Strange disappearances in Ponyville have caused everypony to hide and completely stay off the streets

First Pinkie vanishes, then slowly but surely more and more begin to vanish.
Finally when Rainbow Dash goes missing Twilight goes on a search and rescue mission, starting with the last place Rainbow was spotted...Sugarcube Corner.

But is all as it seems in the supposedly happy and brighter than sunshine bakery or is there more than meets the eye?
