With Rarity unable to assist Fluttershy with a problem during a seaside visit, Tempest Shadow has found herself asked to step up to the plate. The broken-horned Unicorn has been trying to relearn her magic, and while she can use telekinesis to some degree, it's still a little electrical. Still, Pegasi can resist lightning so it should be okay.

Except that it involves some telekinesis near some areas where the electricity may have some surprising side effects....
