Everyone went back to Ponyville, arguing with each other on what to do next.

" I say we jump on er while we still can."

Bright would disagree with that proposition, as that was an impossible task. " You've seen firsthoof what she can do, right? We have to plan this strategically; take this seriously, ponies!"

" Look, let's take this one step at a time and focus on finding a place to stay first." Quilt cuts in.

" Then perhaps an inn or tavern in Ponyville?" Tapper suggested.

Cross would disagree. " I think that'd be dangerous, and besides... We don't have any bits."

Everyone paused, looked at each other, and began looking in their pockets. There were no bits. They don't even have pockets.

" Not to mention, we don't have any rations," Bluebell added.

" I-is Ponyville not a paradise? Perhaps they'll kindly share some food for us?" Apple asked.

" The world is not as kind as you think, Apple; I suggest you change that point of view before you get us in trouble," Quilt scolded.

" Hey, chill, wilya?" Treasure defended her.

Quilt wouldn't back down on this, but luckily Bubbles would cut in. " Actually, Apple, that's not a bad idea."

Everyone gave a doubtful look at Bubbles, except for Bright.

" You've noticed it, right? The houses and streets are clean. It's like the place isn't affected by anything at all."

" It's like what Equestria was like before all this shit happened; peaceful," Bright added.

" So we beg? Have we gone so low?" Quilt asked.

" It's best we made that kind of facade. We don't want to attract her attention now, do we?"

Quilt sees his point and reluctantly follows the plan.

Once again, they're at the entrance to Ponyville, a very colorful and nice place to be; in fact, it was so bright and vibrant for them that the place was so blinding, the air was clean and stenchless, and the scents of the flowers were nauseating to them.

" Is it me or is this place just too clean?" Tapper asked while he shielded his eyes from the vibrant view.

Meanwhile, Bluebell didn't shield her eyes and took the full blast of the shine, making her tear up. " It's beautiful... Too beautifuuuuulll..."

Cross would save her by shielding her eyes. "Shield your eyes, mare! Even your innocence can't handle the purity of this place."

"Okay, enough fooling around... Let's get this over with so we can leave." Bright scolded the rest.

The knights as they entered took the attention of everyone they crossed paths with—a stare and a hello from a few strangers, a wave here and there.

" I love it here!" Bluebell shouted.

Quilt, on the other hand, was a bit paranoid of the place. "You sure would..." she sarcastically remarked.

Meanwhile, Bright and Bubbles would be flooded by nostalgia for the past they once fought to attain.

" So now that we are here... what now?" Tapper asked.

And right on que, an Earth pony would approach them. A blue-eyed mare with a magenta coat and violet mane.

" Welcome to Ponyville. Judging by the looks of you ponys, you seem to be new here. My name is Diamond Tiara, and I'm the mayor of this small town here. And here at Ponyville, we prioritize to maintain the spirit of friendship, making it the hub of every creature and prosperity! Now how may I help you folks?"

Everyone was either awestruck or confused at the well delivered advertisement of her village. But they'd soon snap out of it and greet her in kind.

" Ahmm, we are the Royal Knights of Princess Twilight Sparkle; we came from a perilous journey seeking aid and refuge. Perhaps you can aid us?" Bright answered.

" Royal knights?" Tiara questioned the stallion. " I haven't heard of that unit before. A branch from the royal guards perhaps?" she asked.

The knights would look at each other, confused on what next to say.

Bright was stumped on what to do next, but Bubbles took action and began to remove her helmet. " Teacher, do you not remember me?"

The mare was surprised to be called in such a way. "Well, that takes me back. Are you a former student of mine?" She took a closer look.

" I don't recall you, sorry. Im not the one who usually forgets a face, but..." She questioned and took another good look at her.

Bubbles would give a sigh of dismay as she was not remembered by her favorite teacher.

" What's going on here? Am I being pranked?"

"No, not at all; it's just... You might not believe us," Bright answered.

"Try me; I've seen weird stuff happen in this world that its hard to faze me." She challenged them.

"I don't think this is a good idea," Quilt interrupted Bright.

" We can always restart." Bright shrugged Quilt's remarks and continued. " It seems we don't belong in your world, as a lot of this doesn't make sense to us, like ponyville existing and the lack of war happening in your world."

" War? Hmm. Interesting," Diamond Tiara pondered. " I may not have the answers, but perhaps a certain pony can help you."

"Wayway wait... You believe us ... Just like that?" Treasure asked.

" It's not the weirdest thing that ever happened here and definitely not the first, might I add. But yeah, just like that." She shrugged.

"So you'll help us then?" Cross asked.

" Well... As much as I could? Yeah. But don't expect me to cast a portal for you or something okay, hahaha." She jests. " The one who's really going to help you out in your kind of situation would be the head mare of the School of Friendship, Starlight Glimmer. Come with me and I'll show you the way." She began trotting north, deeper into the village, encouraging them to follow her.

But before everyone would move forward, Quilt would once again advise them to be doubtful about this. " This could be a trap! What're you guys doing?"

"What else but to learn more about this place?" Bright answered and shoved her gently to the side. "Sister, we don't have any other choice but to go with the flow for now, unless..." He began to whisper. " Is this not your first time here?" he asked.

"... This is..." she answered.

" Then we have no choice but to follow this path and hope we get it right the first time."
