"You don't remember us?" Lilly Pad asked, her voice trembling as she fought back tears.

"Should I?" Rarity replied, her tone sharp but tinged with confusion.

"Here, maybe this will help," Solar Night Dust interjected, holding out a photo.

Rarity glanced at it briefly but shook her head. "I don't believe you."

Without another word, she turned to leave. "I must return to Ponyville," she declared, her voice firm.

"Mother, wait!" Little Foot called out desperately, but Rarity did not look back.

Rarity rushed out of the hospital, her nerves frayed. "Nurse! There’s... there’s a dragon creature trying to get me!" she exclaimed, her voice panicked and unsteady.

"Dark Wing, go protect her," commanded Solar Night Dust, his voice steady and firm.

"Yes, sir, Solar Night Dust," Dark Wing replied, swiftly taking to the skies.

"I need to speak with the princess," Solar Night Dust said decisively.

"I’ll get Zecora," Twilight Sparkle offered. "We’ll meet you at Canterlot."

"Night Echo, take the small ones home," Solar Night Dust instructed, glancing at the younger ones.

"Dad, will you help?" Solar Night Dust asked, his tone softer now, looking at Swift Dig.

"Yes, I’ll help, son," Swift Dig replied warmly. "Come here, Lilly Pad," he said, opening his arms.

Lilly Pad ran to him, and they embraced tightly.

"Flash," Solar Night Dust called out, "come with us to Canterlot."

Flash nodded. "Here is your daughter back," he said, handing her over gently.

Solar Night Dust tried to use his magic to take his daughter back, but she clung tightly to Flash and wouldn’t let go.

"I think she’s chosen you," Solar Night Dust admitted with a small, bittersweet smile.

Flash nodded again, holding the filly close. "Let’s get to the train," he said, leading the way.

In canterlot

Twilight, noticing the tension, whispered to Shining Armor, "Are you sure you're okay with this?"

Shining Armor turned to Flash, his voice rising in alarm. "Did you get my sister pregnant?"

"She is mine," Solar Night Dust said, his tone firm.

"Oh really?" Shining Armor scoffed. "Do you think I’ll fall for that? She looks like both of you!"

The two sisters instinctively used their wings to hide their embarrassment, their faces flushed.

Zecora stared at the floor, lost in thought.

Flash, trying to defuse the tension, raised an eyebrow. "Oh really? Then why does she look like a bat?"

The baby let out a soft wail, breaking the silence.

Twilight quickly used her magic to rock the foal, calming it down.

"Is that an insult?" Solar Night Dust asked, narrowing his eyes.

"Um... I’ll be quiet," Flash muttered, stepping back.

"What are you going to call the foal?" Cadance asked, her eyes soft with curiosity.

"Princess Dust Sparkle Sentry," Solar Night Dust replied, a proud glint in his eyes.

"Can I hold her?" Cadance asked gently.

Before Twilight could respond, Dust suddenly flew over to Cadance.

"How can she fly? She's only a day old!" Luna exclaimed, her voice full of amazement.

"Bat ponies can do that before the talk," Solar Night Dust explained, his tone calm.

Twilight, still processing everything, turned to Celestia. "How are we going to help Rarity?"

Celestia walked over to a stained-glass window, pressing her hoof against the wall, causing it to shift.

"This flower will restore her memory and give her other powers," Celestia explained, her tone serious and comforting.

"Where is it?" Solar Night Dust asked urgently.

"The Everfree Forest," Zecora answered, her voice steady.

"I’ll take the dino foals," Solar Night Dust said, determination clear in his voice. "We need to move quickly."
