do anything.

"See? Once you get some sense into your little white head, you'll see I mean no harm. Although i never did mean any harm, just jokes and fun."

"I'm allergic to Blackberry." Celestia said angrily.

One of his eyebrows raised in response. "Really? i thought it was Raspberries you couldn't have. Eh, can't please everyone I guess." He said before swallowing the whole pie.

"Discord, thank you for the moon-pie. And what are you doing in there? I’m starting to get a head-ache from it."

"Oh, I actually just finished! I sent the food as a sort of sorry for the noise. I think you'll find it to my taste, and two princesses."

Both of them raised an eyebrow to the last part.

"How could anything you like we like?" Celestia asked out of confusion.

He simply pointed at Luna's plate before teleporting away.

"I guess we're following him." Said Celestia, rolling her eyes before teleporting them both to his room.

The first thing they saw, were the sand slides. Next the miniature chocolate fountains resting on the tops of his bed posts, with glasses lining the walls. And Discord sitting at a desk scribbling in a book with a licorice pen.

"Discord, how does any of this even close to what we like?" Celestia asked.

"Look up, and then down." He said without turning around.

They both looked up and the two princess’s eyes widened. It was the night sky with a full crescent moon covered slightly by two clouds and one to the side. When they looked down they had to squint there eye's, it was a dance floor with a picture of the sun in each tile.

"You jelly?" Discord asked the two princesses.

"Discord...What... How did you do this?" Celestia asked staring at his amazed expression.

"Remember, I’m chaos. I don't follow the rules very well."

"Discord is that my cutie mark?" Said Luna, looking up at the ceiling.

"Yes, yes it is. I chose your night sky to see each time before bed, because it is what i live for. What I’ve tried to do ever since my existence, and you've been doing since yours."

"But I don't cause chaos." She said looking away.

"Oh, on the contrary you do! Your night is a mess of stars, but it also is in perfect harmony with it, your stars are scattered while at the same time they make wonderful pictures. I would say it's the world's greatest painting."

"Please, you hate harmony. Why would you try and make peace with it?" Celestia said.

"I do hate it; but I hate it only when it's forced. What I try and do is cause chaos and wait for harmony to naturally come back."

"So you cause strife to cause harmony?" Luna asked.

"Exactly! And that is the sole reason why I made my "New Ponyville," that's why I took the element's, and that's why I changed all of Twilight's friends including herself mind you, to come beat me! It was the master plan! Because I still got what i wanted- no, what I needed!"

"So you turned the world into a mess so you could get turned to stone? That doesn't sound like a decent plan." Luna said.

"And what would either of you two know of my plans?"

"What plans?" Celestia asked pointing her horn at him who simply put a cork on it.

"I didn't say I had any, I said what do you two know of any of my plans? Wait I just came up with one!"

"And what is it? As if you’re going to say."

"I'm going to Ponyville to apologize to Twilight, and the rest of the town. OK maybe not the entire town... Yet."

Before he could teleport Celestia stopped him. "You are not going anywhere!"

"Your right! I need a disguise!" He said jumping behind a Japonynese changing screen.

Only to come out wearing a two piece bikini, next a chicken suit and Celestia wearing the two piece.

"Alright now this is ridiculous even for me." He said in disgust before just snapping his fingers.

He changed into a grey unicorn stallion, with a black mane, one yellow eye and one red, a red tail ending with a patch of white and finally big puffs of white hair covering his hooves.

"Eugh! Just being, normal is horrible. How do you pony's stand this?" He said looking at his new hooves.

"With our hooves." Celestia said eliciting a frustrated look from him.

"Hey, corny jokes are my shtick! Now, I need to go visit some old frenimies, Arreviderci." And he was gone in a flash.

"I was expecting something to happen as soon as we came in." Luna said walking towards the door.

As soon as she opened it, a barrage of chocolate milk made its way in and exploded
