Equestria Girls: Heatwave in Cyberspace

After realizing what was happening, The CyberLab scientists told the girls, their pets and the two Spikes the story of how Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon viruses came along.

“Alright, since it has come to this, I guess we’ll tell you.” The employee said. “Does the names “Principal Celestia” and “Vice Principal Luna” including “Princess Celestia” and “Princess Luna” mean anything to you?

“Yeah. She’s our school principal in CHS.” Rainbow Dash answered.

“As for Princesses Celestia and Luna. They’re my and Princess Twilight’s former mentors.” Sunset replied.

“Well, it’s time we tell you the story.” The scientist began.

On Friday (the same day the tweens and Button Mash went to Cyberspace), Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna were filing the school’s reports when their phones began buzzing.

“Wait, what the?!” Principal Celestia said

“What’s going on?!” Vice Principal Luna said. “I hope it’s not one of these prank phone calls.”

They pick up their phones only to be met with buzzing as they were confused. Just when they thought it was a prank call, they were about to hang up until their phones gave them an electrical shock that had them dissolve into cubes and pulled through the cameras of their phones!

“WHOA!!!!!” they cried.

While they were flying through the tube, their bodies start glowing a black light (except their heads and necks) as the tube spills out the green digital streaming Matrix codes on the black light as everything was black, causing the two adults to black out and become unconscious after a crazy wild ride from being sucked in through their phones.

Once the principals end up in Cyberspace, they immediately notice that their bodies have changed into cyber jumpsuits.

• Principal Celestia - orange jumpsuit with Daybreaker’s face on the belly
• Vice Principal Luna - a dark blue jumpsuit and a dark black/purple shirt over it with Nightmare Moon’s face on her belly. Her hair also got a drastic change in color!

They also have collars that have their cutie marks as tags.

“Hey, Luna, are you alright?” Principal Celestia asked.

“Yeah, but where are we and what are we wearing?” Vice Principal Luna replied looking at their new bodies and tried to take off the suits but to no avail.

“Hey, there’s someone on your belly.” Principal Celestia said.

“Yours too!” Vice Principal Luna replied.

Before they could say anything else, a stream of shadows suddenly enveloped them and turned them into the Daybreaker and Nightmare Moon viruses.

“Ha ha ha ha! We’ve picked the perfect vessels for our hosts, two principals!” Daybraker virus chuckled in triumph.

“Now we can start our vengeance for our friends who got attacked by humans from the real world!” Nightmare virus said.

“Wait, who are you?!” Principal Celestia asked.

“What do you want with us?! Just let us go!” Vice Principal Luna cried.

“Sorry, but you’ll be stuck with us for a while.” The viruses said in unison.

“...and that’s what happened. These viruses possessed your principals from your school based on the villains that you, Princess Twilight and your pony friends from Equestria defeated, including Starlight.” The employee explained as the story ended.

The Rainbooms, Princess Twilight, Trixie, Starlight and the two Spikes were immediately scared. Even their pets yelped in worry.

‘OMG…” Sunset said.

“No, way…” Trixie responded.

“I’m guessing that our Principals are in danger from two viruses and the tweens are in big trouble. That explains the big heatwave!” Sci-Twi responded.

“But what about our sisters?! I’m worried for them!” Rarity said, looking worried about Sweetie Belle.

“Same here, we gotta save them!” said Applejack, who is worried about Apple Bloom; they were more distraught.

“You just tell me where these tweens are, including Button Mash!” Rarity demanded.

“I’d be much obliged. Cause, these medals have teleporters that can transport you to your location, which is actually… The hideout! Our scientists have tracked down where the kids are at (in the hideout), locked in the destination on the metals.”

“Thanks.” Sunset replied. “Girls, let’s armor up!”

“Yeah!” Sci-Twi and Princess Twilight said in unison.

“I’m in!” Rainbow said

“Gladly.” Applejack said.

“This is my favorite part!” Pinkie said gleefully.

“The Great and Powerful Trixie is ready for action!” Trixie said.

“I’m so pumped up… for this.” Starlight said.

“Cyberspace Armors of Magic…” Sci-Twi and Princess Twilight said in unison.

“Cyberspace Armor of Loyalty…” Rainbow said.

“Cyberspace Armor of Honesty…” Applejack said.

“Cyberspace Armor of Laughter…” Pinkie said.

“Cyberspace Armor of Kindness…” Fluttershy said.

“Cyberspace Armor of Forgiveness and Empathy…” Sunset said.

“Cyberspace Armor of Justice…” Starlight said.

“Cyberspace Armor of Illusion…” Trixie said.

“ACTIVATE!” The girls yelled in unison.

Then, the girls held their medals, pushing the Cyberspace Armor button, causing a flash of light to appear to engulf them, starting the whole transformation sequence. The pieces of their armor are placed on their Cyberspace bodies/suits, from their feet, their thighs, their hands and all over their cyberspace bodies. similar to that of the Power Rangers/Super Sentai franchise (Time Force, SPD, RPM and Beast Morphers), while Dog Spike has transformed into his robotic form.

They all teleport out to the hideout as the CEO wishes them good luck.

“Good Luck, my friends. Only you can save us.” The CEO said.

At the hideout, the CMCs, Diamond, Silver, Snips, Snails and Button tried to figure out why it was suddenly getting hot but they couldn’t come up with anything.

“Okay, do you want to know why it's so HOT here?” Diamond said. “And do you think it's affecting my cyber body?”

“Summer might have been over, but we don’t know what’s happening!” Silver responded.

“Same here, but what might have been causin’ this?” Apple Bloom asked.

“I don’t know.” Snails responded.

“Me neither.” Snips responded.

“According to my calculations, there’s no info on what has caused this.” Button said.

“If only Rainbow Dash were here, she’d be able to fix this.” Scootaloo said.

“Same as my sister! Then, we’d be relieved to see us come to the rescue.” Sweetie responded.

But before they could talk more, they all see a cloud of binary code to see that the group of ten Armored Cyber Equestria Girls have emerged and landed.

The kids immediately backed away, fearing that they’re strangers.

“Okay, who are you people?!” Apple Bloom cried.

“Are you some kind of mysterious robots?” Scootaloo said.

“What do you want from us?!” Sweetie Belle asked, backing away. “Whatever you do, don’t hurt us!”

“Whoa, Sweetie Belle, you don’t recognize your own sister, huh?” Rarity replied from her armor via the helmet speaker system.

“Yeah, Apple Bloom, it’s also me!” Applejack said, from their armor via helmet speaker system. “And these are our friends, we’re all wearing cyberspace armor!”

“Whoa!!!!” The CMCs said in awe unjust as dog Spike’s robotic form emerged from behind the girls.

“...and who is that little purple/green robot?!” Snips asked.

“Whatever it is, he looks very friendly.” Snails responded.

“Who are you calling a little robot? I’m a dog in the body of a robot that can transform into three modes: a robot dog, a dragon dog and a humanoid robot form mixed with my other forms! It’s me, Spike!” Dog Spike said.

They were all happy to see that someone had come to find them, but there wasn’t time for a happy reunion.

“Alright, It’s time we take you guys back to Cyberlab, cause, the CEO needs some explanation about what happened.” Sunet ordered.

“Why, why do you want to know what has happened?” asked Diamond, looking confused.

Suddenly, the Rainbooms, Trixie and Starlight’s medals project a hologram of the CEO of CyberLab.

“Your medals also have a capture/storage technology. All you have to do is point their medals at those in front of them and have them stored in the void within the medals.” The CEO instructed.

“Hmm? What’s that?” Button asked.

The Rainbooms, Starlight and Trixie began holding their medals towards them. What happened next is a vacuum of binary code and wind that had the tweens and Button Mash pulled into the medals.

“WHOA!!!!!” They exclaimed as they got pulled in.

The kids who were sucked into the medals end up in a storage space of optical disc orbs and rom-drives.

“Okay, where are we and what’s going on?!” Diamond asked. “What is this place?!”

“Don’t worry, everything’s going to be okay.” The mysterious voice said. With that, they all teleport back to the CyberLab Industries building.

Once at the building, the kids are released as well as Princess Twilight and Equestria Spike. The kids were already captivated by the designs.

“Whoa! Look at all the equipment!” Snips and Snails exclaimed in excitement.

“We can’t believe our eyes.” The CMCs said in unison.

“Oh, please. I have seen better. This is like science class. Are we in school?” Diamond snickered as Silver nodded.

“Perhaps I’ll give you kids a tour of CyberLab industries.” a scientist said, just as the kids were ready for the tour of the building.

“We’ll be tour assistants as well.” Sunset said from her armor helmet speaker as the rest of the armored girls and robot Spike agreed.

They were all shown all types of features: the travel tubes, the armor displays, the labs and a digital battle arena simulator. They were all surprised and in awe at each feature of the CyberLab building.

“Whoa! I never thought we would end up here!” Scootaloo said.

“That brings us to our final stop: the main lab. That’s where you’ll go through lab tests and research that may or may not give you cyberspace armor, just like your sisters and her friends there.” the scientist explained as they all walked to the lab where Equestria Spike and the pets were stored.

The kids were already pumped up about joining the girls on their newest Cyberspace adventure.

“We’re in!” The CMCs, Silver and Button Mash cheered in unison.

“It is our first fight against evil! This is going to be sweet!” Snips exclaimed.

“I couldn’t agree more.” Snails replied.

Diamond Tiara was feeling a little nervous.

“Uh, I don’t know. We didn’t exactly sign up for any lab tests.” Diamond whispered, feeling nervous as her emotion sensors acted up.

Her rings glowed orange, spun and her chest has a big pixelated heart beeping to a whump-whump sounds that are filling the air. She is sweating nervously of course.

“Oh, no! Not this again!” Diamond shouts, panicking as the heart begins to beat faster.

“Whoa! Just calm down, Diamond. We don’t want to overload ourselves. Just calm down and think about the armor. Okay?” Silver instructed in a calm manner as Diamond looked at the armored girls and robot Spike as they all nodded, encouraging Diamond to indeed calm herself down.

Diamond has stood still, taken deep breaths and has calmed down, feeling that her sensors are becoming stable again as the heart and sweat begin to disappear.

“You’re right. Let’s go get that armor.” Diamond cheered as the scientist nodded.

“I’m glad to hear it.” The scientist replied.

“Before you all get started, you’re gonna need these.” Fluttershy said as the scientist brought out a line of clothing.

To protect their augmented bodies during the experiments, they were issued sleek black spandex bikinis, a necessary layer to maintain the integrity of their cyber enhancements.

Scootaloo, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Button Mash found the outfits fitting and were ready in no time. They stood confidently, their forms gleaming under the lab’s fluorescent lights. Meanwhile, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, Snips and Snails were less enthusiastic.

Diamond Tiara adjusted her bikini uncomfortably. “Ugh, another layer on top of our cyberskin? It’s bad enough that everyone can see every detail of my curves in this second-skin suit!” she groaned.

Silver Spoon sighed, pushing her glasses up her nose. “Agreed. But at least we’re prepared.”

Snips and Snails exchanged awkward glances. “Why do we have to wear these too? We’re boys! This feels...weird, it feels like we’re crossdressing.” Snips muttered.

“Just deal with it,” Scootaloo called over her shoulder. “We’ve got tests to pass and they aren’t going to wait for you to get comfortable.”

Reluctantly, the four sighed in relief while adjusting their suits and lined up with the others as the tests began.
