Amadeus walked down the hall and thankfully was able to get what food he was looking for.

The more he moved down, the more he saw more and more students being out cold. Though from the looks of things, only about half of them were unconscious whilst most of them were still in their classes. And some from the locker room near…is Trixie naked?! His face went red whilst quickly darting down the hall, wanting to find an excuse not to stick around.

That’s when he heard a yelp. He quickly looked around the corner and to his shock, it was Abacus Cinch, who was holding a device similar to Twilight’s from the Friendship Games. Where the heck did she get that device? For it was destroyed after the friendship games. And a magic stream went for both Lyra and Bonbon, through their posteriors?!

“Pff, those brats shouldn’t have gotten in my way.” Said Abacus Cinch. “Once I find those girls, I’ll take their magic, and prove to the world that magic exists. And no one will stand in my way again.”

Amadeus growled a bit at that statement, “Oh no you don’t.”

He silently walked on his toes over to Abacus as she walked, buy stopped as she looked at the device to find something. The moment he was close enough…

“Uh, excuse me,” said Amadeus as he poked her shoulder a couple of times, “Pardon me.”

“What is I…” said Cinch before…

“HIYAH!!!” shouted Amadeus as he karate chopped her forehead, knocking her out in the progress as her head went dizzy, and then collapsed onto the ground.

Amadeus stared in shock. He looked at his right hand, then to Abacus.

“Wow,” said Amadeus, “I didn’t think it would work.”

Getting to work, he quickly tied Abacus up with what he could find and locked her in a broom closet. He picked up the device and looked at it, making him squint at it. Then he took out his phone and called the police.

“Hello, yes, Canterlot City Police Department?” asked Amadeus as he held onto the device, “I’d like to call on an Abacus Cinch. Yeah that’s right, she violated her restraining order. Yeah, I was able to catch her. Locked her in a broom closet. Hallway B. Yes, thank you for sending a unit over. I appreciate it. Thank you. Take care.”

Amadeus placed his phone away and looked at the device.

“Now then, let’s see what we can do about you.” Said Amadeus before walking back to the classroom Sunset was in.

Amadeus soon walked into the classroom, with Sunset had just gathered the last of her books.

“Oh, finished already?” asked Amadeus.

“You’re not gonna believe this,” said Amadeus, “But Abacus Cinch broke into the school with a similar device like this. She wanted to use it to take yours and the girls’ magic, so that she can show the schoolboard that magic exists in the world. Oh, and she used it on half the students in the school and knocked them unconscious.”

“She what?!” said Sunset as she turned to Amadeus in shock.

“Don’t worry, I knocked her out, tied her up, placed her in a closet and called the police.” Said Amadeus, “I even called the girls. They’ll get here once they’re done with their shifts.”

“Oh, that’s a relief.” Said Sunset as she sighed in relief and held her chest. “So how did you knocked her out?”

“I karate chopped her on the head.” Said Amadeus, “I’m really glad to have learned self-defense moves, and used them for the offensive should the threats arise. That and that old broad wouldn’t know any good self-defense forms if it jumped up and broke her glasses in half.”

“I’m sure.” Said Sunset as she turned around and packed her stuff in. “Just let me get my things. We’ll be able to figure out what’s going on and how many students were affected.”

Amadeus looked at the strange lookalike device that resembled to Twilight’s. He was surprised that Cinch had made something like this. But what would she have to accomplish using this? He tapped against the side, unknowingly turned it on.

“I wonder how, YIPE!!!” yelped Amadeus as he quickly ducked when a thin energy beam shot out and headed straight for Sunset.

“Well…that’ll work.” Amadeus replied. Then guessed, “Hmm, from the looks of it, her magic geode reacted to her magic being taken, causing a feedback, and destroying the device. It sounds stupid, but it’s the only logical explanation.”

He then heard a knock on the door, quickly making his way towards the door. But thinking it was Cinch looking for payback. He cleared his throat and tried to be as calm as possible.

“Uh, who is it?” asked Amadeus nervously.

“It’s Vice-Principle Luna.”

Amadeus sighed in relief and opened the door.

“Thank goodness, I thought it was Cinch.” Said Amadeus.

“Why would you think it was Cinch?” asked VP Luna. But then she noticed Sunset on the couch unconscious. “Oh dear, what happened?”

“Uh, long story short,” said Amadeus, “Abacus Cinch wanted revenge again, so she made a device similar to what Twilight made to steal their magic and wanted revenge. So, she ended up knocking out a handful of students using that device. Thankfully, the Rainbooms weren’t here today, but Sunset was in here. After I spotted her, I knocked her out and tied her up and locked her in the closet. I already called the police, but the students are unconscious.”

“Oh dear,” said Vice-Principle Luna in worry, “Where are the unconscious students?”

“Some are in hallway B, some are in the stadium, but um…” said Amadeus before he blushed madly, “There are also some girls also unconscious in the locker room. Long story short, Trixie was standing there…nearly without a towel.”

“Oh, not again, Trixie.” Muttered Vice-Principle Luna.

“I already called the girls, so they’re on their way here,” said Amadeus, “I told them that Sunset and I will make sure the device is destroyed. And I also called the police on Abacus too.”

“Though how did she went unconscious?” asked Vice-Principle Luna.

“I accidentally set it off whilst investigating.” Said Amadeus nervously, making her glare at him, “Don’t worry, it’s destroyed.”

“It’s not that,” said Vice-Principle Luna, “What did we tell you about accidentally setting things off. You remember what happened last time?”

“Can I help it when I’m curious and I wanted to make sure that the thing wasn’t dangerous?” asked Amadeus.

Vice-Principle Luna sighed and said, “I will let this slide since you stopped Cinch. But in the meantime, you look after Sunset whilst I organize the students and the rest of the Rainbooms to help the unconscious students.”

“You might wanna ask Rainbow and Applejack to handle the girls in the shower room, considering the others would be too embarrassed. Because of, you know, modesty.”

“Right.” Said Vice-Principle Luna whilst rolling her eyes, remembering the two specific ones he’s talking about before she left.

Amadeus once again went inside and locked the door. But he made sure the door window was closed and to muffle the door so that nobody can her them.

“Okay now.” Said Amadeus as he set his time. “It’s already been ten minutes, and only three hours and fifty minutes to go.”

“Well, long story short, Abacus Cinch came for revenge, no surprise there,” said Amadeus, with Sunset surprised when he muttered that last part, “And he tried to use that same device she recreated to take you and the girls’ magic, but she didn’t know the rest of the Rainbooms aren’t here, so she used it on half the people in CHS and knocked them out. But before she could get to you, I knocked her out with a baseball bat and locked her in the closet. The police arrested her about five minutes before you woke up.”

“But what about the device?” asked Sunset. She then noticed the embarrassed look on his face. She deadpanned from this, and flexed a brow. “You accidentally set it off that caused it to knock me out, didn’t you?”

“Not on purpose!!” said Amadeus, “Besides, your magic kicked in and destroyed it.”

“It did?” said a surprised Sunset.

“It did.” Said Amadeus, “Although what was weird was that when the device was in effect, you shook your booty like one of those dancers before falling unconscious.”

“Hey, we still have day jobs, you know.” Said Rainbow.

“And it’s not our fault you two decided to stay in because one of us forgot to do our science project.” Said Rarity.

“Ugh, yeah, I know.” Said Sunset, but pulled out her files with her science project inside. “But on the plus side I was able to finish them.”

She deadpanned and put them back in her backpack, “Before Amadeus knocked me out with the device.”

This caused them to deadpan and look at Amadeus. “You accidentally set of the device that knocked Sunset out, didn’t you?” asked Fluttershy.

“Not on purpose!!” shouted Amadeus. Again. He took a breath and said, “Anyway, what’s happened out there?”

“Well, we arrived about an hour ago,” said Pinkie Pie, “And half the students were able to gather about a quarter of the students. We also helped out and were worried that something might’ve happened to you and Sunset.”

“Though I can’t believe you were able to kick her butt before we got there,” said Rainbow before pouting, “And I was looking forward to kicking her butt, too.”

“You mean like you did, last time?” asked Amadeus rhetorically.

This caused Rainbow to feel embarrassed, with Applejack saying, “He’s got you there, Rainbow.”

“And what about Abacus Cinch?” asked Twilight.

“Don’t worry, the police had her arrested.” Said Amadeus, “They know about the restraining order, and seeing that she violated those rules, there’ll be a lot of backlash.”

“You asked me, they should’ve locked her up.” Said Rainbow.

“Eh, what can you do?” asked Amadeus. “In the meantime, after that ordeal, I could go for something to eat. Snack and a movie at my place?”

The girls thought about it, and voiced in agreement.

“Ah,” said Applejack, reminding them of something, “After we help the students bein’ unconscious.”

“And you and Rainbow Dash helping the girls in the locker rooms.” Said Amadeus, earning confused looks from the two girls. “Er, there are also girls unconscious there, and Trixie was almost without a towel.”

“Again?!” said Rainbow Dash.

“That girl has problems.” Said Applejack.

“Anyway, let’s get to it.” Said Amadeus.

The girls and Amadeus walked down the hall; however, Sunset secretly pinched his posterior, which he retaliated by giving her one back. The two of them held one another closer as they had some cleaning up to do.
