Maud and Spike Fucking Die
Several weeks after the defeat of Sombra Princess Cadance and Twilight where in Canterlot, among the many ponies present Pinkie and her Family where closest to them as they where unveiling a new monument to honor the brave souls who died disctacting Sombra long enough for Twilight and Pinkie to get the Crystal Heart into position.
Upon removing the cloth the crowd was met with the visage of Maud with Spike riding on her back.
“I could have sworn there was a third guy,” Moondancer had noted during constuction, but simply shrugged after thinking about it “Oh well he bust have been a basic bitch,” Moondancer pranced away, and no one ever thought about whoever that third guy was again.
There was celebration all around, Both Twilight and Pinkie having decided to give both of them full credit for Sombra’s defeat.
Pinkie patted her hoof against the statue, viewing the elegant inscription carved into the statues basin for all to see.
-Sombra’s a Dick, fuck that guy - Maud and Spike.
It was a glorious inscription that songs would one day be sung about, and indeed it was so that every day on that day people would dress up as Spike and Maud, make doll versions of Sombra, and stab him in the dick.
Over the years the story would shift and change, and as years turned to decades, and decades turned to centuries, the story would continue to shift and change until it eventualy told tail of Spike and Maud dragging Sombra to Tartarouses depths, so endlessly stab him in the dick for all his crimes.
They were remembered as true Heros.
Sombra sat in a cage in the depths of Tartarous, his two eternal jailors having been picked out special for the job by the heavenly essence of Celestia and Luna.
“Fuck you,” Maud said as she stabbed Sombra in the dick with a pointed stick.
“You’re a Dick,” Spike added as he waited for Maud to pull her stick out, Sombra’s dick healed an them Spike stabbed him in the dick.
And so they did that for all eternity, day in and out, never resting, never stopping, and never stabbing him any where else, as time dragged on they would be visited by the spirits of their loved ones, who would join them in the stabbing of Sombra’s dick before moving on with their after lives. But Maud and Spike stayed, for they really hated Sombra. Fuck that guy he’s a Dick.
Also Mud Brair was there but everyone hated him so he left and no one ever thought about him again casue he was boring.

The Heavy Echo’s of rain hitting wood eventualy tore Maud from her uncounsious stait, she was laying on the ground, her sides buring, the wagon she had been riding on lay all around her in pieces, a few yars away in the depree feild lay one of the members of her scouting party, the little purple and green dragon Spike lay limp on a tree stump, breathing but only barely.
Maud forced herself to a standing position, he sides still burning, looking to them she saw no visible wound, and vaguely recalled having been in the back of the carriage with Spike.
Mud Briar had been driving as they moved into Sombra’s territory.
The Mad King had swoop into the capital in the middle of the night and assasinated the Princesses, having taken over the Capital before day break Cadance and Twilight where working hard fighting against him.
Ponyville had fallen within the first day, King Sombra sending a wave of royal guards to attack, only to have them all detonate with explosives in the middle of the town, few had survived.
Maud made it to Spikes side and lightly tapped him, he groaned in responce as he pulled himself free from the stree stump, bits of the tree where still attathed to the stump behind Spike.
“You killed the tree,” She informed him as she looked to its fallen stump, a hoof sticking out from under it’s trunks revlead where Mud Brair had landed, from it’s positions he had been trying to stand up before it had nail him into the ground.
“And my Ex,” She added as an after tought, she helped Spike to his feet, his belly scales cracked and some bleeding from the impact, “What happened,”
“I think they did,” Spike replied as he looked behind her, Maud turned and was met with a small squadron of Royal Guards, their eyes foggy, “Think Pinkie made it over the border?” Spike asked Maud as the Guards began moving closer.
“We can only hope so,” Maud replied as she offered her hoof to Spike, he took it in his hands as the Guards grew closer, smelling of burnt mane. “I hope we bought her time,” Maud decided, having not told her Sister she was going on a Suicide Mission.
Spike had likewise failed to tell Twilight what they where going to go do, but even from the divot they where now in they could both see him, looking at them with Rage.
Moondancer had given them a small device that emanate Twilight’s magic, who was currently masking her’s as she snuck into the Canterlot armed with the Crytal heart with an amplifier that would send it’s magic all across Equestria.
“At least he dies with us,” Maud rationalized as the Guards where only a few Yards away.
“We did ok,” Spike agreed as one of the Guards started glowing, the magical blast of pure magic that bust from the Guards atamized everthing within a yard of them, with so many around them, Maud and Spike final moments where both fast and aganizing as they felt, for that brief moment every molocume in their body splitting apart, in their last phading seconds they could see the Crystal Hearts power was over the Land as Sombra was met with the same fate they received.
And then the world went black.
