Interlude: Goku's examination and Life in Ponyville

A couple weeks have passed since Nightmare Moon, and Goku has completely settled in to life in Ponyville. He was currently at the library, having consented to a full examination from the book-happy Twilight. Twilight was eager to get started, so she had Goku strip and lie on the table in the basement.

After Goku did so, Twilight's horn lit up and magic started slowing across Goku's body, recording everything inside and outside.

"I find it interesting that your kind doesn't have sheathes." Twilight said as she examined Goku's penis. "I guess that's why you wear clothes all the time, huh?" *Her magic enveloped the organ in a purple glow as she lifted it to look at the sac beneath it. She let it go a second later, having gotten what she wanted. Twilight then giggled. "Rarity really wouldn't approve of this."

Goku looked confused. "Why not? I said you could do this. Shouldn't that be enough for her?" Goku giggled a bit as Twilight poked his side with a hoof. She then examined where Nightmare impaled him.

"Those beans are really something. There's not even a scar. And your heart's as strong as ever. Stronger even, according to the readings I'm getting." Twilight said surprised. She finished up the examination and smile at Goku. "That's everything. You can get dressed again if you want." Goku slid off the table and grabbed his gi. It still had a hole from where Nightmare had impaled him. "You know, Rarity might be able to fix that hole for you."

Goku sighed. "Yeah, but to do that I'd have to take it off, and you saw how she reacted when I took it off to let it dry back in the forest."

Twilight giggled. "I think it was just that male equines don't have their penises swinging in the breeze. They have sheathes to hide them in until they get aroused."

Goku smiled. "Really? Huh." He looked at Twilight. "You really think she wouldn't mind me being naked while she works on my gi."

Twilight frowned. "She'd most likely give you a robe or something to wear." She smile at Goku as she said that. "On that note, I don't want you going out of the library unless your dressed, okay? Not everypony wants to see you naked. Also, if anypony asks you to undress, don't listen to them. Especially if it's a little filly or colt who asks."

"Yeah, yeah, I get it." He finished getting dressed and taps the shoes on the floor to make sure they were on right. "So can I go out now? Please?" Goku gave what he thought was a puppy dog eye look.

"Twilight giggled at the face he was making. "Yes, you can go out. Just be careful." Goku cheered an ran back upstairs, his tail wagging through its hole in the gi.

Goku left the library and went on a walk through town. Ponies waved as he passed them. One even winked at him. Goku blushed a bit at that but continued on, waving where appropriate. It was when he passed under a strange cloud formation that he was first accosted. A rainbow blur seemed to fall straight from the cloud and tackled Goku to the ground.

"Hi there, Goku!"

Goku groaned, covered in mud.

"Hehe, oops. Sorry about that. I didn't mean to push you into the mud." Rainbow explained with a light blush. "Let's get you cleaned up."

She dashed off and returned with a rain cloud. She flew up and started bouncing on it to release its rain, washing the mud off of Goku but making him soaked. His hair, while still in its unique formation, drooped from all the water.

Rainbow giggled. "Now for the drying." She started spinning around Goku, going faster and faster, creating a small tornado as the water that saturated Goku's clothes and body rose up and out of the tornado, leaving him dry and clean, but dizzy. Goku smiled at Rainbow.

"Thanks Bow." He smiled, knowing that particular nickname always irked the rainbow-maned pegasus, and was not disappointed.

"Don't call me Bow!" She yelled, her wings shooting to full display in anger. "How many times do I have to tell you that?"

"One more time as always, Bow." He laughed at her enraged look.

"All right, that's it! Put them up!" Rainbow challenged. "I don't care how strong you are!" She rose onto her hind legs, kicking her forlegs out as if punching. Goku smiled cockily, getting into a stance of his own. He sized her up, but something down below caught his attention and threw his stance out the window, a luminescent blush donning his cheeks.

"Um... Dash, please get down." he said, looking away pointedly. Rainbow was confused for a moment before realization hit her.

"YOU PERVERT!!" She lashed out and socked Goku in the cheek, hard, knocking him down. She got onto all fours soon after, a blush of her own adorning her cheeks. Goku sat up in anger.

"What did you do that for?! You were the one who was 'showing off'!"

"Yeah, well you looked!" She exclaimed.

"Hard not to when most of you don't wear clothes!"

Pinkie immediately jumped between the two in an effort to keep them from fighting. "Break it up, you two!" She looked at Goku. "Goku, while I'm sure showing off wasn't her intention, you still took a peek." She then looked at Rainbow. "Dashie, he's a guy. of course he'll look when a beautiful lady shows her goods off."

Dash growled. "All the more reason to beat him up should he continue to try."

Goku frowned. "I wasn't even trying to look." Goku realized too late that that was the wrong thing to say as Dash got angry again.

"You... you weren't?" She asked, confused.

"No."

Rainbow looked down, embarrassed. "Sorry about hitting you, then." She said.

"It's fine. Though next time, get the whole story before lashing out." He said with a laugh.

"Oh, yeah." Rainbow giggled a bit. "Oh! My old flight school friend Gilda is coming to visit soon! Would you like to meet her?"

"An old friend of yours is coming to visit? Sure, I'll meet her!" Goku exclaimed, excited.

"That sounds like a whole bunch of fun!" Pinkie shouted in excitement.

"Great! She's coming by in a week! Sorry about crashing into you, by the way, Goku. I'll see you two later, okay?" With that, Dash took to the skies.

"Huh. I wonder how Bow's friend is like. I hope she's friendly." Goku pondered.

Pinkie giggled a bit. "She probably rough around the edges like Dashie."

And with that, Goku and Pinkie went about their days.
