The famed Vinyl Scratch, AKA "DJ P0N-3" and the potential future first chair cellist of the famed Canterlot Orchestra, Octavia, having been living together since their freshman years of college. While it's not the quietest of living arrangements, the two get along quite well and have generally enjoy each other's company. However, Vinyl's lifestyle of late nights, drug usage and casual encounters has worn on Octavia, and her best friend's constant disapproval has brought Vinyl nothing but annoyance. Things reach their tipping point one night when Octavia finds out who Vinyl's latest lover is; a human, or at least a pony who likes to pretend to be a human! Soon things crumble as a history of love, sex, and hidden feelings come forth, and both ponies (and the possible human) have to confront their true feelings.
