Agent Bon Bon was sent to Ponyville on a simple mission to ensure that Twilight Sparkle landed in Ponyville without any issues. However, things take a turn for the worse when a mysterious pegasus mare tries to kidnap Twilight, and now Bon Bon is stuck in Ponyville investigating the incident, which leads her down a literal rabbit hole as she learns of an evil organization known as the White Rabbit. But when Lyra learns about her friend's secret agent life, she decides to become an Agent to help her out. As the two unravel a conspiracy the two will also have to try navigating their relationship as their friendship grows into something more.
