laughing and joy, the one great thing I love to see from them. applejack and rainbow of course challenging themselves to see who's better in arm wrestling, pinkie jumping around and singing and doing random activity while rarity and fluttershy sit and talk about either fashion or wildlife. But for me I decided to go get a drink and admire the view. these great ponies or mostly my best friends, willing to help a strange human like me adjust to their world and culture. not going to lie it's almost like earth but just ponies instead......weird kind of.
I feel a small hoof tap me on my arm, and as I look down, I see the pony who let me in and treated me like everyon- I mean "pony" else and the princess of magic, "hey anon, how are you liking the party". She looks and me with a genuine smile and warmth, she looks like a cute plushie that I just wanna squeeze.
I return the look she gave me "it's another wacky pinkie party like usual but like always its crazy fun, though I don't think celebrating a potted plant birthday is really needed." I look at the potted aloe vera plant in the middle of the bakery floor, as I say this and felt a weird sense of a glare coming from it but quickly move my gaze to the floor and I take a sip of my fruit punch.
she giggles and speaks up "well it is pinkie pie, you'll get used to it" yeah, she is right as I shake my head in agreement to her statement. I lean against the table and look and talk to twilight, and as I look at her, I just want to savor this moment as for anything can happen in the near future......or for when I get back home. I lost start to lose myself in deep thought as I think about my home and people, I left behind...they probably think I'm dead. as soon as I was going to go further in the thought process twilight called out to me, as I look down, it looks like she knew what I was thinking. "You're going to get back home, and everyone will be really happy to see you again, live and well I'll make sure of it."
she has a look of dedication and inspiration, that same look I've known to trust and look to whenever I'm in a rut, "you're right Twi thank you." as I was about to say something else an energetic song came on and I see the girls stopped everything and let the dancing demon consume them. twilight felt the energy as well and drags me to the dance floor, I thought to myself should I really. But at this point fuck it, let's have some fun. I get on the dance floor and let everything loose. Everything was fine and everything went so well.
I wake up finding myself lying on the ground, a burning sensation strikes me in my left side as it feels like a fire has been hitting me. I groaned and gritted as I tried to get up and see what happened. as I looked around, I noticed that I crashed into a boulder. I looked to the right and see twilight starting to get up from the ground as smoke floats from her golden armor. as I get up holding my side, but soon as I was about to make my way towards twilight, I feel magic encase me. I start feeling the burning start to calm down and disperse, I look down and see that my wound is healing and look behind me to see cozy glow healing me, she gives me a smirk and says, "your welcome!" as she uses her wings and take off back into the battlefield. I look at the field of war as I see, some changelings fly off with weaken ponies and creatures, sombra soldiers fighting mindless.
"I hate it. I hate that it all lead to this." I walk towards twilight, and she fully gets up, I throw a left hook into her face knocking her head around for a bit as I deliver a kick pushing her to the ground, as she fully realized what's happening before, I was about to hit her again, she teleports 10 feet back and tried to blast a magic wave at me. I lift both of my arms and let my gauntlets absorb her magic. she stops and cast chains to try to stop me place, I think of explosive wave and the magic the gauntlets held releases it and breaks the chains surrounding me.
she looks at me with shocked expression and decided to take flight to get a better advantage. I tried to blast her out the air until she speeds up her flight and soon teleport. I don't know where she went but the moment, I turned I felt nothing, but a punch hit me in the head, for a good second I saw white but soon saw the world colors as I get up feeling dazed. as I try to fix myself, I see blast of magic and quickly dodge it and use a high flash to disorient her senses and shoot a blast of magic back at her finally hitting my mark as she fell back to the ground. I get up and make my way to her.
*badum, badum, badum* my heart is beating fast, the adrenaline stills rush through me as my hands still shake.I put my hand on my chest, to calm down. "Be still my iron heart" I get closer before I stop Infront of her. "All of this fighting, for what. for a what 49% chance it might work. all I asked was to return but not instead we caused all this".
I look at her, the tip of her horn black from extreme use of magic, golden armor damage and looks of shattering pieces, cuts and blood from each blow and strike, she breathes heavy trying to catch her breath and regain stamina, and yet as I see her expression looks of hate and regret, no longer that same smile I cherished before. "The princess made their choice, and I did the math taking you back home would cause universal damage!" twilight yells at me, I've heard this same speech before and I'm tired of it.
"Shut up, I've heard that sentence. I already have the three princesses magic and all I need is yours to make it true.", I look at her and then look up and see the damaged city of canterlot, "all hail the princesses, let us remember them and cherish as protectors and not......this". sadness and regret strike me as I see her, but I know I have to leave these feelings on the side. "Gods, if your there, is it all for naught."
But no, more time wasting its either now...or never.

bear with me, as for this is my first chapter of EVER posting any story. ngl i think it shows lol but either way, I do hope you enjoy it. I might continue this but also maybe not it's really hard to say. but leave your crits in the comments and let me know what you think.
{a few months ago}
[list*] BEEP BEEP BEEPI woke up to a loud and I mean VERY loud high ringing in my ear, I felt too groggy and tried to get up. that would mean leaving a position that's SOOO comfortable and my body works so well with it, and I would have to leave the pure warmth of my bed. maybe if I just ignore it, I will pass back into peaceful bliss of sleep.
[list*] BEEP BEEP BEEPNOPE, it's not going to leave until I get up! but in reality, I should know better. I decided to finally get up and slap the shit out of the alarm clock, even though it was just doing its job I still hate it. i grab the covers and take them off and get up from the bed, i stretch my waking body and loosen any tensed muscles. and during that stretch my body was VIOLENTLY shaking and soon it calmed down as I feel a little better. Today is Saturday, I don't have to worry about work so I can chill out and play some games, but i also forgot that I didn't go to boxing class last week and decided to make up for that. I check the time, 9:43, I have a few hours before class start but first shower and breakfast.
the bathroom looks halfway clean, I'm starting to question why I don't clean it all the way.
.... too much work.
I open the shower curtains and set the water temperature just right. I put my hand in to feel the water, not cold and not too hot. I hop on in and start sing whatever random song I can think of, as if I am preforming for a crowd for a concert. I burnt a good 45 minutes and hop out and dry up, as I finally get some proper daily clothes on, jeans and a white plain shirt. I headed to the kitchen and start thinking what I want for breakfast. 'Well, if I have to work out today, maybe some frozen protein waffles and eggs? yeah, I think I might do that!'. the freezer held a good amount of food for either lunch or breakfast just in case I don't feel like getting out or fixing any. I put the waffles in the microwave and fix some eggs and poured me some orange juice, I take my food to the kitchen table and enjoy my creation, I decided to watch a video and in the middle of my breakfast I get a call from my friend Kevin. 'Oh god, what he wants now' I utter disgust in my head as I answer the phone.
"What you want fool?"
"Shut up boy, and you know exactly I want!" with a voice with high energy and confidence, the same man i knew since middle school and as always same attitude that makes you want to punch the crap out of. but he makes up for it with his loyalty.
This man. "No, I don't know "boy" how about clarifying it up so that I KNOW what you want".
"Destiny 2. dungeon run. RIGHT NOW,". he talks to me like he's my boss with high authority, but he doesn't.
"Hold up bitch, first off watch yo tongue with me before you get these hands, second can't you at least give me a minute to finish breakfast, and third I won't be on long I missed boxing class, so I have to go in a few hours".
"First off I can talk to ANYWAY I want, second off hurry up before I come over there and show you MY hands fool". his ego always talks for him. but I learned to deal with it soon enough.
"Whatever, I'll talk to soon." I hanged up the phone continue my breakfast which was staring to get cold, I looked outside and saw dark clouds trying to roll in, so I check the weather, it appears to be a really bad lighting storm same time I have to go out. 'Ok make sure I take an umbrella with me'. but as I think about what Kevin said and hate to say it (literally) he was right. we were stuck on the second encounter, and I would like to get it over with. I finished my breakfast and put mu dishes I the sink and hop online, the dungeon took a good hour to learn but with our skills and builds we managed to beat it the whole dungeon and of course no exotic.
I got off and see it was almost time for me to get ready and head out, I wore the usual gym shorts and black t-shirt and took a jacket with me just in case. I made sure I have my boxing gloves and water with me and headed out.
*Two hours later*
I am EXHUASTED, today's class was a surprised workout, instead of the usual one hour we had two hours. the instructor was really working on us too, jogging with harder punches it was hard to keep up, but I did it and I was glad it was over. as I start to pack my things up, I hear light strikes and see it was like a tornado was out there waiting for a victim to take in the harsh wind. luckily, I brought my umbrella, I quickly run to my car and quickly threw my bag inside the passenger seat rush to the driver side. but before I could open the door, purple lighting strikes my car and hit me in the explosion. everything was black, but weirdly enough I felt wind, but I didn't feel the ground. 'wait am I not dead?', as I slowly open my eyes. I couldn't comprehend what I saw.
I saw a black void and spots of different colors, and I look around only to find out that I was falling. I couldn't stop I was coming down to fast, I wanted to scream but when I open my mouth to do so I don't hear anything, there's no noise, and no way of stopping. it felt like I was falling for hours, until I see something a bright light and I was heading straight for it. it was getting brighter and brighter until the point I can't see and soon I felt nothing.
wet. that's all I feel, I open my eyes in a panic, I quickly get up and realized it was bad idea as I automatically feel right back down but i slightly catch myself. I took look around my surroundings and find out that I am in a forest, but why does it look like a couple ghost live it and made it into a horror movie. what doesn't make it any better is that its nighttime, but I didn't think about it fully but now I can.
"WHERE THE FUCK AM I!?!"
as perfecting time to answer my question comes a howl but from where it came from, I can't tell. being a sensible person that I am I can either fight a wolf or maybe pack of them and assert my dominance and make myself leader of a pack of wolves and soon get over throne by a greater warrior, or I can flee. the first option sounds really cool, but I take my chance and choose the second option and flee.
I never ran this fast before, probably due to the mix of adrenaline which is I'm guessing is boosting my speed. I take turns left and right, hopping over falling logs and ducking under tree branches. as I try to find an exit through this haunted forest, I could've sworn I saw a chicken in here, but I didn't want to take any chances and look back. I think I see a clearing; I waste no time and charge straight for it. I finally made it out, I look back and see the swirled of plant vines and morphing Braches 'why does it look like its moving on its own'. I don't stay and find out as I turn and see a town and walk towards it, as I walk, I take time to think and try not freak out fully, 'why did I appear here, why did the forest seem so strange, how did I not die, or... am I already dead?' question leads to more questions but as I see the town I approach and see some lights are on and some aren't but as I look at the town fully it looks kind of old style, almost like a village and there's a good amount flowers and look to be small shops here. the only thing I can think of is 'intriguing'. I start to pass a building which looks like to be made of sweets, this would be a kid dream and Hansel and Gretel would have blast here and not have to worry about getting eaten by a witch. funny enough even being by the building you can smell the sweets, and it made the air heavy with the sweet smell as almost as if it's trying to provoke you to go in and buy some treats. I keep walking pass by building until I built enough confidence to go to the nearest house and ask for help. I see a crystal house with the lights on 'I want to question how does that work but I can't at the moment' and head straight door and knocked loudly "hello! I need some help!". I hear a female on the other side of the door yell "coming".
the door open and as I look to see who opened the door, I don't see anyone there. but something in my mind told me to look down, and as I look down to my waist, I see........
'a purple horse and not only that, but it also has a horn and wings. for real where the hell am I?'
me and... the horse stare at each other with widen expressions but hers looks a lot more surprised than mines. the silence was strong, and it didn't leave until I manage to speak the first words. "Um...hello?". in the moment of me speaking she loudly gasp as she hears me speak.
"YOU CAN TALK!!!"
I decided to meet her energy "AND YOU CAN HEAR ME!!!"
she starts prancing around and start screaming abit but I guess she realizes that she was being loud, "oh I'm sorry. it just that... I never seen YOU around here before, it's a rare sight!" she looks around outside and try to see if anyone is looking. she opens the door wider for me to come in, "please come in, I'm sure your probably cold."
'Ok...this is going to be something; I can feel it.'

sorry for the delay. I was questioning if I should start a new story. which I still plan to do. but I decided to continue this story cause i still want to try and finish it out, so I hope you guys can bear with me as I try my best.
