You stiffly turn away from the new mother. "Wrong room," you barely mutter out, closing the door to prevent others from wandering in. You couldn't imagine that mother needed anyone else in there. She needed peace and quiet, so that her son could rest. That was more important than you.

You smile, wandering away and thinking about what you just saw. How she looked so very happy to have him, despite it all. There were sure to be plenty of ponies eager to celebrate the birth of their newest little citizen.

Nurse Redheart hurries towards you, motioning with her hoof. "Come on, you're needed." She turns back around to head to a specific room. You hurry along behind her as you come into an operating room with a doctor already at work, but he's an earth pony. You fall right into step, acting as his set of hands with a glowing horn.

He glances at you, sweat dotting his brow. "Thank you for joining us."

You nod your head slightly, not wishing to disturb his delicate procedures. It takes time and concentration, but soon enough, the patient is breathing normally. You put your magic away, proud of the help you gave. "Is that it? Did you need anything else?"

"That's it, but if you're free, we could always use some help cleaning up." He lets out a tired sigh. "Something keep you?"

"All kinds of things." You don't bother the doctor with the details, just cleaning quietly. "But I'm here now, and ready to help. I do hope my tardiness didn't get in the way."

He wipes his hoof on a towel. "Oh no, I just have the utmost respect for what you unicorns can do. There was a time where that magic would just not be around this town. Thank you for being here. The time to change is now, not tomorrow."

"Agreed, Doctor. Now, let's clean up so we can tell the family the good news." You pick up a few dirty towels, careful not to touch anything you don't need to touch. "Did they come with a family?"

"They did." With things cleaned up, he leads you out to the waiting room where a mare and a two foals are waiting. "We're all done. He'll pull through without a problem."

You head over to stand by Nurse Redheart as the doctor and the mare hug. It was a satisfying moment to be a part of. Their foals start jumping around happily at the good news. You lean in towards Redheart. "Any other patients waiting for me?"

She reports:

A: Discord Discorded!

B: Nothing too serious.
