Everything was seemingly fine in Ponyville when suddenly, a lilac colored unicorn appeared out of nowhere in a flash of light, and alongside her, was a Digimon that was clearly stone based.

"And here we are: Ponyville, latest residence of the pony you saw three years ago." The digimon said.

"Th-that was kind of disorienting..." The Lilac Unicorn said. "Are you even sure this is where they are?"

"Positive. There's only one amber unicorn that I know of in Equestria, and they live here in Ponyville." The Digimon said.

"...My request was specifically to take me to the amber unicorn in question." Starlight said.

"Well, she's currently in this library in front of us." The digimon said. "I'm not strong enough to use the Digital Railway indoors. Only a Champion level digimon can deal with using that warp for indoor places." The digimon said.

"That...sounds like an unfair advantage." Starlight said.

"It's limited that way because this one Rookie Level Digimon warped a pony into a bathtub; making the pony who was already in the bathtub file for a lawsuit. As a result, both Empress Alli and Princess Celestia made it so only Champion Level Digimon can use the Digital Railway indoors." The Digimon said.

"Seems like it's unfair that the one digimon ruined it for every other rookie digimon." Starlight said.

"Well, not much for it. That whole thing happened two years ago." The Digimon said. The digimon accompanied the Lilac Unicorn into the Library.

"Oh, I don't think I've seen you around before." Twilight said.

The Lilac Unicorn was staring at Sunset. "...Can I help you?" Sunset asked.

"S-sorry. It's just...you look like Sunburst's Twin..." The unicorn said. "Forgive me, my name is Starlight Glimmer and--"

"Back up..." Sunset said. "Did you just mention Sunburst?"

"Y-yeah, that's right." Starlight answered.

"Then, would he have happened to nickname you, Glim-Glam?" Sunset asked.

"While I'm not sure how that's important, that is what he usually called me." Starlight Said.

"So, then it was a pony he was talking about the day before he went missing!" Sunset said.

"Wait, Sunburst is missing?" Starlight asked.

"Yeah. He's been missing for over three years now. No pony; or even the digimon; have seen where he's vamoosed to." Sunset said. "I'm Sunburst's older half-sister, Sunset Shimmmer."

"Wow, after all this time, a clue of some kind." Twilight said.

"If...you were hoping I would know where Sunburst is...I'm afraid I don't know any more then you do..." Starlight said.

"Oh..." Sunset said. "Let me guess, you haven't heard from him since our mom decided to enroll him in Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns without his permission?"

"Well...I guess as his mother...she wouldn't need his permission." Starlight said.

"...That may be so, but...geez, now I'm really beating myself up." Sunset said.

"Why would you be beating yourself up?" Starlight asked.

Sunset sighed. "Because the day before we went missing, I was having a fight with him over you. Now that I know it was a pony he was wishing was at the school with him, I just feel so...so stupid..." The amber unicorn said.

"I...doubt it's all your fault..." Starlight said.

"Well, I'm still going to find him. One way or another, I have to." Sunset said. "Because now, I got two reasons to find him: You, and my mom."

"I just wish there could be a lead or something." Twilight said. "I wonder though, if there's a chance he's left Equestria's borders entirely."

"If that's the case, I may never find him..." Sunset said.

"Well, don't give up; something's gotta turn up sooner or later." Twilight said.

"...Thanks Twilight." Sunset said.

"Forgive the later introduction, I'm Twilight Sparkle." Twilight said. "And I have a feeling, your going to get something special."

"Well...I suppose I could move to Ponyville. At least, I found some pony related to Sunburst." Starlight said.

"Yeah, Ponyville gets tons of Ponys who come and go all the time. So, something's bound to turn up. At least, that's what I've noticed." Twilight said.

The noise of a shower being turned off was heard, and then Marina entered. "Just so you know, I'm done with the--" Marina then laid eyes on the Digimon that was with Starlight. "...Oh, hello Gammo."

"What the--WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE?!" The digimon with Starlight exclaimed.

Alli suddenly popped in. "Hey sis, just thought you might want to--oh..." She looked at the scene. "...Guess it's a little too late to tell you Gammo's around Ponyville..."

"Empress Alli, what in the void is Marina doing outside of prison?!" Gammo exclaimed.

"Geez, how far out of the loop have you been Gammo? I've been out of prison for three whole years now." Marina said.

"Marina wanted to make an attempt to be a proper sister towards me. So far, she hasn't done anything I wouldn't approve of." Alli said.

"Y-you can't seriously be trusting Marina of all things. Have you forgotten what she and your mother did to you?" Gammo asked.

"...How could I forget..." Marina said. "Seriously, looking back on that now, I wasn't really a good sister back then huh?"

"Hey, you've gotten better since then sis. You've even got a boyfriend now." Alli said.

"Empress Alli, you can't trust her. I beg of you, throw her back into jail before she hurts someone; whether they be pony or Digimon, or whatever else." Gammo said.

"Kind of too late for that, since I did approve of her for dealing with a bit of a mean griffon problem that was going on here." Alli said.

"You can't be serious; you actually allowed her to hurt someone on purpose?!" Gammo exclaimed.

"Hey, if I didn't, that Griffon was going to do something to one of the ponies here; and a fairly gentle one at that." Marina said. "So don't get on your high horse."

"I-I seriously can't believe you believe such an obvious lie." Gammo said.

"It's not a lie. I watched the feeds." Alli said.

"Grr..." Gammo was clearly frustrated. "The feeds could've easily been tampered with. I wouldn't put above this...this abomination to do such a thing."

"That's enough Gammo. Continue to push this avenue, and I will ban you from Digital Capital. I will not allow this badgering of my own sister to continue; so unless you have proof she's actually done something illegal, you will cease throwing baseless accusation at Marina at once. Do I make myself clear?" Alli asked, though it was more like a command.

"...Fine. You've made yourself crystal clear." Gammo said. "I'll back off for now, but when I do find proof of Marina's Illigal activity; and I know I will; then you'll see how I was right the whole time." Gammo then left the Library.

"I would like to apologize to you three; I didn't mean to get Gammo worked up like that." Marina said to the three ponies.

"It's not your fault, Gammo's the one at fault here." Twilight said.

"Yeah, that was more so on his part." Sunset said.

"...So, what even did you do to your sister that makes Gammo so distrusting of you anyways?" Starlight asked.

"For the sake of your innocence, it's better that you don't know." Alli said.

"Heh...yeah what my sis said." Marina said.

What Dilerance and Marina did to Alli is meant to be up to the reader's imagination; so please do not ask me what it is they did, because I will not tell you, and it will never be revealed as part of this story. Part of the appeal of it is it never being delved into.
