One day in Ponyville Twilight and Spike were just waking up from their sleep and decided to see their friends, but before they did that a letter from the Princesses came out of Spike's mouth.

"What does it say Spike?" Twilight said.

After Spike read the letter.

"It said that you and I need to head to Canterlot castle right away." Spike said.

Twilight nodded her head and said "Okay, let's go Spike."

So Spike climbed up on Twilight's back and together they went to Canterlot to see the Princesses.

When they have arrived at the castle Celestia and Luna were waiting for them.

"Welcome Twilight and Spike." Celestia said.

"Why did you call us here?" Twilight asked.

As they walked to the throne room Celestia and Luna explained about a spell that would take them to a new world called the Pokémon world.

Both Twilight and spike were a little confused about what Pokémon are and the world that they are going to.

"What are these Pokémon creatures?" Twilight asked.

Celestia explained to them what those creatures are.

"Pokémon are mysterious creatures that come in different shapes, sizes, colors and types. They live everywhere in that world. Also there are humans who catch Pokémon and become Pokémon trainers and try to become the best." Celestia said.

Spike was excited when he heard that and said "That sounds awesome! Let's go now!"

But Twilight stopped him and said "Hold on Spike. I still have some questions that I want to ask."

"I'm sure you can figure out those answers when you and Spike get there Twilight." Luna said.

"Are you sure Luna?" Twilight asked.

"I'm sure of it." Luna said.

Twilight thought about going there and decided to go to the Pokémon world as well.

"Good, now pack some of your stuff up and don't forget to say good-bye to your friends and tell them that you two will be back. Okay?" Celestia said.

"Okay." both Twilight and Spike said.

So they went back to Ponyville and packed some of their stuff up and put it in Twilight's saddlebags and they soon explain to their friends about what's going on.

"Are you sure the two of you would be all right?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Yeah, we'll be alright. Right Spike?" Twilight said.

"Yeah, we'll be just fine." Spike said.

And soon the Princesses appeared in front of town hall waiting for Twilight and Spike. Soon after they said their good-byes they ran toward the Princesses.

"Are you two ready to go?" Celestia asked.

"Ready as we'll ever be." Twilight said.

"Good, now we prepared the spell to take you two to a region in the Pokémon world and if you want to pay your friends a visit Spike can shoot out a letter to us and we can take you back. Okay?" Celestia said.

"Okay." Twilight said.

"Now stand back while we use the spell." Celestia said..

So Twilight and Spike took a few steps back while the two Princesses tapped their horns together and after a few minutes of waiting the portal to the Pokémon opened up and soon the two of them stepped into the portal and soon they appeared in front of an airport where a young man, a woman and their yellow Pokémon were surprised to see them.

"WOAH!!! Where did you two come from?!" Said the young man.

After Twilight and Spike's explanation.

"So you two came from another world. Is that right?" Asked the woman.

"That's right. My name is Twilight Sparkle the Princess of friendship and this is my dragon assistant Spike." Twilight said as she introduced herself and Spike to the young man and the woman.

"My name is Ash and this is my partner Pikachu." Said the young man.

"And my name is Alexa and this is my partner Helioptile." Said the woman.

Soon Twilight and Spike joined Ash's journey in the Kalos region to become a Pokémon master. As they explored Lumiose City on there way to a Gym they saw lots of Pokémon that Ash saw and never saw before until they saw Prisim Tower which the Gym is located in.

"Yes! This is it the Lumiose gym!" Ash said excitedly.

"Can't wait to see our first Pokémon battle. Right Twilight?" Spike said.

"Right Spike." Twilight said.

So they went in the tower and went to the entrance of the battlefield.

"Anybody here?" Ash Asked.

Soon the screen lit up and a voice came over the speaker.

"Welcome to the Lumiose gym." said the voice.

"My name is Ash and I've come from the Kanto region. I want to have a gym battle please!" Ash said.

"How many badges do you have?" asked the voice.

"Badges? This is the very first gym I'm battling here. So I don't have any yet." Ash said.

The voice was surprised and said "You have none!? Not a single gym badge!? In order to challenge the Lumiose gym you have at least 4 gym badges. Please leave now!"

Suddenly 2 electric pylons appeared and zapped the 4 of them and the floor opened up and dropped them out of the tower. As they fell Twilight flew and grabbed Spike and a boy and a little girl grabbed both of them.

"Are you alright?" said the boy.

"Yeah, I'm okay thanks to you." said Ash.

Then when Twilight flew down to the ground the boy and the little girl were surprised to see them.

"Wow! Who are those Pokémon?" The little girl said.

"They are not Pokémon. They came from another world." Ash said.

"Wow! Another world? You got to tell me where they came from." The boy said.

"We'll explain about it later." Ash said. " But first... thanks for saving us."

"Aww don't mention it." said the boy.

"What a weird gym. What's up with that?" Ash said as he and Pikachu looked up at the tower.

"You and your friends got kicked out right?" Asked the boy.

"Right and after coming all this way. Some Gym Leader." Ash said.

"Yeah he's something all right." The boy said.

"Did he ask you how many badges you have?" the little girl said.

"Yeah, but when I told I didn't have any me and my friends got zapped bad." Ash said.

"Wait, you don't have any badges!?" the little girl said.

"You see we just arrived in the Kalos region. This is the first gym we've been to." Ash said.

"Pardon me but, where did you and your friends come from?" The boy said.

"Me and my assistant came from Ponyville in Equestria which is in another world and my name is Twilight Sparkle and this is Spike." Twilight said.

"It's a pleasure to meet you two." Spike said.

"And I'm from Pallet town in Kanto and my name is Ash. This is Pikachu and my buddy and I are on a journey together so that I can become a Pokémon master.

At a smaller battlefield the boy and girl introduced themselves as Clemont and Bonnie and soon Ash asked Clemont about what Pokémon he has.

"Okay here's a Pokémon that I caught." Clemont said as he pulled out a pokeball from his pocket.

Ash is excited to see it and to battle with it. Soon Clemont accepted Ash's challenge and brought out his Pokémon which is a Bunnelby. During their battle an electric net appeared out of nowhere and almost caught Pikachu.

"All right what do you think you're doing?" Ash said.

"Who are you?" Twilight asked.

After the Team Rocket intro...

"Team Rocket! You would follow us here!" Ash said.

Spike jumped off of Twilight's back and said "Do you know those guys?"

Ash looked at Spike and said "Yeah, they're bad guys who steal other people's Pokémon including my Pikachu."

"Excuse me but you're cutting us short." James said.

"Catching Pikachu is one of our goals." Jessie said.

"The rest of them is catching all the strong and rare Pokémon in Kalos. Forming a Pokémon army is critical to our mission." James said.

"But catching Pikachu is job 1!" jessie said.

"And I'll take the one with the ears." Meowth said.

"Like that's going to happen!" Twilight said.

"I won't sit by and let you steal other people's Pokémon." Clemont said as he adjusted his glasses.

Pikachu tried to attack them but a Wobbuffet that belongs to Team Rocket used a move that sent the thunderbolt back with double the power.

"That's mirror coat!" Clemont said.

But as Ash caught Pikachu as it was falling and soon they got back up, but just as Pikachu was about to be attacked by mirror coat again a frog Pokémon jumped up and protected Pikachu but got hit.

"What's that?" Jessie asked.

"A Pokémon?" James said.

"It's a Froakie! It's a water type Pokémon new trainers can get in Kalos so that electro ball must have done lots of damage." Clemont said.

"Okay... but where its trainer?" Spike said.

Then Froakie hopped in the air and launched its white things at Team Rocket causing to stop them in their place. Then Clemont's Bunnelby used dig and launched them up in the air while Pikachu and Froakie sent them flying away by using thunderbolt and water pulse.

"WE'RE BLASTING OFF AGAIN!!!" Said the entire team of Team Rocket.

But they saw that Froakie was injured during the battle so Bonnie decided to take it to the Professors lab so they gathered all of their stuff up and followed Bonnie to the Professors lab.
