I walked off towards my new Home, Collecting my keys from the mayor Along the way.
I took a deep sigh as the Key hit the lock. turning the key, I opened the door slowly.
Looking around the empty house, I could see the bare minimum of furnishings.
a simple Sofa.
Perfect.
but then again, this was, more or less, for free.
I carried on my little self-guided tour of my home, taking note of where everything was.
It was bizarre considering that i saw myself properly in a mirror for the first time since I left earth all those years ago.
As I stood staring at my mirror image, I began to realize, my eye's had never changed. they were as brown as the day there where when i first began existing. there was a little letter pushed through the letterbox, I opened it.
Dear BC
I finally got your letter... After much consideration.....
You have every right to call us.... your Parents...
but we'll never be able to replace your original ones....
So it looks like Luna is going to be an aunt from now on. you should have seen her face when i told her this.
She wasn't so much smiling but she was still happy... and great job on finding the first element Bearer...
but this is the hard part.... the explanation....
when ever you are ready, Come back to the castle....
but get settled in first.
your.... father has a lot to say to you...
from Celestia and discord
love
Mom and dad
I smiled, and promptly locked up and took off for the library again.
Celestia paced back and forth, waiting to hear from Discord. He was currently going over different timelines...
He hated dealing with his timelines. all of them, a jumbled mess. once, he would have claimed his mind to organized chaos... but now his mind was an overflowing cup. it was as if he was driven sane because of it.
He looked to the Celestia, not once did he try to say anything regarding their strange relationship.
they were both Demi-gods.... but neither of them wanted to be.
He sighed as he continued to sieve through the more recent time lines.
Each one had more or less the same out come....
the only difference was now, there was he was surviving until the very end. when the first timeline began, Crisis, as a human, would instantly sacrifice himself to protect the element bearers, represented by the original six.
it didn't end well.
it never ended well.
but as time shifted, things began to change.
the human began to last a little longer.
it was this recent idea that could win the battle.
But every thing comes at a price.
along the great planes of existence, he would pop in from time to time.
in fact... if you looked close enough in one scene in a certain film following a time traveling agent of an alien supervision bureau, you could just make him out in a crowd. but that's when he heard it... the phrase that would send shivers up his spine.
where there is death, there will always be death.
An undeniable truth.... one he did not want to face again.
He looked to Celestia for a brief second, which then became an uncomfortable few minutes.
"Is there a reason why your staring at me?"
"Sorry... I ah.... Spaced out for a moment there Celestia"
I had arrived at the Library. Spike was grumbling once again about running out of gems, I took it as normal.... when doesn't he grumble about gems. "yo Spike.... Guess who's moving out" I give him a big smile.
"cool man, Need any help?"
"If you've got time" I gave him a small smile.
I began to pack my clothes and placed my acoustic on my back. finally.... I had my own place....
I was finally
