Within a room with walls of indigo and white and a black bed with a black pillow and an indigo blanket with white borders, sitting by the window was a light brown Earth pony stallion who looked solemnly out it with scowling eyes of light purple as the sunlight shined through and over him. The stallion’s mane and tail were black with white strands aligned perfectly amongst the dark colored majority. His cutie mark was a sword with a black blade, an indigo grip, and a white guard shaped like a snowflake. His clothing only consisted of an indigo jeogori with white accents and a light purple string tied from the front. After taking a deep breath and slowly letting it out. The stallion then lifts one hoof up and looks down at the metal bracelet on it. The bracelet was black with a white band decorated with a row of purple stars aligned the center. Towards the front of his hoof, the bracelet bared a small, purple princess-cut diamond. As he looks at the jewel, a deep solemn voice seems to echo in the stallion’s mind.

“Listen well, my son. In the world we live in, there is no such thing as peace without suffering and all kingdoms have their fair shares of war and pain.”

In an instant we are shown images of destruction, armies of soldiers battling against one another in the wage of war, and vile monsters who leave nothing but destruction in their wake with many battle cries and clashes of swords echoing the background before it all fades to black and silence.

King Dark Cacao III: But, even when all hope seems lost, there are those who will not stand to see others suffer so greatly and will stand against all injustice, no matter the cost. Their resolve as strong as steel and courage burning in their hearts like a flame.

From within darkness, a purple flame ignites and burns with great intensity. As a wind of snow blows in, it is then revealed that the flame sat atop of a pillar that was part of a great black wall with other pillars bearing the same flame atop them. At the front of this wall was a grand wooden gate with what appeared to be two ponies dressed in armor of black and purple standing in front, each holding a single spear in their hoof. The wall stands in what appears to be a forest blanketed with snow as freezing winds blow through.

King Dark Cacao III: At the harshest edge of our world in a blizzard-ridden land stands our home Trottet, a great kingdom of warriors. Here, creatures are born for battle. Their iron will is forged from the fires of rigorous training and combat.

Looking from beyond the wall to where it extends across the end of the land, we see a great black castle resembling a Korean palace with many purple flames set amongst the grounds to act as source of light and warmth. The scene then cuts to show three children training with a great pony warrior wielding a spear with two of them being a griffin and dragon watching from the side while the other who is a pony foal holds up a sword in one hoof. The scene then cuts to a pony who appears to be forging a sword, each swing of the hammer to the metal releasing flames that form different images that quickly fade away. The first of them being two ponies bowing down to a great dragon warrior, the second being two ponies holding weapons as they seem ready to battle, and the last being of two kinds of pony warriors with one holding a katana and the other with a bow in their hoof. The scene then changes to show a pony with a katana in hoof about to face a large beast of sorts. The scene then changes to show many ponies preparing for combat with clashes of spears, shots of arrows flying through, and swords raised in rally.

King Dark Cacao III: We, descendants of the nation of Trottetan Warriors, stand guard along the Great Cacao Wall to defend the land from any threat no matter whether it be within our borders or from beyond our walls.

The scene then cuts to show numerous warriors such as swordsman ponies, spearman griffins, and archer dragons atop the wall with weapons at the ready. Behind them flowed two black and white flags each bearing two dragons of the same colors circling around a purple star at the center.

King Dark Cacao III: Such as our founder, Dark Cacao the Dragon King, our oath is to protect the creatures of Trottet and we will stop at nothing for our homeland as we would rather die than to live in dishonor!

Cut to a great throne room, we see a unicorn stallion that shared the same hair and eyes the Earth pony wearing the bracelet but older and with a darker coat of brown and dressed in a black jeogori with silver accents along with a black and purple cloak with puffs of white atop it and a slate gray gorget upon his head. Sitting upon a black throne, he looks upon the countless ponies who all bow to him at the bottom of the steps leading to the throne.

King Dark Cacao III: Though we defend our home, we were inspired to do so by the five heroes who protect Equus from all evil that hides within the shadows. As their Soul Jewels—the source of their great power—passed on to new heroes who carry on their legacy, it is the duty of the five kingdoms of Equus to train them to become the new Champions of Virtues.

As the scene changes to resemble a star-filled night sky, we soon see five different ponies that shine like starlight in different colors with a glowing shape of pure white light. The first of them who is covered in white is an alicorn stallion with a crystal-like horn and paws instead of front hooves. He wears armor accented with golden and a blue hexagonal underneath his horn at the front of his helmet. On the breastplate of the armor is a heart outlined in gold. The second in green appears to be a Pegasus mare with wings that resemble a butterfly. She is dressed in a green dress and wielding a staff that resembles a flower and possessing a light shaped like fleur-de-lis. The third was blue and appeared to be a small unicorn mare wearing a blue cloak and wizard hat. On the clip of their cloak is a silver pin bearing an eye shaped light with circles for eyelashes. The fourth, shining in gold, is a Pegasus stallion boasting a pair of golden arc-shaped wings with a green triangle pattern on their edges with a golden tail. Wielding a golden spear, the stallion is dressed in gold and green collar with outward spokes, a linen skirt with an orange belt, golden bracelets, and a golden helmet with wings on the front with a golden burst of hair at the back and triangle shaped light on the front. The fifth one at the back of the group shined in purple as an Earth pony stallion wearing diamond-shaped pauldrons which connected to dark, dull violet cape along with purplish gray armored boots. With both hooves, he holds a massive sword with a black grip, a gray pommet, a purple quillion with two diamond-like edges on each end, and a dark-gray blade with some white highlights, two triangular tips in the middle section and a slightly bigger one in the end. The blade also has two star shaped symbols in the middle. At the center of the quillion is diamond-shaped light which begins to shine brighter until it fills the whole scene.

King Dark Cacao III: Light Cacao, you have been chosen by the Soul Jewel of Resolution, to carry on the legacy of our great ancestor Dark Cacao. As a member of his bloodline, I have no doubt you will honor his name and fulfill your duty like the Champions that came before you. As your king, it has been my greatest honor to train you. And, as your father, I could never be more proud to have you as my son.

With the light changing from white to purple, we are then shown the pony from the beginning as he stands and looks forward with the hoof bearing the bracelet in front of his chest, the purple jewel it held glowing in a radiant light. Behind him is the large faded image of the stallion who held the sword, his eyes being the only part of his face being visible. After a moment, the image behind him disappears and the stallion possessing the bracelet pulls his hoof back before pumping it towards the sky. From there, the jewel it held shined brighter as the entire bracelet began to be covered in violet light. In an instant, the bracelet turned into a stream of energy and flowed into the hoof of the pony where it then changed form. After transforming into the shape of a sword, the stallion then clutched the grip, causing the light to fade away and reveal the same sword held by the armored stallion with the jewel in the place of the white light. With a beam of violet light shooting towards the sky, storm clouds began to form with a great rumble of thunder and it wasn't long until a great volt of violet light struck down on the pony. Despite this, the pony continues to stand as the energy surges through his body.

King Dark Cacao III: As a warrior of the sword, you will have the strength to carry on your duty as a king carries the weight of his very crown. As a prince of Trottet, you will show all who walk the path of darkness the might of our kingdom. And, as the hero you are destined to be, you shall honor your oath as you defend those who cannot defend themselves. With the power of the mighty Twin Dragon Sword, you shall banish all evil who threaten the peace of our world!

In flashes of white light, the very armor belonging to the one that stood behind him began to appear on the stallion piece by piece. Along with this, his coat also begins to change to a darker shade of brown. With gaining a helmet bearing a gorget similar to the one worn by the pony who sat on the throne and a horn made of black metal along with a black cloak that flowed behind him, the stallion’s transformation was now complete and he was now a powerful warrior. The scene then changes to a forest covered in snow as the now-armored stallion stands there with foul monsters surrounding him. Bringing his sword down to his side, the stallion then charged at the monsters with a mighty battle cry. With each beast he faced, the stallion dodged and blocked their attacks with ease and struck them down in a single slash. After dealing with three of them, the stallion then looks forward to see a great horde of monsters charging towards him. Raising his sword upwards, the pony stood there as the blade began to slowly glow in a violet light with energy surging through it. As the monsters closed the distance between them and the armored pony with only three yards between them, the sword’s blade became completely covered in violet light and gave off a purple aura.

“Darkness… BEGONE!” The pony cried out as he swung his sword downward, clashing the blade to the ground.

With that one swing, a large wave of purple energy was sent towards the monster horde, either knocking them to the ground or away into the forest behind them while also managing to knock down some trees that stood in its path. After going about thirteen yards, the energy wave dissipated, leaving a long trench with monsters either lying unconscious near or in the trench and having purple electricity throughout their bodies.

King Dark Cacao III: With the Light of Resolution burning greatly within your heart, you are the great hero that all vile beings tremble before. The Five’s mighty swordsman who brings solemn judgement and shall right all wrongs within our world. You, Light Cacao, are the Champion of Resolution!

With his foes defeated, the pony then turned his sword around and stamped it against the ground by the tip, holding onto the grip as he stood there proudly for his victory. After a moment, the jewel on his sword then begins to shine, filling the whole scene in violet.

Cutting back to the room to the very Earth pony stallion back to his normal self and still looking at the gem, he then puts his hoof back down to the floor as he then looks towards the window.

“I will make you proud, Father.” The pony said to himself. “I will bring honor to us all.”

Also, if you’re wondering why there were different kinds of creatures in Trottet, it’s because most of the kingdoms you’ll see in these trailers accept all kinds of creatures.
