Dark Days of Equestria

CHAPTER 2

Twilight woke to the urgent nudge of Spike. Looking outside she noted that it was still night probably around 3-4 AM. Turning back to Spike she said, "You better have a good reason for waking me up so early." as she said this she slowly got out of bed, and was making her way to Spike to better hear his answer.

" I just got a letter from princess Luna." replied Spike in a frantic voice, " It says that something has happened to her sister Celestia and she requests yours, and the other elements presence at the castle immediatly."

"Here Spike, give me the letter." Twilight told him in an annoyed voice. As she read over the letter she let out a small gasp,faint as the wind,and almost fainted. Scrawled inside was the worst news she had ever gotten, ever.

Dear Twilight Sparkle,

Somethinghas happened to my sister Princess Celestia. We do not know where she is, and I belive that something terrible has taken place. We found the faint reminiscence of a teleportation spell, it seems to have been cast from a place far from here, but we cannot track it. We request yours and the other elements assistence in out court as soon as possible.

"Umm... Twilight? do you have any idea of what has happened to Princess Celestia?"

"No Spike, I don't, but we need to get the others and to Canterlot." Twilight replied quickly grabbing her saddle bag, her and Spike headed out into the dark, gloomy night to get the others.
