Storm King in the legion of doom

Pieces of smashed statue laid on the Canterlot grounds. Nopony really stepped on it, so it wasn't disposed of by the authorities.

However, the pieces were suddenly taken by an aura of magic that carried it to an unknown location.....

Later.....

Lord Tirek and Cozy Glow found themselves in a dark cave, as they turned around they saw the obsidian statue of the Storm King himself, which was suddenly turned into the real Storm King.

"GASP, Augh! My back! Everything hurts! Ugh.... Finally! Back to my old self again!" Storm King was relieved, as he turned to the company present in the room.

"A storm creature?" Tirek spoke in curiosity.

"Umm, that's the Storm KING to you buddy, now why did you bring me back?" Storm King interrogated the two other villains.

"Oh golly! We didn't revive you, I thought you freed us from Tartarus." Cozy gave a cute smile, hoping to be spared from the Storm King's wrath.

"Tartarus? You mean that icky dungeon where all the monsters go? Yeah it wasn't me." Storm King stated, as they all suddenly heard evil laughter coming from the top of a rock.

As the smoke dispersed, it then transformed into the form of King Sombra himself.

"King Sombra? You have returned?" Tirek acknowledged the Umbrum in front of them.

"So it was YOU who bought us here?" Storm King interrogated.

"He didn't." An old, booming voice answered.

They all turned to see an blue, old goat who walked over to the table.

"It was I. You may call me, GROGAR." The one who claimed to be spoke, as Tirek gasped in amazement.

"I thought you were a legend!"

"I've heard of you!" Sombra said out of nowhere.

"Who?"

"Yeah I'm with the kiddo on this one, who?" Storm King didn't know who Grogar was either.

"I assure you, I am very real. And you have all been bought here as part of MY plan to rid Equestria of Twilight Sparkle and her friends! Once and for all." The ancient ram of legend stated, letting out a laugh that could send fear into any creature.

"I am so sorry, but the name Grofar? That just doesn't ring any bells."

"GROGAR!!! I have been away too long if my name no longer strikes fear into the heart of one so tiny, or an uncultured MONKEY like you."

"Hey!" Storm King was a gasped by this old goats disrespect.

"Perhaps a demonstration of power is in order?" "Grogar" begun to emit a pulse of magic that radiated from the horns, which Tirek caught and devoured, allowing him to gain more power and grow a couple inches.

Tirek observed his new biceps, then kissed one of them.

"Grogar is ancient and extremely powerful. The land that would become Equestria, was a mere collection of farms and pastures until he declared himself emperor of all he saw. I remember hearing tales of his tyranny when I was young."

"I have also heard of the first emperor of Equestria, the father of monsters."

"I gave life to the foulest of creatures, and allowed them to run wild, taking what they wanted and destroying the rest. My reign was a glorious fear soaked epoch of darkness in Equestria......"

"Wait wait wait wait! So you ruled the land for some time before you suddenly, just..... Stopped?" Storm King questioned the goat's absence until now.

"That self righteous Gusty the Great stole my bewitching Bell! But it only weakened me temporarily......"

"Umm, Tirek is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly old. No offense you look great. But, if he knew about you when he was young, we have super different ideas on what temporarily means...."

"SILENCE!!! I've spent millennia gathering power, biding my time, waiting for the perfect opportunity to seize control of Equestria! And watching all of you, I've seen each of your humiliating defeats at the hooves of six puny ponies! And do you know why they've always bested you?"

Sombra was about to speak, until Storm King PUSHED him out of the way.

"Because they're overpowered!"

"Because they are annoyingly lucky...."

"I'm just a kid, so...."

"It is because they work together. Where one is weak, another is strong, and thus unified, they are a formidable force. But we shall use their own strategy to defeat them...."

"And what is your proposition Grampa?" Storm King mocked.

"I propose nothing..... I DEMAND that you join me! And together, Equestria will be ours."

"I don't do "ours", I only do MINE!!! I will take back the crystal empire on my own! And I will destroy anypony who gets in MY way."

"Such confidence. Go, TRY to take back your kingdom, I shall send you there myself. If you prevail, you may keep it. But when you fail you will submit to ME."

"And if I refuse this, DEAL?..."

"Then I shall return you to the darkness from which you were summoned..."

"Fine. But this is a waste of time, as I will crush those who defy me! I will defeat all who get in my way! I-"

"I advise the rest of you to prepare to work together!"

"Well, working together sounds an awful lot like making friends..... So.... You two are in luck because I know all about that!"

"pfft! Making friends is for losers! I didn't build an empire and conquered hundreds by befriending everyone I saw." Storm King scoffed.

"Indeed! Friendship is a weakness, it restrains you from your full potential and makes you obey the whim of your so called 'friend'." Tirek agreed with the Storm King's ill conceived views on friendship.

"But friendship is power! The more friends you have, the more pawns who will do ANYTHING for you." Cozy retaliated.

"Maybe to a naive little pipsqueak like you, but I don't buy it. And personally, I don't trust this.... Grogar character, I mean, uniting a rag tag band of criminals and monsters like us to defeat those cute little ponies sounds fun, but I mean, there's just some smell to him that doesn't sit right with me..." Storm King commented on "Grogar's" hygiene.

"Smell?" Tirek asked.

"Yeah you don't smell it? My kind has evolved to have an acute sense of smell, and he smells AWFUL...." Storm King stated, as he plugged his nose.

"Well, we should still work together so we have a better chance at winning! Come on! Whose with me?" Cozy asked the other two villains, as they both groaned in annoyance.

"Come on! I can get the three of us to be working together in no time! All we have to do is-"

Three hours later.....

"Now I'll say something nice about Centaurs. Tirek, you say something nice about storm creatures. And Storm King, you say something nice about ponies!"

"HAH HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!...... Oh, you're serious." Storm King made fun, as "Grogar" entered the room.

"Let us hope the three of you will be enough for my plans....."

"And what of King what's-it's-face?" Storm King already forgot Sombra's name.

"Did he succeed?"

"HAH! I'd say he gambled, and LOST. But at least he can serve as a warning to those who doubt continuing with my plans, unless any of you have doubts...."

"Uhh, not I."

"Umm, no....?"

"I'm good!"

"Then we shall join forces, and work together to bring Equestria to it's knees!"

"Grogar" begun to laugh maniacally, as the other three joined in out of fear....

However, the Storm King knew there was something up with this..... "Grogar", and he was going to get to the bottom of it....
