An assault to harmony

Discord snuck through the Canterlot castle walls and snuck into the chamber the elements were kept inside.

Discord smirked to himself, Celly really thought a spell could cancel the lord of chaos's power?

How silly and naive.....

He snapped his fingers and the elements disappeared from within the box.

He didn't know where to place them yet, so he just kept them in his little pocket dimension until he knew where to hide them, it was no fun if he didn't give them some thought that they had a chance to defeat him.

Eventually, he teleported outside the castle into that little town of Ponyville, admiring the chaos he bestowed upon those silly little ponies....

However, before he could create more havoc, he caught several ponies somehow managing to tame his chaos, and put it in a position where it can't cause any more mischief.....

These ponies were unlike any other Discord had encountered before, they had a very special bond that kept them connected.....

Their friendship was strong........

It wasn't made any better when he sensed something very important within them..... Something he knew must be why the connection with the princesses ceased.......

These ponies were the new bearers.....

He gazed each and every pony individually, and learned who they were and what element they represented......

Rainbow Dash, the element of loyalty.

Rarity, the element of generosity.

Pinkie Pie, the element of laughter.

Applejack, the element of honesty.

Fluttershy, the element of kindness.

And Twilight Sparkle, the element of magic. The most important one.......

He had seen their past, their previous encounter with Celestia's sister who went emo and crazy.....

He saw how she destroyed the elements, but that didn't stop them........

Because these ponies were the elements, so clearly destroying those trinkets wouldn't do anything for him.........

Very well then..... He knew a different way on how he could "destroy" the elements.....

He had done so to many other ponies before during his reign over Equestria, and these six wouldn't be any different.....

He would Discord them all, one by one......

No matter how strong their "friendship" is.......
