…until he looked up…and the wheel wasn’t moving.

“What sorcery is this?!” Banshee exclaimed with anger in his voice.

“Quick, I can’t hold him for long!” I yelled as my magic broke just as Luigi got back up on his feet and we tried to run to the door again but the wheel blocked us from escaping this time.

“You think you can just run from me? You’ll regret that choice!” Banshee exclaimed while we had no choice but to run in the opposite direction.

“What do we do? We can’t outrun this wheel!” Luigi panicked while I tried my hardest to look for a possible solution around the park until I noticed one of the roller coasters that went up rather high in height, enough to reach the Ferris Wheel.

“I have an idea, sprint to that ride!” I said as we dashed to the ride called: The Blazing Boo. Thankfully, there was no line in sight as we quickly made our way to the front where we sat in the front of the coaster.

“For your safety and the amusement of King Boo himself, please scream like you’re about to die because you are. Enjoy the ride.” The intercom said as the ride took off in an instant.

“So what’s the plan?” Luigi screamed as I could barely hear him over how fast the ride was moving.

“We try to flash the ghost from here,” I quickly said as Banshee noticed us.

“Having fun? How about this for amusement?” Banshee exclaimed as she rolled over to what looked like a later part of the track and rolled into it, destroying the part of the track.

“Oh No! We're going to crash!” Luigi exclaimed with fear in his eyes.

“Not yet, we just have to flash him before then!” I exclaimed as the coaster approached another hill just as Banshee started rolling closer to us while I got a bad idea. “Hold on Luigi,” I yelled. Before Luigi could respond, I used my magic to throw him out of the coaster and send him into one of the intact Ferris wheel coasters.

“Twilight!” I heard Luigi shout but it was too late. It was reckless of me but I knew it would give us a chance to flash him, considering the coaster was about to fall off the tracks.

Ok, how do I stop this thing?” I thought to myself as I tried to use my magic to slow the coaster down, unfortunately, it did nothing to slow it down as I’m sure it was moving way too fast to slow down. “Ok, onto the next idea,” I thought to myself as I thought of an idea. I could use my magic to release the lock bar on the coaster and just before it fell off the tracks, I jumped out of it and landed on the tracks.

“You survived?!” I heard Banshee’s voice right behind me as I turned around. “I’ll take care of that-” Banshee was about to turn his attention toward me when he stopped as if he couldn’t move the Ferris Wheel.

“Sorry, I’m shutting this ride down!” I heard Luigi exclaim as I saw a bright light from the Ferris wheel and in one motion, the wheel fell to the ground and broke apart into several pieces, revealing Banshee.

“NO, the Ferris wheel, do you brats know how much paperwork this will bring?” Banshee exclaimed with anger in his voice.

“Not enough to stop us!” Luigi exclaimed as I saw from the tracks. He came out of the destroyed wheel as he flashed the ghost again as proceeded to suck him into his poultergust.

“NO, YOU WON’T TAKE ME! YOU WON’T DEFEAT ME! YOU WILL NEVER STOP-” Banshee exclaimed just as Luigi fully sucked him into his poultergust in one fell swoop.

“Luigi!” I shouted as I flew over to the destroyed wheel and landed beside him. “Thank goodness you’re alright,” I said with relief.

“Yeah, that was quick thinking of you, sending me into the wheel, even if it did give me a major headache,” Luigi said while holding his head.

“I should have considered that,” I said quietly.

“It’s ok, we would have become as flat as pancakes if none of us were closer enough, great work!” Luigi said as he gave a thumbs up. “Now I don’t know about you, but I think we better move along now, we don’t have much more ground to tread,” Luigi then pointed to the door that we tried to run to earlier as we wasted no time. We reached the door and both opened it to reveal a line.

“That’s…new, I thought there would be stairs like last time,” I said as we made our way through the line. Along the line, there were pictures of what looked like King Boo and Hellen Gravely on all sorts of…date things? There was one of them on a dinner date, one with them on a gondola, one of them on a beach and I think you get the idea. “Do King Boo and Hellen love each other or something?” I asked as I felt a little uncomfortable looking at these pictures.

“Well, Hellen does, King Boo could care less about her,” Luigi explained until we reached the end of the line to reveal a boat, made to fit two.

“Seems like we have nowhere else to go,” I said as we sat on the boat just as an intercom turned on.

“For your safety, please scream like weaklings until this ride comes to a complete stop, now this ride is right about to start,” The intercom said as it ended with a howling of laughter as the boat started to move. At first, the ride began to move rather slowly but after a few seconds, it started to pick up speed, like a lot of speed, to the point where me and Luigi had to hold onto the boat so we didn’t fall out of it until I saw that the water was about to end. Luigi looked down as fear ran across his face. “What’s the matter?” I asked nervously.

“Uh,” Luigi struggled to say what was about to happen until I thought of something.

“Are we about to go over a huge waterfall?” I asked as Luigi nodded his head.

“With sharp rocks at the bottom?” I asked.

“Most likely,” Luigi said.

“Bring it on,” I said just as we approached the waterfall as we held onto the boat for dear life, not knowing where we were going next.

“Almost done, who knew fixing an air conditioner could be so difficult?” I said as I put the finishing touches on the lab's air conditioning.

“Bark, Bark!” Poulterpup barked with a happy look on his face.

"Yes Poulterpup, now the lab’s going to be much cooler!” I said as I slowly got up from my chair and gave Poulterpup a few rubs on his tummy. “Say, I wonder how Luigi and Twilight are doing,” I said as I returned to my chair and saw they were somehow going up a waterfall. “This doesn't make any sense,” I said as I tried to figure out what was happening.

“You’re right Egad, it doesn’t make any sense,” I heard a familiar voice behind me. I turned quickly and saw a ghost I never wanted to see in my lab.

“Hellen? What are you doing here? How did you even find this place?” I asked demandingly.

“My little Poulterkitty is quite brave for finding things for me, isn’t that right?” Hellen said as she gave her Poulterkitty a few pats.

“Well however you got in here without my knowledge, and without pulling the wrong lever, get out of here now!” I demanded. Hellen didn’t say anything in response other than walking closer and closer towards me. “Wait, what are you doing…no…stay back…STAY BACK!! AHHHHH!”
