Malware was back in school, Celestia and Luna sent massive emails that the situation involving all the electronics and internet repaired, all thanks to The Cyber Sleuth AKA Malware got his payment, $300, since he didn’t want to charge them too much after a job well done and work for an hour. He made it to school to see every student standing outside, even the teachers. Mal looked to see who to talk to. He looked around and saw the Diamond Dudes digging. “Hey, Rover, Fido and Spot.” Said Mal as they turned to see Malware.

“Mal.” they said in sync.

“What’s going on?” He asked while pointing his thumb at the crowd.

“All are afraid of school.” Said Rover.

“After all, phones, computers, and machines go nuts.” Said Fido.

“They worried about their stuff being erased but hoping for their Search History to get erased.” Said Spot, which Malware looked at them.

“Don’t we all?” Said Malware as he noticed the Rainbooms but noticed that Rainbow Dash’s arm was bandaged. “What happened to Rainbow Dash?” asked Mal.

“She talked about how a big bat bit her.” Said Rover, which made Mal flinch.

“A big bat?” He asked.

“She said it talked.” Said Fido.

“It was silly to believe bats can talk.” Said Spot. “Maybe magic rocks making them out of control.” Mal grabbed his arm, thinking of a way to change the subject of the bat. Who he knows is Demidevimon.

“Uh… hey fellas! Want to see my new drawings?” He asked as they stopped and looked at him.

“Yeah!” they said as they saw Mal’s drawings and liked them. He pulled out his sketchbook and showed them what he drew.

“I made a few rookie and champion levels this time. Ultimate and Mega are next week.” He said as he showed some drawings. “This one is Garurumon.”

“Cool…,” said Rover. Mal showed another one.

“This one is called Dobermon.”

“Sweet.” Said Fido. Mal showed another one.

“And this one is Komondomon.”

“Impressive!” Yelled Spot. “How do you make wonderful drawings?” He asked.

“Uh… inspiration.” Answer Malware but in truth.

FLASHBACK
Malware was inside a digital farm where the Digimon can grow their own food and bathrooms for them to relieve themselves. (AUTHOR’S NOTE: I know that’s gross, but it's in some Digimon games where it was mandatory or else you’ll face the consequences of not letting them go to the bathroom.) Mal was relaxing near a tree while drawing Garurumon, Dobermon & Komondomon, who were playing or training with some equipment.

“Inspiration by a moment of thought.” Said Mal as he showed 3 different drawings of rookie level Digimon. “This is Bearmon, DemiMeramon & Ukkomon.” He said as they gave him the thumbs up, but Mal saw Celestia and Luna were at the entrance with a megaphone. “It’s Celestia and Luna!” He said, which made the Diamond Dudes pay attention to them.

“Attention, students and faculty staff!” Said Celestia. “We are happy to let you know that the situation involving all electronic devices and school networks have been fixed by the Infamous Cyber Sleuth.” She said which made some happy but some confused and Rainbow Dash stuck her tongue hearing the Cyber Sleuth’s title.

“Wait!” Yelled Norman “You mean that this wasn’t a magical problem?!” He asked as Luna spoke.

“No. This time, it didn’t involve magic from the other world!” She said “So if you think that it was a magic problem, please apologize to Sunset and her friends for trying to fix a non-magical problem!” She said as everyone apologized to Sunset and the other Rainbooms. “The Cyber Sleuth who fixed our problem, told us that a programmer’s education program went rogue.” Said Luna which surprised the staff and students. “Instead of educating our youths, it turned into a delinquent program that copied those tv programs and digital comics of delinquents.” She said which made them look confused as Malware spoke out.

“It’s like bugs and glitches you see in games or shows.” He said “I mean doesn’t that happen to anyone?” Spoke Malware as they all agreed.

“Now, all the electronics and the network are all fixed.” Explained Celestia “He even managed to upgrade our firewalls and Wi-Fi a bit, free of charge.” The students cheered on hearing that.

“But that doesn’t mean you can use it for your videos or order things out of state.” spoke Luna who they all gave a half-hearted cheer. Mal walked up.

“Given all that said, can we go to school, or we’ll have our time in school extended?” He said, which made them worried that they’ll spend more time in school since they have some practices or work shifts after school. Celestia and Luna opened the door as they let them in.

“Come on in.” She said as the students went inside. Rainbow Dash was stomping while she was marching in the school.

Science Class
Mal was with Twilight Sparkle, mixing some chemicals as Mal noticed something odd about Twilight. “Hey…” Twilight looked at him “Where’s your magic rock?”

“Geode.” Twilight corrected him “It’s been confiscated, along with the others.” She said as Mal raised his brow.

“Confiscated?” He asked Twilight to turn on the burner to heat up the chemical slowly.

“Rainbow Dash couldn’t control her ego and tried to sneak in where The Cyber Sleuth was working. She was trying to solve the problem before him but got caught and punished for it.”

“So why-”

“Our geodes are connected, if one is confiscated, all are confiscated.” Answered Twilight as Mal looked at her.

“Understandable.” He said “I hope the lack of the geode won’t make you or the others do something stupid.” He said but realized his mistake. “On second thought, make sure Rainbow Dash doesn’t do anything stupid.” Corrected Malware as Twilight sighed.

“I wonder how he managed to fix the school network? I would like to contact him.” She said to herself as Mal looked at her.

“Uh… I think anyone can call him but only if you have a case for him. But if you fabricated a case to talk to him, he might blacklist you.” Spoke Mal as Twilight sighed.

“Fabricating a case just to catch a guy who was doing his job is literally a crime.” She said as Mal sighed.

“You better make sure Rainbow doesn’t do that.” He said as they poured the heated chemical in a beaker as the chemical reaction created an odor that smelled good, like chocolate. “Mmm… chocolate.” He said happily.

Lunch
Malware decided to eat lunch from a different location from the lunch room. Thankfully Celestia and Luna allow students who brought their own lunch to eat outside. Mal decided to eat in the school’s garden since no one goes there. He walked to a bench as he passed Wallflower Blush. “Hey Wallflower.” He said which shocked her.

“Did Sunset tell you I exist?” she asked.

“No. I always knew you existed but given that Magic of Friendship stuff happening everywhere, I try not to make… human friends. Only human acquaintances.” He said, which made Wallflower look down.

“That’s almost like me.” She said “I mean I have plants before.” Wallflower looked away and noticed something different in her garden. “Wait a minute… where did that big egg come from?” She said, “which made Mal flinch.

“Big egg?” He turned to see Wallflower checking a large green egg with yellow polka dots. “*GASP*” he said, which made her turn to him.

“What?” She said as he shook his head.

“Uhh… nothing! I mean… something weird has appeared in this school again!” he yelled as he looked around to make sure no one was watching. “Uh… are you the only member of the Garden Club?” He asked as he looked around.

“Yes… I’m its only founder.” Answered Wallflower.

“Good…” He said “I better take that egg away. From… anyone who wants to make an omelet or an experiment.” He said as he walked towards it, but Wallflower snatched it up.

“Hold on a moment!” She yelled, which freaked Mal.

“SHHH!!!” He shushed her. “No one cannot learn about this egg.” He said quietly. “Let me take it because only I know what it is, and I cannot let anyone else know about them.” Explained Mal which made Wallflower raise her brow.

“And what’s stopping me from screaming to let anyone see this egg?” Said Wallflower.

“You are a curious girl who can’t listen to others?” He said as Wallflower shook her head.

“No. This isn’t the 1st time I’ve dealt with magic.” She answered.

“Except that egg isn’t magic.” He spoke.

They both paused as they looked at the egg, it started to have cracks on it. “Uh-oh…,” said Mal.

“That is never a good sign. What does it mean?” she asked.

“It’s hatching… Digitama is hatching!” Panicked Malware.

“Digi-what?” Said Wallflower as the egg hatched to reveal a very hairy creature.

“*Baby talk*” said the creature.

“Oh, boy…” said Malware as the creature looked at Wallflower as she stared at it.

“So…”

(“Here comes the scream…”)

“CUTE!” she said as she hugged it.

“Of course… all, baby Digimon, always get the cute squeal.” Said Malware as Wallflower turned to him.

“What’s a Digimon?” She said as Malware looked at it and sighed. He removed his backpack, opened it to pull out a baby formula powder and a baby bottle. “Why do you have those?” she asked.

“For any baby Digimon I find.” Answered Malware as he turned to her. “We’re going to need boiling water.” He said Wallflower led him to the Gardening club, borrowed some water to boil, a teapot and a portable burner. He cleaned his hands and the bottle, took off the teapot to let it cool, poured it into the baby bottle, poured the formula powder, closed it, shook it up, quickly cooled the baby bottle and dried it up. Before he could give it to the baby, he checked the temperature of it before he gave it to the baby Digimon. “Here you go, Yuramon. Drink up.” He said Yuramon started drinking as Wallflower held the bottle while holding Yuramon.

“Aww…” she said as she turned to Malware. “What’s a Digimon?” She said, which made Mal flinch. “You know more than you think?” She spoke.

“Uh…”

“*LOUD LAUGHING* She got you there!” Wallflower looked surprised as Mal groaned.

“Shut it, Lucemon! You lazy deadbeat!” He said as his phone shined as bright light as a kid with angel wings holding a bucket of chicken tenders appeared, floating in midair.

“Don’t blame me!” He said. “You know you’ll have to deal with other people who will know about Digimon, eventually.” He said as he moved his eyes to see Wallflower staring at him. “Staring is rude, you know?” He spoke.

“Are you… an angel?!” she asked

“Angel-Type.” Said Malware “But to be honest, Demon fits him more.” Lucemon sticks out his tongue and pulls his lower eyelid down. “The Akanbe pose? Really?” He said Lucemon flew to see the baby Digimon. “You know… I’m surprised that this egg appears without me sensing it.” He said as Mal turned to it.

“You know, Digitamas are the only things that don’t release a powerful data spike.” Said Malware as Lucemon frowned.

“I know that, but one appearing in this freaky school must have made my senses dull. I blame those magic animals from the other world.” He said as Wallflower looked at Malware.

“Can you please tell me what are Digimon?” She asked politely, as they both knew they can’t erase her memories without erasing everything about her as Lucemon flew to her while eating.

“I’ll explain.” He said “Digimon are literally us. Yuramon and me. It's short for Digital Monsters.” He said which confused Wallflower.

“Monsters?! Wait… Digital?”

“That’s right. Digimon are living data creatures you see online. In fact, it’s a parallel world that’s connected to your world’s internet.” He said which shocked her.

“You mean… all those computer games and programs… are…” She stuttered.

“Not exactly.” Said Lucemon “It's more like all those things you imagine but like a town made of toys, a city that’s on the side of a cliff, a massive city on the back of a giant Digimon. Like your myths and legends but better. They’re real.” He said, which surprised Wallflower.

“Oh my…” She said in a state of shock as she looked at Yuramon. “So, this one is a Digimon, like you?” she asked.

“Yuramon, a Fresh Digimon. It’s a Seed-Type and is like a dandelion seed, letting the wind blow it anywhere in the land.” Explained Lucemon as Wallflower looked at it.

“A seed?” She asked as it started to glow. “*GASP* What’s happening?!” Mal and Lucemon looked surprised.

“It's Digivolving!” They yelled in shock as Yuramon transformed from a hairy ball into a plant with legs. It blinked and looked at Wallflower.

“(Baby Voice) Wall… flower…” All 3 of them flinched. “Wallflower! Wallflower!” It said happily as Lucemon looked at it.

“Yuramon Digivolve into Tanemon.” He said that Malware scanned it.

“Tanemon, an In-Training Digimon. A plant-type Digimon that looks like a plant sprout burgeoning from its head. Due to its extremely timid personality, if it senses an intruder's presence, it will burrow with the four feet at the base of its body and completely bury its body under the ground. Once it is completely hidden underground, the thing growing from its head assumes the camouflage of a plant, allowing it to defend its body from intruders.” Explained Mal as Tanemon jumped from Wallflower’s arms and on the floor while walking.

“Wallflower! Wallflower!” it said as Malware picked it up.

“Congratulations, your name is its 1st word.” He said Wallflower blush.

“Aww…” said Wallflower as Tanemon jumped from Mal’s arms and into Lucemon’s bucket.

“What the?!” He said Tanemon started eating Lucemon’s chicken tenders. “That’s my chicken!” He yelled in anger.

“Give it to the baby, you big baby!” Said Malware “Tanemon needs some nourishment before she can Digivolve into her Rookie level.” He said Wallflower turned to Mal.

“How many levels are there?” she asked.

“Digitama, Fresh, In-Training, Rookie, Champion, Ultimate and Mega.” Mal explained “There’s also special stages like Armor, Hybrid, Burst, DNA and Mode Change but let’s start with the basics.” He said Tanemon was eating up Lucemon’s chicken tenders.

“Ugh… there goes my lunch.” He complained as he looked at them “What are we going to do about Tanemon? It can’t stay here nor has someone found out its existence.” He said as Mal looked at it.

“But I’m more curious, what’s a Digitama doing here?”

“(Female Voice) It came here by accident.” All three of them turned to see a female human in a Japanese schoolgirl’s uniform that’s shredded with green spiky yo-yos.

“Uh-oh…” Said Lucemon.

“You know her, do you?”

“Heard of her.” Said Lucemon “That’s BanchoLillymon, a mega and one of the 5 Bancho Digimon.” He said, Mal looked worried “And the hottest of the 5.” He added as Mal and Wallflower looked at him.

“Seriously?” They said as she walked towards them with a menacing look as she turned to see Tanemon eating.

“The egg hatched?” She asked as they nodded. “*Sigh of relief* Thank goodness, I was worried when it was hit by a hurricane.” She said which worried Wallflower.

“What hurricane?” she asked. “There was no hurricane near-” Mal covered her mouth.

“She’s saying that there was a hurricane in the Digital World.” Said Mal “Remember, both worlds are connected.” They looked at her.

“I took that hurricane out before it destroyed the Village of Beginnings.” Explained BanchoLillymon.

“The Village of Beginnings?” Asked Wallflower.

“It’s where all Digitamas go when a Digimon is destroyed. When they’re destroyed, their remaining data is formed into a Digitama and appears there to begin life anew.” Said Lucemon.

“Life anew?” Said Wallflower.

“When our forms are destroyed, we hatch from Digitamas and start out life again but have no memories of our past life.” Explained Lucemon. “We don’t really die but it's like those video games where you lose everything and start all over.” He spoke.

“That’s dark.” Said Wallflower.

“But it gives some Digimon redemption of their past crimes.” Said Mal “So they don’t give another Digimon to hate them for something they didn’t do.” He explained as BanchoLillymon patted Tanemon’s head.

“Wallflower! Wallflower!” it said as BanchoLillymon looked at Wallflower and her plants and smirked.

“I can see you taking care of these plants.” She spoke.

“How can you tell?”

“I can sense these plants’ emotions. You care for them like friends.” Answered BanchoLillymon “If my other fellow plant Digimon were here, they’ll exchange stories with you.” She said while smiling.

“Uh… BanchoLillymon?” Asked Wallflower “Is the Digital World… beautiful?” BanchoLillymon looked at her.

“Yes, it's all beautiful, from the brightest and lushiest forests to the dark and dreary graveyards.” She answered, “It's home to all kinds of Digimon.” Mal looked at Tanemon, who was drinking water.

“What are we going to do about Tanemon?” He asked. “We can’t let anyone see her.” BanchoLillymon looked at her and picked Tanemon up.

“I can sense Tanemon’s feelings. She wants to stay with Wallflower.” She said Wallflower looked happy but sad, but BanchoLillymon snapped her fingers. “Let me see your Digivice.” She spoke.

“Digi what?” Said Wallflower.

“Never mind.” Said BanchoLillymon as she grabbed her phone. “Let me make it into those things you humans call ‘apps’.” She said she created an app on her phone. “There.” She showed Wallflower the app “This is a Digivice App. This will let you hold Tanemon and take her anywhere with no one seeing her. Promise me you’ll watch her.” She said as Wallflower nodded and turned to Mal. “Also you let me know of their progress.” She said as Mal gave the thumbs up as the door to the club was opened by Sunset Shimmer.

“Hey Wallflower. I’m sorry for not seeing you yesterday, but given what happened, I-” She saw Malware with a girl in a shredded schoolgirl uniform and a plant creature. “*GASP*” Before she could say anything, Lucemon kicked her in the head as she knocked out.

“What did you do that for!”

“She saw them! I had to do something!” Said Lucemon “Also I don’t want their world’s magic messing up the Digital World.” He spoke.

“You could have killed her?!” Yelled Mal. “You may be Rookie Level, but you are a powerful Rookie who can take down 10 skyscrapers!” He said as Lucemon checked her pulse.

“She’s still alive.” He said as Mal looked at the situation.

“Okay, let’s stage an accident.” He said, which confused them as he pointed at one of the flower pots hanging on the ceiling. “One of the ceiling flower pots fell on her as the ceiling panel broke.” He said Lucemon looked at them.

“Okay… better than having her whacked.” He said. They all looked at him with disgust. “I’ve been watching too many Mobster movies.”

10 minutes later
Sunset woke up to see the school nurse, Redheart, Malware and Wallflower Blush. “She’s awake.” Said Mal as Nurse Redheart checked on her.

“Thank goodness you’re alright.” She spoke.

“What… what happened?” she asked.

“One of the ceiling flower pots landed on your head.” Said Wallflower. “I’m sorry for that accident.” She said as Sunset felt the bruise on her head.

“Ow…” she said as she looked around. “Wait… where’s that girl in the shredded clothes and that plant creature?” She asked as Mal cleared his throat.

“I don’t know about a girl but the plant creature.” He said as he pulled out Tanemon from his backpack “Is actually a plushie I made.” He said as Sunset grabbed it and felt fabric.

“Huh?”

“I… wanted to make some plushies of my drawings and I wanted Wallflower to see it since it was a plant-base creature.” He explained “Maybe Celestia and Luna confiscating your geodes might ease you all. You’ve gotten a bit jumpy on anything different.” Said Mal as Sunset looked down, thinking that it's true.

“Sunset.” Said Wallflower who took the Tanemon plush and gave it to her “Maybe this will calm you down.” She said as they left the Nurse’s Office as Sunset looked at it as Nurse Redheart looked at it.

“It does look cute.” She said Sunset smile.

“Very cute.”

Mal and Wallflower sighed in relief, they were in her garden. “Did she believe it?” BanchoLillymon who came from hiding from the trees.

“She believed it and the doll worked.” Said Wallflower.

“All thanks to Arukenimon.” He said, a huge spider creature came from hiding.

“(Female Voice) I never thought making identical plushies of Fresh & In-Training Digimon would help.” She said politely as Calumon landed on her head.

“Your plushies saved the day! You should sell them to the humans!” He said happily as Arukenimon blushed.

“Thank you.” She said as she pulled out another one of Tanemon plushie and handed it to BanchoLillymon. “I know this isn’t a real Digimon, but it might help you know one is taken care of.” She said as BanchoLillymon took it.

“Thanks.” She said as a black cat wearing a coat and backpack.

“BlackGatomon Uver?” Said Mal as BanchoLillymon smirked.

“BlackGatomon Uver is part of a group of Digimon to bring some Digimon back to the Digital world who want to go home or worse, are too troublesome.” She explained. “I asked this one to help you find them troublesome. Don’t worry, Banco Golemon and BanchoMamemon handle troublesome Digimon, so they don’t give us a bad name.” She said as Mal shook BlackGatomon Uver’s paw.

“Good to collaborate with you.” He said as BlackGatomon Uver smiled and nodded.

“I’ll visit you to check Tanemon.” Said BanchoLillymon as BlackGatomon Uver opened a gate. “Let’s have lunch someday!” She said as she went back home.

“Whoa…” said Wallflower “I never thought there was a world on the internet.” She said as Malware sighed “Promise me, you won’t tell the Rainbooms.” He said “I don’t want them to let that magic world know. They might use it to send their monsters there.” He said as Wallflower thought about it.

“Like how I found that Memory-Erasing Stone.” She said which confused Mal.

“What stone?” He asked.

“Never mind.” She said quickly and waved goodbye to her. “I’ll let you know when she Digivolves.” Said Wallflower as Mal sighed.

“This is one weird day that didn’t involve magic.” He said and went to class.

After School, Pinkie’s Home
Pinkie invited her friends with a slumber party to cheer them up after having their geodes confiscated, especially Rainbow Dash. “UGH!!! I can’t believe that Cyber Jerk did better than us!” She complained.

“UGH!!! Enough with the complaining already!” Said Applejack.

“Agree, that gentleman was doing his job. Even if he was a bit rude, he was thinking of our safety.” Answered Rarity.

“SAFETY!?” Yelled Rainbow, “We have magic! We can-”

“Magic can’t solve everything!” Yelled Sunset “I’m thinking that Principal Celestia was right that the geodes have been making us jumpy.” She said as pulled out the Tanemon plush from her bag “I nearly thought this was alive.” She said Pinkie, Rarity, Fluttershy and Twilight were charmed by it.

“Cute!” They said as they crowd around her looking at it.

“Those eyes are so cute!” Said Rarity as Applejack blushed at it.

“Who made that?” she asked.

“Apparently… that Malware guy.” Answered Sunset as Rainbow snickered.

“Really? He made that?” She said “It’s too girly.” They looked at her.

“Don’t be mean.” Said Fluttershy “I’ve seen his drawings, and he made tortoise drawings.” Rainbow looked interested.

“He did!” She said which made her embarrassed.

“You sounded interested.” Said Sunset with a smirk as Twilight looked at her phone.

“I just want to know one thing, who is that Cyber Sleuth that fixed the school’s network?” She wondered.

“(Dull Tone) Did you say Cyber Sleuth?” They turned to see Maud.

“Hi Maud!” Said Pinkie.

“Hello Pinkie. Hello Pinkie’s friends.” She said “I heard you talk about the Cyber Sleuth?” She said as they nodded. “I’ve hired him before.” She said which surprised The Rainbooms.

“What?!” They said as Maud grabbed a chair to sit down.

“It happened one month ago.” She said as she’ll tell The Rainbooms the story about her 1st meeting with the Cyber Sleuth while outside, a woman wearing a mask and in leather was on a motorcycle doing stunts, she was going very fast as a cop car was chasing her a portal open to make her disappear. The cops stopped as it left them baffled.

“What just happened?” Said one of the cops.

Oh boy... Wallflower became a Tamer by a Mega Digimon but don't expect her to be part of Malware's Sleuth work.
