It was already the afternoon when I checked the time and feeling my stomach grumble, I decided to close the store for a while so that I can go to a place where I can eat. I left a sign that said, "WILL RETURN SHORTLY", and then, I locked the store and house as I headed to find a restaurant or a diner for lunch

Luckily for me, Ponyville opened a diner before Equestria made contact with Earth and what makes this diner special is that this diner is not just for ponies, but for all creatures as well. In other words, it has foods that are just like back on Earth which perfectly fit for omnivores (like me) and carnivores while also having the same menu items for herbivores too. I opened the door and headed to a seat near the counter

I waited patiently until a waitress in the form of an Earth Pony mare gave me a menu and I looked on what I wanted to order and after looking at it, I signaled her and she went towards me as I told her my order which is a double bacon cheeseburger along with a side of fries and a strawberry milkshake. She then asked me if I would like any additions and I replied "No" to her, thus she nodded in confirmation as I patiently played the waiting game

I waited patiently and after about 25 minutes, my order came and I thanked the waitress for it as I blessed the food and ate it with glee in my face. When I was done eating my food, I signaled her again and made a sign for the bill in which she nodded and went to the register in order to type the amount of the food I ordered. She then came back with the bill and I paid the amount needed and the mare went back again to the register and returned with the bill and some change. I took some and left some Bits there as I exited the diner, satisfied of my meal that I had today

When I returned to my house, I reopened my store and took off the sign and as usual, there were some customers I knew and most of them bought the usual goods or some decided to buy some new goods and I of course, had to give them some change or none to those that had the exact Bits to pay for the exact price. So far, there were no customers so I decided to open my Ipad and watch some videos on YouTube

I was watching random videos when I checked the time and it read, "3:33 PM", and that caused me to be snapped back into reality because I kept on checking if there were new customers but sadly, there were none. I also did an inventory check before I opened my store in the morning and knew that I had to make deliveries to some of the local goods I need to restock for the Sari Sari Store tomorrow. I turned off my Ipad and waited.....and waited......and......still.....waited.....but none came to the store and it was getting boring so far

I kept on waiting until I heard some familiar voices and these voices were someone or should I say, some people I've never heard again since the holidays back in the Philippines. I looked at the entrance and then saw silhouettes of 2 ponies: one is a unicorn stallion that had a gold coat accompanied with pink eyes, a mane and tail of the colors, black and red, and a cutie mark of a Killer Whale and a Great White Shark in the form of a yin-yang while the other one is a Pegasus mare that had a light-emerald green coat accompanied with olive eyes, a mane and tail of the color, yellow orange, and a cutie mark of a lion's pawprint. They emerged inside my Sari-Sari Store and I knew who they were in an instant

"Oh my God!", I exclaimed and the 2 ponies looked at me with surprised eyes, "Luke! Maggie! Is that the both of you?"

"Jose!", the Santos Twins exclaimed with delight in seeing my face for the first time since Christmas

I exited the counter and gave the twins hugs and they too responded by standing on their hind legs and hugging me back. I noticed that Maggie slimmed a bit but Luke.....well.....his flank kinda looked chubby lately

"Hey.", I asked Luke and he replied with a "Mhm?", "Has your butt gotten a bit chubbier?"

Luke had a massive blush on his face, "No.", he tried to hide it, "Not really", but Jose raised his eyebrows knowing that he isn't fooled by his denial as he gave up in defeat, "Okay, like a bit if you ask me....."

"Nah, he's been wanting to have the biggest butt when he enters Equestria", Maggie giggled which caused Luke to blush with embarrassment on what she said

I broke off the hug, "Well, it's good to see you guys again. Hey, why don't you come to my house and let's have a little bonding time. What'd you say about that?", I asked them

The twins looked at each other and nodded in unison, "We'd like that idea, Jose", Maggie chimed

"Yeah, why don't we hang out and let's say watch something or chat", Luke piped his ideas up, "We wanna know what you've been up to after the holidays

"That's sounds wonderful", I told them

They decided to break off and buy some goodies in my store whilst I headed back to the counter and waited for them; Luke decided to buy a bag of VCut BBQ Potato Chips, a Mountain Dew Zero Sugar soda, a pack of Skittles, and a Popsicle©️ Retro Fantastic Fruity (good thing that Popsicle©️ decided to reintroduce these retro flavors from the 90s again in the future). Meanwhile, Maggie decided to buy a bag of Moby Caramel Puffs, a bottle of Gatorade grape, 5 Jolly Ranchers of all the original flavors, and lastly, a Magnum Cookies and Cream ice cream bar

When they were done, I calculated the products that they bought and told them the total price in which they paid me the total amount and I gave them their change. They took the stuff that they bought and thanked me while the twins headed out of my store and headed to their home that they've bought for their vacations in Equestria. I couldn't help but smile because I got a chance to reunite with my twin friends ever since I saw them last year.
