CYOA: A Day in Ponyville

Previous ChapterNext ChapterYou decide brute force wasn't the way forward, not with Trixie. Instead, you smile, determined to turn her own magic against her. "Okay, you're all talk." You clear your throat and pull back. "Why don't we just calm down and settle this without a fight?"
Trixie lifts an ear at you. "Are you surrendering then? Ha, Trixie was perhaps too hasty in her judgments. Of course Trixie will accept your surrender with open hooves."
"Well, sort of." You spread your hooves wide. "You see, I was wondering if you can do a particular feat of magic. You know, to show how amazing you are." You lean forward. "Remember the foal and old pony spell?" You remember her becoming unable to do that without her fancy amulet, and she sure isn't wearing that.
Trixie hums with thought, tapping her chin. "Oh yes, I do recall doing something like that. It was one of my first true works of art with magic. Truly it is a great accomplishment, especially for one so young as Trixie was at the time." It was only a few moons ago, but you didn't bother Trixie with facts. "Trixie has learned an even better spell. Do you wish to see it?"
You take a step back, making sure you're safely out of range. "Go right ahead."
Her horn glows brightly as she raises her hooves dramatically. "Trixie will show you just how powerful she is!" She lifts into the air. "Behold!" Her magic grasps you despite the distance, easily drawing you towards her. "For Trixie does not need her amulet to do such tricks. Even your pitiful abilities are no match for Trixie."
You pull against her grip, but she's too strong, and you have nothing to pull against, hovering in the air. "Let's see how powerful you are as you truly are."
With a puff of bright smoke, you hit the ground on four altered hooves. You've become a little deer. A fawn. "There, now you can tell the others how 'fawn'd you are of Trixie."
Despite your transformation, you manage a derisive snort. She wasn't funny, just dangerous. You try to speak, but only little deer bleats get out of you.
"Well, it was fun while it lasted. Don't let the door hit you on the way out!" She magically kicks as she turns. "Trixie has more important matters to attend to."
You're not sure you're fawned of this day in Ponyville.
The End.
