In the main Timeline the Expedition went the way it was planned. Here however a very bored void dweller decided it would be more fun to see the crew of the Airship struggle in a world both familiar and unknown to them (except for the local human that is). Will the battle hardened crew have what it takes to survive or will they be consumed by the wasteland? Only time (and the hand of the author) will tell. Not exactly the homecoming many of the crew had envisioned. Well at least this version of Equestria isn't boring that much is for certain.
