Twilight's Wish

Fluttershy

   "Fluttershy, what's wrong with Spike?" She questioned the shy Pegasus.  Fluttershy explained how he slipped, all the way to why he's on the ice. "Spike, it's no big deal."

    "It's... It's not? " he asked, surprised. It doesn't make sense, last night she cried over the fact he ate a cookie after eight, which is bed time for him.

    "No, it's not. Get up, we still have to ask Fluttershy and Applejack if they can come."

    "Ask me about what?" she questioned, obviously tired of standing in the snow.

    "Me and Twilight-"

    "Twilight and I." She says, cutting Spike off.

    "Twilight and I," he says, a little bit ticked off, "are going to be having a party to celebrate Hearths Warming Eve."

Fluttershy jumps at the sound of party. "But what about my animal friends!" she says, trying to think of an excuse not to go. "They'll be left in the cold, freezing snow!

    "C'mon Fluttershy, it's Hearths Warming Eve!" Says Twilight. "Plus, so far, everyone is going other than Applejack. Please?"

    "Oh.. Umm.." She takes a long, deep breath, and says "alright."

Twilight jumps for joy, extremely happy that another friend will be there. It had been extremely easy to get the others to go, and hopefully, Applejack would be just as easy.

When Twilight and Spike arrived at sweet apple acres, they were surprised to find it completely empty, with the exception of Granny Smith reading one of her "folk tales" near the fireplace. The had to knock several times to get the attention of Granny Smith, and then she took a while to even get out of her chair. Eventually, Twilight got tired of waiting and just kicked the door open.

   "Why hello there!" Said Granny Smith. Even her words took forever to leave her lips.

   "We're looking for Applejack, have you seen her anywhere?" asked Twilight.

   "Oh sweet apple juice, y'all just missed her. She said somethin' bout helping some Cutie Mark what-nots find their "destiny".

Twilight and Spike were already out the door. Applejack was at the CMC headquarters.
