It’s been a day or so as Aladar, his family on his back still and the Equestrians continued their journey around the rocky desert in the Badlands, until the ponies and creatures were heavily exhausted and panting for air.

Yona wasn’t enjoying this so much as she was walking underneath Aladar to keep away from the sun and heat since Yaks don’t walk in the heat.

Capper had his jacket off and was holding it over his left shoulder as he walked next to Fluttershy with Pipp walking the other side of her while Lightning rode on Applejack’s back since she was a strong mare. “You... doin’ alright back there... sugarcube?” Applejack asked. “I’m tired, Auntie Applejack...” Lightning said while perishing underneath the sun, until he yawned. “Rest your eyes for a little while. We’ll wake ya when we find somewhere to rest for a bit,” Applejack said, and then Lightning fell asleep on her back as her soft fur kept him cozy.

“Thank you... for being... careful with him,” Fluttershy said. “Anytime, Fluttershy... Anytime,” Applejack said while wiping a few sweats from her forehead.

Spike was riding on Twilight’s back as he couldn’t continue walking or flying for any longer, Flurry was riding on her father’s back as he was a strong stallion, Sparky was still riding on Hitch’s back and Ocellus was riding on Amore’s back.

Sunset was panting heavily from all the walking as she said, “Walking…for miles…with no shelter, no water, no food, no nothing. This could be…a long journey…that I’m so…gonna hate.”

“Yeah, this is one journey I hope to forget,” said Starlight.

Smolder was flying next to Lightning while panting as she felt her stomach rumbling and growling. She was hungry and she was getting annoyed that her stomach was growling a third time in a row.

“All right, when we get home, no one stop me from eating all the food until my belly is the size of a barn,” she said crossly.

Pinkie panted before angrily saying, “Stop saying food! Because, of right now, I’m getting so hungry! And thinking about food makes me even more hungry! Why did we come here without food?! Why didn’t we pack any food?! Why didn’t you tell us to pack some food, Twilight?!”

“Don’t have a go at me, Pinkie, you’re the one who got us here in the first place,” said Twilight crossly, “I’m not a pony version of Madame Web! I can’t see the future and saw you pulling that lever and have us sent back into the big screen. And if we were planning on going back for a good reason, I would have suggested we bring food with us. But we didn’t have a reason, and now we’re here. So don’t blame me, blame yourself.”

“Twilight…!”

“No, Pinkie, she’s right,” said Applejack, “Bad enough that we were all blaming each other after Chrysalis’s clones nearly made us hate each other and destroyed our friendship, but even now as you let your anger get a hold of you due to no food in your stomach, you took it out on Twilight like it’s her fault this has happened. It shows that…”

“Oh, go on. Shows what?”

“That you have no right to blame your friends over something like we know this was gonna happen.”

“Not only that, but pulling that lever again could have done something than just send us here. Like, opening a portal to let one of the villains, like Chrysalis or the Warlocks, out,” said Oliver.

“Would be difficult to let something like that happen,” said Pinkie.

“That doesn’t matter! The fact is if we do something to damage the movie history and even Equestria, Cosmos is gonna know this, and Cosmos isn’t going to be happy!” Oliver said.

“Yeah, you really shouldn’t have pulled that lever again, Pinkie. Especially since Flurry didn’t need to be shown what not to do,” said Twilight with Spike nodding in agreement.

“Well how was I supposed to know she knows not to pull the lever?!”

“I don’t know, Pinkie. The fact her sixth birthday was two months ago?!” Shining said angrily, which made Pinkie remember she helped throw Flurry a birthday party for her during that month.

“Ah,” said Pinkie after remembering Flurry’s sixth birthday.

“Yeah, good job remembering now, Pinkie,” said Rarity crossly, “Now we’re stuck here, till we reach the end, with no food, no water and no place to rest. And worst of all, there’s no telling what’s out here!”

“Hey, hey, hey, can we not say stuff like that please?” Hitch asked, “Sparky’s already getting scared as he was during that shower.” Sparky was whimpering in fear while hugging Hitch’s mane. Hitch gently rubbed his baby dragon’s head while softly saying, “It’s okay, buddy. Nothing bad’s gonna happen to you. I’ve got you.”

“Yeah, I’m with Hitch on that,” said Sunset, “Plus I think Suri is getting scared too.”

They all looked at Aladar and saw Sunset was right about Suri as she was crying in fear.

Yar noticed this and gently patted his granddaughter’s shoulder while softly saying, “Now, now, Suri. There’s nothing to be afraid of.”

“Yeah, apart from getting lost in a desert and no signs of a new home appearing,” said Rainbow.

“Rainbow!” Twilight said crossly.

“What? I’m just saying.”

Zini suddenly saw something up ahead.

“Look!” He said while looking over Yar’s shoulder, making the old lemur cry out.

“Whoa!” Aladar saw it too as it ran off into the distance. “Did you see that?” Aladar asked before going up to try and find it.

“What?” Yar and Zipp asked in confusion.

“I did,” said Zini.

“Me too,” said Suri.

“I saw it as well,” said Gallus.

Aladar, the lemurs and the Equestrians tried to find it, but couldn’t see it anywhere.

“Where did it go?” Plio asked.

“I don’t know. Let’s go see,” suggested Aladar.

“Yeah, maybe it can help us,” said Sunny.

“Good idea, Sunny,” said Hitch.

“Leave it alone,” said Yar before getting slapped, “Hey!”

“Shh, Dad,” said Plio.

“It’s scaring Suri.”

“No, it’s not.”

“Everyone just be quiet,” said Aladar as he and the Equestrians went to find what they just saw.

“Okay, Aladar, we’ll be very quiet,” said Izzy.

They looked around until they chittering. Flurry saw where the chittering was coming from and asked quietly, “Hey, is that what we just saw?”

Everyone turned and saw what Flurry was on about. There they saw a raptor squawking and chittering while cleaning its foot. After snorting, it spotted Aladar, the lemurs and the Equestrians. It growled at them as another raptor appeared. Suddenly, they saw three more appear. Then, they all saw more raptors appearing from all around them.

“This doesn’t look good,” said Misty worriedly.

“Nope, it doesn’t,” said Amore.

Suddenly, a raptor landed near Aladar, making him gasp in surprise. The raptor looked at them before roaring at them, making Aladar gasp again with the lemurs and the Equestria children screaming. Lightning got very scared that he quickly jumped from Applejack’s back and onto his mother’s back while hiding underneath her mane.

The raptors started to growl and screech as they approached Aladar and the Equestrians, making them back up towards a rock wall, trapping them so they can enjoy their biggest meal yet.

“What now?” Zipp asked worriedly.

A raptor jumped towards Aladar, but he moved his leg, making it bump into a rock. He then quickly ran off as another raptor tried to bite him.

“Run!” Aladar shouted.

“You heard him! Run!” Starlight shouted as she ran off with the others catching up.

Aladar and the Equestrians ran over a rocky path as the raptors were chasing after them. Sandbar, however, managed to trip over before getting surrounded by a few raptors that decided to eat him before going after the others.

Sandbar gasped in fear as he shook in fear while backing up a bit.

While running, Yona saw her boyfriend was in trouble. She gasped before running back to save him. Yona made a big jump and landed in front of Sandbar before growling at the raptors as she was ready to fight and protect her pony boyfriend. But the raptors wasn’t afraid of her as they continued to approach them.

“There’s too many of them, Yona. We’ll never get past them,” said Sandbar as he hid behind the Yak.

Yona can tell he was right. Even while protecting Sandbar, she can’t keep them all from eating her boyfriend. She knew she no other choice, but to do the one thing that can save him.

“Yona hate eat and run, but…” Yona reached over and grabbed Sandbar while pulling him towards her. “Whoa!” Sandbar shouted as Yona shoved his head into her mouth before pushing his body into her mouth next.

The raptors took a step back as they watched in surprised. Yona slurped up Sandbar’s tail before gulping him down as he landed into Yona’s belly, making it big.

Yona moaned, after swallowing her boyfriend, before making a huge smash onto the ground with her hooves which made the ground shook causing the raptors to collapse to the ground.

This gave Yona enough time to run back to the others with her big belly swinging back and forth and bouncing up and down with Sandbar kicking inside.

The raptors got back onto their feet and chased after her as she joined back with the others with the raptors joining the rest as the chase continued on.

The lemurs were gasping while Aladar and the Equestrians were grunting while running away. One raptor managed to jump onto Aladar’s side and bit him, making him cry out in pain.

Another raptor jumped up to try and bite Rainbow, but she dodged it as it fell to the ground.

“Ha! Miss me!”

“Papa Capper, watch out!”

Capper looked behind him and saw a raptor jumping towards him. He jumped to the side as the raptor landed on the ground and tumbled back to the other raptors.

“Thanks, son.”

A raptor ran up to the other side of Aladar and jumped up to bite Yar, but it missed as Yar lost his balance and was about to fall off Aladar.

“Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa!” Yar cried as Zini grabbed Yar’s hand. “Yar, grab on!” Plio shouted while reaching her hand out to her father. “I can’t reach!” Yar said while struggling to grab his daughter’s hand.

Aladar and the Equestrians continue to run while panting while Yona was panting the most as Sandbar was kicking inside her belly. She was struggling a bit.

“Please, Sandbar. Don’t do this,” she winced through clenched teeth.

Another raptor climbed onto Aladar and was about to eat Yar, but he managed to grab Plio’s hand as both her and Zini pulled him back up just before the raptor could get him.

The raptor saw something up ahead as it jumped off Aladar and back to the other raptors as they stopped while Aladar and the Equestrians continue to run.

“Aladar, they’re stopping!” Plio said.

Aladar and the Equestrians saw Plio was right as they stopped while gasping for air and watching the raptors run away.

“What do you think made them stop and run off like that?” Silverstream asked.

“I don’t know,” said Zipp as she scratched her mane in confusion.

Misty looked at where the raptors were looking at, and what she saw made her go into shock as she said, “Uh, guys? We better move.”

“Huh? Why?” Izzy asked. But before Misty could answer, Aladar saw what was up ahead as they all heard bellowing echoing from the distance.

“Huh?” Was all Aladar could say before he was knocked over, with the lemurs falling off his back, by a dark purple Iguanodon that has a pointed horn shape at the end of his snort.

He walked over Aladar while rudely saying, “Stay out of my way!”

The lemurs all screeched while leaping away from the Iguanodon. A brown Iguanodon walked past Aladar as he rudely said, “You heard Kron. Move it!”

Aladar got back up while watching the two go and gasping, as the lemurs got back onto his back, before seeing a whole bunch of dinosaurs walking past them.

“Single file, everycreature!” Twilight shouted as they tried to stay together, but the more dinosaurs come, the more trouble staying together caused. “Single file she said!” Shining shouted.

Aladar was surprised by this before seeing little dinosaurs, as the size of a lemur, walking underneath. He looked down and watched them go before accidentally bumping his head into a female Iguanodon’s cheek.

“Watch it,” she said before walking off.

Aladar watched her go before hearing a bellow of a Pachyrhinosaurus as it pushed Aladar out of its way, making him collapse to the ground.

A bunch of Microceratops jumped over Aladar as Yar and Zini watched them go, but they were jumping over by the neck as well which is where the two lemurs were at.

“Zini, get your head down,” said Yar as he ducked Zini’s head down.

“Papa!” Whimpered Sparky.

“It’s going to be okay, Sparky. I got you.” Hitch held his baby dragon to his chest as Sparky hugged his papa’s chest.

“Daddy, what’s happening?” Flurry asked in fear.

“I don’t know,” said Shining calmly.

Aladar watched the Microceratops ran off before hearing loud footsteps and a big bellow coming towards them. The Equestrians gasped in surprise.

“Oh…my…hoofness,” said Pipp in complete shock.

There they saw an old Styracosaur and a big old Brachiosaur walking slowly towards them. The Brachiosaur bellowed again. Aladar, the lemurs and the Equestrians stayed together as the Brachiosaur walked over them, without stomping on any of them, as they looked underneath the huge dinosaur in surprise.

Aladar managed to get back up again as he watched the Brachiosaur walk off.

“Now that’s something you don’t see every day,” said Cadence.

Just then, they had Styracosaur speaking to them.

“Walkin’ backwards, huh? Well, let me know if that gets you there any faster.” She then called out to her Ankylosaur, which is like her dinosaur dog, “Keep those little legs movin’, Url, or you’ll get left behind.”

The Styracosaur and her Ankylosaur walked past Aladar, the lemurs and the Equestrians as they all saw it was huge herd of dinosaurs walking together.

“Look at all the Aladars,” said Suri as Aladar continue to look in surprise.

“Still can’t tell them what they really are?” Pinkie whispered.

“No,” whispered Twilight.

“If you’re even thinking of joining them…” Yar was cut off by Zini gasping in fear grabbing a hold of Yar as they heard the raptors growling behind them.

“Oh, not them again!” Smolder said in annoyance.

“Hang on! Hang on!” Aladar said as he ran towards the herd.

“Hey, wait for us!” Izzy called as she and the others ran off.

The raptors started to chase after them, but they were ready off the hill just before they could get them. They stopped and just watched their meals run off to the herd.

One raptor let out a roar in anger as it wasn’t happy that they didn’t even get one meal out of them.
