If Discord wasn't reformed

"I have returned! Twilight Sparkle's coronation is today, and we're going to ruin it, with THIS artifact. But to succeed, you MUST work together!"

"Oh, way ahead of you Grogar."

Chrysalis spat changeling saliva at "Grogar", but he merely jumped out of the way quickly.

Lord Tirek then burst through the wall more stronger then ever, as Cozy Glow flew in with her new horn.

However, when they arrived, "Grogar" was missing.....

"Where did he go?" Cozy wondered.

However, before they could react, "Grogar" teleported behind them and knocked them back with his magic, as he held them all with it in a tight grip.

"You MORONS! Did you REALLY think I didn't anticipate your inevitable betrayal ahead of time?! You played right into my hands....."

The three villains could only gulp as they know that they bucked up.

"And the bell, you had it all this time? Perfect...." "Grogar" grinned evilly, as he took the bell from the other three.

He then blasted the bell with his magic, causing it to release some of the magic still inside into his being....

"Yes..... YES!!!" "Grogar" laughed maniacally as he unleashed some of his newfound powers throughout the lair.

"Uh, what's so funny Grogar?" Cozy wanted "Grogar" to share the joke.

"I'm, not, GROGAR!" Discord stated, as he unzipped his disguise. Earning several gasps from the villains as they had been played by the lord of chaos himself.

"You should all see the looks on your faces! It's.... Hissterical!" Discord exclaimed, as he took the form of a snake as he laughed hissterically.

"Discord! You've been masquerading as Grogar this whole time?!" Tirek lashed out at the spirit of disharmony for another betrayal.

"Oh come now! Did you seriously believe that it was the REAL Grogar?..... HAH HA HA! That old goat's been dead for centuries!"

"Golly! What are you gonna do to us?...."

"Well, since you three were kind enough to retrieve me his bell, I suppose I could let you three off the hook for now. But not without taking away some of his magic that you unfairly robbed of him."

"Hey! You took some of his magic! You hypocri-" Chrysalis was about to criticize, until Discord activated the bell and drained the three of all of their magic, leaving them to be weakened.....

"I KNOW." Discord smugly acknowledged, as he left the lair to cause the most chaos he's ever pulled off in a lifetime while laughing like a maniac who escaped from the asylum.....

Meanwhile.....

Princess Twilight was dealing with pre coronation nerves, as everypony was giving her and her friends weird looks and hiding in their houses.

However, nothing could prepare her for the terrible news she would receive yet, as a guard rushed in with absolutely terrible news.....

"Your highness! Discord has returned! And has regained all of his power!"

The mane six could only gasp in horror at this shocking news.

Later.....

"Because the tree of harmony has been destroyed, he is no longer weakened! And this 'bewitching' bell has made him more powerful then ever!"

"This is a disaster! Twilight, Luna, we need to make a plan before this ATROCITY happens!"

"How?! The elements of harmony are what defeated Discord to begin with! Without the elements, how are we supposed to turn him back to stone?!"

"Twi, don't you remember how we defeated Sombra? It isn't the physical trinkets that make us stronger, it's our friendship." Applejack assured Twilight.

"Yeah! Chaos god or not, we have something that he DOESN'T have!" Rainbow Dash boasted.

"You see? You never needed the elements, the true magic was within you and your friends all along. We believe in you, and always have." Celestia assured.

"Lean on your strengths, to counter your weaknesses."

"My strengths?" Twilight stared at her friends with a look of confidence.....

"Right, Spike! Send a letter to Starswirl! Tell him we need the pillars to guard the boarders of Canterlot. If Discord is coming for a fight, we'll have one waiting for him! And warn Cadance and Shining Armor, they're our last line of defense if we fail. The ultimate battle for the fate of Equestria, is coming!"

Meanwhile..........

"I can't believe I got double crossed by that amalgamated nuisance! AGAIN!" Tirek whined in fury.

"Hey! I thought I could trust him too! You're not the only one he played for a sucker you know!" Cozy snapped at the old Centaur.

"He played all of us Cozy, when we thought WE were the ones who were good at manipulation..... He proved us wrong....." Chrysalis seethed with envy......

"Well, what do we do now?......" Cozy asked her two teammates......

"Well, I'll tell you what I'm NOT going to do..... I am NOT going to let that conniving sneaky SCUM of a Draconequus get away with this!" Tirek roared.

"Yes! He may have taken our magic, but he has made one CRUCIAL mistake, using US in his plans....." Chrysalis schemed.

"And just HOW are we going to fight back?! We have no magic, and besides he is an all powerful chaos spirit of disharmony! What chance do WE have?!" Cozy snapped.

"Maybe no chance just the three of us..... But maybe if we make an..... Uneasy alliance......" Chrysalis resisted the urge to vomit just thinking about it, but they may have to work together with they're enemies to fight back against the lord of chaos.......

Meanwhile.........

"We've faced enemies of Equestria before, and we've always succeeded. That wouldn't be possible without all of you. So I ask for your help again today, in what is our biggest battle yet! All of Equestria is at stake. And I can't do this alone! But I'm not afraid, because with friendship as our armor, and teamwork as our power, nopony can ever bring us down!"

THUD!

"How, very, TOUCHING."

Discord dropped the pillars to the floor, as they all looked grey after being handled by the spirit of disharmony.

"But not enough to stop Equestria's reckoning of CHAOS." Discord stated, as he snapped his fingers, causing the throne room to turn upside down, as everyone fell down still affected by gravity.

Discord begun decorating the room with animate portraits of himself, suits of armor that danced idly on their pedestals, flying sheep that baa'd throughout the room, and cake that landed in the princess's faces.

"Stand down, DISCORD." Celestia warned.

"Well, I would but..... I have a brand new toy to play with!" Discord stated, as he pulled out the bell and drained Celestia and Luna of their magic, as Twilight gasped in horror.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Oh, don't act so surprised, this isn't the first time those so called 'princesses' failed to stand for themselves." Discord mocked the distress friendship princess.

"And THIS isn't the first time we retaliate! NOW!" Twilight called to her friends to sneak up on Discord.

However, Discord saw this coming and duplicated himself a hundred times, overwhelming the mane six with his numbers.

They begun to turn into a fan and blow away the mane six to the back of the throne room, keeping them from fighting back.

Satisfied, Discord's duplicates disappeared leaving only one once again, as Twilight formed a shield to protect her friends from any further damage.

"You just don't get it do you? The pillars are all washed up, your school has been DESTROYED. Face it Twilight, YOU LOST."

"You can attack us, and we may fall. But we will stand together, united in friendship. And we won't stop until we defeat you, no matter how many ponies you take down!"

Discord could only laugh hysterically, as she didn't realize his true plans....

"Didn't you all see that something was amiss in Equestria? I've been busy....."

Twilight and the others were confused on what he was talking about.....

"Didn't you ever wondered why Sombra returned only recently? I had a hand in it. In fact, I rounded up several other villains posing as the ancient ram of legend himself, to goad them into working together to defeat you once and for all. Together, they got me his Bewitching Bell, DESTROYED your pathetic Summer Sun party, and begun spreading lies and rumors throughout ALL of Equestria! Making all Earth pony, Unicorn, and Pegasi, HATE EACH OTHER."

The ponies all gasped at Discord's true intentions.

"And to think, I didn't even need to raise a CLAW to bring disharmony to Equestria! Now if you'll excuse me, I think it's time to add one, finishing, TOUCH."

Discord turned around, and blasted a GIANT hole throughout the center of the castle, as it begun to collapse.

"Chaos is a wonderful thing, but do you know what's even more wonderful?...... REVENGE."

Twilight gasped as Discord destroyed the shield protecting her and her friends.

"Revenge on you, revenge on the princesses, and revenge on EVERYPONY WHO REJECTED MY CHAOS!"

Twilight's eyes widened in horror as Discord lifted her with his magic, and he was just about to snap his fingers to do something horrible, until a boulder was tossed at him.

Twilight looked back and saw Rarity sweating after she tossed it with her magic.

Discord got up, and proceeded to fire at the ponies, before Twilight ran and the ponies raised a rock to shield them from his blast.

"Go Twilight! Get help!"

"No! I can't leave you here!"

"It's our only chance!"

"You'll come up with something to save the day!"

"You always do!"

"We believe in you!"

Twilight just barely teleported out of the castle before the rock was blasted by Discord's magic...........
