“It happened one month ago.” Said Maud Pie as she’ll tell The Rainbooms the story about her 1st meeting with the Cyber Sleuth. “Wait…” She pulled out her pet rock, Boulder, from her pocket. “Boulder would like to hear this as well, he met a very interesting living rock.” She said which confused them, but Pinkie was.

“A living rock! This I got to hear!” Yelled Pinkie happily.

“When I wanted to show my theory of mineral history to the Elemental College of my choice, I was completing my document about minerals and Mudbriar was working on his document about wood.” She explained which confused Pinkie.

“Who’s Mudbriar?” she asked.

“My boyfriend.” Answered Maud Pie which made Pinkie’s jaw drop and her hair deflated.

“WWWWWHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAATTTT!?!?!?!?!?” She screamed as Pinkie crawled to her sister. “WHY HAVEN’T YOU TELL ME ABOUT THIS?!” She said as she grabbed Maud’s shirt.

“I wanted to surprise you last.” She said as Pinkie looked at her.

“You mean you told-”

“Mother, Father, Limestone & Marble.” She answered as she patted Pinkie’s head. “I wanted to surprise you when I was ready.” She said, Pinkie made a dramatic, yet silly faint.

“Uh…” Said Sunset “Can we hear about the Cyber Sleuth, please?” She asked as Maud got up and sat on the ground with Pinkie on her lap and Boulder on Pinkie’s hair.

“Of course.” Maud continued to tell her story.

FLASHBACK, 1 MONTH AGO
Maud was in the library of the Elemental College, typing her knowledge and resources on minerals and rocks with Boulder next to the keyboard. “Well Boulder, what do you think? Should I add more or it’s enough” Maud Pie asked her pet rock.

“…”

“(Dull Tone) What do you think, Twiggy?” Maud looked up to see in front of her, a teenager with a stoic-expression with Moderate and grayish gamboge hair and yellowish gray skin, looking down on a small stick on a tissue made pillow.

“…”

“You are correct. I'll add the theory that petrified wood should be considered wood.” Said the young man as Maud listened to him.

“Despite the wood materials being completely turned into completely mineral materials.” Answered Maud as the unknown teenager looked ahead of him as both of their eyes met.

“Greetings, I am Mudbriar.”

“Hello, I am Maud Pie.”

“That’s how you met?!” Yelled Rarity in shock.

“Correct.” Said Maud “We both gave our opinions on petrified wood whether it should be considered rock or wood. It felt like a crystal whose purity of an orderly lattice.” She answered as Pinkie still looked shocked while the others couldn’t answer what she said.

“So… romantic…” spoke Rarity in a happy, yet confused expression.

Later
Maud and Mudbriar had their pets meet each other as they both smiled. “I’ve never seen Boulder this excited to meet someone who isn’t a rock.” She said happily (In her own expression).

“Nor I seen Twiggy.” Said Mudbriar happily (In his own expression) “I tried to find him a playmate of over 100 types of sticks, but I believe he found a playmate that he can be with.” He explained. Maud and Mudbriar turned to each other until…

“AAAHHHH!!!” They both turned to see a student on the laptop, a few steps away from them.

“SSSSHHHH!!!” Shushed the librarian

“Sorry! But my documents… they’re gone!” She yelled in horror as another person screamed outside the library.

“My research data!” He yelled “IT'S BEEN STOLEN!!!” Maud and Mudbriar looked at each other and checked the computers they were using, to discover their research documents were gone.

“(Monotone Screaming) No…” They screamed quietly in an emotionless way.

“Your documents were stolen?!” Yelled Twilight in shock.

“Yes…” Said Maud Pie sadly, “I’ve been writing my document for 4 years.” She said “All been stolen. Taken from me as our Family’s Ancestor Holder Cobblestone retrieved a boulder from a dragon’s nest.” Maud explained Pinkie was horrified while her friends didn’t know how to react to it.

“And then you and Mudbriar called the Cyber Sleuth?” Fluttershy asked.

“No.” Reply Maud “We learn about him from a little kid who was stealing fish & chips.” She answered which confused them.

Maud shed a single tear as Mudbriar wiped it from her eye. “This is a heart-wrenching event.” Said Mudbriar.

“Hmm-mmm.” She spoke.

“Awww… ain’t you just a sad couple.” They turned to see a little kid in a trench coat, with a beanie eating a bucket with fish & chips in it.

“Technically, we are not a couple.” Said Mudbriar.

“And ‘Ain’t’ is not a word.” Said Maud Pie.

“Well sorry but I’m not here for knowledge, mostly mooching this Elemental College’s food.” He said as he ate up an entire fish fry.

“Who are you?” asked Mudbriar.

“Uh… call me Lucifer.” He said as they both raised their brows.

“Uh… please explain why you are here, Lucifer?” asked Maud.

“I’m mostly doing my job.” He said as he pulled out some flyers he had in his backpack “Had to hide out because I placed them on the faculty cars.” He said he dropped two of the flyers near them. They both pick them up and read them.

“‘Have a crime committed online?’” Said Maud Pie.

“‘Hire the Cyber Sleuth at once!’” Said Mudbriar as they both looked at Lucifer.

“Cyber Sleuth?” They both asked.

“Yep. The Cyber Sleuth guarantees your case will be completed, no questions asked.” Said Lucifer.

“But how-”

“(Demonic Voice) I SAID NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!” Lucifer repeated it, which surprised them by his sudden change in his voice tone.

“But how can we trust him?” asked Maud which made Lucifer snicker.

“Trust is a big thing, but he has the trust of the chief of the Canterlot Police & the head of the Investigations Department. If that isn’t enough, then I have records of his work.” He said which made them look at each other and looked down at Lucifer.

“Can he… bring our documents back?” asked Mudbriar.

“Back when your autosave happened.” Answer Lucifer.

“THERE HE IS!!!” all three of them turned to see security “The food thief and intruder!” He yelled as Lucifer grabbed a library book and threw it at them.

“You’ll never catch me alive!!!” He yelled as he threw it at a security guard’s crotch.

“GAAHHH!” He screamed as Lucifer jumped through the window.

“SO LONG SUCKERS!!!” Lucifer laughed as he escaped.

“Get that brat!” Screamed one of the security guards as most of them ran after Lucifer while one limped because of the pain. Both Maud and Mudbriar looked at each other and thought about it.

“HE JUMPED OUT OF THE WINDOW OF THE LIBRARY!” Screamed Twilight in shock as Maud nodded her head as Sunset got up.

“Do you still have the flyer?” She asked as Maud nodded. “Can we have it?”

“You Pinkie Promise not to cause any sorts of harm or trouble to The Cyber Sleuth?” Asked Maud as all but Maud turned to Rainbow Dash.

“Rainbow…” They all said as she crossed her arms.

“FINE! But I want to know what he did that we couldn’t!” She complained as Pinkie looked at her sister.

“When will we get to the talking rock?” she asked.

“Soon.” Said Maud “We called him, and his appearance was odd but technically, he wears those to hide his identity from criminal associates.” She explained as they remembered what VP Luna said about his work attire.

Maud Pie and Mudbriar viewed The Cyber Sleuth doing his work. “Hmmm…” He said as he examined the laptop. “I believe that I have discovered something within this computer.” He said which made Maud & Mudbriar check behind him.

“What is it?” asked Mudbriar.

“A hidden program within this computer that takes non-students’ documents from here and their personal devices.” He explained which made them mad.

“(Unemotional tone) Who would do this?” Said Mudbriar.

“(Unemotional tone) And why?” Asked Maud as The Cyber Sleuth try to find out who made this until…

“That doesn’t sound good.” Said The Cyber Sleuth as he got off the chair as the lights in the library started flashing and the computer screens were showing massive amounts of code. “Oh no…” He said as a portal with numbers and letters appeared.

“What…” Said both Maud & Mudbriar as they were both pulled in, along with The Cyber Sleuth.

“WHOA!!!” Screamed The Cyber Sleuth.

“You were all sucked into a portal!” Yelled Sunset.

“I believe it was a portal, but The Cyber Sleuth said it was an illusion created by the flashing lights within the library.” Said Maud Pie

“Yes… that’s true.” Said Twilight “Flicker light stimulation can induce short-term alterations in consciousness including hallucinatory color perception and geometric patterns.”

“In English, please.” Said Rainbow Dash.

“The lights tricked her eyes.” Fluttershy answered.

“Wait… so… what you saw was a big fat fake!” Said Rainbow who sighs. “LAME!!!”

“It felt real.” Said Maud “Also the friends Mudbriar and I made healed Boulder & Twiggy when they got hurt.” She said, which made Pinkie gasp in horror.

“Boulder got hurt?!” She yelled as she checked Boulder with a magnifying glass “I see no cracks on him.” Said Pinkie with a sigh as she kissed Boulder. “I’m thankful for your new friends.” She handed Maud Boulder back to her. “What’s your friend's name?” she asked. “And where do they live?” She asked as Applejack cleared her throat.

“Uh… what happened after that portal?” She asked as Maud continued her story.

Maud and Mudbriar woke up in a strange location. The Cyber Sleuth looked around and turned to them. “Oh dear… this is bad.” He said as they looked at him.

“Where are we?” Asked Mudbriar as Maud checked the ground and looked a bit scared.

“The ground isn’t made of any kind of earth?” She said as Mudbriar looked around to see no trees and saw there were only platforms, walls and pillars that were made of code, over a bottomless pit of darkness.

“Mr. Sleuth…” Mudbriar started to feel scared. “What is this?” He asked as The Cyber Sleuth summoned a hologram keyboard and screens appeared before him as he typed to examine the area.

“I’m afraid I cannot tell you without giving you a mental breakdown, but I will say that we’re still at the library of the Elemental College.” Explained The Cyber Sleuth as they looked at him.

“But where are we?” asked Maud.

*GROANED*

They turned to the sound of the groaning as The Cyber Sleuth ran to the sound, checked behind a wall and gasped. “Oh dear…” he said as he bent down. “I need some aid! We have injured victims!” He yelled as Maud and Mudbriar walked to check and looked surprised to see a creature made of rocks and a creature made of wood with dents and wounds which terrified them.

“Abuse to sticks…” Said Mudbriar

“Abuse to rocks…” said Maud Pie as The Cyber Sleuth pulled out a spray bottle.

“Can you both help them up?” He asked, “I’ll heal them up with this medical spray.” Explained The Cyber Sleuth as they nodded as they helped them up as he sprayed them both as their wounds, damage and dents vanished as they both opened their eyes and gasped at The Cyber Sleuth & the humans holding them.

“AAAHHH!!!” They both backed away.

“Wait!” Said The Cyber Sleuth “We found you both hurt! Please… trust us…” He said they both looked scared but smiled.

“(Girl’s voice) I’m Woodmon.” Said the tree branch creature.

“(Boy’s voice) And I’m Gotsumon!” Said the rock creature.

“Woodmon?” Spoke Rarity & Fluttershy.

“Gotsumon?” Spoke Twilight & Sunset.

“Why do they have ‘mon’ at the end of their names?” Asked Rainbow as Pinkie looked surprised.

“Do you have a picture?” Asked Pinkie as Maud shook her head.

“Any picture we tried to take was pixelated.” Explained Maud as she showed her phone which Twilight checked to see the pictures were pixelated.

“What the?” She said which made little sense on why it was pixelated.

“So… Woodmon and Gutsomon?” Repeated Applejack.

“Gotsumon.” Maud corrected her.

“Right… what are they?” She asked as Maud placed her finger on her lips.

“I cannot tell you nor anyone else except for Maud Briar & The Cyber Sleuth.” She said which made Rainbow snapped.

“WHAT?!”

“I made a Pinkie Promise.” She explained which made Rainbow growl in anger.

“How does he know about the Pinkie Promise?” Said Rainbow Dash as she screamed into her pillow.

“Uh… continue?” Asked Rarity.

“Gotsumon?” Said Maud.

“Woodmon?” Said Mudbriar as they both examined them as their eyes widened.

“I’ve never seen this type of rock in my life.” Said Maud as Gotsumon looked confused.

“Nor have I seen this type of wood.” Said Mudbriar as The Cyber Sleuth cleared his throat.

“I’m sorry to interrupt this amazing discovery but Gotsumon, Woodmon. Who attacked you?” He asked, they both looked sad.

“It wasn’t his fault.” Said Woodmon.

“It was some program that corrupted him.” Gotsumon explained as The Cyber Sleuth crossed her arms.

“It must have been the same program that’s been stealing documents from non-students.” He said as he looked at the two Digimon. “Who got infected?”

“Wizardmon!” They both said.

“Wizardmon?” Said Maud & Mudbriar.

“A Champion-Level Data-Type Digimon.” Said The Cyber Sleuth

“Digimon?” They both said as Gotsumon and Woodmon turned to them.

“That’s what we are!” Said Gotsumon.

“It’s short for Digital Monsters.” Explained Woodmon.

“Digital?” Said Maud which made both humans look surprised by raising their eyes a bit.

“Are we in-”

“CyberSpace.” Said The Cyber Sleuth “But a Champion-level couldn’t be powerful enough to bring humans to CyberSpace.” He said as both Gotsumon & Woodmon looked down.

“That program which made him steal all those documents from humans, forced Digivolve him into Baalmon.” Woodmon explained.

“Uh-oh… that’s not good.” Said The Cyber Sleuth

“Who is Baalmon?” asked Maud.

“And what is Digivolve?” Asked Mudbriar

“It’s something where we can grow stronger.” Said Woodmon. “Our appearance changes but we’re still the same Digimon on the inside.”

“Also, Baalmon is an Ultimate Digimon.” Said The Cyber Sleuth. “He’s a Digimon that excels in all knowledge. His kamiuchi will release a mighty, lightning-fast smite from the Dǎshénbiān and his Guiltish will turn his amulets into weapons to attack us.” He explained which Maud and Mudbriar looked at him.

“The way you talk about a Digimon you never met, sounds like you personally know them.” Said Maud.

“Uh…”

“You are experienced with them, are you?” Asked Mudbriar as The Cyber Sleuth looked nervous.

“I’ve… been to their home.” He said honestly. “But we’ll have to talk about it later.” Said The Cyber Sleuth “Baalmon is suffering and if we don’t do something to stop him, he’ll go out of control and steal the knowledge of the planet.” He said as he Digivice app glowed and 4 creatures they’ve never seen before appeared; an egg with legs, an anthro feline in Arabic clothing, a polar bear with dual bazooka backpack and a large blue creature in armor. “Paildragmon, can you protect them while I find Baalmon?” He asked the blue and black armor creature who revealed guns on his hips.

“I’ll blast the enemy with my-”

DESPERADO BLASTER

He yelled as he fired gunshots in the air as everyone ducked and covered.

“(Female Voice) Watch it, you idiot! You’ll hit us with friendly fire!” Yelled the feline Digimon.

“Uh… sorry Bastemon.” He apologizes as The Cyber Sleuth pointed forward.

“Let’s go, Bastemon, Digitamamon and PolarBearmon!”

“YEAH!” He yelled as Paildragmon looked at the humans and healed Digimon.

“Uh… sorry for scaring you.” He said politely. “I was trying to be tough, and I take my duties in protecting others.” He said as Maud and Mudbriar talked with Gotsumon and Woodmon.

“He summons creatures?!” Said Sunset.

“I knew it!” Said Rainbow “He has Equestria Magic on him!”

“Hold it, Rainbow!” Said Sci-Twi “If he did have Equestria Magic on him, our geodes would alert us and nothing on Equestria or Earth can hide magic from us!” She said which made sense.

“Then how could he summon those creatures?” Rainbow questioned them.

“Well…” Said Fluttershy “Twilight did say those flashing lights made an illusion.” She answered as they turned to Maud to hear more.

“Your world is all digital?” Said Mudbriar.

“Correct.” Said Woodmon “And years ago, a human child once went to our world to be honest, he was a nice kid who liked to challenge others.” She spoke.

“Yeah and he learned so much about Digimon that he wishes one day, we visit his world.” Said Gotsumon “And years later, here we are.” He said happily which made Maud and Mudbriar look at each other.

“Are there many kinds of rocks in the digital world?” asked Maud.

“And kinds of sticks?” Asked Mudbriar which made Woodmon and Gotsumon look at each other and nodded.

“Many kinds.” Said Gotsumon.

“Also don’t forget the 10 Legendary Warriors!” Said Woodmon.

“Who are they?” They asked as Paildragmon cleared his throat.

“10 powerful Mega Digimon that 1st appeared during the Ancient Digital World. Warriors of Fire, Light, Thunder, Wind, Ice, Earth, Water, Wood, Steel, and Darkness.” He explained. “They once saved our world from… a corrupt Lucemon.” He said as Maud and Mudbriar looked at Paildramon

“‘A’?” They spoke.

“We’re not one of a kind. In fact, there are a multitude of us Digimon. Many Gotsumon and Woodmon, even myself in the Digital World.” He explained which surprised the 2 humans.

“Many Gotsumon…”

“Many Woodmon…”

They all turned to the sound and saw The Cyber Sleuth running towards them.

“I FOUND BAALMON AND HE’S REALLY MAD IN THE HEAD!!!” He yelled, they witnessed a humanoid being with many paper talismans as a cape firing at him as he ran.

“Paildramon!” Yelled The Cyber Sleuth.

“Got it buddy!” He yelled and looked at Baalmon.

He fired at Baalmon who used his Dǎshénbiān to block the energy bullets. “KNOWLEDGE!!! KNOWLEDGE!!! I WILL STILL YOUR KNOWLEDGE!!!” Screamed Baalmon

Baalmon turned to see giant snowballs heading towards him, but he avoided them but didn’t see what was heading towards him.

Baalmon turned to see a large egg ramming him as he was sent crashing down as Bastemon appeared while dancing.

Bastemon opened her mouth and absorbed energy from Baalmon as The Cyber Sleuth charged at Baalmon.

“SNAP OUT OF IT!!!” He yelled as he landed a square punch to Baalmon’s face.

“GAAAAHHHH!!!” Screamed Baalmon as he went flying to a wall as he crashed into a pixelated wall. “*Groan*”

“Sorry buddy but I had to.” Said The Cyber Sleuth as Gotsumon & Woodmon went to grab onto Baalmon. “Now… let’s remove that program.” Said The Cyber Sleuth as he summoned a keyboard, typed some codes as Baalmon glowed a bright light as a black sphere came out of him and Baalmon shrank into a small humanoid with a staff and hat.

“Is that…”

“WIZARDMON!!!” Yelled Gotsumon & Woodmon as Maud & Mudbriar smiled.

“There…” said The Cyber Sleuth as he looked at the program. “This is the program that’s been stealing all non-students’ documents.”

“Who made that?” Asked Digitamamon

“Apparently, some teacher made this.” Said The Cyber Sleuth “Her intentions of doing this because she was accepting bribes from parents who want their kids to enter while failing the other students who enter the hard working way.” He explained which made Mudbriar and Maud unhappy.

“How completely corrupted.” Said Maud.

“Disgraceful.” Said Mudbriar.

“Don’t worry, I’ll alert the authorities of it and that teacher will be arrested for it.” Explained The Cyber Sleuth.

*Groan*

All turned to Wizardmon who was starting to wake up. “What happened?”

“WIZARDMON!” Yelled both Gotsumon & Woodmon.

“Gotsumon? Woodmon?” He said as he noticed the other humans “What are humans doing here?” He asked.

“(Female Voice) Saving you from a corrupt program.” Said PolarBearmon as they helped him up.

“I remember! I was in the library Cyber Space to learn some new information for my friends but then I accidentally discovered an unknown program, and it infected me.” Said Wizardmon “I had no control over myself and had to steal data from non-registered students for no reason.” He said as he turned to Maud & Mudbriar. I apologize for stealing your documents.” He said while bowing as they both smiled.

“Your apology is appreciated.” Said Maud.

“And technically, you are a victim. Not the culprit nor an accomplice.” Explained Mudbriar as Gotsumon and Woodmon cheered.

“I’ll start making a portal back home.” Said The Cyber Sleuth “Say your goodbyes.” He said as he marched back where they said their farewells.

“Before we go home, I like to introduce you to my pet rock Boulder, Gotsumon.” Said Maud.

“As well as my pet stick Twiggy, Woodmon.” Said Mudbriar as they both pull their pets to see Twiggy’s branch break and Boulder has a crack.

*GASP*

“Twiggy! /Boulder!” screamed Maud & Mudbriar. Both owners fell to their knees, their pets got hurt and it's all their fault. Woodmon and Gotsumon looked sad for their friends but decided to do something about it.

“Let us help!” They both said as they grabbed Maud’s and Mudbriar’s hands holding their bets. They both closed their eyes as code and data appeared on their hands as Twiggy’s broken branch was restored and the crack on Boulder vanished.

*GASP* Both humans were baffled and smiled as they looked at the Digimon. “Thank you.” They both said Woodmon and Gotsumon looked at Boulder & Twiggy.

“Really?” Said Woodmon “You have a great owner Twiggy.” She spoke.

“As do you Boulder.” Said Gotsumon “I agree that Maud is a wonderful human.” He answered as they smiled.

“Maud, Mudbrair.” Said The Cyber Sleuth “It's time to go home.” He said they both looked disappointed to hear that. “Don’t worry about it.” Said The Cyber Sleuth “I mean, you can email each other and talk about minerals and sticks from each of your worlds. I have no right to tell you to say you can’t be friends.” He said, they’ll smile at them as Wizardmon gets up.

“Once I’m healed, I’m afraid we’ll have to find a new place to live.” He said as Gotsumon & Woodmon nodded. “This place is too dangerous to stay here.”

“I recommend the Canterlot Public Library. Less likely another corrupt teacher will be there.” Said The Cyber Sleuth as they gave a nod.

“Farewell friends.” Said Wizardmon as they all waved goodbye as they were beamed up.

The Rainbooms were amazed and baffled by what Maud told them as Twilight looked up about that teacher who made that virus program. “I found the Article.” She said “Apparently, a teacher named Cupidity Gains made a virus program that only targets students that enter the Elemental College by bribery. Any student who tries to enter there through scholarships and work their way in, her program steals all their information and work which will fail them. The reputation of the Elemental College suffered from it and temporarily closed until they found all the bribed students and expelled them for their families’ crimes.” Explained Twilight, Pinkie turned to her sister.

“Did that Gotsumon look cute?” She asked Maud who smiled.

“I owe him my thanks and Boulder’s life.” She said as Pinkie turned to Boulder.

“Really?!” She said “I wish I could see him!” She said happily, which confused her friends a bit.

“After what The Cyber Sleuth did, he charged us each 10 dollars as his payment.” Explained Maud. “And went to send the evidence to the Canterlot Police. He also said that Maud Briar and I should spend time together debating whether to go to the Elemental College or not. We talked and after talking with each other, we fell in love with each other.” She said as some smiled for her while Rainbow gagged hearing that.

*CRASH*

They all looked at the window to check what made it, to see something was chop shopping from the Rainbooms’ Bus. “HEY!!!” screamed Rainbow. “That’s our bus that punk’s looting!” She yelled and ran out of the room as the others, but Maud ran out.

“Hmmm…” She wondered if it was a Digimon, but she had no evidence that they could exist outside of CyberSpace.

The Rainbooms came out to see a large orange mohawk out of the shadows. “HEY JERK!” Yelled Rainbow as the being in the shadow turned to them. “DROP THE PARTS AND GET LOST!!!” She yelled as they heard the motor of a motorcycle.

“(Punk Voice) How about I slice and dice you all!” Said the thief which made them back away.

“He’s armed, Rainbow!” Yelled Sunset.

“We don’t have our geode!” warned Rarity.

“SO?!” She yelled “I didn’t need it before, but I can manage this loser!” Rainbow insulted the thief.

“LOSER?!” He yelled as the thief came out of the shadow to reveal that he wasn’t human. “How about I blow you up!” He laughed which made the Rainbooms look scared.

“WHO OR WHAT IS THAT?!” Screamed Fluttershy.

“I DON’T KNOW?!” Yelled Sunset “I NEVER SEEN OR READ ABOUT A CREATURE IN EQUESTRIA!” She yelled as the creature had a rusty sawmill blade running and was about to slash them.

A bunch of cherries were dropped, various objects fell from the sky and landed on the thief as the cherries exploded “GAAAHHH!!!” Roared the thief as a large moving tree with a cane appeared and a giant cockroach flew down.

*SCREAMS IN HORROR* except for Fluttershy. “A GIANT ROACH!!!” They screamed as all but Fluttershy ran back in.

“(Deep Voice) Roachmon! Get that human to safety.” Yelled the Talking tree.

“(Nervous kid’s voice) Uh… okay b-b-b-b-but given her friends ran away from m-m-m-m-me…” Roachmon stuttered as the white rock creature turned to him.

“(Female Voice) I know but we can’t let Rebellimon keep stealing car parts.” She said as Roachmon nodded.

“Okay… Meteormon, Cherrymon.” He said as he flew to Fluttershy who looked surprised. “Uh… it's d-d-d-d-dangerous to be here. P-p-p-p-please… go inside for your… s-s-s-s-safety.” He said as Fluttershy started but nodded.

“Okay and… thank you.” She said as Roachmon blushed.

“That was the 1st thank you I got from a human girl.” He said happily as Rebellimon tried to escape but Cherrymon stopped him.

“Your thieving days are over!” He yelled as he grabbed Rebellimon and threw him in the air. “NOW!” He yelled as Meteormon looked up.

FALLING STAR

She yelled as a meteorite appeared to strike Rebellimon’s motorcycle lower-half and exploded. “GAAAHHHH!!!” The smoke cleared as Roachmon flew up and caught a pale green egg.

“We better get out of here!” He said as they left but Meteormon summoned a small meteorite from hand and placed it on the doormat of Pinkie’s house.

“See ya soon, Maud.” She said and ran away as the Rainbooms came out with brooms and bats but saw they were gone.

“Where did they go?” Said Sunset as Maud came out.

“What happened?” She asked but noticed something on the doormat “What’s this?” She picked up the rock and examined it. “A meteorite.” She said which shocked Twilight.

“WHAT?!” She screamed in shock “Where did that come from?!” She yelled as Maud smiled.

“From a friend.” She happily said.

Location, Canterlot City Apartment Complex
A young male teenager was pulling out a strange helmet machine from a shipping box. “Alright! I got myself the latest VR helmet!” He said as he connected it to his laptop “Look out internet, here comes Arctic Ace!” He said as he placed the helmet on his head. “Now… let’s begin the adventure!” He said as he turned on his laptop and then the helmet as the screen glowed a bright light. “WHAT THE?!” Screamed Arctic Ace as the light absorbed him. The VR helmet landed on the floor as his laptop shut down.

Well that was Maud & Mudbriar's experience with not only The Cyber Sleuth but also Digimon. They Pinkie Promise to keep what they learn and who they met, a secret from their friends and family, much to Rainbow's anger and even witness some Digimon but were unable to do anything about it but learn what they witness and are more like them out there and what happened to that poor teenager that vanish?
