The Adventure of Five Friends on an Unknown World

Chapter 1: The Arrival

Sora smiled happily as he sat in a passenger seat within the glass dome of the gummy ship. Slowly he surveyed his surroundings. Around him were a number of complex mechanical devices that were all created by the ship's engineers who were going by the name Chip and Dale.

The other few things besides the machines were a few chairs here and there which were all filled. One of them, the captain's chair held a white duck that wore a blue jacket and hat that seemed to have zippers all over the place. Slightly to the right of the duck sat a dog anthropomorphic dog who wore a green sweater, a light brown vest, some dark brown shoes and some brown breeches around his legs. On top of his head though laid a tall hat with goggles around the base of it.

Slowly Sora turned his head and saw the other two chairs besides his own, one which occupied a red haired girl who wore pink shoes and a rose colored dress over a white one. He saw her eyes, they looked as if they were made out of the light blue sky like inside of their home world, Destiny Islands. She turned her head and smiles at him before she looks back at the silver haired boy behind her seat. He had the same colored eyes as the girl, his slight smirk showed he thought he was now being watched. His body held a black shirt with a white and yellow vest over it, on his legs all he had was a pair of blue jeans and a pair of white and blue shoes.

Smiling Sora then turned to see his reflection in the glass. He had spiky, dark brown hair and oddly the same colored eyes as the other two humans. He wore black shorts and a red and blue shirt with a black jacket over it that had some patches of blue, red, and yellow all over like red pockets, yellow straps, and blue shorts underneath the black ones.

He then turned to the others, looking from the duck, to the dog, to the girl, and finally to the other boy with them. From the order he looked each name for them came up. The name of the duck was Donald, for the dog he was literally named Goofy, then Kairi was the red haired girl of the group and finally, it came to both his best friend and his life long rival Riku.

His head was filling with the many battles and adventures they had, and the memory of how Riku and him found their friend Kairi, but a voice snapped him out of his daze.

Help......we ne.......some......any......help

Sora would turn and then see some sort of weird world that they had missed during the scans around this place before. There was a large world, a village of old styled houses on one section of it, surrounded by a forest that was next to a magnificent white and golden castle that was held up on the side of a mountain. What captured Sora's attention, besides two constantly moving things which were the planet's sun and moon, was a shroud of darkness over a large town that was slowly disappearing.

His eyes would widen as he jumped out of his seat and ran towards Donald, forcing the duck out of the seat before making the gummy ship charge straight for the black cloud.

The duck would look at Sora and yell, "Sora! What do you thin- Oh, crab apples. Everyone brace for impact!" Donald then ran into a  seat and buckled up.

Kairi would turn around and look at Sora, going to say something before something sounded the alarm of the ship. She would then turn and watch out the window as her eyes widen. "SORA!" Riku would look and then his eyes would widen as a large tonberry ship ran at them and used it's knife to cut at the ship's hull. Sora would turn his head and scream as the knife slashed, luckily missing him, but cutting the part of the gummy ship he was on from the rest of it.

Riku would get up and run towards the ever growing gap that appeared form the cut as he jumped towards Sora's half of the ship or rather for the pilot seat and the controls that were cut off as it plummeted towards the world bellow, the other half shooting off towards the castle on the hill while the other plummeted towards the dark cloud.

Sora would hold out his hand and manages to catch and pull Riku into the part of the ship before they looked back, all they saw was the black mist before they were knocked out from strange force.

The last thing they heard was maniacal laughter and the sound of their friends screaming as they fell.

Slowly Sora and Riku were floating, falling down into darkness, the only lights that were there were form a hole in the black sky and the ever growing circular light they were falling towards. Slowly the light started to change and take shape into that of a stained glass pillar, one that showed them and their friends on it. Though what was odd about it was they were in the form of ponies.

Riku was a grayish-black unicorn with a silver mane, his clothes were now gone and all he had that represented him was his keyblade, or rather the symbol of it over a heartless shaped mark on his flank. Sora was back to back with Riku, his pony form being that of a cyan coated pony with dark brown hair, but instead of a horn he had wings. His flank had a light silver heart, or rather the outline of it and his usual weapon over it, the kingdom key. Slowly as they descended towards the pillar, they saw glimpses of other ponies, but soon the image was gone and the two went out of their 'dive to the heart'.

Slowly their eyes would open and they would slowly get up, slowly Sora would try to get onto his feet and would end up failing, ending up on all fours. Blinking a bit he would look at himself and his eyes would widen as he saw that he looked like his vision of the 'dive to the heart'. He would then turn and look around for Riku, but his eyes would end up only fall onto a cyan pony who had silvery hair.

Slowly the grayish-black pony would open his eyes and looks up at Sora. With a groan he would get up and grumble before saying, "I swear, you do that again and i will make sure to leave you behind." Smiling a bit he would wrap Sora's head in one hoof and give the pegasis a nuggy. Laughing a bit, Sora would then push out of it and look around.

All around them there a lot of depressed looking ponies, staring down at them with scared and worried looks. Riku would be sniffing the air as he stood there, Sora just slowly starting to walk towards a pony, but the pony backed away form him.

Confusion ran in the pagasis' face before he turns as suddenly a Pink pony with a pink mane and tail got in his face, a great big smile and large, bulging blue eyes met his face as he shrank back a bit.

The pink pony's smile only grew as she then bounces up and down and says in a really excited voice, "Hi, what's you name? I'm Pinkie Pie, I like parties, do you like parties? Well anyways lets go have a party!" Blinking a bit Sora would back up slightly.

"Um I'm Sora, and this here is my friend Riku." Riku would be coming out of the crater before a blue and slightly rainbow blur past by him and made him flinch a bit. Turning, Sora would look at Riku and tilt his head. "Riku is something wrong?"

Riku shrugged and continued climbing before out the corner of his eyes he saw the cyan blur again, coming right at him. With a smirk her would summon his keyblade which appeared with a red sword hilt that was clinging to his mouth with the guard that had been widened a bit. The hilt was surrounded by a guard made from an angel and devil wing, the blade was another thing. The blade was that of a dragon's wing which had a black skeleton and a red membrane for the part of the wing that caused flight if it were real and there was a white angel wing that formed the teeth of the keyblade.

Quick with a reaction, Riku used some of his power over darkness to form a barrier around him as the cyan blur just face-plants onto the shield before it dropped, revealing a cyan pegasis pony with a rainbow mane and tail with a hurt wing. Riku would blink a bit as he looked down at the pegasis who stared up at him with glaring, dark red eyes.

"What are you doing here!? Did that thing send you!?" The rainbow maned pony got up to her feet and then gets up in Riku's face as she almost yelled the words out. All Riku did was not budge as he dismissed his weapon and then cleared his throat.

"By 'that thing', you mean that shroud of darkness outside this city? Then, no, we are not working with the darkness." Before the rainbow maned pegasis could snap at the silver maned pegasis Pinkie burst in, introduced herself and the cyan pagasis as Rainbow Dash, Riku just responding with his and sora's name, leaving an angry and silent Rainbow Dash there as Pinkie went back to talking with Sora.
