Equestria: Avery's Wrath

Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie all arrive with Solar to the temple that he lives in. Solar, without any hesitation, took the group inside and began looking through stone tablets for a spell in a library like room. Solar had changed into a normal size rock creature, but still big to the group. He finds a tablet and sets it on the in the middle of the room.

"Found it! Now, everyone put your hoof on the tablet." Solar says quickly

Everyone did as he said. Once their hooves were on the tablet, Solar started to speak in a unknown language. After a few seconds of speaking, the tablet began to glow a light blue color and chilled air filled the room. A mist came out of the tablet and wrapped around everyone and went inside their bodies, the tablet then faded back to it's original color.They all blinked and took their hooves off the tablet.

"Whoa, I don't feel hot anymore! It's like I'm being cooled from the inside!" Rainbow says surprised

"Yes, it's because you ARE being cooled from the inside. It makes you not feel the heat from outside your body. I made this spell after an accident happened with one of your kind that traveled down here..." Solar says getting quiet near the end.

"Right, where should we start to look for the princess?" Applejack asks

"Well this place huge, looking everywhere would take days and days. We need to find her as soon as possible, because I myself have no idea when the sky will turn red and your friend will no longer be able to return to his normal self. But I will have most of my guard help with searching, mainly my thieves." Solar explained

Solar continued "I'll have Applejack and Pinkie to search the northern part of our city, it's called Gaia for it's more like the crust. Rarity, you'll go with some of my foot-soldiers to the southern region called Frosted Mountain, be sure you know how to handle cold weather there as well for it's the only place with below normal temperature down here.

Rainbow, I'll have you go with a thief to the outer wall, rumors are told that past thieves go there to hide. I'll have the rest of my troops go search everywhere else. If you do find the princess be sure to bring her here STRAIGHT away, the heat of this place could kill anyone not living here."

Everyone nodded and went into action, Rarity went with a group of large creature with one hand and another arm with a shield like structure. Applejack and Pinkie went north, a small group thieves went with them. Rainbow flew away, a thief following close behind. Solar went west in search of Luna, and another group went east.

Meanwhile, Twilight, Shining Armor, and Princess Celestia were getting ready to face Avery.

"The Elements are in the bag, we have cold water for if we get burned, we know the spell we will use, and now all that's left is to just go." Twilight says checking bags

Just then a letter fell from the sky after purple like dust gathered there, Celestia grabbed it with magic and began to read it.

Twilight?! I'm trapped in my bed....Avery is out there roaring which is freaking me out. I try to go out and run for another place, but he always turns his head to the tree! Please hurry up and rescue me!

Spike.

"Twilight, didn't Spike come with us?" Celestia asks

Twilight then perks up her head "I-I don't know! Is he still at the library?! Oh no! What if Avery sees him and he gets hurt?! What if-" Twilight was stopped by Celestia putting a hoof on her head

"It's ok, he just sent this letter meaning that he's fine. Let's go and trap Avery so that we can get him back to normal."

Twilight then nodded her head and Shining came over with all the bags. Celestia used her magic and teleported them to Ponyville, just outside the town. They walked into town, nothing was out of the ordinary. They found Avery resting on the stone filled hole, his magma arms crossing each other infront of him.

"What luck! He's sleeping." Shining says quietly

"Yes but for how long?" Celestia replies

"What do we do? Should we just use the Elements or should we use the spell first?" Twilight asks

Avery yawned lowly, stretching his magma arms out. He then got up and shook his head.

"I vote for using the spell..." Shining says looking at Avery

"Yes, that would be good" Twilight quickly says

Celestia was creating the illusion when see saw Avery yawn. The spell formed into the shape of Luna's body and soon it was like she was there. Avery opened his eyes and turn his head towards the group, only to have his face drop at the sight of the fake Luna.

He slowly walks over, his arms dragging on the ground saying with a deep demonic tone "L-Luna...?"

Twilight and Shining backed up behind Celestia and the Luna. The fake Luna smiled and calmly walked towards Avery. The sky was beginning to turn back to it's color other than red, then moon was out meaning that it was night time.

"I-Is that really you...?" Avery says getting more of his normal self back little by little.

The Luna then changed her face to a bland like state and twitched. Celestia was having a hard time keeping the spell in place. Avery then tilted his head, looking at the Luna closely. Twilight got out the Elements. Avery then widened his eyes and he returned back to his monster like state roaring, the magma arms crushing the spell from above.

"Twilight! Give me the Elements" Celestia demanded

Avery swiped his arms at the group, Shining, going to the front to protect the others, got hit and was sent flying through trees. Celestia was now wearing the Elements, the Tiara on her head and all the necklaces around her neck. Avery brought his arms down on Celestia, but she dodged and grabbed Twilight. Twilight went to her brother, but was stopped by Avery landing infront of her. Avery then hit her with one of his hooves towards the library.

Celestia looked at Avery and Avery stared at her steam coming out of his mouth every time he growled.

"Avery....you're not like this....and I don't want to trap you, but you leave me no choice." Celestia says quietly

Avery growls loudly as if replying and brings one of his arms back and sends it to Celestia. She moves out of the way and walks towards Avery, who keeps attacking in anger and missing. Celestia then stopped only a few meters away from Avery.

"I really don't want to do this, but you need to be stopped."

Celestia used her magic to active the Elements of Harmony and she begins to be engulfed with a white light. Avery swipes with his arms, but it bounces off the light. Celestia then summons a large different colored bubble and sends it towards Avery, which in turn traps him inside.

Avery pounds on the bubble, but it doesn't show any signs of wear in the slightest. Celestia lays down and looks at Avery.

"Now we must wait for the others to bring Luna here."

Shining slowly walks out from a bush and falls over near the bubble. Twilight limps over to Celestia and sits down, looking at Avery.

"I hope they find her soon...because there's very little time left." Twilight says looking at the sky
