Ode To Twilight: Entropy
.II
Previous ChapterNext ChapterA dusk at the edge of time
A purple star upon the night
She wonders at what had once been
In the end no-pony remained
Forever now that dream was stained
A silver thread upon silken dark.
What had been will never be
They gallop on the mind's eye
The memories of younger days.
Oh how unkind time’s lens
She could not remember
The faces of her friends
She balanced upon the
Very edge, upon the
Universe’s repand
Although she could not remember
That endless golden hour
The time of hope, that time of light
She held one truth at heart
A wind against that sea of lies
A dawn against the dark
