Another day in school today was alright. I mean sure, it is with a bunch of foals but who cares? Cheerilee put on some music today so that was good, but still I can’t help shake this feeling that I am being watched. I looked behind me “Hello, anypony there?” huh, nothing. I can’t shake it though. It feels like that ‘changeling’ or whatever it was called is following me. I shuddered at the thought of that thing as I kept walking. I just wanted to go back to the library and take a little nap, I have not slept well in the past few days and yes it is because I cannot find my Smarty Pants doll. That and I am too scared to sleep at night because I still feel like something is watching me, be it a changeling or something else, so I just climb into Twilight’s bed and snuggle up to her, she can take Smarty pants’ place. For now...

I sighed “Well she told me to spend some time getting to know other ponies.” I stood still for a second “I guess I could do that, or lie about it.” I smirked and just kept trotting. I guess I could go to that one tree and finish the daring doo book that I have been trying to finish for who knows how long now. I know it has been a few days since I started it.

I kept walking, only to be stopped by Sweetie Drops “Hey Nova, come here.” I let out a small sigh and went over to her “Here you go kiddo.” Sweetie Drops said before she put a brown paper bag into my saddle bags.

I smiled a little “Thanks Sweetie Drops.” I wonder what she put in that bag. I guess I will find out later. I know Twilight packed me a nice little juice box.

“You are welcome Nova” Sweetie Drops said, patting me on the head “Just don’t tell Twilight alright” Sweetie Drops added with a wink.

I let out a small laugh “Ok Sweetie Drops.” Man her name sounds strange “I won’t tell Twilight.” I continued trotting to the tree. Today so far has been pretty good I will say, first off we got to listen to music in school and now Sweetie Drops gave me a free candy! This is so AWESOME! I wonder what will happen next. Nothing, because I am at my location, the shady tree I sat at last time I read. I sat down and opened my saddle bags, pulling out my book and opening it to the page I was last on.

I let out a small yawn, I had been out here reading this one book all day and I gotta say, I am a little tired. Though that candy Sweetie Drops gave me was pretty good. I looked up at the sky “Huh, it’s getting pretty dark out.” I said aloud while I packed my saddle bags and began trotting back to the library. Twilight had decided to set a curfew for me earlier this week “I hope Twilight is not mad that I am a little late.”

The whole walk to the library I could not stop feeling like I was being watched, I turned several times but there was nothing, I was alone “Ugg I think I am even more tired than I thought.” I kept just walking, hoping to get home soon, until I heard something and turned to look. Just as the last time I checked, nothing was there. “Listen, if somepony is pulling a prank, you need to stop! It’s not funny!” I started trotting a little faster.

“Come on. Whoever this is you are scaring me.” I said now running as fast as I could, I kept hearing what sounded like a bee “Seriously Rainbow Dash, if this is you just stop. You are taking it too far now.” I was in a full blown gallop, now racing towards the library. The buzzing kept getting louder and closer “HELP ME SOMEPONY!” I shouted, running faster now crying.

I kept running until I saw a figure land in front of me “Aw, is the little foal lost?” when I looked up at it I saw it was that changeling thing. I tried running in the other direction only to be caught in its magical grip “Don’t worry; I will take you ‘home’.”

Twilight had been all over Ponyville searching for Nova, yet she could not find him. She had checked at Sugar Cube Corner, Sweet Apple Acres, Twilight had even asked most of her friends but none of them had seen him all day. Twilight even asked Ditzy Doo and Berry Punch, neither of them had seen the little colt “I hope Nova is alright.” Twilight said as she worriedly made her way to Fluttershy’s cottage.

“Let’s think, I have checked with Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity, along with Cheerilee.” Twilight let out a frustrated groan “So now let’s think. The last pony to see him was Cheerilee and she has not seen him since after school.” Twilight started trotting a little faster “If he fell asleep at Fluttershy’s house I know he is in good hooves.” Twilight just sighed “Maybe I should let my parents meet Nova......or maybe not yet.”

Twilight arrived at Fluttershy’s cottage, nearly in full gallop. Knocking on the door she could hear some commotion “For the love of Celestia what did Nova do?” Twilight asked to nopony in particular. She knocked on the door again.

After waiting another ten minutes or so, the door swung open revealing a clearly annoyed Jero and Fluttershy. The two looked at Twilight for a few seconds.

“Hey Twilight, what is it?” Jero asked

Fluttershy noticed the worry on her friends face “Oh, umm Twilight come in” she then hid behind her mane “If you want to that is.”

Twilight smiled and stepped inside, seeing the living room was a wreck. Twilight looked again seeing Angel in what Fluttershy called his ‘quiet area.’ The lavender mare took a seat on the couch before looking at her friends.

“Twilight, is something wrong?” Jero asked

“Umm Twilight you look a little upset” Fluttershy said stating the obvious

Twilight took a deep breath “Have you seen Nova?”

So everypony I have been planning this out for a while now it will be about 2 or 3 chapters so I hope you all enjoy so far
