Equestria: Avery's Wrath

Avery has returned to his regular self, though now asleep. He lays underneath Luna's wing as she and Twilight, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie, Rainbow, and Rarity talk about what had happened inside Avery's mind.

"So what did you need to do to bring him back?" Twilight asks

"I just needed to show him that I was there with him, he was blind to see that it was me." Luna answers

"And by that you hugged him? How does that work?" Rainbow asks

"He has a soft heart. By hugging him, he saw that he wasn't alone and started to see again. And now I do believe that he has another mare to think about other than me."

"Really? Who might that be?" Applejack asks

Luna looks around and begins to think.

"I don't think it would be good to tell you about that, since he never did speak of her when we spoke to one another when he was in Canterlot."

"Ah, keeping it secret for his sake." Twilight says

"What about the room where you found swords lined up? Did you find anything useful there?" Rarity asks

"No, I didn't spend enough time in there. But it seems that he practices in his mind so that when he faces a foe, he's ready with a sword." Luna answers

"And what about that chained door you found, did you see anything about that?" Twilight asks hovering a notebook and quill

"I couldn't get inside that room, but when I tried to enter a voice echoed in my ear telling me that it was his past. That not even he can see what lies inside. Which means that he still has his memory, but he hasn't found out about it."

Avery curls up into a ball, making himself completely invisible. Luna looked at her wing and chuckled.

"It feels like you're not telling us all of it though, was there anything else you found?" Rainbow asks hovering over everyone

"Yes, but like I said with the other mare that he likes, it's best to not tell about it." Luna answers giving a glare

Spike comes downstairs carrying a letter.

"Princess Luna, Princess Celestia wants you to come back to Canterlot." he says waving the letter around

"Alright, I guess I'll being see you later then. Take care of Avery for us, he wants to live down here in Ponyville with you girls." Luna says getting up and folding her wings back

She walks out the still broken doorway, a bright light shined through. Luna then teleports away.

Twilight then says "Ok, what do you think we should do with Avery?"

Rainbow suddenly says "I vote we draw on his face while he's sleeping!"

"Goodness no! We should give him a makeover instead!" Rarity replies strongly

"Well we should make funny faces with his face while he's asleep!" Pinkie says coming out of the ground

Applejack steps forward "Hold on a minute, I say we tie him up and see if he gets out!"

"Well, shouldn't we just let him sleep..?" Fluttershy says very quietly

"And miss a perfect moment like this?! NO WAY!" Rainbow exclaims

"Oh! We should do all those things at once! Draw on his face, give him a makeover, tie him up, and make funny faces with his face!" Spike says joining the group

Rainbow rubbed Spike's head "I like the way you think! Now let's go an- Hey, where'd he go?"

Avery was no longer curled up where Luna was. Twilight soon came down the stairs with a slight smile.

"Hey Twi, Where's Avery?" Applejack asks

"He's sleeping in his bed upstairs behind a barrier I put up." Twilight said with a smug on her face.

"OH COME ON! You completely ruined it Twilight!" Rainbow says in disappointment

"I know, and you should know that playing a prank on a pony that's been through a lot isn't going to do any good." Twilight says picking a book out.

Rainbow mutters in anger.

"Oh, well yeah it was pretty silly to think of doing that to him after he's been through all of that." Applejack says putting a hoof behind her head

"Yes, quite rude if you ask me" Rarity says flipping her mane

"But I still want to make funny faces!" Pinkie pouts

"And I was not going to do such a thing, nuh uh. Not this dragon!" Spike says crossing his arms a little

Twilight looks at Spike and he looks away pushing his fingers together.

"Well, I'm going to go read a book until he wakes up. Then I'm going to try and fix the tree. I'll see ya girls later!" Twilight says going upstairs

Everyone else left, Spike went outside into Ponyville to find someone to help fix the tree. Twilight walked to Avery's bed and inside the barrier, she lays down next to the bed and begins reading her book. Avery had a smile on his face as he slept and turned around every so often.

Everything was now at peace, Avery no longer has to worry about anything and is now living in Ponyville.
